背景技术
丝绸是我国传统手工业的精华,作为世界上最大的丝绸制品生产国和出口国,我国的丝绸制品在国际市场上保持着数量上的优势。丝绸产品具有光泽柔和明亮、手感爽滑柔软、穿着舒适,吸湿和放湿性好等优点受到消费者的青睐。但是随着人们生活节奏的加快以及生活品质的提高,人么对服装免烫、抗皱、易保养和打理的要求更高,但是真丝绸以起皱、泛黄、难保养的缺点限制了丝绸的发展。
随着科技的发展,各种化学纤维和人造纤维的性能得到的很大的改善,有的不仅模仿了丝绸的优越性能,甚至克服了真丝绸的缺点,对消费者的吸引力越来越大,同时;来自棉、麻、毛等天然纤维的新产品也不断涌现,使得丝绸面料产业受到了巨大的竞争压力。
真丝绸素有“人的第二肌肤”的美誉,与其他纤维相比不仅舒适性高,而且具有保健功能,真丝绸面料与肌肤的相容性好,穿着舒服、自然,其他纤维很难达到。
丝绸是蚕丝织造的纺织品,蚕丝纤维是蚕体内绢丝腺分泌出的丝液凝固而成的,是动物纤维中最长的一种纺织纤维, 无细胞结构。它的基原纤是直线状曲折链的大分子束,大分子取向度较高,所以它的强度较高。蚕丝的丝素和丝胶是由20多种氨基酸组成,其中胱氨酸含量极少,因此弹性恢复率较低,导致真丝织物穿着时起皱,洗后必须要熨烫。为了改善真丝绸的存在的缺点,将真丝与其他纤维进行复合,以桑蚕丝为主体进行相互复合、包覆、混纺、交织等加工技术,进行复合后能够改善真丝绸存在的缺点,使其丝绸面料具有蚕丝和其他纤维的优点,丝绸面料性能得到提高。
发明内容
本发明提供一种保暖抗皱真丝绸面料及其制备方法,该真丝绸保暖性能好,同时抗皱性强,易于打理和保养,穿着舒适。
一种保暖抗皱真丝绸面料,它是由经线和纬线组成,经线原料经线其原料各组成成分及其重量份数比为:桑蚕丝40~50份、改性树脂棉5~8份、Outlast纤维6~8份、精梳棉4~6份、纳米天丝2~3份、呢绒1~4份、竹浆纤维1~3份、牛奶蛋白纤维4~5份;纬线其原料各组成成分及其重量份数比为:桑蚕丝40~50份、氨纶2~5份、改性树脂棉3~6份、Outlast纤维6~8份、超细纤维3~5份、纳米天丝1~2份、PTT纤维2~4份、大豆蛋白纤维1~4份。
作为本发明的进一步改进,所述的改性树脂棉制备方法为:
取将树脂棉40~50份经丙酮、乙醇和去离子水洗净后在50~60℃下烘干,去除树脂棉中的杂质,得到烘干的树脂棉;取顺丁烯二酸酐20~30份、聚乙二醇15~18份、1,2,3,4-丁烷四羧酸8~10份置于反应釜中,然后加入烘干的树脂棉进行浸渍接枝1.8~2h,然后进行等离子体照射,设置照射时间为3~5min,将经过等离子体照射后的接枝树脂棉用75~80℃的去离子水振荡洗涤50~60min,再用干净的去离子水重复振荡洗涤,彻底除去附在其表面的单体和低聚物,然后将经过洗涤后的接枝树脂棉放入烘箱中在45~50℃下烘干即得到改性树脂棉。

(3)将制备得到的经线和纬线在喷气织机上进行织造,车速为690~720r/min,采用二左二右的线型结构排列;
(4)将制备得到的面料浸入(4)制备得到的整理液中,二浸二轧,然后在50~60℃下预烘4min,再在100~110℃下烘干,水洗后晾干即得到保暖抗皱真丝绸面料。
作为本发明的进一步改进,所述的整理液原料各组成成分为:蚕蛹壳聚糖6~8份、柠檬酸1~3份、烷基酰胺甜菜碱3~5份、牵牛花提取液2~5份、酢浆草提取液3~4份、磺化琥珀酸二辛酯钠盐1~2份。
作为本发明的进一步改进,所述的面料经线的密度为120根/cm,纬线的密度为51根/cm。
作为本发明的进一步改进,制备得到的保暖抗皱真丝绸面料主要适用于裙子、旗袍等高档的服装面料。
本发明实现的技术原理是:
在本发明中采加入Outlast纤维、精梳棉、超细纤维来起到调节温度变化,从而起到保暖的效果,Outlast纤维中含有一定的微胶囊,微胶囊内部的热敏相变材料可以通过固态与液态的相互转化实现吸热与放热,当外界温度达到一定值时会改变其状态,在此过程中的吸放热会引起纤维及面料的温度变化,从而缓解外界温度变化给人体带来的不适感,使穿着者拥有更加舒适,超细纤维比表面积大吸附能力强,同时能够吸收更多的静止空气,从而增强面料的保暖性能,通过与其他纤维复合后能够改变超细纤维的抗弯度,从而使保持其保暖效果。原料中树脂棉进行改性,通过等离子体方法将马来酸酐接枝与树脂棉接枝引入羧基,使得树脂棉中亲水性能改善、增强树脂棉的吸湿性,引入的羧基能够容易与桑蚕丝中的丝素分子链上的羟基或者氨基形成酯交联,起到提高丝绸面料抗皱能力和尺寸稳定性的作用,同时等离子体处理能够增强树脂棉的抗菌性和抗静电性,提高面料的抑菌和抗静电效果。树脂棉、天丝、呢绒的弹性较好,在制备经线时将树脂棉、天丝、呢绒与桑蚕丝复合能够增强面料的弹力,加入的竹浆纤维能够提高面料的抗菌、抑菌、除螨、防臭和抗紫外线能力,同时竹浆纤维的透气性和吸水性较好,与牛奶蛋白纤维相互作用能够增强面料的透气导湿性能。呢绒、牛奶蛋白纤维能够使丝绸面料柔软性和细腻性增强。经线通过几种原料的网络复合,加工工艺简单方便,复合丝中各组分的性能更够更好地发挥出来,通过加捻可以增强丝线的强力和抱和力。在制备纬线过程中通过左右线包覆,能够增强丝线的弹性,从而增强面料的弹力作用。在生产过程中采用经密120根/cm,纬密51根/cm,不会使面料产生滑移批裂。制备得到的面料经过整理液整理能够使面料的防皱性能、耐性性能提高,且不易泛黄。
本发明具备以下良好效果:
1.本发明以缎面光滑性的缎纹组织变化几个织物组织点,形成风格衡罗,经线和纬线以及组织纹路,综框起法织成,绸缎突出纬向有横条,忽隐忽现,有规律的横纹,更加体现了面料绸缎的身骨架挺拔、贴身、舒服、悬垂性好的特点。
2.本发明制备得到的真丝绸面料弹性高、手感柔软、具有优良的保暖性能,同时光泽好,具有舒适的肌肤触感和手感、透气性和吸湿性能好。
3.本发明制备得到的保暖抗皱面料各项性能优良,使用价值高,其中面料的保暖率为35.87~36.52%;克罗值为0.56~0.63clo;导热系数为15.8~16.7W/(m2.℃);断裂强力:经向为612.78~615.01N、纬向为421.33~428.46N;断裂伸长率:经向为35.48~36.41%、纬向为32.19~33.82%;柔软等级为1~2级;表面粗糙度为1.028~1.134μm;透气率为686.78~690.41mm/s;抑菌率为99.45~99.99.92%。
具体实施方式
以下结合实施例描述本发明保暖抗皱真丝绸面料及其制备方法,这些描述并不是对本发明内容作进一步的限定。
实施例1:
整理液原料各组成成分为:蚕蛹壳聚糖7.5份、柠檬酸2份、烷基酰胺甜菜碱3.5份、牵牛花提取液3份、酢浆草提取液3.2份、磺化琥珀酸二辛酯钠盐1.5份;
改性树脂棉的制备:取将树脂棉40份经丙酮、乙醇和去离子水洗净后在55℃下烘干,去除树脂棉中的杂质,得到烘干的树脂棉;取顺丁烯二酸酐30份、聚乙二醇18份、1,2,3,4-丁烷四羧酸9份置于反应釜中,然后加入烘干的树脂棉进行浸渍接枝2h,然后进行等离子体照射,设置照射时间为4.5min,将经过等离子体照射后的接枝树脂棉用78℃的去离子水振荡洗涤60min,再用干净的去离子水重复振荡洗涤,彻底除去附在其表面的单体和低聚物,然后将经过洗涤后的接枝树脂棉放入烘箱中在50℃下烘干即得到改性树脂棉;
经线的制备:将20/20D桑蚕丝40份分成两股与改性树脂棉6份、Outlast纤维7份、精梳棉4.5份、纳米天丝3份、呢绒4份、1.67dtex竹浆纤维2份、1.85dtex牛奶蛋白纤维4.8份先网络复合,然后在加捻度为1600捻/米条件下完成加捻;
纬线的制备:将30D氨纶5份、改性树脂棉5份、14.8tex Outlast纤维8份、0.5dtex超细纤维3.5份、纳米天丝2份、1.25dtex的PTT纤维3份、1.27dtex大豆蛋白纤维2份进行网络复合作为芯线,再将20/20D桑蚕丝48份分成两股对芯线进行包覆,设置包覆机工艺中加捻度为1760捻/米,并且采用左右线包覆;
将制备得到的经线和纬线在喷气织机上进行织造,车速为700r/min,采用二左二右的线型结构排列;
将制备得到的面料浸入整理液中,二浸二轧,然后在55℃下预烘4min,再在105℃下烘干,水洗后晾干即得到保暖抗皱真丝绸面料,面料经线的密度为120根/cm,纬线的密度为51根/cm。
实施例2
整理液原料各组成成分为:蚕蛹壳聚糖6份、柠檬酸1.5份、烷基酰胺甜菜碱5份、牵牛花提取液4份、酢浆草提取液3.5份、磺化琥珀酸二辛酯钠盐1.8份;
改性树脂棉的制备:取将树脂棉42份经丙酮、乙醇和去离子水洗净后在60℃下烘干,去除树脂棉中的杂质,得到烘干的树脂棉;取顺丁烯二酸酐38份、聚乙二醇16份、1,2,3,4-丁烷四羧酸10份置于反应釜中,然后加入烘干的树脂棉进行浸渍接枝1.9h,然后进行等离子体照射,设置照射时间为5min,将经过等离子体照射后的接枝树脂棉用80℃的去离子水振荡洗涤52min,再用干净的去离子水重复振荡洗涤,彻底除去附在其表面的单体和低聚物,然后将经过洗涤后的接枝树脂棉放入烘箱中在47℃下烘干即得到改性树脂棉;
经线的制备:将20/20D桑蚕丝40份分成两股与改性树脂棉6份、Outlast纤维6份、精梳棉5.5份、纳米天丝3份、呢绒4份、1.67dtex竹浆纤维2份、1.85dtex牛奶蛋白纤维4.8份先网络复合,然后在加捻度为1600捻/米条件下完成加捻;
纬线的制备:将30D氨纶5份、改性树脂棉5份、14.8tex Outlast纤维6.5份、0.4dtex超细纤维4份、纳米天丝1.8份、1.25dtex的PTT纤维3份、1.27dtex大豆蛋白纤维2份进行网络复合作为芯线,再将20/20D桑蚕丝48份分成两股对芯线进行包覆,设置包覆机工艺中加捻度为1760捻/米,并且采用左右线包覆;
将制备得到的经线和纬线在喷气织机上进行织造,车速为690r/min,采用二左二右的线型结构排列;
将制备得到的面料浸入整理液中,二浸二轧,然后在52℃下预烘4min,再在100℃下烘干,水洗后晾干即得到保暖抗皱真丝绸面料,面料经线的密度为120根/cm,纬线的密度为51根/cm。
实施例3
整理液原料各组成成分为:蚕蛹壳聚糖8份、柠檬酸1份、烷基酰胺甜菜碱3份、牵牛花提取液5份、酢浆草提取液4份、磺化琥珀酸二辛酯钠盐1份;
改性树脂棉的制备:取将树脂棉50份经丙酮、乙醇和去离子水洗净后在58℃下烘干,去除树脂棉中的杂质,得到烘干的树脂棉;取顺丁烯二酸酐35份、聚乙二醇16份、1,2,3,4-丁烷四羧酸8.5份置于反应釜中,然后加入烘干的树脂棉进行浸渍接枝1.8h,然后进行等离子体照射,设置照射时间为3.5min,将经过等离子体照射后的接枝树脂棉用75℃的去离子水振荡洗涤50min,再用干净的去离子水重复振荡洗涤,彻底除去附在其表面的单体和低聚物,然后将经过洗涤后的接枝树脂棉放入烘箱中在45℃下烘干即得到改性树脂棉;
经线的制备:将20/20D桑蚕丝40份分成两股与改性树脂棉6份、Outlast纤维8份、精梳棉4份、纳米天丝3份、呢绒4份、1.67dtex竹浆纤维2份、1.85dtex牛奶蛋白纤维4.8份先网络复合,然后在加捻度为1600捻/米条件下完成加捻;
纬线的制备:将30D氨纶5份、改性树脂棉5份、14.8tex Outlast纤维7份、0.3dtex超细纤维5份、纳米天丝1.5份、1.25dtex的PTT纤维3份、1.27dtex大豆蛋白纤维2份进行网络复合作为芯线,再将20/20D桑蚕丝48份分成两股对芯线进行包覆,设置包覆机工艺中加捻度为1760捻/米,并且采用左右线包覆;
将制备得到的经线和纬线在喷气织机上进行织造,车速为720r/min,采用二左二右的线型结构排列;
将制备得到的面料浸入整理液中,二浸二轧,然后在50℃下预烘4min,再在110℃下烘干,水洗后晾干即得到保暖抗皱真丝绸面料,面料经线的密度为120根/cm,纬线的密度为51根/cm。
实施例4
整理液原料各组成成分为:蚕蛹壳聚糖7份、柠檬酸2.5份、烷基酰胺甜菜碱4份、牵牛花提取液3份、酢浆草提取液3.8份、磺化琥珀酸二辛酯钠盐2份;
改性树脂棉的制备:取将树脂棉48份经丙酮、乙醇和去离子水洗净后在52℃下烘干,去除树脂棉中的杂质,得到烘干的树脂棉;取顺丁烯二酸酐20份、聚乙二醇17份、1,2,3,4-丁烷四羧酸8份置于反应釜中,然后加入烘干的树脂棉进行浸渍接枝2h,然后进行等离子体照射,设置照射时间为4min,将经过等离子体照射后的接枝树脂棉用79℃的去离子水振荡洗涤58min,再用干净的去离子水重复振荡洗涤,彻底除去附在其表面的单体和低聚物,然后将经过洗涤后的接枝树脂棉放入烘箱中在49℃下烘干即得到改性树脂棉;
经线的制备:将20/20D桑蚕丝40份分成两股与改性树脂棉6份、Outlast纤维6.5份、精梳棉6份、纳米天丝3份、呢绒4份、1.67dtex竹浆纤维2份、1.85dtex牛奶蛋白纤维4.8份先网络复合,然后在加捻度为1600捻/米条件下完成加捻;
纬线的制备:将30D氨纶5份、改性树脂棉5份、14.8tex Outlast纤维7.5份、0.45dtex超细纤维3份、纳米天丝1份、1.25dtex的PTT纤维3份、1.27dtex大豆蛋白纤维2份进行网络复合作为芯线,再将20/20D桑蚕丝48份分成两股对芯线进行包覆,设置包覆机工艺中加捻度为1760捻/米,并且采用左右线包覆;
将制备得到的经线和纬线在喷气织机上进行织造,车速为700r/min,采用二左二右的线型结构排列;
将制备得到的面料浸入整理液中,二浸二轧,然后在58℃下预烘4min,再在102℃下烘干,水洗后晾干即得到保暖抗皱真丝绸面料,面料经线的密度为120根/cm,纬线的密度为51根/cm。
实施例5
整理液原料各组成成分为:蚕蛹壳聚糖6.5份、柠檬酸3份、烷基酰胺甜菜碱4.5份、牵牛花提取液2份、酢浆草提取液3份、磺化琥珀酸二辛酯钠盐1.2份;
改性树脂棉的制备:取将树脂棉45份经丙酮、乙醇和去离子水洗净后在50℃下烘干,去除树脂棉中的杂质,得到烘干的树脂棉;取顺丁烯二酸酐32份、聚乙二醇15份、1,2,3,4-丁烷四羧酸9.5份置于反应釜中,然后加入烘干的树脂棉进行浸渍接枝1.8h,然后进行等离子体照射,设置照射时间为3min,将经过等离子体照射后的接枝树脂棉用76℃的去离子水振荡洗涤55min,再用干净的去离子水重复振荡洗涤,彻底除去附在其表面的单体和低聚物,然后将经过洗涤后的接枝树脂棉放入烘箱中在48℃下烘干即得到改性树脂棉;
经线的制备:将20/20D桑蚕丝40份分成两股与改性树脂棉6份、Outlast纤维7.5份、精梳棉5份、纳米天丝3份、呢绒4份、1.67dtex竹浆纤维2份、1.85dtex牛奶蛋白纤维4.8份先网络复合,然后在加捻度为1600捻/米条件下完成加捻;
纬线的制备:将30D氨纶5份、改性树脂棉5份、14.8tex Outlast纤维6份、0.35dtex超细纤维4.5份、纳米天丝1.2份、1.25dtex的PTT纤维3份、1.27dtex大豆蛋白纤维2份进行网络复合作为芯线,再将20/20D桑蚕丝48份分成两股对芯线进行包覆,设置包覆机工艺中加捻度为1760捻/米,并且采用左右线包覆;
将制备得到的经线和纬线在喷气织机上进行织造,车速为710r/min,采用二左二右的线型结构排列;
将制备得到的面料浸入整理液中,二浸二轧,然后在60℃下预烘4min,再在108℃下烘干,水洗后晾干即得到保暖抗皱真丝绸面料,面料经线的密度为120根/cm,纬线的密度为51根/cm。
为了验证本发明制备得到的保暖抗皱真丝绸面料的性能,将本发明实施例1~5制备得到的保暖抗皱真丝绸面料进行试验测试其性能,同时以市售的同类保暖抗皱真丝绸面料为对照组进行试验,试验情况入下表1所示。
其中,面料的柔软度测试方法为:先为面料的柔软度制定等级标准,将面料柔软度分为6个等级,1-很柔软、2-柔软、3-较柔软、4-较硬、5-硬、6-很硬,根据这个标准,请20位测评人员对面料进行主观评价,并进行面料等级评定。

本发明是经过多位纺织品加工技术人员长期工作经验积累,并通过创造性劳动创作而出,本发明保暖抗皱真丝绸面料保暖性能好,弹力高、柔软性强、抗皱效果好、吸湿透气性能好、抗菌效果强、不易泛黄,面料舒适,经久耐穿,且容易保养,应用价值高。

Claims (7)

1.一种保暖抗皱真丝绸面料,其特征是,它是由经线和纬线组成,经线原料经线其原料各组成成分及其重量份数比为:桑蚕丝40~50份、改性树脂棉5~8份、Outlast纤维6~8份、精梳棉4~6份、纳米天丝2~3份、呢绒1~4份、竹浆纤维1~3份、牛奶蛋白纤维4~5份;纬线其原料各组成成分及其重量份数比为:桑蚕丝40~50份、氨纶2~5份、改性树脂棉3~6份、Outlast纤维6~8份、超细纤维3~5份、纳米天丝1~2份、PTT纤维2~4份、大豆蛋白纤维1~4份;
所述的改性树脂棉制备方法为:
取将树脂棉40~50份经丙酮、乙醇和去离子水洗净后在50~60℃下烘干,去除树脂棉中的杂质,得到烘干的树脂棉;取顺丁烯二酸酐20~30份、聚乙二醇15~18份、1,2,3,4-丁烷四羧酸8~10份置于反应釜中,然后加入烘干的树脂棉进行浸渍接枝1.8~2h,然后进行等离子体照射,设置照射时间为3~5min,将经过等离子体照射后的接枝树脂棉用75~80℃的去离子水振荡洗涤50~60min,再用干净的去离子水重复振荡洗涤,彻底除去附在其表面的单体和低聚物,然后将经过洗涤后的接枝树脂棉放入烘箱中在45~50℃下烘干即得到改性树脂棉。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种保暖抗皱真丝绸面料,其特征是,所述的桑蚕丝的线密度为20/20D;所述的氨纶的线密度为30D。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种保暖抗皱真丝绸面料,其特征是,所述的Outlast纤维线密度为14.8tex、所述的竹浆纤维线密度为1.67dtex;所述的牛奶蛋白纤维线密度为1.85dtex;所述的PTT纤维线密度为1.25dtex;所述的大豆蛋白纤维线密度为1.27dtex、所述的超细纤维的线密度为0.3~0.5dtex。
4.一种制备如权利要求1所述的一种保暖抗皱真丝绸面料的方法,其特征是,包括以下步骤:
步骤1)经线的制备:将桑蚕丝40~50份分成两股与改性树脂棉5~8份、Outlast纤维6~8份、精梳棉4~6份、纳米天丝2~3份、呢绒1~4份、竹浆纤维1~3份、牛奶蛋白纤维4~5份先网络复合,然后在加捻度为1600~1700捻/米条件下完成加捻;
步骤2)纬线的制备:将氨纶2~5份、改性树脂棉3~6份、Outlast纤维6~8份、超细纤维3~5份、纳米天丝1~2份、PTT纤维2~4份、大豆蛋白纤维1~4份进行网络复合作为芯线,再将桑蚕丝40~50份分成两股对芯线进行包覆,设置包覆机工艺中加捻度为1760捻/米,并且采用左右线包覆;
步骤3)将制备得到的经线和纬线在喷气织机上进行织造,车速为690~720r/min,采用二左二右的线型结构排列;
步骤4)将制备得到的面料浸入步骤4)制备得到的整理液中,二浸二轧,然后在50~60℃下预烘4min,再在100~110℃下烘干,水洗后晾干即得到保暖抗皱真丝绸面料。
5.根据权利要求4所述的制备保暖抗皱真丝绸面料的方法,其特征是,所述的整理液原料各组成成分为:蚕蛹壳聚糖6~8份、柠檬酸1~3份、烷基酰胺甜菜碱3~5份、牵牛花提取液2~5份、酢浆草提取液3~4份、磺化琥珀酸二辛酯钠盐1~2份。
6.根据权利要求4所述的制备保暖抗皱真丝绸面料的方法,其特征是,所述的面料经线的密度为120根/cm,纬线的密度为51根/cm。
7.根据权利要求4所述的制备保暖抗皱真丝绸面料的方法,其特征是,制备得到的保暖抗皱真丝绸面料主要适用于裙子、旗袍等高档的服装面料。
