随着人们的生活水平的不断提高,人们的消费观念也随之发生了很大的改变,作为人类第二皮肤的服装,人们对服用面料的亲肤性、透气性等功能的指标要求也越来越高。
现有的丝绒棉类面料通常采用普通的涤纶和棉混纺交织而成,而普通的涤纶由于回潮率很小,吸湿性能差,透气性差,且穿着闷热舒适性差,因而无法满足人们对服用面料的亲肤性、透气性等功能的指标要求。
发明内容
本发明实施例提供一种亲肤透气的双层丝绒棉面料,旨在解决现有的丝绒棉类面料亲肤性、透气性差的问题。
本发明实施例是这样实现的,一种亲肤透气的双层丝绒棉面料,包括改性棉层以及与所述疏水改性棉层粘合的改性涤纶层;所述改性涤纶层是采用经表面微孔改性和截面异形化改性处理后的改性涤纶纤维进行梭织形成的梭织层。
本发明实施例还提供了一种亲肤透气的双层丝绒棉面料的制备方法,包括如下步骤:
以改性棉纤维和桑蚕丝进行混纺,形成改性棉层;
以改性涤纶纤维为经纬纱进行梭织形成改性涤纶层;
采用胶黏剂将所述改性棉层和改性涤纶层粘合起来,得到所述亲肤透气的双层丝绒棉面料。
本发明实施例提供的亲肤透气的双层丝绒棉面料,包括改性棉层以及与所述改性棉层粘合的改性涤纶层,其中,改性棉层的亲肤性好,并且改性涤纶层为采用经表面微孔改性和截面异形化改性处理后的改性涤纶纤维进行梭织形成的梭织层,通过对涤纶纤维进行表面微孔改性和截面异形化改性处理,可以充分改善涤纶层的吸湿性和排湿性,使得丝绒棉面料具有十分优异的舒适性和透气性。

为了使本发明的目的、技术方案及优点更加清楚明白,以下结合具体实施例,对本发明进行进一步详细说明。应当理解,此处所描述的具体实施例仅仅用以解释本发明,并不用于限定本发明。
本发明实施例提供的亲肤透气的双层丝绒棉面料,包括改性棉层以及与所述改性棉层粘合的改性涤纶层,其中,改性棉层的亲肤性好,并且改性涤纶层为采用经表面微孔改性和截面异形化改性处理后的改性涤纶纤维进行梭织形成的梭织层,通过对涤纶纤维进行表面微孔改性和截面异形化改性处理,可以充分改善涤纶层的吸湿性和排湿性,使得丝绒棉面料具有十分优异的舒适性和透气性。
本发明实施例提供了一种亲肤透气的双层丝绒棉面料,包括改性棉层以及与所述改性棉层粘合的改性涤纶层;所述改性涤纶层是采用经表面微孔改性和截面异形化改性处理后的改性涤纶纤维进行梭织形成的梭织层。
纤维化学结构、微结构及表面形态结构是决定其吸湿能力好坏的关键。纤维上的亲水基团越多,基团的极性越强,纤维的吸湿能力就越好。大多数合成纤维是由非极性高分子材料构成,吸湿性较差。例如,涤纶,由于其内部分子排列紧密,分子间缺少亲水结构,所以回潮率很小,吸湿性能差,服装穿着闷热,不透气,舒适性差。本发明实施例所采用的改性涤纶层为经表面微孔改性和截面异形化改性处理后的改性涤纶纤维进行梭织形成的梭织层,通过对涤纶纤维进行表面微孔改性和截面异形化改性处理,可以充分改善涤纶层的吸湿性和排湿性,使得丝绒棉面料具有十分优异的舒适性和透气性。
在本发明的示例性实施例中,对涤纶纤维进行表面微孔改性可以选用具有吸湿性的添加剂(例如,磷酸盐等)与成纤聚合物共混纺丝,从而改善其吸湿性能。
在本发明实施例中,上述改性涤纶层是采用经表面微孔改性和截面异形化改性处理后的改性涤纶纤维进行梭织形成的梭织层步骤,包括:
步骤101,以聚酯为原料,经切片干燥、熔融得熔融液;在所述熔融液中混入可溶解的无机添加剂进行共混纺丝、后加工制得经表面微孔改性的涤纶共混纤维;共混纺丝的温度控制在280~290℃,压力为6~7MPa。
在本发明实施例中,对聚酯进行切片干燥的目的是除去聚酯中的水分,提高切片的结晶度和软化点,避免熔融时发生水解,纺丝时易造成气泡、断头和毛丝,并且可防止切片在螺杆挤压机里软化粘结。
在本发明实施例中,对聚酯的切片干燥工艺条件为采用沸腾床预结晶,预结晶温度为160~180℃,时间8~15min;采用搅拌式充填预结晶器,预结晶温度为120~140℃,时间为1~1.5h。干燥温度为190℃以下,切片温度不超过165℃。
在本发明的优选实施例中,所述无机添加剂为磷酸盐或者磷酸氢盐。例如,磷酸氢盐可为磷酸二氢钠或磷酸二氢钾中的一种或两种;磷酸盐可为酸式磷酸钠、三聚磷酸钠、三聚磷酸钾、焦磷酸钠或酸式焦磷酸钠中的一种或多种。
通过在熔融液中添加亲水性的磷酸盐或磷酸氢盐进行共混纺丝,并通过后处理将掺入的添加剂溶除,可以制得表面具有微孔的涤纶共混纤维,从而改善涤纶纤维的吸湿性能。
步骤102,对所述经表面微孔改性的涤纶共混纤维进行碱处理后,喂入热箱内,经过假捻器变形,制得改性涤纶纤维;热箱的温度控制在165~170℃。
在本发明实施例中,上述对所述经表面微孔改性的涤纶共混纤维进行碱处理的步骤,具体为:将所述经表面微孔改性的涤纶共混纤维浸入氢氧化钠和季铵盐的混合碱溶液中进行油浴处理1~4h。采用甘油外浴,油浴比为1:50,油浴温度为100±1℃。
在本发明实施例中,通过将经碱处理后的涤纶共混纤维喂入热箱内经假捻器变形,使得涤纶共混纤维产生一定的卷曲、螺旋,制得改性涤纶纤维。经热处理后,假捻变形纱卷曲显现,纤维变得具有蓬松感,整体结构发生不均匀,具有明显的粗细节交替结构。
经过碱处理后的涤纶共混纤维表面会形成凹凸结构,再经加热假捻变形后,形成粗细交替且具有蓬松感的纤维结构,可进一步提高涤纶的吸湿性能和透气性能。
步骤103,采用所述改性涤纶纤维进行梭织形成的梭织层。
在本发明实施例中,经实验研究发现,以所述改性涤纶纤维为经纬纱进行梭织形成点格结构的梭织层,具有优异的吸湿排湿性能,透气性良好。
在本发明实施例中,在所述改性涤纶层是采用经表面微孔改性和截面异形化改性处理后的改性涤纶纤维进行梭织形成的梭织层的步骤之后,还包括:
对所述改性涤纶层进行染整、拉毛、烫剪、定型处理。
在本发明实施例中,对所述改性涤纶层进行染整、拉毛、烫剪、定型处理的步骤,具体包括:采用蓬松柔软整理剂对所述改性涤纶层进行浸渍整理10~30分钟后,取出干燥处理,并对干燥后的改性涤纶层进行拉毛、烫剪、定型处理。
优选的,所述蓬松柔软整理剂为聚醚端环氧硅油和氨基硅油的混合物。通过采用蓬松柔软整理剂对所述改性涤纶层进行浸渍整理可以明显提高改性涤纶层的蓬松感和柔软性。
经过拉毛、烫剪、定型处理后的涤纶的亲肤性能更佳,且不容易产生掉毛等现象。
在本发明实施例中,所述改性棉层由如下步骤制备得到:
步骤201,将棉纤维进行冻干后粉碎,将粉碎后的棉纤维分散在氢氧化钴/环丁砜溶液,在80~90℃条件下反应1~2h后,冷却,过滤,洗涤2~3次后冷冻干燥得改性棉纤维。
步骤202,采用所述改性棉纤维和桑蚕丝进行混纺,形成改性棉层。
通过氢氧化钴/环丁砜溶液对棉纤维进行处理,可提升材料的可纺性和吸湿性;将改性棉纤维和桑蚕丝进行混纺,使得改性棉层不仅具有普通棉面料的亲肤感,而且还兼具了真丝的爽滑感,更进一步提升了改性棉层的亲肤性能和舒适性能。
优选的,改性棉纤维与桑蚕丝的混纺比为(50~60):(40~50)。
本发明实施例还提供了一种亲肤透气的双层丝绒棉面料的制备方法,包括如下步骤:
步骤301,以改性棉纤维和桑蚕丝进行混纺,形成改性棉层。
步骤302,以改性涤纶纤维为经纬纱进行梭织形成改性涤纶层。
步骤303,采用胶黏剂将所述改性棉层和改性涤纶层粘合起来,得到所述亲肤透气的双层丝绒棉面料。
在本发明实施例中,胶黏剂可以是水性胶,例如,JL-8261水性不干胶、JL-606干式水性复膜胶等。
以下给出本发明某些实施方式的实施例,其目的不在于对本发明的范围进行限定。
实施例1
本实施例中的亲肤透气的双层丝绒棉面料由如下方法制备得到:
制备改性棉层:将棉纤维进行冻干后粉碎,将粉碎后的棉纤维分散在氢氧化钴/环丁砜溶液,在80℃条件下反应1h后,冷却,过滤,洗涤3次后冷冻干燥得改性棉纤维;
采用所述改性棉纤维和桑蚕丝进行混纺,形成改性棉层。
制备改性涤纶层:以聚酯为原料,经切片干燥、熔融得熔融液;在所述熔融液中混入磷酸二氢钠进行共混纺丝、后加工制得经表面微孔改性的涤纶共混纤维;共混纺丝的温度控制在280℃,压力为7MPa;
将所述经表面微孔改性的涤纶共混纤维浸入氢氧化钠和季铵盐的混合碱溶液中进行甘油外浴处理1h,油浴温度为100℃,浴比为1:50,喂入热箱内,经过假捻器变形,制得改性涤纶纤维;热箱的温度控制在165℃;
以改性涤纶纤维为经纬纱进行梭织形成点格结构的梭织层,即改性涤纶层;
采用蓬松柔软整理剂对所述改性涤纶层进行浸渍整理10分钟后,取出干燥处理,并对干燥后的改性涤纶层进行拉毛、烫剪、定型处理。
制备双层丝绒棉面料:采用胶黏剂将所述改性棉层和改性涤纶层粘合起来,得到所述亲肤透气的双层丝绒棉面料。
实施例2
本实施例中的亲肤透气的双层丝绒棉面料由如下方法制备得到:
制备改性棉层:将棉纤维进行冻干后粉碎,将粉碎后的棉纤维分散在氢氧化钴/环丁砜溶液,在90℃条件下反应1h后,冷却,过滤,洗涤2次后冷冻干燥得改性棉纤维;
采用所述改性棉纤维和桑蚕丝进行混纺,形成改性棉层。
制备改性涤纶层:以聚酯为原料,经切片干燥、熔融得熔融液;在所述熔融液中混入磷酸二氢钠和磷酸二氢钾进行共混纺丝、后加工制得经表面微孔改性的涤纶共混纤维;共混纺丝的温度控制在290℃,压力为6MPa;
将所述经表面微孔改性的涤纶共混纤维浸入氢氧化钠和季铵盐的混合碱溶液中进行甘油外浴处理4h,油浴温度为99℃,浴比为1:50,喂入热箱内,经过假捻器变形,制得改性涤纶纤维;热箱的温度控制在170℃;
以改性涤纶纤维为经纬纱进行梭织形成点格结构的梭织层,即改性涤纶层;
采用蓬松柔软整理剂对所述改性涤纶层进行浸渍整理20分钟后,取出干燥处理,并对干燥后的改性涤纶层进行拉毛、烫剪、定型处理。
制备双层丝绒棉面料:采用胶黏剂将所述改性棉层和改性涤纶层粘合起来,得到所述亲肤透气的双层丝绒棉面料。
实施例3
本实施例中的亲肤透气的双层丝绒棉面料由如下方法制备得到:
制备改性棉层:将棉纤维进行冻干后粉碎,将粉碎后的棉纤维分散在氢氧化钴/环丁砜溶液,在85℃条件下反应2h后,冷却,过滤,洗涤3次后冷冻干燥得改性棉纤维;
采用所述改性棉纤维和桑蚕丝进行混纺,形成改性棉层。
制备改性涤纶层:以聚酯为原料,经切片干燥、熔融得熔融液;在所述熔融液中混入酸式磷酸钠进行共混纺丝、后加工制得经表面微孔改性的涤纶共混纤维;共混纺丝的温度控制在285℃,压力为6.5MPa;
将所述经表面微孔改性的涤纶共混纤维浸入氢氧化钠和季铵盐的混合碱溶液中进行甘油外浴处理2h,油浴温度为100℃,浴比为1:50,喂入热箱内,经过假捻器变形,制得改性涤纶纤维;热箱的温度控制在170℃;
以改性涤纶纤维为经纬纱进行梭织形成点格结构的梭织层,即改性涤纶层;
采用蓬松柔软整理剂对所述改性涤纶层进行浸渍整理30分钟后,取出干燥处理,并对干燥后的改性涤纶层进行拉毛、烫剪、定型处理。
制备双层丝绒棉面料:采用胶黏剂将所述改性棉层和改性涤纶层粘合起来,得到所述亲肤透气的双层丝绒棉面料。
实施例4
本实施例中的亲肤透气的双层丝绒棉面料由如下方法制备得到:
制备改性棉层:将棉纤维进行冻干后粉碎,将粉碎后的棉纤维分散在氢氧化钴/环丁砜溶液,在85℃条件下反应2h后,冷却,过滤,洗涤3次后冷冻干燥得改性棉纤维;
采用所述改性棉纤维和桑蚕丝进行混纺,形成改性棉层。
制备改性涤纶层:以聚酯为原料,经切片干燥、熔融得熔融液;在所述熔融液中混入焦磷酸钠进行共混纺丝、后加工制得经表面微孔改性的涤纶共混纤维;共混纺丝的温度控制在280℃,压力为7MPa;
将所述经表面微孔改性的涤纶共混纤维浸入氢氧化钠和季铵盐的混合碱溶液中进行甘油外浴处理3h,油浴温度为100℃,浴比为1:50,喂入热箱内,经过假捻器变形,制得改性涤纶纤维;热箱的温度控制在170℃;
以改性涤纶纤维为经纬纱进行梭织形成点格结构的梭织层,即改性涤纶层;
采用蓬松柔软整理剂对所述改性涤纶层进行浸渍整理15分钟后,取出干燥处理,并对干燥后的改性涤纶层进行拉毛、烫剪、定型处理。
制备双层丝绒棉面料:采用胶黏剂将所述改性棉层和改性涤纶层粘合起来,得到所述亲肤透气的双层丝绒棉面料。
实施例5
本实施例中的亲肤透气的双层丝绒棉面料由如下方法制备得到:
制备改性棉层:将棉纤维进行冻干后粉碎,将粉碎后的棉纤维分散在氢氧化钴/环丁砜溶液,在90℃条件下反应1h后,冷却,过滤,洗涤3次后冷冻干燥得改性棉纤维;
采用所述改性棉纤维和桑蚕丝进行混纺,形成改性棉层。
制备改性涤纶层:以聚酯为原料,经切片干燥、熔融得熔融液;在所述熔融液中混入焦磷酸钠和三聚磷酸钾进行共混纺丝、后加工制得经表面微孔改性的涤纶共混纤维;共混纺丝的温度控制在290℃,压力为7MPa;
将所述经表面微孔改性的涤纶共混纤维浸入氢氧化钠和季铵盐的混合碱溶液中进行甘油外浴处理4h,油浴温度为100℃,浴比为1:50,喂入热箱内,经过假捻器变形,制得改性涤纶纤维;热箱的温度控制在165℃;
以改性涤纶纤维为经纬纱进行梭织形成点格结构的梭织层,即改性涤纶层;
采用蓬松柔软整理剂对所述改性涤纶层进行浸渍整理25分钟后,取出干燥处理,并对干燥后的改性涤纶层进行拉毛、烫剪、定型处理。
制备双层丝绒棉面料:采用胶黏剂将所述改性棉层和改性涤纶层粘合起来,得到所述亲肤透气的双层丝绒棉面料。
1、采用KES-F8-AP1透气仪对上述实施例1~5制得的双层丝绒棉面料和市售的丝绒棉面料进行透气性测试。测试方法是:将面料置于温度为20℃、相对湿度为65%的环境下平衡20小时后,在仪器面板上,设定速率为2cm/sec,敏感度为中档,在同一试样上取不同位置测试10次,取平均值,得到各组面料的阻气值。测试结果见下表1。

由上表1可知,采用本发明实施例的亲肤透气的双层丝绒棉面料的制备方法制得的亲肤透气的双层丝绒棉面料的阻气值为0.855~0.900KPa·s/m2,明显小于市售丝绒棉面料。可见,本发明的双层丝绒棉面料具有良好的透气性能。
对上述实施例1~5制得的双层丝绒棉面料和市售的丝绒棉面料进行蓬松度测试。测试方法如下:
2、蓬松度表示织物单位克重的体积分数,单位为cm3/g,具体计算公式为:

式中B表示织物蓬松度,T0表示织物厚度,ω表示织物克重。
根据GB/Y3820-1997对上述实施例1~5制得的双层丝绒棉面料和市售的丝绒棉面料进行厚度测试。采用2000mm2压脚面积,加压压力为0.1kPa,在加压10秒后读数,每个样品分别取十个不同的位置进行测试,取平均值后记录,单位为mm。
织物克重,定义为织物每平方米的克重,单位为g/m2,取织物不同位置无折痕100cm2大小,并称取重量后计算面密度,即为织物克重。
测试结果见下表2。

由上表2的数据可知,采用本发明实施例的亲肤透气的双层丝绒棉面料的制备方法制得的亲肤透气的双层丝绒棉面料的蓬松度为7.25~7.86cm3/g,明显优于市售丝绒棉面料。可见,本发明的双层丝绒棉面料具有良好的蓬松度,更加亲肤舒适。
3、采用WD S400微量水分仪对上述实施例1~5制得的双层丝绒棉面料和市售的丝绒棉面料进行吸湿性测试。测试方法为:取1cm×15cm的长方形试样,每种试样各剪取三份,在温度为20℃、湿度为65%的环境下平衡24小时,用电子分析天平称得湿重后,放入微量水分仪中测出所含水分,计算出织物干重,求回潮率。计算公式为:

式中,H为回潮率(%),W为试样标准条件下的湿重(g),W0为织物的干重(g)。
测试结果见下表3。

由上表3可知,采用本发明实施例的亲肤透气的双层丝绒棉面料的制备方法制得的亲肤透气的双层丝绒棉面料的回潮率高达42~53%,明显高于市售丝绒棉面料的回潮率。可见,本发明的双层丝绒棉面料的回潮率高,吸湿性好。
4、根据GB/T12704.2-2009《纺织品织物透湿性试验方法第1部分:稀释法》对上述实施例1~5制得的双层丝绒棉面料和市售的丝绒棉面料进行透湿性测试。
织物透湿性是指湿汽透过织物的性能。织物透湿性是保证人体在高温情况下能维持人体正常体温,这样人体不会因为温度过高而中暑也不会因为温度过低而不适。
测试结果见下表4。

由上表4可知,采用本发明实施例的亲肤透气的双层丝绒棉面料的制备方法制得的亲肤透气的双层丝绒棉面料的透湿量为11680~12230g/m2·d,明显高于市售丝绒棉面料的透湿量。可见,本发明的双层丝绒棉面料的透湿量高,舒适性更好。
对比例1
对比例1的双层丝绒棉面料与上述实施例5除了将改性棉层替换为普通棉层之外,其余的制备原料及工艺条件均与实施例5相同。
对比例2
对比例2的双层丝绒棉面料与上述实施例5除了将改性涤纶层替换为普通涤纶层之外,其余的制备原料及工艺条件均与实施例5相同。
对比例3
对比例3的双层丝绒棉面料与上述实施例5相比,除其所采用的改性涤纶层的改性涤纶纤维仅经过表面微孔改性,不经过对纤维截面异形化改性处理之外,其余的制备原料及工艺条件均与实施例5相同。
对比例4
对比例4的双层丝绒棉面料与上述实施例5相比,除其所采用的改性涤纶层的改性涤纶纤维不经过表面微孔改性,仅经过对纤维截面异形化改性处理之外,其余的制备原料及工艺条件均与实施例5相同。
对比例5
对比例5的双层丝绒棉面料与上述实施例5相比,除其省略采用蓬松柔软整理剂对所述改性涤纶层进行浸渍整理的步骤之外,其余的制备原料及工艺条件均与实施例5相同。
参照上述试验方法分别对上述对比例1~5制得的各组双层丝绒棉面料进行性能测试,测试结果见下表5。

由上表1~5可知,对棉层进行改性处理对于丝绒棉面料的透气性、吸湿性和透湿性影响较大,而对于面料的蓬松度影响较小;对涤纶层进行改性处理对于丝绒棉面料的透气性、蓬松度、吸湿性和透湿性均有较大的影响;采用蓬松柔软整理剂对改性涤纶层进行染整处理,主要影响的是面料的蓬松度、柔软性。由此可见,通过对棉层的棉纤维进行改性可提高面料的透气性、吸湿性和透湿性,并且可增加面料的亲肤性能;通过对涤纶层的涤纶纤维进行改性可以明显提高面料的透气性、蓬松度、吸湿性和透湿性;通过蓬松柔软整理剂对改性涤纶层进行染整处理可进一步提高面料的蓬松度,使得面料更加亲肤、透气,穿着更加舒适。
综上所述,本发明实施例提供的亲肤透气的双层丝绒棉面料,包括改性棉层以及与所述改性棉层粘合的改性涤纶层,其中,改性棉层的亲肤性好,并且改性涤纶层为采用经表面微孔改性和截面异形化改性处理后的改性涤纶纤维进行梭织形成的梭织层,通过对涤纶纤维进行表面微孔改性和截面异形化改性处理,可以充分改善涤纶层的吸湿性和排湿性,使得丝绒棉面料具有十分优异的舒适性和透气性。

1.一种亲肤透气的双层丝绒棉面料,其特征在于,包括改性棉层以及与所述改性棉层粘合的改性涤纶层;
所述改性涤纶层是采用经表面微孔改性和截面异形化改性处理后的改性涤纶纤维进行梭织形成的梭织层。
2.如权利要求1所述的亲肤透气的双层丝绒棉面料,其特征在于,所述改性涤纶层是采用经表面微孔改性和截面异形化改性处理后的改性涤纶纤维进行梭织形成的梭织层步骤,包括:
以聚酯为原料,经切片干燥、熔融得熔融液;在所述熔融液中混入可溶解的无机添加剂进行共混纺丝、后加工制得经表面微孔改性的涤纶共混纤维;共混纺丝的温度控制在280~290℃,压力为6~7MPa;
对所述经表面微孔改性的涤纶共混纤维进行碱处理后,喂入热箱内,经过假捻器变形,制得改性涤纶纤维;热箱的温度控制在165~170℃;
采用所述改性涤纶纤维进行梭织形成的梭织层。
3.如权利要求2所述的亲肤透气的双层丝绒棉面料,其特征在于,所述无机添加剂为磷酸盐或者磷酸氢盐。
4.如权利要求2所述的亲肤透气的双层丝绒棉面料,其特征在于,所述对所述经表面微孔改性的涤纶共混纤维进行碱处理的步骤,具体为:
将所述经表面微孔改性的涤纶共混纤维浸入氢氧化钠和季铵盐的混合碱溶液中进行油浴处理1~4h。
5.如权利要求1所述的亲肤透气的双层丝绒棉面料,其特征在于,所述所述改性涤纶层是采用经表面微孔改性和截面异形化改性处理后的改性涤纶纤维进行梭织形成的梭织层的步骤,包括:

7.如权利要求6所述的亲肤透气的双层丝绒棉面料,其特征在于,所述对所述改性涤纶层进行染整、拉毛、烫剪、定型处理的步骤,具体包括:
采用蓬松柔软整理剂对所述改性涤纶层进行浸渍整理10~30分钟后,取出干燥处理,并对干燥后的改性涤纶层进行拉毛、烫剪、定型处理。
8.如权利要求1所述的亲肤透气的双层丝绒棉面料,其特征在于,所述改性棉层由如下步骤制备得到:
将棉纤维进行冻干后粉碎,将粉碎后的棉纤维分散在氢氧化钴/环丁砜溶液,在80~90℃条件下反应1~2h后,冷却,过滤,洗涤2~3次后冷冻干燥得改性棉纤维;
采用所述改性棉纤维和桑蚕丝进行混纺,形成改性棉层。
9.如权利要求7所述的亲肤透气的双层丝绒棉面料,其特征在于,所述蓬松柔软整理剂为聚醚端环氧硅油和氨基硅油的混合物。
10.如权利要求1~9任意一项所述的亲肤透气的双层丝绒棉面料的制备方法,其特征在于,包括如下步骤:
以改性棉纤维和桑蚕丝进行混纺,形成改性棉层;
以改性涤纶纤维为经纬纱进行梭织形成改性涤纶层;
采用胶黏剂将所述改性棉层和改性涤纶层粘合起来,得到所述亲肤透气的双层丝绒棉面料。
