Technical Field
The invention belongs to the technical field of feed additives, and particularly relates to a chitosan quaternary ammonium salt and Chinese herbal medicine compound feed additive, and a preparation method and application thereof.
Background
The porcine inflammatory bowel disease is a common intestinal disease in pig production, generally mainly comprises infectious diseases caused by bacteria and viruses, including porcine epidemic diarrhea, dysentery, transmissible gastroenteritis and the like, and has the manifestation form of diarrhea, and is accompanied by symptoms of body temperature rise, inappetence, dehydration and the like. The slow growth of pigs, the reduced feed return, the reduced production performance and even the death of the pigs are caused, and the economic benefit of the breeding industry is seriously influenced.
Most of the traditional methods for treating inflammatory bowel diseases are to use some antibiotics for prevention and treatment, such as gentamicin, amoxicillin, norfloxacin and the like, but excessive use of these drugs may cause some adverse effects, such as drug resistance, toxic and side effects, drug residues and digestive tract flora imbalance, which cause the reduction of intestinal immune function of pigs and adverse effects on human bodies after eating these animals.
The Chinese herbal medicine is from nature, has wide resources and low price, has double functions of nutrition and medicine, has multiple effects and small toxic and side effects, takes the Chinese herbal medicine as the raw material, researches effective medicines or feed additives for preventing and/or treating inflammatory bowel diseases, and has great application value in the breeding industry.

From the results, in the effect of preventing the diarrhea of the piglets, although the single traditional Chinese medicine component or the chitosan quaternary ammonium salt has a certain improvement effect on the diarrhea rate of the piglets, the diarrhea rate of the piglets is still high; the compound feed additive has obvious effect on the diarrhea rate of piglets, and compared with a control group, the diarrhea rate of the piglets added with the compound feed additive is reduced by at least 60 percent. When chitosan quaternary ammonium salt with various molecular weights is added aiming at the added chitosan quaternary ammonium salt in the compound feed additive, the improvement effect on the diarrhea rate of the young animals is better than that of the added chitosan quaternary ammonium salt with single molecular weight; when 3 kinds of chitosan quaternary ammonium salt with molecular weight are added, the improvement effect on the piglet diarrhea rate is most obvious, the piglet diarrhea rate is reduced by at least 30% and 10% compared with the piglet diarrhea rate only added with traditional Chinese medicine components and only added with chitosan quaternary ammonium salt, and the effect is better than other concentrations when the addition amount of the feed additive accounts for 1.5% of the total amount of the feed.
The results show that the components in the compound feed additive have a synergistic effect, the effect is better than that of the single addition of the traditional Chinese medicines or the chitosan quaternary ammonium salt, the effect is better than that of other concentrations when the addition amount of the feed additive accounts for 1.5 percent of the total amount of the feed, the effect of compounding the chitosan quaternary ammonium salt mixed by the traditional Chinese medicines and 3 molecular weights in the embodiment 1 as the feed additive is the best, and the effect of preventing and treating the diarrhea of piglets is the most obvious.

From the results, in the effect of preventing the diarrhea of the adult pigs, although the single traditional Chinese medicine component or the chitosan quaternary ammonium salt has a certain improvement effect on the diarrhea rate of the piglets, the diarrhea rate of the piglets is still high; the compound feed additive has obvious effect, and compared with a control group, the diarrhea rate of the adult pigs added with the compound feed additive is reduced by at least 50%. When chitosan quaternary ammonium salt with various molecular weights is added aiming at the added chitosan quaternary ammonium salt in the compound feed additive, the improvement effect on the diarrhea rate of the young animals is better than that of the added chitosan quaternary ammonium salt with single molecular weight; when 3 kinds of chitosan quaternary ammonium salt with molecular weight are added, the improvement effect on the piglet diarrhea rate is most obvious, the piglet diarrhea rate is reduced by at least 20% and 10% compared with the piglet diarrhea rate only added with the traditional Chinese medicine components and only added with the chitosan quaternary ammonium salt, and the effect is better than other concentrations when the addition amount of the feed additive accounts for 1.5% of the total amount of the feed.
The results show that the components in the compound feed additive have synergistic effect, and the effect is better than that of singly adding traditional Chinese medicine components or chitosan quaternary ammonium salt; when the traditional Chinese medicine components and the chitosan quaternary ammonium salt are used together, the effect of adopting the chitosan quaternary ammonium salt mixed with different molecular weights is better; in the above-listed experimental examples, the effect of the compound feed additive in example 1 was the best, and the effect of preventing and treating diarrhea in piglets and adult pigs was the best.
