Abstract
本发明公开一种硅胶仿生鱼饵外上色方法,包括以下操作步骤:(1)将制备成型的硅胶仿生鱼饵表面清洗干净,然后将其放入改性液中,充分浸泡;(2)将甲基丙烯酸甲酯、丙烯酸丁酯、3‑甲氧基丙烯酸甲酯、去离子水、乳化剂、引发剂混合均匀后,88‑92℃保温处理3‑4小时后,制得丙烯酸乳液;(3)将氯化钷、氯化钪加入至水中,然后继续向其中加入环烷酸钠,混合搅拌均匀后,将混合物的温度升至115‑120℃后,保温处理,制得环烷酸稀土;(4)将丙烯酸乳液、颜料、聚甘油单硬脂酸脂、环烷酸稀土、分散剂、苫芚胶、甲醛合次硫酸氢钠混合均匀后,制得硅胶仿生鱼饵涂料。采用本发明方法制得的仿生鱼饵,耐水泡性能优异,不易出现掉色变色的现象,品质优异。
Description
技术领域
本发明属于渔具生产技术领域,具体涉及一种硅胶仿生鱼饵外上色方法。
背景技术
渔用钓饵是指广泛应用于商业钓捕和休闲垂钓的鱼类摄食引诱物。仿生鱼饵主要包括软质的橡胶或硅胶材料的螺旋单尾、蛆虫双尾、仿虾、仿长虫型的软质仿生鱼饵,硬质塑料材料的鱼型鱼饵、铅笔状鱼饵、拨水鱼饵、扰泥型鱼饵等,以及亮片式的金属鱼饵。现有技术中,仿生鱼饵染色大多采用外染色方法,即涂刷染料进行染色,但是现有技术中的外染色工艺,存在着染色效果差,染色后的仿生鱼饵在使用的过程中,经过水泡后,容易出现掉色的现象,严重影响了仿生鱼饵的使用寿命。
发明内容
为了解决上述技术问题,本发明提供一种硅胶仿生鱼饵外上色方法。
本发明是通过以下技术方案实现的。
一种硅胶仿生鱼饵外上色方法,包括以下操作步骤:
(1)将制备成型的硅胶仿生鱼饵表面清洗干净,然后将其放入改性液中,充分浸泡3-4小时,其中改性液由以下重量份的组分制成:聚醚烷基改性硅油4-6份、正钒酸钠11-18份、水140-160份;
(2)按重量份计,将49-55份甲基丙烯酸甲酯、33-36份丙烯酸丁酯、14-20份3-甲氧基丙烯酸甲酯、38-45份去离子水、1-3份乳化剂、0.6-0.9份引发剂混合均匀后,88-92℃保温处理3-4小时后,制得丙烯酸乳液;
(3)按重量份计,将16-20份氯化钷、10-15份氯化钪加入至130-150份水中,然后继续向其中加入28-36份环烷酸钠,混合搅拌均匀后,将混合物的温度升至115-120℃后,保温处理3-4小时,制得环烷酸稀土;
(4)按重量份计,将68-72份丙烯酸乳液、0.1-1份颜料、2-4份聚甘油单硬脂酸脂、6-10份环烷酸稀土、1-3份分散剂、5-8份苫芚胶、0.2-0.4份甲醛合次硫酸氢钠混合均匀后,制得硅胶仿生鱼饵涂料。
具体地,上述步骤(2)中,乳化剂为OP-10,引发剂为过硫酸钾、过硫酸钠、过硫酸铵中的任意一种。
具体地,上述步骤(3)中,分散剂为聚乙二醇200或聚乙二醇400中的任意一种。
由以上的技术方案可知,本发明的有益效果是:
采用本发明方法制得的仿生鱼饵,形态逼真,色泽艳丽,染色后的仿生鱼饵,在使用的过程中,耐水泡性能优异,不易出现掉色变色的现象,品质优异。其中,步骤(1)提供的改性液,其能有效的提升仿生鱼饵表面活性基团的数目,使得涂料容易在仿生鱼饵表面附着,并且能增强涂料的挂壁性,提升染色精准性;本发明制得的环烷酸稀土中含有环烷酸钷和环烷酸钪,两者协同作用后,既能提升颜料的呈色效果,使得染色膜层色泽艳丽、光亮,同时还能有效的提升膜层的耐水泡性能,延长了仿生鱼饵的使用寿命。
具体实施方式
以下实施例用于说明本发明,但不能用来限制本发明的范围。实施例中采用的实施条件可以根据厂家的条件作进一步调整,未说明的实施条件通常为常规实验条件。
实施例1
一种硅胶仿生鱼饵外上色方法,包括以下操作步骤:
(1)将制备成型的硅胶仿生鱼饵表面清洗干净,然后将其放入改性液中,充分浸泡3小时,其中改性液由以下重量份的组分制成:聚醚烷基改性硅油4份、正钒酸钠11份、水140份;
(2)按重量份计,将49份甲基丙烯酸甲酯、33份丙烯酸丁酯、14份3-甲氧基丙烯酸甲酯、38份去离子水、1份乳化剂、0.6份引发剂混合均匀后,88℃保温处理3小时后,制得丙烯酸乳液;
(3)按重量份计,将16份氯化钷、10份氯化钪加入至130份水中,然后继续向其中加入28份环烷酸钠,混合搅拌均匀后,将混合物的温度升至115℃后,保温处理3小时,制得环烷酸稀土;
(4)按重量份计,将68份丙烯酸乳液、0.1份颜料Yellow 7400、2份聚甘油单硬脂酸脂、6份环烷酸稀土、1份分散剂、5份苫芚胶、0.2份甲醛合次硫酸氢钠混合均匀后,制得硅胶仿生鱼饵涂料。
具体地,上述步骤(2)中,乳化剂为OP-10,引发剂为过硫酸钾。
具体地,上述步骤(3)中,分散剂为聚乙二醇200。
实施例2
一种硅胶仿生鱼饵外上色方法,包括以下操作步骤:
(1)将制备成型的硅胶仿生鱼饵表面清洗干净,然后将其放入改性液中,充分浸泡3.5小时,其中改性液由以下重量份的组分制成:聚醚烷基改性硅油5份、正钒酸钠13份、水150份;
(2)按重量份计,将52份甲基丙烯酸甲酯、34份丙烯酸丁酯、16份3-甲氧基丙烯酸甲酯、41份去离子水、2份乳化剂、0.8份引发剂混合均匀后,90℃保温处理3.5小时后,制得丙烯酸乳液;
(3)按重量份计,将18份氯化钷、13份氯化钪加入至140份水中,然后继续向其中加入32份环烷酸钠,混合搅拌均匀后,将混合物的温度升至118℃后,保温处理3.5小时,制得环烷酸稀土;
(4)按重量份计,将70份丙烯酸乳液、0.3份颜料Blue 1538L、3份聚甘油单硬脂酸脂、8份环烷酸稀土、2份分散剂、7份苫芚胶、0.3份甲醛合次硫酸氢钠混合均匀后,制得硅胶仿生鱼饵涂料。
具体地,上述步骤(2)中,乳化剂为OP-10,引发剂为过硫酸钠。
具体地,上述步骤(3)中,分散剂为聚乙二醇200。
实施例3
一种硅胶仿生鱼饵外上色方法,包括以下操作步骤:
(1)将制备成型的硅胶仿生鱼饵表面清洗干净,然后将其放入改性液中,充分浸泡4小时,其中改性液由以下重量份的组分制成:聚醚烷基改性硅油6份、正钒酸钠18份、水160份;
(2)按重量份计,将55份甲基丙烯酸甲酯、36份丙烯酸丁酯、20份3-甲氧基丙烯酸甲酯、45份去离子水、3份乳化剂、0.9份引发剂混合均匀后,92℃保温处理4小时后,制得丙烯酸乳液;
(3)按重量份计,将20份氯化钷、15份氯化钪加入至150份水中,然后继续向其中加入36份环烷酸钠,混合搅拌均匀后,将混合物的温度升至120℃后,保温处理4小时,制得环烷酸稀土;
(4)按重量份计,将72份丙烯酸乳液、1份颜料G36Y、4份聚甘油单硬脂酸脂、10份环烷酸稀土、3份分散剂、8份苫芚胶、0.4份甲醛合次硫酸氢钠混合均匀后,制得硅胶仿生鱼饵涂料。
具体地,上述步骤(2)中,乳化剂为OP-10,引发剂为过硫酸铵。
具体地,上述步骤(3)中,分散剂为聚乙二醇400。
对比例1
步骤(1)中的改性液为清水,其余操作步骤与实施例1完全相同。
对比例2
步骤(3)中不添加环烷酸稀土,其余操作步骤与实施例2完全相同。
分别用各实施例和对比例的方法对制得的相同型号的仿生鱼饵,将其放置在水中浸泡240小时,然后按色牢度标准测试方法,测试硅胶仿生鱼饵摩擦色牢度,试验结果如表1所示:

由表1可知,本发明制得的仿生鱼饵,耐水泡性能优异,不易发生脱色的现象。

Claims (3)
1.一种硅胶仿生鱼饵外上色方法,其特征在于,包括以下操作步骤:
(1)将制备成型的硅胶仿生鱼饵表面清洗干净,然后将其放入改性液中,充分浸泡3-4小时,其中改性液由以下重量份的组分制成:聚醚烷基改性硅油4-6份、正钒酸钠11-18份、水140-160份;
(2)按重量份计,将49-55份甲基丙烯酸甲酯、33-36份丙烯酸丁酯、14-20份3-甲氧基丙烯酸甲酯、38-45份去离子水、1-3份乳化剂、0.6-0.9份引发剂混合均匀后,88-92℃保温处理3-4小时后,制得丙烯酸乳液;
(3)按重量份计,将16-20份氯化钷、10-15份氯化钪加入至130-150份水中,然后继续向其中加入28-36份环烷酸钠,混合搅拌均匀后,将混合物的温度升至115-120℃后,保温处理3-4小时,制得环烷酸稀土;
(4)按重量份计,将68-72份丙烯酸乳液、0.1-1份颜料、2-4份聚甘油单硬脂酸脂、6-10份环烷酸稀土、1-3份分散剂、5-8份苫芚胶、0.2-0.4份甲醛合次硫酸氢钠混合均匀后,制得硅胶仿生鱼饵涂料。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种硅胶仿生鱼饵外上色方法,其特征在于,上述步骤(2)中,乳化剂为OP-10,引发剂为过硫酸钾、过硫酸钠、过硫酸铵中的任意一种。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种硅胶仿生鱼饵外上色方法,其特征在于,上述步骤(3)中,分散剂为聚乙二醇200或聚乙二醇400中的任意一种。
