Abstract
本发明公开了一种新型风扇扇叶片,包括叶片本体,所述叶片本体的材料设置为胶合板或纤维板,所述叶片本体的一端设有安装孔,所述叶片本体的另一端设有平尾或弧尾;本发明还提供了一种新型风扇扇叶片的制作方法,通过木工成形、剪切、成型、砂光、钻孔和边转印等步骤加工成型;本发明采用木质材料制作风扇扇叶,具有一定的室内装饰效果,美观度高,用热转印机转印扇叶边,扇叶边的纹路和扇叶面的纹路相近,整体美观。
Description
技术领域
本发明属于风扇领域,更具体地说,尤其涉及一种新型风扇扇叶片。同时,本发明还涉及一种新型风扇扇叶片的制作方法。
背景技术
现有的风扇扇叶均是金属材料或者塑料制成,虽然使用效果较好,但是其美观程度较低,对室内的装饰起不到存托作用,部分采用木质结构的风扇扇叶,其扇叶的侧面采用漆喷涂覆盖,与扇叶的上下端面的木纹不协调,也会影响美观程度。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种新型风扇扇叶片及其制作方法,以解决上述背景技术中提出的问题。
为实现上述目的,本发明提供如下技术方案:
一种新型风扇扇叶片,包括叶片本体,所述叶片本体的材料设置为胶合板或纤维板,所述叶片本体的一端设有安装孔,所述叶片本体的尾端有平尾或弧尾。
优选的,所述安装孔均匀环绕设置在叶片本体的一端,且安装孔的数量不少于三个。
本发明还提供了一种新型风扇扇叶片的制作方法,包括如下步骤:采用木工加工形成胶合板或纤维板,胶合板或纤维板的长度大于叶片本体的最大长度,且长度差不超过五厘米,将胶合板或纤维板双面贴纸或贴PVC皮,木皮,三聚氰胺纸,使用木材切割机将胶合板或纤维板剪切成型,将扇叶片的侧边进行打磨,并在叶片本体一端钻出安装孔,清理去除打磨碎屑,并将叶片本体的上下端面及侧面一周清理干净,采用热转印方式在叶片本体的侧面一周转印上与叶片本体上下端面纹路相近的纹路。
优选的,胶合板或纤维板的上下端面均采用2.7mm厚度的板材贴合在一起。
优选的,热转印前使用转印膜通过热转印机转印在胶合板或纤维板的侧边,使胶合板或纤维板的侧边平整,美观,整体性,保证后续热转印图案的质量。
与现有技术相比,本发明的有益效果是:本发明采用木质材料制作风扇扇叶,具有一定的室内装饰效果,美观度高,用热转印机转印扇叶边,扇叶边的纹路和扇叶面的纹路相近,整体美观。

为了使本发明的目的、技术方案及优点更加清楚明白,以下结合具体实施例,对本发明进行进一步详细说明。应当理解,此处所描述的具体实施例仅仅用以解释本发明,并不用于限定本发明。
实施例一
一种新型风扇扇叶片,包括叶片本体1,所述叶片本体1的材料设置为胶合板或纤维板,所述叶片本体1的一端设有安装孔2,所述叶片本体1的另一端设有弧尾3。
具体的,所述安装孔2均匀环绕设置在叶片本体1的一端,且安装孔2的数量不少于三个。
本发明还提供了一种新型风扇扇叶片的制作方法,包括如下步骤:采用木工加工形成胶合板或纤维板,胶合板或纤维板的长度大于叶片本体的最大长度,且长度差不超过五厘米,将胶合板或纤维板双面贴纸或贴PVC皮,木皮,三聚氰胺纸,使用木材切割机将胶合板或纤维板剪切成型,将扇叶片的侧边进行打磨,并在叶片本体一端钻出安装孔,清理去除打磨碎屑,并将叶片本体的上下端面及侧面一周清理干净,采用热转印方式在叶片本体的侧面一周转印上与叶片本体上下端面纹路相近的图案。

1.一种新型风扇扇叶片,包括叶片本体(1),其特征在于:所述叶片本体(1)的材料设置为胶合板或纤维板,所述叶片本体(1)的一端设有安装孔(2),所述叶片本体(1)的另一端设有平尾(4)或弧尾(3)。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种新型风扇扇叶片,其特征在于:所述安装孔(2)均匀环绕设置在叶片本体(1)的一端,且安装孔(2)的数量不少于三个。
3.一种权利要求1所述的新型风扇扇叶片的制作方法,其特征在于,包括如下步骤:采用木工加工形成胶合板或纤维板,胶合板或纤维板的长度大于叶片本体的最大长度,且长度差不超过五厘米,将胶合板或纤维板双面贴纸或贴PVC皮,木皮,三聚氰胺纸,使用木材切割机将胶合板或纤维板剪切成型,将扇叶片的侧边进行打磨,并在叶片本体一端钻出安装孔,清理去除打磨碎屑,并将叶片本体的上下端面及侧面一周清理干净,采用热转印方式在叶片本体的侧面一周转印上与叶片本体上下端面纹路相近的纹路。
4.根据权利要求3所述的一种新型风扇扇叶片的制作方法,其特征在于:胶合板或纤维板的上下端面均采用2.7mm厚度的板材贴合在一起。
5.根据权利要求3所述的一种新型风扇扇叶片的制作方法,其特征在于:热转印前使用转印膜通过热转印机转印在胶合板或纤维板的侧边,使胶合板或纤维板的侧边平整,美观,整体性,保证后续热转印图案的质量。
