面料就是用来制作服装的材料,作为服装三要素之一,面料不仅可以诠释服装的风格和特性,而且直接左右着服装的色彩、造型的表现效果,但是现有的面料其弹力、环保效果不好,而且,许多面料的布面大多容易起皱及起圈、萎缩、布面柔软度较差,影响了面料的档次,越来越不符合人们的需求。
为此,提出一种环保柔滑蓬松的面料。

本发明的目的在于提供一种环保柔滑蓬松的面料,该面料具有舒适环保和良好的蓬松柔软特性,且布面不易出现起圈、萎缩的问题,符合人们的需求。

一种环保柔滑蓬松的面料,包括上下两层环保面层和设置于上下两层环保面层外侧的蓬松层,所述上下两层环保面层之间通过粘合剂连接而成,所述环保面层由经纱和纬纱沉浮交织而成,所述经纱由纯棉纱纤维和绒毛条合股加捻组成,所述纬纱由桑蚕丝纤维和环保涤纶纤维合股加捻组成,所述经纱和纬纱交织成缎纹组织,所述缎纹组织由两根经纱和两根纬纱交织而成,每隔一根所述经纱上下相互交织一次。

本发明的工作流程:首先,选取对应的纯棉纱纤维和绒毛条合股加捻组成经纱1,选取对应的桑蚕丝纤维和环保涤纶纤维合股加捻组成纬纱2,随后利用经纱1和纬纱2沉浮交织成缎纹组织,该缎纹组织为平纹式结构,在一个组织循环结构中采用两根经纱1和两根纬纱2交织而成,每隔一根经纱1的上下相互交织一次,交织成平纹式结构的环保面层,随后调整上机密度和送经量将环保面层、上波浪锦纶延展线3和下波浪锦纶延展线4通过经平绒组织编织,形成环保柔滑蓬松的面料。

Claims (7)
1.一种环保柔滑蓬松的面料,包括上下两层环保面层和设置于上下两层环保面层外侧的蓬松层,所述上下两层环保面层之间通过粘合剂连接而成,其特征在于,所述环保面层由经纱和纬纱沉浮交织而成,所述经纱由纯棉纱纤维和绒毛条合股加捻组成,所述纬纱由桑蚕丝纤维和环保涤纶纤维合股加捻组成,所述经纱和纬纱交织成缎纹组织,所述缎纹组织由两根经纱和两根纬纱交织而成,每隔一根所述经纱上下相互交织一次。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种环保柔滑蓬松的面料,其特征在于,所述蓬松层包括上波浪锦纶延展线和下波浪锦纶延展线,所述上波浪锦纶延展线和下波浪锦纶延展线分别凸出上下两层环保面层。
3.根据权利要求2所述的一种环保柔滑蓬松的面料,其特征在于,所述上波浪锦纶延展线和下波浪锦纶延展线的粗细为40支。
4.根据权利要求1所述的一种环保柔滑蓬松的面料,其特征在于,所述缎纹组织为平纹式结构。
5.根据权利要求1所述的一种环保柔滑蓬松的面料,其特征在于,所述纯棉纱纤维的粗细为21支。
6.根据权利要求1所述的一种环保柔滑蓬松的面料,其特征在于,所述桑蚕丝纤维的粗细为32支。
7.根据权利要求1所述的一种环保柔滑蓬松的面料,其特征在于,所述环保涤纶纤维的粗细为40支。
