Abstract

本发明涉及一种防雨防风露天精矿堆场,包括断面为锥形的长条精矿堆场,其特征在于在断面为锥形的长条精矿堆场的两侧设有凝胶碰洒系统和雨水收集系统,所述的凝胶碰洒系统由位于断面为锥形的长条精矿堆场长度方向两侧的长度方向位移机构、喷胶器、高度方向位移机构和宽度方向位移机构所组成,所述雨水收集系统由设置在凝胶碰洒系统地下两侧的雨水地沟,设置在堆场端头与雨水地沟连通的积水池和潜水泵所组成。本发明的优点是:能够有效地防雨、防风,同时避免铁精粉损失和防止铁精粉淋湿。

Description

一种防雨防风露天精矿堆场
技术领域
本发明属于固体散料堆存技术领域,尤其是涉及一种防雨防风露天精矿堆场。
背景技术
铁精矿由于其粒度微细,含水,特别是一些低品位铁精矿还含有部分矿泥,所以一般铁精矿呈现出一种微细,含水,含泥的特点。这种性质的散料在用矿仓堆存的时候极易在矿仓内部和排料口处发生堵塞,所以一般铁精矿很少用矿仓进行贮存而用矿堆进行贮存。采用矿堆贮存的时候,同样为了防止排料口的堵塞,一般矿堆不采用放矿口排料的方式,而是使用前装机给入汽车或火车直接外运的方式。而采用汽车或火车直接外运的时候,前装机需要不断的从矿堆取料,如果矿堆为封闭性矿堆,将大大缩减前装机进出料堆的工作空间,降低前装机的作业效率。为了增加前装机的作业效率以减少汽车或火车的装车时间,有必要将矿堆设置成露天矿堆。而露天矿堆又存在风大时微细粒矿粉被风吹走降低精矿量,下雨时铁精矿被淋湿,增加了铁精粉烧结或球团时的干燥能耗。
发明内容
本发明的目的是提供一种能够防雨,防风,能有效避免铁精粉损失和防止铁精粉淋湿的露天精矿堆场防雨防风系统。
本发明的一种防雨防风露天精矿堆场通过下述技术方案来实现的:
本发明的一种防雨防风露天精矿堆场,包括断面为锥形的长条精矿堆场,其特征在于在断面为锥形的长条精矿堆场的两侧设有凝胶碰洒系统和雨水收集系统,
所述的凝胶碰洒系统由位于断面为锥形的长条精矿堆场长度方向两侧的长度方向位移机构、喷胶器、高度方向位移机构和宽度方向位移机构所组成,
所述长度方向位移机构由设置在锥形的长条精矿堆场长度方向两侧的喷胶器纵移轨道,与喷胶器纵移轨道滚动连接的滚轮Ⅰ,设置在滚轮Ⅰ上的驱动轴,与驱动轴连接的纵向行走可逆电机和设置在滚轮Ⅰ上部的移动小车所组成;
所述宽度位移机构由与移动小车焊接的喷胶器横移轨道,与喷胶器横移轨道滚动连接的滚轮Ⅱ,设置在滚轮Ⅱ上的工作台和与滚轮Ⅱ的滚轮轴连接的喷胶器横移可逆电机所组成;
所述喷胶器由设置在工作台上部的胶液桶,设置在锥形的长条精矿堆场斜坡上的喷竿,连接胶液桶与喷竿的输胶管和均匀高在喷竿上的喷头所组成,在输胶管上设有加压泵,所述的输胶管一端通过活套法兰与加压泵连接,另一端与喷竿连接;
所述高度方向位移机构由一组均匀设置在喷竿长度方向上的电动球阀构成;
所述雨水收集系统由设置在凝胶碰洒系统地下两侧的雨水地沟,设置在堆场端头与雨水地沟连通的的积水池和潜水泵所组成。
所述的在喷竿长度方向上每隔2m设置一个电动球阀。
所述的喷头面向堆场的一侧每隔1m设置一个。
所述的加压泵为变频泵,所述的纵向行走可逆电机为变频电机,所述的
横移可逆电机为变频电机。
本发明的优点:
(1)本发明通过沿矿堆堆存面喷洒凝胶,可以使矿堆表面迅速形成一薄层氧化的凝胶固化层,该固化层疏水,雨水可顺固化层表面流入雨水收集系统;该固化层可将铁精粉覆盖,从而防风,防止铁精粉的损失。
(2)本发明通过纵向行走可逆电机,可使喷胶器沿长度方向行走,满足了堆场在长度方向上的喷淋需要。
(3)本发明通过喷胶器横移可逆电机,可使喷胶器沿宽度方向堆场靠近,满足了不同堆存宽度的堆场的喷淋需要。
(4)本发明通过关闭和打开喷竿长度上的电动球阀可以控制喷淋的高度,从而满足不同堆存高度的堆场的喷淋需要。
(5)本发明通过加压泵的变频可以调控喷淋速度,从而可以控制固化层的厚度。
(6)本发明通过纵向行走可逆电机的变频,可以控制单次整体喷淋完毕的时间,从而可以根据天气的变化,控制总体喷淋的时间。
(7)本发明通过雨水收集系统,积水池,潜水泵可以将雨水汇集后输送给选厂进行利用,实现了水的零排放。

下面结合附图进一步说明本发明的具体实施方式。
如图1和图2所示,本发明的一种防雨防风露天精矿堆场,包括断面为锥形的长条精矿堆场1,其特征在于在断面为锥形的长条精矿堆场1的两侧设有凝胶碰洒系统和雨水收集系统,
所述的凝胶碰洒系统由位于断面为锥形的长条精矿堆场1长度方向两侧的长度方向位移机构5、喷胶器4、宽度方向位移机构3和高度方向位移机构2所组成,
所述长度方向位移机构5由设置在锥形的长条精矿堆场长度方向两侧的喷胶器纵移轨道5-4,与喷胶器纵移轨道5-4滚动连接的滚轮Ⅰ5-5,设置在滚轮Ⅰ5-5上的驱动轴5-3,与驱动轴5-3连接的纵向行走可逆电机5-2和设置在滚轮Ⅰ5-5上部的移动小车5-1所组成; 所述的纵向行走可逆电机5-2为变频电机,通过纵向行走电机,可使喷胶器沿长度方向行走,满足了整个堆场在长度方向上的喷淋需要,同时还可以通过纵向行走可逆电机的变频,控制单次整体喷淋完毕的时间,从而可以根据天气的变化,控制总体喷淋的时间。
本发明所述宽度位移机构由与移动小车5-1焊接的喷胶器横移轨道4-1,与喷胶器横移轨道4-1滚动连接的滚轮Ⅱ4-2,设置在滚轮Ⅱ4-2上的工作台4-3和与滚轮Ⅱ4-2的滚轮轴连接的喷胶器横移可逆电机4-4所组成;所述的喷胶器横移可逆电机4-4亦为变频电机。通过喷胶器横移电机,可使喷胶器沿宽度方向堆场靠近,满足了不同堆存宽度的堆场的喷淋需要。
本发明所述喷胶器由设置在工作台4-3上部的胶液桶3-1,设置在锥形的长条精矿堆场1斜坡上的喷竿3-6,连接胶液桶3-1与喷竿3-6的输胶管3-2和每隔1m设在喷竿3-6上的喷头3-5所组成,在输胶管3-2上设有加压泵3-3,所述的输胶管3-2一端通过活套法兰3-4与加压泵3-3连接,另一端与喷竿3-6连接;所述的加压泵为变频泵,通过加压泵的变频可以调控喷淋速度,从而可以控制固化层的厚度。
本发明所述高度方向位移机构由一组均匀设置在喷竿3-6长度方向上的电动球阀2构成;通过关闭和打开电动球阀2可以控制喷淋的高度,从而满足不同堆存高度的堆场的喷淋需要。
本发明所述雨水收集系统6由设置在凝胶碰洒系统地下两侧的雨水地沟6-1,设置在堆场端头的与雨水地沟6-1连通的积水池6-2和潜水泵6-3所组成。通过雨水收集系统,积水池6-2,潜水泵6-3可以将雨水汇集后输送给选厂进行利用,实现了水的零排放。
本发明能够防雨,防风,且能有效避免铁精粉损失和防止铁精粉淋湿。

1.一种防雨防风露天精矿堆场,包括断面为锥形的长条精矿堆场,其特征在于在断面为锥形的长条精矿堆场的两侧设有凝胶碰洒系统和雨水收集系统,
所述的凝胶碰洒系统由位于断面为锥形的长条精矿堆场长度方向两侧的长度方向位移机构、喷胶器、高度方向位移机构和宽度方向位移机构所组成,
所述长度方向位移机构由设置在锥形的长条精矿堆场长度方向两侧的喷胶器纵移轨道,与喷胶器纵移轨道滚动连接的滚轮Ⅰ,设置在滚轮Ⅰ上的驱动轴,与驱动轴连接的纵向行走可逆电机和设置在滚轮Ⅰ上部的移动小车所组成;
所述宽度位移机构由与移动小车焊接的喷胶器横移轨道,与喷胶器横移轨道滚动连接的滚轮Ⅱ,设置在滚轮Ⅱ上的工作台和与滚轮Ⅱ的滚轮轴连接的喷胶器横移可逆电机所组成;
所述喷胶器由设置在工作台上部的胶液桶,设置在锥形的长条精矿堆场斜坡上的喷竿,连接胶液桶与喷竿的输胶管和均匀高在喷竿上的喷头所组成,在输胶管上设有加压泵,所述的输胶管一端通过活套法兰与加压泵连接,另一端与喷竿连接;
