技术领域
本发明属于纺织品领域,具体地,涉及一种抗菌保暖纱线及其生产工艺。
背景技术
纱线是用各种纺织纤维加工成一定细度的产品,用于织布、制绳、制线、针织和刺绣等。
纱分为:①短纤维纱,由短纤维(天然短纤维或化纤切段纤维)经纺纱加工而成,分环锭纱、自由端纺纱、自拈纱等。②连续长丝,如天然蚕丝和化纤长丝,分加拈或不加拈、光滑长丝或变形长丝等。③短纤维与连续长丝组合纱,例如涤棉长丝包芯纱等。线由两股或两股以上的单纱并合加拈而成。
纱线的分类很多,这里只介绍一般的分类方法:
A)按纺纱工艺方法分类可分为:精梳纱和普梳纱、半精梳纱
B)按纱线的染整及后加工分类可分为:本白纱、漂白纱、 染色纱、烧光纱、丝光纱等等。
C)按纱线的粗细(纱支)分类,如粗支纱,中支纱,细支纱和高支纱。
其中,混纺(纤)纱,又称混纺或交捻纱线,是由两种或两种以上纤维组成的纱线,如涤/棉混纺纱、毛/涤混纺纱、毛/腈混纺纱、涤/粘/腈混纺纱、真丝/棉纱交捻纱等等。有两种以上短纤维混合纺成的短纤维纱,称为混纺纱;而由两种以上长丝纱组合(如加捻)成的纱,叫混纤纱。
混纺纱线由于综合了多种纤维的特性,使得纱线同时具备多种性能。然而现有混纺纱线虽然将两种特性纤维混合,但无法充分发挥两种纤维的特质,难以实现使得纱线具备多种功效的目的。
对于纱线,目前国内主要存在如下专利文献:
中国专利公开号:CN205501519U,公开了一种保暖抗菌纱线,其包括基线和包覆在基线外部的保暖层,基线包括负离子纤维纱和远红外放射矿粉纤维纱,保暖层由羊绒纤维纱和牛奶纤维纱组成。本发明的优点:结构简单,设计巧妙,负离子纤维纱散发出的负离子能够激发远红外放射矿粉纤维纱产生温热效应,增加负离子的保健效果,二者与保温层结合能够产生足够的热量,提高纺织品内部温度,且芳纶纤维纱具有隔热作用,使利用本发明纱线制成的衣物具有抗寒保暖的作用;牛奶纤维纱则使本发明纱线具有杀菌、护肤的作用。然而该专利所提供的保暖抗菌纱线,外部保暖层由羊绒纤维纱和牛奶纤维纱组成,两种纤维之间难免存在空隙,使得纱线防风性能较差,影响其保暖效果。
发明内容
为解决上述存在的问题,本发明的目的在于提供一种抗菌保暖纱线及其生产工艺,所述纱线由抗菌股线和保暖股线交捻形成,抗菌股线由抗菌股线由纳米二氧化钛触媒纤维和竹炭纤维混纺形成;保暖股线由太阳绒纤维和羊绒纤维混纺形成,多种纤维的复合,并配合设置于表层的抗菌涂层、隔热涂层及保暖涂层,使得所述纱线具有较好的抗菌、保暖效果,且纱线制备成本低,经济效益好,利于大规模生产。
为达到上述目的,本发明的技术方案是:
一种抗菌保暖纱线,所述纱线包括:芯层及包覆于芯层外壁的表层,所述芯层由抗菌股线和保暖股线交捻形成,表层包括由内至外依次设置于芯层表面的抗菌涂层、隔热涂层及保暖涂层;所述抗菌股线由纳米二氧化钛触媒纤维和竹炭纤维混纺形成;所述保暖股线由太阳绒纤维和羊绒纤维混纺形成。
进一步,所述抗菌涂层为纳米银颗粒抗菌涂层。
另,所述隔热涂层为纳米氧化氯隔热涂层。
另有,所述保暖涂层为聚氯乙烯保暖涂层。
再,所述保暖股线截面积占芯层截面积的60~80%。
再有,所述保暖股线与抗菌股线的股数比为1~3:1。
且,所述保暖股线与抗菌股线的质量比为2~3:1。
同时,本发明还提供一种抗菌保暖纱线的生产工艺,包括如下步骤:
1、制备芯层
包括开清棉、梳棉、并条、粗纱、细纱、络筒及倍捻工序,其中,
1) 开清棉
将组成保暖股线的太阳绒纤维和羊绒纤维、将组成抗菌股线的纳米二氧化钛触媒纤维和竹炭纤维,分别通过开清棉机械混合、开松、除杂,加工成保暖棉卷和抗菌棉卷,棉卷定量分别为400~450g/m;
2) 梳棉
将步骤1)所得保暖棉卷和抗菌棉卷分别分解成单纤维状态,生条定量为3.5~4g/m,刺辊速度为750~800r/min,锡林速度为250~300r/min,得保暖生条和抗菌生条,生条定量分别为18~22g/m,重量不均匀率分别为4~5%;
3) 并条
分别将6~8根保暖棉条和抗菌棉条分别送入并条机,出条速度分别为280~290mm/min,得保暖熟条和抗菌熟条,重量不均匀率分别为0.5~1%,定量分别为2~3g/m;
4) 粗纱
将步骤3)所得保暖熟条和抗菌熟条进行牵伸、加捻、卷绕成保暖粗纱和抗菌粗纱,定量分别为4~5g/10m,总牵伸分别为7~7.5倍,捻度分别为40~45捻/m,锭速分别为750~850r/min;
5) 细纱
加大捻度至300~350捻/m,后区牵伸倍数为1.5~2倍,锭速15000~20000r/min,隔距块3~4mm,得保暖细纱和抗菌细纱;
6) 络筒
筒子重量为1.5~1.8kg/筒,络筒速度为900~1000m/min,得保暖股线和抗菌股线;
7) 倍捻
将所得保暖股线和抗菌股线送入倍捻机,按照保暖股线与抗菌股线的股数比为1~3:1的比例进行倍捻,股线捻系数450~470,捻度400~450,倍捻速度8000r/min,得所述抗菌保暖纱线芯层;
2、将所述抗菌涂层涂覆于所得芯层表面,然后浸入纳米氧化氯隔热涂料中,浸泡20~30min,烘干,完成所述隔热涂层的涂覆,取出浸入聚氯乙烯保暖涂料中,浸泡30~40min,烘干,完成保暖涂层的涂覆,得到所述表层,完成所述抗菌保暖纱线生产。
本发明的有益效果在于:
所述纱线由抗菌股线和保暖股线交捻形成,抗菌股线由抗菌股线由纳米二氧化钛触媒纤维和竹炭纤维混纺形成;保暖股线由太阳绒纤维和羊绒纤维混纺形成,多种纤维的复合,并配合设置于表层的抗菌涂层、隔热涂层及保暖涂层,使得所述纱线具有较好的抗菌、保暖效果,且纱线制备成本低,经济效益好,利于大规模生产。

参照图1,本发明所述的一种抗菌保暖纱线,所述纱线包括:芯层1及包覆于芯层1外壁的表层2,所述芯层1由抗菌股线3和保暖股线4交捻形成,表层2包括由内至外依次设置于芯层1表面的抗菌涂层5、隔热涂层6及保暖涂层7;所述抗菌股线3由纳米二氧化钛触媒纤维31和竹炭纤维32混纺形成;所述保暖股线4由太阳绒纤维41和羊绒纤维42混纺形成。
进一步,所述抗菌涂层5为纳米银颗粒抗菌涂层。
另,所述隔热涂层6为纳米氧化氯隔热涂层。
另有,所述保暖涂层7为聚氯乙烯保暖涂层。
再,所述保暖股线4截面积占芯层截面积的60~80%。

同时,本发明还提供一种抗菌保暖纱线的生产工艺,包括如下步骤:
1、制备芯层
包括开清棉、梳棉、并条、粗纱、细纱、络筒及倍捻工序,其中,
1)开清棉
将组成保暖股线的太阳绒纤维和羊绒纤维、将组成抗菌股线的纳米二氧化钛触媒纤维和竹炭纤维,分别通过开清棉机械混合、开松、除杂,加工成保暖棉卷和抗菌棉卷,棉卷定量分别为400~450g/m;
2) 梳棉
将步骤1)所得保暖棉卷和抗菌棉卷分别分解成单纤维状态,生条定量为3.5~4g/m,刺辊速度为750~800r/min,锡林速度为250~300r/min,得保暖生条和抗菌生条,生条定量分别为18~22g/m,重量不均匀率分别为4~5%;
3) 并条
分别将6~8根保暖棉条和抗菌棉条分别送入并条机,出条速度分别为280~290mm/min,得保暖熟条和抗菌熟条,重量不均匀率分别为0.5~1%,定量分别为2~3g/m;
4) 粗纱
将步骤3)所得保暖熟条和抗菌熟条进行牵伸、加捻、卷绕成保暖粗纱和抗菌粗纱,定量分别为4~5g/10m,总牵伸分别为7~7.5倍,捻度分别为40~45捻/m,锭速分别为750~850r/min;
5) 细纱
加大捻度至300~350捻/m,后区牵伸倍数为1.5~2倍,锭速15000~20000r/min,隔距块3~4mm,得保暖细纱和抗菌细纱;
6) 络筒
筒子重量为1.5~1.8kg/筒,络筒速度为900~1000m/min,得保暖股线和抗菌股线;
7) 倍捻
将所得保暖股线和抗菌股线送入倍捻机,按照保暖股线与抗菌股线的股数比为1~3:1的比例进行倍捻,股线捻系数450~470,捻度400~450,倍捻速度8000r/min,得所述抗菌保暖纱线芯层;
2、将所述抗菌涂层涂覆于所得芯层表面,然后浸入纳米氧化氯隔热涂料中,浸泡20~30min,烘干,完成所述隔热涂层的涂覆,取出浸入聚氯乙烯保暖涂料中,浸泡30~40min,烘干,完成保暖涂层的涂覆,得到所述表层,完成所述抗菌保暖纱线生产。
本发明所提供的一种抗菌保暖纱线及其生产工艺,所述纱线由抗菌股线和保暖股线交捻形成,抗菌股线由抗菌股线由纳米二氧化钛触媒纤维和竹炭纤维混纺形成;保暖股线由太阳绒纤维和羊绒纤维混纺形成,多种纤维的复合,并配合设置于表层的抗菌涂层、隔热涂层及保暖涂层,使得所述纱线具有较好的抗菌、保暖效果,且纱线制备成本低,经济效益好,利于大规模生产。
需要说明的是,以上实施例仅用以说明本发明的技术方案而非限制。尽管参照较佳实施例对本发明进行了详细说明,本领域的普通技术人员应当理解,可以对发明的技术方案进行修改或者等同替换,而不脱离本发明技术方案的范围,其均应涵盖在本发明的权利要求范围中。
Claims (8)
1.一种抗菌保暖纱线,其特征在于,所述纱线包括:
芯层及包覆于芯层外壁的表层,所述芯层由抗菌股线和保暖股线交捻形成,表层包括由内至外依次设置于芯层表面的抗菌涂层、隔热涂层及保暖涂层;
所述抗菌股线由纳米二氧化钛触媒纤维和竹炭纤维混纺形成;
所述保暖股线由太阳绒纤维和羊绒纤维混纺形成。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种抗菌保暖纱线,其特征在于,所述抗菌涂层为纳米银颗粒抗菌涂层。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种抗菌保暖纱线,其特征在于,所述隔热涂层为纳米氧化氯隔热涂层。
4.根据权利要求1所述的一种抗菌保暖纱线,其特征在于,所述保暖涂层为聚氯乙烯保暖涂层。
5.根据权利要求1所述的一种抗菌保暖纱线,其特征在于,所述保暖股线截面积占芯层截面积的60~80%。
6.根据权利要求1所述的一种抗菌保暖纱线,其特征在于,所述保暖股线与抗菌股线的股数比为1~3:1。
7.根据权利要求6所述的一种抗菌保暖纱线,其特征在于,所述保暖股线与抗菌股线的质量比为2~3:1。
8.一种如权利要求1~7中任一项所述的抗菌保暖纱线的生产工艺,其特征在于,包括如下步骤:
1、制备芯层
包括开清棉、梳棉、并条、粗纱、细纱、络筒及倍捻工序,其中,
开清棉
将组成保暖股线的太阳绒纤维和羊绒纤维、将组成抗菌股线的纳米二氧化钛触媒纤维和竹炭纤维,分别通过开清棉机械混合、开松、除杂,加工成保暖棉卷和抗菌棉卷,棉卷定量分别为400~450g/m;
梳棉
将步骤1)所得保暖棉卷和抗菌棉卷分别分解成单纤维状态,生条定量为3.5~4g/m,刺辊速度为750~800r/min,锡林速度为250~300r/min,得保暖生条和抗菌生条,生条定量分别为18~22g/m,重量不均匀率分别为4~5%;
并条
分别将6~8根保暖棉条和抗菌棉条分别送入并条机,出条速度分别为280~290mm/min,得保暖熟条和抗菌熟条,重量不均匀率分别为0.5~1%,定量分别为2~3g/m;
粗纱
将步骤3)所得保暖熟条和抗菌熟条进行牵伸、加捻、卷绕成保暖粗纱和抗菌粗纱,定量分别为4~5g/10m,总牵伸分别为7~7.5倍,捻度分别为40~45捻/m,锭速分别为750~850r/min;
细纱
加大捻度至300~350捻/m,后区牵伸倍数为1.5~2倍,锭速15000~20000r/min,隔距块3~4mm,得保暖细纱和抗菌细纱;
络筒
筒子重量为1.5~1.8kg/筒,络筒速度为900~1000m/min,得保暖股线和抗菌股线;
倍捻
将所得保暖股线和抗菌股线送入倍捻机,按照保暖股线与抗菌股线的股数比为1~3:1的比例进行倍捻,股线捻系数450~470,捻度400~450,倍捻速度8000r/min,得所述抗菌保暖纱线芯层;
2、将所述抗菌涂层涂覆于所得芯层表面,然后浸入纳米氧化氯隔热涂料中,浸泡20~30min,烘干,完成所述隔热涂层的涂覆,取出浸入聚氯乙烯保暖涂料中,浸泡30~40min,烘干,完成保暖涂层的涂覆,得到所述表层,完成所述抗菌保暖纱线生产。
