Technical Field

The invention relates to the technical field of daily cosmetics, in particular to a hair moistening composition and a preparation method thereof.

Background

With the continuous development of society, people's living standard is better and the environment is worsened continuously, and the severe environmental stress influences our aspects, such as our scalp and hair health. The people always pursue the modern people to have healthy and beautiful hair, so that a mild nursing substance which is suitable for the scalp and has a conditioning effect on the hair is needed.

Most of the high-conditioning products sold in the market are silicon hair-moistening conditioners, the silicone oil is a high molecular compound, is not decomposable and is not an environment-friendly raw material, and although the conditioning performance and the glossiness brought to the hair by the silicone oil are really brought to the experience of consumers, a series of problems brought by the silicone oil are not negligible. In addition, although there is no exact scientific basis for the problems of blockage and residue of silicone oil on human hair and scalp, the environmental problems caused by silicone oil are very serious.

The scalp is like soil, the hair is like plants, and the hair can grow well only if the scalp is good. Factors affecting scalp health are harsh chemical ingredients brought in by the product; reduced barrier function leads to loss of moisture and thus dryness of the scalp; in addition, malassezia decomposes scalp sebum to produce unsaturated fatty acids, which causes scalp inflammation. Aiming at the factors, the hair moistening composition which improves scalp health and has deep itching and dandruff relieving effects after massaging on the scalp is manufactured, and the effect of singly regulating the softness and glossiness of the hair by using the silicon-free hair moistening conditioner sold on the market is achieved.

Disclosure of Invention

In order to solve the above technical problems, the primary object of the present invention is to provide a hair rinse composition which can significantly improve spreadability and ion resistance of a product and can well increase viscosity of the product.

The hair-moistening composition comprises the following components in parts by weight:

mild anti-dandruff ingredients: 0.01-10 parts;

surfactant component (c): 1-10 parts;

the conditioner comprises the following components: 1-10 parts;

the stabilizer component: 1-10 parts.

The mild anti-dandruff composition comprises the following components in parts by weight:

0.01-1 part of piroctone olamine salt;

0.05-4 parts of a common jujube bark extract;

0.01-1 part of peony root extract.

Preferably, the mild anti-dandruff ingredient comprises the following components in parts by weight:

0.1-0.5 parts of piroctone olamine salt;

0.1-2 parts of a common jujube bark extract;

0.1-0.5 parts of peony root extract.

Wherein, the surfactant component is selected from one or two of cationic surfactant and nonionic surfactant; wherein the cationic surfactant is selected from one or two of cetyl trimethyl ammonium chloride, stearyl trimethyl ammonium chloride and behenyl trimethyl ammonium chloride; the non-ionic surfactant is selected from one or more of glycerol stearate and sucrose stearate.

Wherein the conditioner component is one or more selected from stearamidopropyl dimethylamine, cetyl ethylhexanoate, octyl dodecanol and pentaerythritol tetra (ethyl hexanoate).

Wherein the stabilizer component is one or more selected from cetyl alcohol, cetearyl alcohol and PEG-150 distearate.

The hair-moistening composition also comprises 0.1-5 parts by weight of a humectant, 0.05-5 parts by weight of a scalp-soothing conditioner, 0.1-2 parts by weight of an essence and 50-90 parts by weight of water.

Wherein the humectant is selected from one or more of lactic acid, glycerol, 1, 3-propylene glycol, butanediol, isomalt and maltodextrin; the scalp soothing conditioner is selected from one or more of herba Portulacae (Portulaca OLERACEA) extract, Avena sativa (Avena stigota) seed extract, fructus Vitis viniferae (VITIS VINIFERA) seed extract, tocopherol (vitamin E), semen Pisi sativi (Pisum SATIVUM) extract, SWERTIA JAPONICA (Swertia JAPONICA) extract, radix Paeoniae (Paeonia aocificinalis) root extract, cortex Magnolia OFFICINALIS (Magnolia OFFICINALIS) bark extract, cacumen Platycladi (Biotaoriensis) leaf extract, Gleditsia JAPONICA (GLEDITSIA SINENSIS) extract, melaleuca alternifolia (Melaleuca alternifolia) leaf oil, Phaseolus vulgaris flower/leaf/stem extract, and Urtica dioica leaf extract.

Wherein the pH value of the hair-moistening composition is 3.5-4.5, and the viscosity of a 4# rotor at the rotating speed of 63rpm is 7500-14000.

The invention also discloses a preparation method of the hair-moistening composition, which comprises the following steps:

(1) adding water into a water phase pot according to a ratio, sequentially adding a pH regulator, stirring and heating to 80-85 ℃ to obtain a water phase material;

(2) sequentially adding a surfactant component, a conditioner component and a stabilizer component into an emulsifying pot according to a ratio, stirring and heating, and heating to 75-80 ℃ to obtain a transparent particle-free oil phase material;

(3) and (3) pumping the water phase material obtained in the step (1) into an emulsifying pot, pumping the oil phase material obtained in the step (2) under the condition of stirring and homogenizing, homogenizing and stirring for 1-10 min, preserving heat for 1-10 min, and finally adding a humectant, a mild anti-dandruff component and a scalp soothing conditioner essence according to the proportion and stirring uniformly.

Compared with the prior art, the invention has the following beneficial effects:

Detailed Description

The present invention is further illustrated by the following specific examples, which are, however, not intended to limit the scope of the invention.

The examples of the present invention and the comparative examples employ the following raw materials, but are not limited to these raw materials:

mild anti-dandruff ingredients:

piroctone olamine salt: the mass concentration is 100%, and the product is purchased from market;

the common jujube bark extract: the mass concentration is 5%, and the product is purchased from market;

peony root extract: the mass concentration is 100%, and the product is purchased from market;

surfactant component (c):

cetyl trimethyl ammonium chloride: the mass concentration is 80%, and the product is purchased from market;

sclerosantyltrimethylammonium chloride: the mass concentration is 80%, and the product is purchased from market;

behenyltrimethylammonium chloride: the mass concentration is 80%, and the product is purchased from market;

glycerol stearate: the mass concentration is 100%, and the product is purchased from market;

glycerol laurate: the mass concentration is 100%, and the product is purchased from market;

sucrose stearate: the mass concentration is 100%, and the product is purchased from market;

the conditioner comprises the following components:

stearamidopropyl dimethylamine: the mass concentration is 100%, and the product is purchased from market;

cetyl ethylhexanoate: the mass concentration is 100%, and the product is purchased from market;

Stability test method of hair rinse composition: the hair rinse compositions of examples 1 to 5 and comparative examples 1 to 6 were stored at 50 ℃ for 1 month, at 25 ℃ for 1 month, at-15 ℃ for 1 month, and in the sun for one month, and then returned to room temperature, and the appearance was observed, and the test results are shown in Table 5.

Viscosity test method for hair rinse composition: the hair rinse compositions of examples 1-5 and comparative examples 1-6 were left at room temperature 25 ℃ for 24 hours for viscosity testing, using an instrument: NDJ-1 type viscometer; and (3) testing conditions are as follows: the stabilized viscosity data were read at 30rpm using spindle No. 4 following viscometer protocol 0.5 minutes start-up and the test results are shown in table 5.

Test methods for antidandruff efficacy of hair rinse compositions:

the dandruff evaluation method comprises the following steps:

8) lactating or pregnant women;

9) people with allergic constitution, allergic dermatitis and the like have a history of skin diseases or diseases;

As can be seen from the examples and comparative examples in Table 5, the hair-moistening composition prepared by adding the mild anti-dandruff ingredients with specific contents and specific types can radically relieve the pruritus problem, so that the vicious circle caused by inflammation is prevented, and the hair-moistening composition has remarkable itching-relieving efficacy; meanwhile, the mild anti-dandruff component has the effects of balancing scalp grease secretion and inhibiting malassezia, and can achieve the effects of removing dandruff and keeping scalp healthy.

Furthermore, the hair rinse compositions of examples 1 to 5 and comparative examples 1 to 6 were subjected to a closed patch test:

first, selection of the subject

1) Volunteers 18-60 years old were selected as subjects.

2) The subject was not selected as the one having the following condition

2.1) those who have taken antihistamines or immunosuppressants within one month in the last week;

2.2) the part to be tested is applied with any anti-inflammatory drug within nearly two months;

2.3) the subject has clinically unhealed inflammatory skin disease;

2.4) insulin-dependent diabetic patients;

2.5) asthma or other chronic respiratory disease patients undergoing treatment;

2.6) subjects receiving anti-cancer chemotherapy within approximately 6 months;

2.7) patients with immunodeficiency or autoimmune diseases;

2.8) lactating or pregnant women;

2.9) bilateral mastectomy and bilateral underarm lymph node resection;

2.10) the judgment of the test result is influenced by scars, pigments, atrophy, port wine stains or other flaws on the skin to be tested;

2.11) participating in other clinical trial investigators;

2.12) those with high constitutional sensitivity;

2.13) non-volunteer participants or persons who can not complete the specified contents according to the experiment requirements;

second, method

1) Skin closed patch experiment

1.1) selecting at least 30 persons to participate in the experiment according to the subject inclusion criteria.

The number of the selected persons according with the conditions of the subject is 33, wherein 33 persons are negative reactions (grade 0), and the mild condition can be judged to be good without adverse skin reactions to the human body according to the judgment standard.

Claims

1. The hair-moistening composition is characterized by comprising the following components in parts by weight:

mild anti-dandruff ingredients: 0.01-10 parts;

surfactant component (c): 1-10 parts;

the conditioner comprises the following components: 1-10 parts;

the stabilizer component: 1-10 parts;

0.01-1 part of piroctone olamine salt;

0.05-4 parts of a common jujube bark extract;

0.01-1 part of peony root extract;

also comprises 0.1-5 parts of humectant, 0.05-5 parts of scalp soothing conditioner, 0.1-2 parts of essence and 50-90 parts of water;

adjusting pH to 3.5-4.5 with citric acid.

2. The hair conditioning composition according to claim 1, wherein the mild anti-dandruff ingredient comprises the following components in parts by weight:

0.1-0.5 parts of piroctone olamine salt;

0.1-2 parts of a common jujube bark extract;

0.1-0.5 parts of peony root extract.

The hair conditioning composition according to claim 1, wherein the surfactant component is selected from one or two of cationic surfactant and nonionic surfactant; wherein the cationic surfactant is selected from one or two of cetyl trimethyl ammonium chloride, stearyl trimethyl ammonium chloride and behenyl trimethyl ammonium chloride; the non-ionic surfactant is selected from one or more of glycerol stearate and sucrose stearate.

4. The hair conditioning composition of claim 1, wherein the conditioning component is selected from one or more of stearamidopropyl dimethylamine, cetyl ethylhexanoate, octyldodecanol, pentaerythritol tetrakis (ethylhexanoate).

5. The hair conditioning composition according to claim 1, wherein the stabilizer component is one or more selected from cetyl alcohol, cetearyl alcohol, PEG-150 distearate.

The hair conditioning composition according to claim 1, wherein the humectant is selected from one or more of lactic acid, glycerin, 1, 3-propanediol, butanediol, maltodextrin; the scalp soothing conditioner is one or more selected from purslane extract, Avena fatica seed extract, grape seed extract, tocopherol, pea extract, swertia japonica extract, peony root extract, cortex Magnoliae officinalis extract, cacumen Platycladi extract, Gleditsia sinensis extract, melaleuca alternifolia leaf oil, watercress flower/leaf/stem extract, and Urtica dioica leaf extract.
