本发明公开了一种含表面改性云母钛珠光颜料的珠光型粉末涂料涂层的制备方法,其特征在于,将云母钛珠光颜料洗涤干燥后,投入到无水乙醇中超声分散,恒温水浴搅拌后,滴加聚二甲基硅氧烷、表面活性剂的醇溶液,继续恒温搅拌反应,真空抽滤,改性产物干燥、过筛得表面活性剂改性的云母钛珠光颜料粉末;向六钛酸钾晶须中加入无水乙醇,再加入KH570预水解液,搅拌偶联反应,抽滤、洗涤后干燥得改性六钛酸钾晶须;将改性云母钛珠光颜料粉末添加到粉末涂料母料中,再投入改性六钛酸钾晶须,通过物理干混法充分混匀得珠光型粉末涂料;将珠光型粉末涂料通过高压静电粉末喷涂枪喷涂到铝薄片表面上,然后烘烤固化成型,冷却得到珠光效应的漆膜涂层。

技术领域
本发明涉及粉末涂料领域,具体涉及一种含表面改性云母钛珠光颜料的珠光型粉末涂料涂层的制备方法。
背景技术
云母钛珠光颜料是无机珠光颜料中最具有代表性的品种之一,是目前世界上生产最多和应用最为广泛的珠光颜料,由于其生产制造成本低以及特殊的金属闪光效应而被广泛应用于汽车与工业涂料、塑料、橡胶、油墨和化妆品等各个领域中。
近几年来,随着人们环保意识的增强及环保法规的日益严格,环境保护已成为世界性的重要问题。粉末涂料是一种不含有溶剂的100%固体粉末状的涂料,具有高生产效率、优良涂膜性能、生态环保型和经济型的特点,同时由于涂装方法多种而方便,而成为产量增长速度较快的徐料品种之一,目前主要应用于汽车行业、电器行业、建筑行业等。但是,当珠光颜料应用于粉末涂料中时,配制得的珠光型粉末涂料在进行静电粉末喷涂过程中,存在云母锭珠光颜料的上粉率低,同一电压下静电喷涂时色差值分离严重等现象,使涂膜达不到理想的效果。因此,可对云母锭珠光颜料进行表面改性,以使其更好地应用于粉末涂料的要求。
六钛酸钾晶须由于具有性价比比较高、尺寸微细、红外反射率高、热系数极低具有负的导热系数,用在薄膜类隔热卷材涂料中,性能十分优异。但由于钛酸钾晶须尺寸细微,使其极易容易团聚,同时晶须的表面亲水疏油,直接复合到有机基体体系中,与有机基体间的润湿性、分散性较差,不能发挥其优异的隔热性能。
发明内容
本发明主要解决的技术问题是提供一种含表面改性云母钛珠光颜料的珠光型粉末涂料涂层的制备方法,依照该工艺制备的粉末涂料具有优良的上粉率,漆膜涂层稳定性好。
一种含表面改性云母钛珠光颜料的珠光型粉末涂料涂层的制备方法,其特征在于,按以下步骤进行:
(1)云母钛珠光颜料表面湿法改性工艺:
将3-4份云母钛珠光颜料用无水乙醇和去离子水各洗涤2-3次,然后在68-72℃烘箱中真空干燥完全,投入到9-16份无水乙醇中,超声分散2-5min,在68-72℃恒温水浴中搅拌30-35min后,滴加0.1-0.12份聚二甲基硅氧烷、3-4份表面活性剂的醇溶液,继续恒温搅拌反应1-2h,真空抽滤,改性产物在70-80℃烘干箱中恒温干燥23-25h,过100-200目筛,得到表面活性剂改性的云母钛珠光颜料粉末;
(2)六钛酸钾晶须的表面有机化改性:
向0.1-0.2份硅烷偶联剂KH570中1:55-65加入水乙醇混合液,用冰乙酸调节pH为1-2,电磁搅拌水解1-2h,得到KH570预水解液;
向2-3份六钛酸钾晶须中1:5-15加入无水乙醇,再加入KH570预水解液,在57-63℃下搅拌偶联反应1-2h,抽滤、用无水乙醇洗涤2-3次后干燥得改性六钛酸钾晶须;
(3)珠光型粉末涂料的配制:
将(1)中所得改性云母钛珠光颜料粉末添加到95-105份粉末涂料母料中,再投入(2)中所得物料,通过物理干混法充分混合均匀,得到珠光型粉末涂料;
将珠光型粉末涂料通过高压静电粉末喷涂枪在35-45KV电压下喷涂到铝薄片表面上,然后在160-180℃烘烤箱中烘烤10-20min固化成型,冷却得到珠光效应的漆膜涂层。
其中,步骤(1)中表面活性剂为0.06-0.08份硬脂酸。
步骤(2)中水乙醇混合液中水/乙醇质量比为1:10-20。
步骤(3)中粉末涂料母料为聚酸酯树脂。
本发明的反应机理如下:
(1)采用湿法改性工艺,用表面活性剂硬脂酸对云母钛珠光颜料进行表面改性,改性剂在改性云母钛珠光颜料过程中与颜料表面的羟基(-OH)发生作用过程以及表面包覆存在饱和现象,经过表面处理后的颜料在有机溶剂中具有更好的相容性和分散性;将改性后的云母钛珠光颜料添加到粉末涂料中,再采用物理干混法充分混合均匀,在低电压作用下静电喷涂,改性处理后的珠光型粉末涂料上粉率高、所得漆膜涂层稳定性好。
(2)以硅烷偶联剂KH570对六钛酸钾晶须表面进行有机化改性,改性后增加了晶须的水接触角,提高其表面的疏水性能,改性后的晶须表面包覆上了KH570,
可以改善其在基体体系中的分散、润湿性,以提高添加改性晶须后的涂料的隔热性能。
具体实施方式
为了使本发明实现的技术手段、创作特征、达成目的与功效易于明白了解,下面结合具体实施例,进一步阐述本发明。
实施例
一种含表面改性云母钛珠光颜料的珠光型粉末涂料涂层的制备方法,其特征在于,按以下步骤进行:
(1)云母钛珠光颜料表面湿法改性工艺:
将3kg云母钛珠光颜料用无水乙醇和去离子水各洗涤2次,然后在68-72℃烘箱中真空干燥完全,投入到9kg无水乙醇中,超声分散5min,在68-72℃恒温水浴中搅拌35min后,滴加0.1kg聚二甲基硅氧烷、3kg表面活性剂的醇溶液,继续恒温搅拌反应2h,真空抽滤,改性产物在70-80℃烘干箱中恒温干燥25h,过100目筛,得到表面活性剂改性的云母钛珠光颜料粉末;
(2)六钛酸钾晶须的表面有机化改性:
向0.1kg硅烷偶联剂KH570中1:55加入水乙醇混合液,用冰乙酸调节pH为1-2,电磁搅拌水解2h,得到KH570预水解液;
向2kg六钛酸钾晶须中1:5加入无水乙醇,再加入KH570预水解液,在57-63℃下搅拌偶联反应1h,抽滤、用无水乙醇洗涤2次后干燥得改性六钛酸钾晶须;
(3)珠光型粉末涂料的配制:
将(1)中所得改性云母钛珠光颜料粉末添加到95kg粉末涂料母料中,再投入(2)中所得物料,通过物理干混法充分混合均匀,得到珠光型粉末涂料;
将珠光型粉末涂料通过高压静电粉末喷涂枪在35KV电压下喷涂到铝薄片表面上,然后在170-180℃烘烤箱中烘烤10min固化成型,冷却得到珠光效应的漆膜涂层。
其中,步骤(1)中表面活性剂为0.06kg硬脂酸。
步骤(2)中水乙醇混合液中水/乙醇质量比为1:20。
步骤(3)中粉末涂料母料为聚酸酯树脂。

1.一种含表面改性云母钛珠光颜料的珠光型粉末涂料涂层的制备方法,其特征在于,将云母钛珠光颜料洗涤干燥后,投入到无水乙醇中超声分散,恒温水浴搅拌后,滴加聚二甲基硅氧烷、表面活性剂的醇溶液,继续恒温搅拌反应,真空抽滤,改性产物干燥,过筛,得到表面活性剂改性的云母钛珠光颜料粉末;向六钛酸钾晶须中加入无水乙醇,再加入KH570预水解液,搅拌偶联反应,抽滤、洗涤后干燥得改性六钛酸钾晶须;将改性云母钛珠光颜料粉末添加到粉末涂料母料中,再投入改性六钛酸钾晶须,通过物理干混法充分混匀,得到珠光型粉末涂料;将珠光型粉末涂料通过高压静电粉末喷涂枪喷涂到铝薄片表面上,然后烘烤固化成型,冷却得到珠光效应的漆膜涂层。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种含表面改性云母钛珠光颜料的珠光型粉末涂料涂层的制备方法,其特征在于,按以下步骤进行:
