Abstract
本发明公开了一种棉麻混纺纱的纺纱工艺,包括以下步骤:(1)麻纤维改性;(2)开清;(3)梳棉;(4)并条;(5)涡流纺。与现有技术相比,本发明的有益效果为:本发明的纺纱工艺能够提高麻纤维的吸湿透气性能,改善了成纱的温度与手感;棉麻混纺涡流纺纱充分利用了阳离子改性麻纤维和棉纤维的特性,混纺纱表面光洁、条干均匀、毛羽少,其加工的产品耐磨、抗起毛、起球,光泽柔和、布面匀态,具有良好的吸湿性、透气性、悬垂性;本发明的纺纱工艺从整体上改善了混纺纱的强度,提高了混纺纱染色时的上染率。
Description
技术领域
本发明涉及纺纱领域,特别是一种棉麻混纺纱的纺纱工艺。
背景技术
混纺纱是指由二种或二种以上不同纤维按一定比例混合纺制的纱线,还有用多种纤维按不同比例来分配调节变成了混纺纱。混纺纱能用外观、手感优良的不同纤维构成,能根据用途变更纤维原料的选择,混纺的比率和组合的方法 等。因此,混纺纱可用于针织及机织的服装、装饰用布,以及工业材料和缝纫线等方面。现有的混纺纱产品性能不够好,纤维分布不够均匀,不能满足人们的需求。
当对混纺纱染色时,主要是对纤维进行阳离子改性的方法主要是采用浸染,处理时间较长。并且为了减轻印染废水的环境污染,许多研究者进行大量的研究,主要是提高染料的上染率及减少染色过程中电解质的用量,其中最主要的方法是对纤维进行阳离子改性,使得纤维中含有大量的阳离子基,从而明显地提高了染料的上染率,并且减少或不需使用电解质。
发明内容
本发明的目的是提供一种棉麻混纺纱的纺纱工艺,以解决现有技术中的不足,它能够提高混纺纱的均匀度,改善混纺纱的染色性能。
本发明提供了一种棉麻混纺纱的纺纱工艺,包括以下步骤:
(1)麻纤维改性:将阳离子改性剂加入到液氨中,缓慢加入NaOH水溶液到液氨,搅拌均匀,生成液氨-水共混溶液,加入麻纤维,浸泡一定时间后,取出烘干,水洗,再烘干,完成麻纤维的阳离子改性,得到阳离子改性麻纤维;
(2)开清:阳离子改性麻纤维卷定量湿重405g/m,长度43m,棉卷定量湿重400-420g/m,定长62m,综合打手速度900r/min;
(3)梳棉:刺辊速度低于800r/min,隔距12×10×10×9(mil),纺棉纤维的隔距为9×8×8×7(mil),阳离子改性麻纤维和棉的生条定量分别为23.02g/5m、21.85g/5m;
(4)并条:一并总牵伸8.105倍,并合根数8根,,二并总牵伸6.091倍,并合根数6根,三并总牵伸6.5倍,并合根数6根,熟条定量20-21g/5m;
(5)涡流纺:纺纱速度350-370m/min,总牵伸倍数193-203,主牵伸31倍,张力120N,纺锭φ1.1mm,喷嘴压力0.5MPa,罗拉隔距41×4.5(mm)。
优选的是,步骤(1)中所述阳离子改性剂为3-氯-2-羟丙基三甲基氯化铵。
优选的是,步骤(1)中所述NaOH水溶液与液氨比例为5ml:100ml。
优选的是,所述棉纤维与所述阳离子改性麻纤维的混纺比为7:3。
优选的是,步骤(2)-步骤(4)中的湿度均采用逐步放湿,所述开清工序湿度为65-70%,所述梳棉与并条工序的湿度为60-65%,所述涡流纺纱工序的湿度为50%。
与现有技术相比,本发明的有益效果为:本发明的纺纱工艺能够提高麻纤维的吸湿透气性能,改善了成纱的温度与手感;棉麻混纺涡流纺纱充分利用了阳离子改性麻纤维和棉纤维的特性,混纺纱表面光洁、条干均匀、毛羽少,其加工的产品耐磨、抗起毛、起球,光泽柔和、布面匀态,具有良好的吸湿性、透气性、悬垂性;本发明的纺纱工艺从整体上改善了混纺纱的强度,提高了混纺纱染色时的上染率。
具体实施方式
本发明的实施例:一种棉麻混纺纱的纺纱工艺,包括以下步骤:
(1)麻纤维改性:将阳离子改性剂加入到液氨中,缓慢加入NaOH水溶液到液氨,搅拌均匀,生成液氨-水共混溶液,加入麻纤维,浸泡一定时间后,取出烘干,水洗,再烘干,完成麻纤维的阳离子改性,得到阳离子改性麻纤维;
(2)开清:阳离子改性麻纤维卷定量湿重405g/m,长度43m,棉卷定量湿重400-420g/m,定长62m,综合打手速度900r/min;
(3)梳棉:刺辊速度低于800r/min,隔距12×10×10×9(mil),纺棉纤维的隔距为9×8×8×7(mil),阳离子改性麻纤维和棉的生条定量分别为23.02g/5m、21.85g/5m;

1.一种棉麻混纺纱的纺纱工艺,其特征在于:包括以下步骤:
(1)麻纤维改性:将阳离子改性剂加入到液氨中,缓慢加入NaOH水溶液到液氨,搅拌均匀,生成液氨-水共混溶液,加入麻纤维,浸泡一定时间后,取出烘干,水洗,再烘干,完成麻纤维的阳离子改性,得到阳离子改性麻纤维;
(2)开清:阳离子改性麻纤维卷定量湿重405g/m,长度43m,棉卷定量湿重400-420g/m,定长62m,综合打手速度900r/min;
(3)梳棉:刺辊速度低于800r/min,隔距12×10×10×9(mil),纺棉纤维的隔距为9×8×8×7(mil),阳离子改性麻纤维和棉的生条定量分别为23.02g/5m、21.85g/5m;

3.根据权利要求1所述的棉麻混纺纱的纺纱工艺,其特征在于:步骤(1)中所述NaOH水溶液与液氨比例为5ml:100ml。
4.根据权利要求1所述的棉麻混纺纱的纺纱工艺,其特征在于:所述棉纤维与所述阳离子改性麻纤维的混纺比为7:3。
5.根据权利要求1所述的棉麻混纺纱的纺纱工艺,其特征在于:步骤(2)-步骤(4)中的湿度均采用逐步放湿,所述开清工序湿度为65-70%,所述梳棉与并条工序的湿度为60-65%,所述涡流纺纱工序的湿度为50%。
