一种美白牙膏的配方,其按重量份数包括以下组分:
聚乙二醇400:3~5%;
甘油:15~25%;
磷酸氢钙:40~45%;
葡萄糖氧化酶:0.8~1.2%;
黄原胶:1~2%;
月桂酰肌氨酸钠:2~4%;
薄荷醇:0.1~0.5%;
苯甲酸钠:0.2~0.5%;
焦磷酸钠:0.3~0.5%;
水:16.3-37.6%。
一种美白牙膏的制备工艺,包括的步骤有:
第一步:按照一种美白牙膏的配方准备好原料;
第二步:先用少量水把苯甲酸钠、焦磷酸钠、月桂酰肌氨酸钠溶解,然后依次加入甘油、磷酸氢钙、黄原胶,制成混合液A;
第三步:将薄荷醇用聚乙二醇400溶解,制成混合液B;
第四步:将混合液B倒入混合液A混合制成膏体,搅拌机搅拌,搅拌时间根据膏体均匀度和粘稠度而定;
第五步:停止搅拌后,待温度降至40度以下,最后向膏体中加入葡萄糖氧化酶,再搅拌至均匀,抽真空,罐装。
本发明的有益效果是:
本发明所述的一种美白牙膏的配方制作而成的美白牙膏,可在短期内使使用者牙齿美白,使牙齿有光泽,而且对牙齿没有损坏,而且可治愈外源性的牙周疾病;治愈牙疼、牙龈出血、牙齿敏感、黄牙、四环素牙、氟斑牙、烟渍牙等牙齿常见疾病或症状。
本发明所述的一种美白牙膏制备工艺,步骤简洁,操作方便,可很好的进行美白牙膏的制备。

以下将结合本发明的实施例进行详细叙述。
一种美白牙膏的配方及制备工艺。
一种美白牙膏的配方,其按重量份数包括以下组分:
聚乙二醇400:3~5%;
甘油:15~25%;
磷酸氢钙:40~45%;
葡萄糖氧化酶:0.8~1.2%;
黄原胶:1~2%;
月桂酰肌氨酸钠:2~4%;
薄荷醇:0.1~0.5%;
苯甲酸钠:0.2~0.5%;
焦磷酸钠:0.3~0.5%;
水:16.3-37.6%。

实施例一
配制一种美白牙膏,其按重量份数的配方准备原料,包括以下组分:
聚乙二醇400:3g;
甘油:15g;
磷酸氢钙:40g;
葡萄糖氧化酶:0.8g;
黄原胶:1g;
月桂酰肌氨酸钠:2g;
薄荷醇:0.1g;
苯甲酸钠:0.2g;
焦磷酸钠:0.3g;
水:37.6g。
一种美白牙膏的制备工艺,包括的步骤有:
第一步:按照一种美白牙膏的配方准备好原料;
第二步:先用少量水把苯甲酸钠、焦磷酸钠、月桂酰肌氨酸钠溶解,然后依次加入甘油、磷酸氢钙、黄原胶,制成混合液A;
第三步:将薄荷醇用聚乙二醇400溶解,制成混合液B;
第四步:将混合液B倒入混合液A混合制成膏体,搅拌机搅拌,搅拌时间根据膏体均匀度和粘稠度而定;
第五步:停止搅拌后,待温度降至40度以下,最后向膏体中加入葡萄糖氧化酶,再搅拌至均匀,抽真空,罐装。
根据不同染色牙齿选体验者40名,分成五组,每组8名:
第一组:四环素牙;
第二组:氟斑牙;
第三组:烟渍牙;
第四组:其他外源性黄牙患者;
第五组:牙疼、牙齿敏感、牙龈易出血患者;
实验时间为30天;
实验期间每天正常刷牙两次,每次持续时间为2~3分钟;
98%体验者在刷第一次牙时,牙齿能感觉到明显的洁净度;
68%的体验者在刷牙3天后牙齿提高了1个色度。
99%体验者在刷牙十天后,牙齿都有至少2个色度的提高;而且第五组体验者的牙疼、牙龈出血、牙齿敏感均治愈;
体验期30天结束,第一组四环素牙体验者提高2个色度;第二组、第三组、第四组和第五组的体验者牙齿都已去除牙齿的色素,还原了牙齿本色洁白;
期间100%体验者没有任何不适。
实施例二:
配制一种美白牙膏,其按重量份数的配方准备原料,包括以下组分:
聚乙二醇400:5g;
甘油:25g;
磷酸氢钙:45g;
葡萄糖氧化酶:1.2g;
黄原胶:2g;
月桂酰肌氨酸钠:4g;
薄荷醇:0.5g;
苯甲酸钠:0.5g;
焦磷酸钠:0.5g;
水:16.3g。

有效成分原理分析:
聚乙二醇400:
相对分子量较低的聚乙二醇可用作溶剂、助溶剂、O/W型乳化剂和稳定剂,也用作水溶性软膏基质和栓剂基质,对于水中不易溶解的药物,本品可作固体分散剂的载体,以达到固体分散目的。
甘油:
即丙三醇,可防止牙膏在软管中固化变硬,并使膏体具有光泽等效能。
磷酸氢钙:
磷酸氢钙是高级研磨剂或摩擦剂,比碳酸钙高级。磷酸氢钙对牙齿磨损相对少。磷酸氢钙作为牙膏磨料具有pH值接近中性、硬度较低的优点,制出的牙膏对口腔粘膜刺激性小、不易损伤牙齿,特别是磷酸氢钙与牙釉质两者的组成元素最为相似接近,即都含钙或磷,故能对病损牙产生良好的再矿化修复作用,为其它软性磨料所不及。
葡萄糖氧化酶:
是安全性、催化专一、高活性等优点的生物制剂,添加在牙膏中起效快、无副作用;
葡萄糖氧化酶是用黑曲霉等发酵制得的一种需氧脱氢酶,对人体无毒副作用,具有去除葡萄糖脱氧杀菌等功能,已广泛应用于食品饲料医药等行业中,高纯度的葡萄糖氧化酶为淡黄色晶体,易溶于水,可制成液体制剂,葡萄糖氧化酶稳定的pH值范围为3.5~6.5,最适pH值为5,如果在没有保护剂的存在下,pH值大于8或小于3,葡萄糖氧化酶会迅速失活,葡萄糖氧化酶具有催化专一性、高活性和催化高效性等优点;葡萄糖氧化酶能在有氧气的条件下,专一催化葡萄糖,生成葡萄糖酸内酯和过氧化氢,葡萄糖酸内酯较稳定,没有酸味,无毒副作用,而且不具有氧化能力葡萄糖氧化酶又具有酶专一性,不会对其它物质产生作用,所以,使用葡萄糖氧化酶有很好的安全性。
反应公式:
葡萄糖+氧气(充入葡萄糖氧化酶)=过氧化氢+葡萄糖酸内酯
牙齿色斑上由于存有食物残留的葡萄糖,上述反应能大量在牙齿色斑上定位发生,针对性很强,且反应部位逐步释放过氧化氢,不会一下子产生过多的过氧化氢而刺激到口腔的其他组织,而且,葡萄糖氧化酶在牙齿上有良好的附着性,能持续起效,上述反应过程能有效的去除葡萄糖,所以还能起到防止蛀牙抑制牙菌斑的作用;过氧化氢分解反应释放出的活性氧除可与牙齿表面的色素分子作用外,还可穿透牙釉质,与牙本质上的色素分子相结合,发生氧化还原反应或者络合反应,将其分解为小分子,小分子逐步外移,扩散到牙体表面,随唾液,或在漱口和刷牙的过程中小分子脱离牙齿,从而完成消除牙齿表面色素以达到牙齿美白的效果,因此,该种美白牙膏对外源性的牙齿染色和轻度内源性的牙齿染色均有良好的效果,能安全有效的去除牙渍牙菌斑,而不损坏牙釉质,也不刺激牙龈,而且能在短时间高效的美白牙齿。
黄原胶:
作为粘合剂应用于牙膏中,具有较好的抗酶性、耐盐性、对热及酸碱的稳定性,且能提供优良的水合能力和卓越的配方粘合能力;
月桂酰肌氨酸钠:
月桂酰肌氨酸钠是一种非常温和的表面活性剂,作为牙膏中的发泡剂比普通发泡剂有更高的安全性与低刺激性,泡沫细腻、持久、低刺激性,使用起来倍感舒适。
薄荷醇:
有麻醉、清冰和抗炎的作用,带有薄荷香气,治疗口腔疾病;
苯甲酸钠:
在牙膏中起到防腐的效果;同时,可以作为葡萄糖氧化酶的活性稳定剂。
焦磷酸钠:
工业用作牙膏添加剂,能与磷酸氢钙形成胶体并起到稳定作用。
需要说明的是,在不冲突的情况下,本发明中的实施例及实施例中的特征可以相互组合。以上所述仅是本发明的优选实施方式,应当指出,对于本技术领域的普通技术人员来说,在不脱离本发明原理的前提下,还可以做出若干改进和润饰,这些改进和润饰也应视为本发明的保护范围。

1.一种美白牙膏的配方,其特征在于,其按重量份数包括以下组分:
聚乙二醇400:3~5%;
甘油:15~25%;
磷酸氢钙:40~45%;
葡萄糖氧化酶:0.8~1.2%;
黄原胶:1~2%;
月桂酰肌氨酸钠:2~4%;
薄荷醇:0.1~0.5%;
苯甲酸钠:0.2~0.5%;
焦磷酸钠:0.3~0.5%;
水:16.3-37.6%。
