Abstract
一种皮质地板的加工方法,包括如下步骤:1)采用多层单片木皮及玻璃纤维网、金属丝网或纤维布层制作多层复合板;2)用锯床将多层复合板裁成需要的规格,作为基板;3)在基板的背面及正面开槽;4)向凹槽内填满软质硅胶,基板正面的软质硅胶的上端面与上层板的正面平齐;5)在基板的正面涂抹一层改性淀粉胶或无醛胶黏剂,用冷压机将皮质层与基板胶接至一起;6)胶水固化后,刨企口;7)向皮质层的上表面涂抹一层纳米二氧化钛改性氟碳涂层。本发明加工出的皮质地板能有效防止因受潮或热涨冷缩引起的变形起拱,其使用寿命更长,更加环保。皮质层表面的纳米二氧化钛改性氟碳涂层能够使皮质地板具有耐磨、防污、防水、易于清理的优点。
Description
技术领域
本发明涉及地板技术领域,具体涉及一种皮质地板的加工方法。
背景技术
随着人们生活水平的不断提高,人们对地板外形的要求越来越高。传统的地板外形较为单一,无法满足人们的审美需求。同时,现有的实木地板、竹地板、复合地板以及实木复合地板等材质较硬,而且天冷时地板较凉,天热时地板又较热,脚踩在上面不够舒适。
皮质地板是一种表面设置有皮质材料层的新型地板,它打破人们对地板的传统印象,具有美观、高档、脚感舒适的优点。
如中国发明专利申请(专利申请号201010295820.X)公开了一种皮革面地板,包括皮革面层、缓冲层和基层,皮革面层固定在缓冲层的上面,基层固定在缓冲层的下面。
然而,皮革面地板的基板变形问题一直是困扰生产厂家和用户的大问题。在使用过程中,一旦基板因受潮或热涨冷缩变形起拱,将严重影响皮质地板的美观及使用寿命,同时现有的皮革面地板的皮质面存在不耐磨、不防污、不防水及不易于清理的缺点,导致上述产品至今从未得到实际应用和推广。
现有技术中亟需一种能够有效防止变形、使用寿命更长的皮质地板加工方法。
发明内容
本发明的目的是为了克服现有技术存在的不足,提供一种能够有效防止变形、使用寿命更长的皮质地板加工方法。
本发明是通过以下技术方案实现的:一种皮质地板的加工方法,包括如下步骤:
1)根据基板的厚度,将多层单片木皮及玻璃纤维网、金属丝网或纤维布层通过防水酚醛胶热压胶接至一起,相邻两层单片木皮的木纹方向相互垂直,玻璃纤维网、金属丝网或纤维布层位于相邻两层单片木皮之间,构成多层复合板;
2)用锯床将多层复合板裁成需要的规格,作为基板;
3)在基板的背面开两条横向凹槽及两条纵向凹槽,两条横向凹槽与两条纵向凹槽构成“井”字形;在基板的正面开一条横向凹槽及一条纵向凹槽,横向凹槽与纵向凹槽构成“十”字形;
4)向基板的正面及背面的横向凹槽和纵向凹槽内填满软质硅胶,基板正面的软质硅胶的上端面与上层板的正面平齐;
5)在基板的正面涂抹一层改性淀粉胶或无醛胶黏剂,用冷压机将皮质层与基板胶接至一起;
6)皮质层与基板之间的胶水固化后,刨企口,加工出凹槽和凸榫;
7)向皮质层的上表面涂抹一层纳米二氧化钛改性氟碳涂层。
所述纳米二氧化钛改性氟碳涂层包括重量百分比的纳米银2%、纳米二氧化硅6%、氟碳树脂72%、涂料固化剂10%及涂料稀释剂10%。
本发明的有益效果是:本发明加工出的皮质地板能有效防止因受潮或热涨冷缩引起的变形起拱,其使用寿命更长,更加环保。皮质层表面的纳米二氧化钛改性氟碳涂层能够使皮质地板具有耐磨、防污、防水、易于清理的优点。本发明生产的皮质地板颠覆了以前只停留在纸面上的皮质地板技术,完全解决了板材易变形、使用寿命短及皮面不耐磨、不防污、不防水和不易于清理导致的皮质地板难以实际应用和推广的问题。

具体实施方式
下面结合附图对本发明作出详细说明。
一种皮质地板的加工方法,包括如下步骤:
1)根据基板的厚度,将多层单片木皮及玻璃纤维网、金属丝网或纤维布层通过防水酚醛胶热压胶接至一起,相邻两层单片木皮的木纹方向相互垂直,玻璃纤维网、金属丝网或纤维布层位于相邻两层单片木皮之间,构成多层复合板;
2)用锯床将多层复合板裁成需要的规格,作为基板;
3)在基板的背面开两条横向凹槽及两条纵向凹槽,两条横向凹槽与两条纵向凹槽构成“井”字形;在基板的正面开一条横向凹槽及一条纵向凹槽,横向凹槽与纵向凹槽构成“十”字形;
4)向基板的正面及背面的横向凹槽和纵向凹槽内填满软质硅胶,基板正面及背面的凹槽内均设置软质硅胶能够使整个基板受力更加均衡,保证基板的使用寿命,基板正面的软质硅胶的上端面与上层板的正面平齐;
5)在基板的正面涂抹一层改性淀粉胶或无醛胶黏剂,用冷压机将皮质层与基板胶接至一起,采用冷压的方式可以防止单片木皮间的防水酚醛胶融化,从而影响基板的质量;
6)皮质层与基板之间的胶水固化后,刨企口,加工出凹槽和凸榫;
7)向皮质层的上表面涂抹一层纳米二氧化钛改性氟碳涂层。
其中,纳米二氧化钛改性氟碳涂层包括重量百分比的纳米银2%、纳米二氧化硅6%、氟碳树脂72%、涂料固化剂10%及涂料稀释剂10%。通过设置该纳米二氧化钛改性氟碳涂层,能够使本发明生产出的皮质地板具有耐磨、防污、防水、易于清理的优点。
本发明生产出的皮质地板如图1、图2所示,它包括多层夹板基板及设置于多层夹板基板上表面上的皮质层1,多层夹板基板包括底层板2、中层板3及上层板4,底层板2、中层板3及上层板4均由多层单片木皮胶接而成,相邻的单片木皮之间设置有玻璃纤维网5、金属丝网或纤维布层,整个多层夹板基板设置的玻璃纤维网5、金属丝网或纤维布层的数量可以根据实际需要调整,可以设置一个、两个或三个以上,多层夹板基板的底面设置有两条横向凹槽6和两条纵向凹槽7,多层夹板基板底面的横向凹槽6和纵向凹槽7构成“井”字形,多层夹板基板的上端面设置有一条横向凹槽6和一条纵向凹槽7,多层夹板基板上端面的横向凹槽6和纵向凹槽7构成“十”字形,横向凹槽6和纵向凹槽7内均填充有硅胶条8,上层板4凹槽内的硅胶条8的上表面与上层板4的上端面平齐,皮质层1设置于该上层板4的上端。
横向凹槽6和纵向凹槽7能够解除板材的应力,防止受潮后板材的膨胀起拱,防止热胀冷缩造成的板材变形。硅胶条8填满多层夹板基板上表面的凹槽,保证了多层夹板基板的上表面的平整性,在使用过程中,硅胶条8在凹槽处支撑柱皮质层1,使皮质层1不会在凹槽处产生压痕,使皮质层1表面平整、美观。

1.一种皮质地板的加工方法,其特征在于包括如下步骤:
1)根据基板的厚度,将多层单片木皮及玻璃纤维网、金属丝网或纤维布层通过防水酚醛胶热压胶接至一起,相邻两层单片木皮的木纹方向相互垂直,玻璃纤维网、金属丝网或纤维布层位于相邻两层单片木皮之间,构成多层复合板;
2)用锯床将多层复合板裁成需要的规格,作为基板;
3)在基板的背面开两条横向凹槽及两条纵向凹槽,两条横向凹槽与两条纵向凹槽构成“井”字形;在基板的正面开一条横向凹槽及一条纵向凹槽,横向凹槽与纵向凹槽构成“十”字形;
4)向基板的正面及背面的横向凹槽和纵向凹槽内填满软质硅胶,基板正面的软质硅胶的上端面与上层板的正面平齐;
5)在基板的正面涂抹一层改性淀粉胶或无醛胶黏剂,用冷压机将皮质层与基板胶接至一起;
6)皮质层与基板之间的胶水固化后,刨企口,加工出凹槽和凸榫;
7)向皮质层的上表面涂抹一层纳米二氧化钛改性氟碳涂层。
2.根据权利要求1所述的皮质地板的加工方法,其特征在于:所述纳米二氧化钛改性氟碳涂层包括重量百分比的纳米银2%、纳米二氧化硅6%、氟碳树脂72%、涂料固化剂10%及涂料稀释剂10%。
