Description

Chinese herbal medicine composition for promoting hair growth, preparation method and application thereof
Technical Field
The invention relates to a Chinese herbal medicine composition, a preparation method and application thereof. In particular, it relates to a herbal composition for promoting hair growth and/or reducing hair loss, reducing scalp itching and/or reducing dandruff, improving mental condition, improving eyesight and/or improving skin condition, a preparation method and use thereof.
Background
The growth of hair requires blood to supply nutrients, which can lead to the risk of hair loss in the event of anemia. Because hair is one of the fastest growing parts of the body, when blood for supplying nutrition to hair is insufficient or deficient, the hair quickly shows the phenomena of poor hair quality, white hair, and even alopecia. The hair loss may be diagnosed as follows: male alopecia, round alopecia, alopecia caused by infection, alopecia caused by drugs, alopecia in telogen, alopecia cicatricta, etc. Among them, male baldness is the most common cause of hair loss, especially, modern people are under heavy pressure for life, and the risk of hair loss is aggravated by greasy diet, excessive hair blowing, and abnormal work and rest in night. Male baldness is usually caused by hormonal imbalance, adverse drug reactions, malnutrition, heredity, diseases, stress, cancer-related treatments and the like, and can be suffered by both men and women.
From the point of view of traditional Chinese medicine, whether the hair grows or fails is closely related to the blood. According to the book of the classic traditional Chinese medicine, "Suzhou, Liujie zang theory of visceral manifestation": in the kidney, the essence is also localized in the hair and filled in the bone. In addition to the discussion of "the kidney is in the state of being prosperous and has been in the beginning of the life", there are other traditional Chinese medical references that "the blood is exuberant and the hair is moist and the blood is weak and has been mentioned; therefore, the traditional Chinese medicine thinks that the hair is nourished by blood, and the key point of the good and bad hair lies in the kidney. Because kidneys store essence, they can transform into blood, and blood is exuberant, so they can moisten and beautify hair, so they are said to be kidney-blooming. The theory of traditional Chinese medicine has the expressions of "the excess of blood" and "the kidney is in the hair", so it is closely related to the kidney of traditional Chinese medicine; the expressions "excessive blood causes moistening and blood failure causes decline of hair", and "nutrient and blood deficiency and impairment of hair", which are closely related to the "blood" in Chinese medicine, are also described. Therefore, the principles of traditional medical treatment are mainly kidney-reinforcing and blood-nourishing. Young people are full of essence and blood, and hair is natural, glossy, black and moist; however, in the elderly, the hair is white due to essence and blood deficiency, and easily falls off, or the hair falls off and is sparse due to weakness caused by long-term diseases, and if the attention is paid to kidney tonifying, essence boosting and blood nourishing, the hair falling condition can be improved.
At present, the medicines approved by the American Food and Drug Administration (FDA) for treating hair loss are of two types, one is oral, the trade name is mild, but the medicines are only used for men; the first is external rubbing, the trade name is Jianjian, and the concentration is different. The hair loss can be stopped after 3 to 6 months of treatment, and the hair can grow after 1 to 2 years of taking. However, oral administration of drugs has the side effect of insufficient erectile rigidity, which causes troubles for some men.
The active ingredient of ROUPI and LONGJIAN is minoxidil (minoxidil). The mechanism of minoxidil for promoting hair growth is not completely understood, and the existing minoxidil (minoxidil) can promote hair follicles from a resting period to a growing period by expanding blood vessels and opening potassium ion channels so that more oxygen and nutrients are supplied to the hair follicles. However, other vasodilators do not have the same efficacy as minoxidil in stimulating hair growth. Since the mechanism of minoxidil for promoting hair growth is unknown, it also causes a hindrance to the development of a new related drug or formulation.
Thus, there remains a need for drugs or formulations that are fast acting, long lasting and have low side effects.

TABLE 8
Figure DEST_PATH_IMAGE013
In the present embodiment, the hair of the patient is gradually thinned from more than 10 years ago, because fine hair is not grown and falls off, hair on the top of the head is thin, hair is not grown any more after the hair reaches a certain length, the top of the head is gradually bald, and the hair is diagnosed as male baldness by the medical doctor in the center of health care. After trial of 100ml of the formula A5, people feel very good to sleep, the whole people feel more active, the hair loss number is greatly reduced, the scalp itch and dandruff are also reduced, hair follicles are visible to be generated after the photos are enlarged, and hair is surely increased. The part of scalp which can not grow fine hair uniformly is increased by 7-8 cm. Fig. 6A, 6B, and 6C are photographs of the top of the head hair before mr. wang tried formulation a5 and after trial of 100ml and after trial of 250ml (about 50 days on normal use). His hindbrain spoons were also shown at 6D, 6E, 6F, and 6G, where 6D was prior to use, 6E was the result of trial 75ml (about 15 days normal), 6F was the result of trial 100ml (about 20 days normal), and 6G was the result of trial 200ml (about 40 days normal). 6H-6M is hair growth.
The subject of this example, Mr. Chua, a 65 year old male, had diluted hair over 20 years ago and had fallen for many years, and the entire head appeared to have no hair, but many fine hairs were still visible when examined with a scalp hair detector, but because the fine hairs could not grow or fall off, resulting in baldness, which is a typical symptom of male baldness and alopecia areata. Please compare the photographs of the hair at the head part 7A and 7B in FIG. 7. Comparison of 7A with 7B shows that the hair grows faster under the back of the head, trying to 75ml (about 15 days), Mr. Chua shows that white hair is reduced, and black hair also grows, see 7C-7E in FIG. 7. 50ml of the formula A5 is tried on the upper part of the head, the spirit becomes good, the gas color becomes good in ruddy, and the fine hair visible to the naked eye appears at the original bright part of the head item when photographing and tracking (compared with 7F before use, the hair growth length increase from 7G and 7H is not fallen off, and black hair growth from 7K is visible). After 75ml had been used, the fine hair of the top was found to be significantly thicker, indicating that the anagen phase of the hair had been prolonged and not shed early. When 7L and 7M of the ginseng with enlarged pictures of bald parts have black hair and become activated hair capsules, the hair follicles generate black hair. The Chinese herbal composition of the present invention was shown to have a significant hair-repairing effect.
The trial of this example shows that Mr. huang 65 years old is after the hair of the previous trial formula A3 (not shown), but the hair follicle atrophy in the posterior cerebral part is severe, so that the thickening density is slightly insufficient, and after 550 ml of the formula A (about 10 days per normal dose), as shown in 8A-8E and 8C in FIG. 8, the hair follicle begins to grow fine at the severe part, the hair can continue to grow and no longer shed, and the bald area is reduced by about 1/2. As shown in FIGS. 8F and 8G, the hair grown on the parietal region became thick, dark and dense when viewed from the side. As shown in fig. 8E, the length of the lateral hairs exceeds 15cm and the lateral hairs are combed backward.
The trial of this example, Zheng Miss 53, also had thicker and thicker hair line on the top of the head, atrophy of hair follicles, and high working pressure (see 9A and 9B in FIG. 9). Severe hair loss about 75ml (about 15 days) after the trial of formulation A5 was seen to produce black hair and increased fullness with reduced hair loss (see 9C-9F in FIG. 9).
From the above test results, it is concluded that the herbal composition of the present invention not only can reduce hair loss, promote hair growth and blacken hair, but also can effectively improve mental status and skin complexion, and has more tonics than the single herbs of mulberry, black sesame and purple grape which are generally recognized to blacken hair and grow hair.
Furthermore, it should be noted that the above embodiments are only for illustration, but not for limiting the scope of the invention; for example: in the composition of table 2, the third group of herbs may account for 100%, and the main ingredients are: mixing root and tender branch of Chinese arborvitae with semen Sesami Niger; mixing the roots, tender branches and leaves of the arborvitae with the roots, barks, leaves and dry branches of the mulberry and the mulberry; purple grapes; or any combination thereof.
Although the present invention has been described with reference to a preferred embodiment, it should be understood that various changes, substitutions and alterations can be made herein without departing from the spirit and scope of the invention as defined by the appended claims.
