Abstract
本发明提出一种野生苦瓜降糖饮料及其制备方法,该饮料包括如下重量份的原料:野生苦瓜100‑160份、川黄连30‑50份、金银花60‑88份和甜菊叶10‑15份。本发明使用野生苦瓜和川黄连,它们相互作用,各自药性增强,降血糖效果更佳,而野生苦瓜、川黄连、金银花和甜菊叶按上述重量份结合,不仅提升饮料整体的口感,还使得野生苦瓜、川黄连及金银花的整体降血糖效果得到提升。除此之外,还有清热解毒,消炎,保肝明目,清除血液中的毒素,调节体内的酸碱度的作用。本发明无毒副作用。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种降糖饮料,尤其是一种野生苦瓜降糖饮料,还涉及其制备方法,属于食品领域。
背景技术
高血糖的危害短时间、一次性的高血糖对人体无严重损害。比如在应激状态 下或情绪激动、高度紧张时,可出现短暂的高血糖;一次进食大量的糖类,也可 出现短暂高血糖;
随后,血糖水平逐渐恢复正常。然而长期的高血糖会使全身各个组织器官发 生病变,导致急慢性并发症的发生。如胰腺功能衰竭、失水、电解质紊乱、营养 缺乏、抵抗力下降、肾功能受损、神经病变、眼底病变等。
虽然目前降血糖的食品或药物较多,然而,疗效并不佳,也存在用料、配伍不正确、不完善的问题,例如,现有技术也有采用普通苦瓜或者黄连作为成分之一,然而,两者作用并不明显,降血糖效果不佳。
发明内容
为了解决上述技术问题,一种野生苦瓜降糖饮料及其制备方法,本发明通过如下技术方案予以实现:
一种野生苦瓜降糖饮料,其特征在于:包括如下重量份的原料:野生苦瓜100-160份、川黄连30-50份、金银花60-88份和甜菊叶10-15份。

将步骤(1)的原料混合,加水覆盖,大火煮开后,小火煎煮25分钟左右或者采用常规低温萃取技术提纯,即得到野生苦瓜降糖饮料。
进一步地,野生苦瓜降糖饮料的用量为:每日3-5次,每次约200毫升。
本发明中:
野生苦瓜为君,其含类似胰岛素物质是普通苦瓜的数十倍,有明显的降血糖作用。性味甘苦寒凉,能清热、除烦、止渴,有清热解毒,消炎,降血糖的作用。
野生苦瓜中,针对血糖血压发挥作用的是两大物质:野生苦瓜甙和5-羟基色胺。野生苦瓜甙是β-谷甾醇-β-D-葡萄糖甙和5,25-豆甾二烯醇-3-葡萄糖甙的等分子混合物。野生苦瓜甙的功效,就是平稳降血糖,能改善胰岛素功能,修复β细胞;减轻和控制2型高血糖并发症;调节高血压、高血脂、高胆固醇,调节免疫力,促进新陈代谢。
川黄连为臣,性寒味苦,属治中焦湿热之要药,具有燥湿清热、泻火解毒的功能。降胃火、脾、胰腺、肝火。
野生苦瓜性味甘苦寒凉,降糖,川黄连-性寒味苦,消炎平肝,两者相互作用降血糖效果更佳。
金银花为佐,主要是清热解毒,主治温病发热、热毒血痢、痈疽疔毒等。现代研究证明,金银花含有绿原酸、木犀草素苷等药理活性成分,对溶血性链球菌、金黄葡萄球菌等多种致病菌及上呼吸道感染致病病毒等有较强的抑制力,另外还可增强免疫力、抗早孕、护肝、抗肿瘤、消炎、解热、止血(凝血)、抑制肠道吸收胆固醇等,其临床用途非常广泛,可与其它药物配伍用于治疗呼吸道感染、菌痢、急性泌尿系统感染、高血压等40余种病症。
金银花性寒,味甘,入肺、心、胃经,具有清热解毒、抗炎、补虚疗风的功效,主治胀满下疾、温病发热,热毒痈疡和肿瘤等症。其对于头昏头晕、口干作渴、多汗烦闷、肠炎、菌痢、麻疹、肺炎、乙脑、流脑、急性乳腺炎、败血症、阑尾炎、皮肤感染、痈疽疔疮、丹毒、腮腺炎、化脓性扁桃体炎等病症均有一定疗效。
金银花的有效成份为绿原酸和异绿原酸。这是植物代谢过程中产生的次生物质,其含量的高低不仅取决于植物的种类,而且可能在很大程度上受气候、土壤等生态、地理条件以及物候期的影响。
金银花茶有独特的减肥功能,还能抑制与杀灭咽喉部的病原菌,对老人和儿童有抗感染功效。经常服用金银花浸泡或煎剂有利于风火目赤、咽喉肿痛、肥胖症、肝热症和肝热型高血压的治疗与康复。
甜菊叶为使,其含异黄酮成分甜菊素、甜菊素木糖甙、大豆黄酮、大豆黄酮甙及β-谷甾醇、花生酸,又含多量淀粉(新鲜甜菊中含量为19~20%)。甜菊供药用,甜菊提取类黄酮物质与桑叶提取物脱氧野尻霉素结合形成一种新物质—洗胰清糖素(cics),具有降血糖、血脂、抗炎等作用。甜菊有解表退热、生津止渴、止泻的功能,并能改善高血压糖尿病病人的项强、头晕、头痛等症状。有效成分为黄豆甙元、黄甙及甜菊素等。
甜菊主要含碳水化合物,植物蛋白,多种维生素和矿物质,此外还含有黄酮类物质:大豆素,大豆甙,还有大豆素-4,7-二葡萄糖甙,甜菊素,甜菊素-7-木糖甙,甜菊醇,甜菊藤及异黄酮甙等。
与现有技术相比,本发明的有益效果如下:
本发明使用野生苦瓜和川黄连,它们相互作用,各自药性增强,降血糖效果更佳,而野生苦瓜、川黄连、金银花和甜菊叶按上述重量份结合,不仅提升饮料整体的口感,还使得野生苦瓜、川黄连及金银花的整体降血糖效果得到提升。除此之外,还有清热解毒,利水,消炎,保肝明目,清除血液中的毒素,调节体内的酸碱度的作用。本发明无需添加任何化学药剂,无毒副作用,成本低。
在这样的基础上,本发明的野生苦瓜降糖饮料作用功效如下:
1、提高肝细胞的再生能力,恢复正常肝脏机能,促进胆汁分泌,防止和降低脂肪在肝脏堆积。
2、促进新陈代谢,加强肝脏解毒功能,防止酒精对肝脏的损伤。
3、对高血脂形成的冠状动脉硬化,通过改善心肌缺血状态,防治冠心病、心绞痛、心肌梗塞等心血管疾病。
4、对高血脂形成的脑动脉硬化,通过改善脑缺血状态,防治脑梗塞、偏瘫、血管性痴呆等脑血管疾病。
5、强化肝胆细胞自身免疫功能,抵抗病毒入侵。

饮用方法:每日3-5次,每次约200毫升。
禁食:姜、葱、蒜、辣椒、牛羊肉、公鸡肉、鸽子肉及各种鸟肉、白酒、煎炸食品等辛辣上火刺激之物及炭酸饮料;脾、胃虚寒者慎用。
饮用本发明的野生苦瓜饮料的同时辅以如下方法:
每天晚上10点睡觉,早晨5点起床,中午小睡30分钟至1小时,每天早晨跑步40分钟,打太极拳20分钟,晚饭30分钟后快走1小时,随时随地可多做原地跑步,保持平和心态。同时坚持素食,素食有利于降低四高(高血脂、高血糖、高血压、高尿酸),有利于调理人体酸碱度,有利于调理人体代谢,有利于提高人体免疫力,有利于提高抗疲劳能力(素食者抗疲劳的能力高于肉食者三倍以上)。

7、高某、女、59岁、昆明市人, 空腹血糖19mmoI/L,服用实施例1-3的野生苦瓜饮料一个月后空腹血糖8.7mmoI/L,服用三个月后空腹血糖5.8mmoI/L。
8、龙某、女、43岁、昆明市人,空腹血糖15mmoI/L,服用实施例1-3的野生苦瓜饮料一个月后空腹血糖8mmoI/L,服用三个月后空腹血糖水5.9mmoI/L。
9、黄某、女、59岁、昆明市人,空腹血糖16mmoI/L,服用实施例1-3的野生苦瓜饮料一个月后空腹血糖8mmoI/L,服用三个月后空腹血糖水5.3mmoI/L。
10、李某、女、49岁、昆明市人, 空腹血糖18mmoI/L,服用实施例1-3的野生苦瓜饮料一个月后空腹血糖9mmoI/L,服用三个月后空腹血糖5.2mmoI/L。
作为对照,本实施例分别将实施例1中的野生苦瓜替换为普通苦瓜、将川黄连替换为黄连、去除川黄连作为对比例1、2、3,其余与实施例1相同,与实施例1的野生苦瓜降糖饮料效果进行对比,结果如表1所示:

从表1可以看出的是,野生苦瓜与川黄连的协同作用明显,将两者做替换或者单独作用的疗效均不及两者共同作用。
以上所述仅为本发明的较佳实施例而已,并不用以限制本发明保护范围,凡在本发明的精神和原则之内,所作的任何修改、等同替换、改进等,均应包含在本发明的保护范围之内。
Claims (3)
1.一种野生苦瓜降糖饮料,其特征在于:包括如下重量份的原料:野生苦瓜100-160份、川黄连30-50份、金银花60-88份和甜菊叶10-15份。
2.一种野生苦瓜降糖饮料的制备方法,其特征在于:包括如下步骤:
步骤(1)准备原料
按如下重量份称取原料:野生苦瓜100-160份、川黄连30-50份、金银花60-88份和甜菊叶10-15份;
步骤(2)制备野生苦瓜降糖饮料
将步骤(1)的原料混合,加水覆盖,大火煮开后,小火煎煮25分钟左右或者采用常规低温萃取技术提纯,即得到野生苦瓜降糖饮料。
3.根据权利要求1所述的制备方法,其特征在于:野生苦瓜降糖饮料的用量为:每日3-5次,每次约200毫升。
