Description

Scalp care solution rich in oxygen and preparation method thereof
Technical Field
The invention belongs to the field of scalp care products, and particularly relates to an oxygen-rich scalp care solution and a preparation method thereof.
Background
Oxygen is a key substance for human metabolism and is the first requirement of human life activities. Physiological studies have shown that oxygen enters the lungs through human breath, then passes through a thin alveolar membrane to reach the blood, and combines with hemoglobin in the red blood cells in the blood, and hemoglobin is a train for transporting oxygen and sends oxygen to the tissues of various parts of the body along the blood circulation track of the human body. At the cellular level, the supply of oxygen is a condition that ensures that the skin cells produce the required metabolic energy, thereby ensuring normal growth of skin and hair.
The oxygen-enriched water has the strong effects of activating human cells, delaying senescence and removing harmful substances in cell membranes or blood vessels, and people slowly begin to use the oxygen-enriched water to protect the skin in recent years. Oxygen-enriched water has been reported in cosmetics, but there are technical obstacles to practical use:
on one hand, the solubility of oxygen in pure water is only 8ppm under normal pressure, and oxygen-enriched water needs to pass through special equipment and technology, and oxygen components are added in the production process, so that the oxygen content in the water reaches 20 ppm. However, in the conventional oxygen-enriched water production process, oxygen is bubbled into water, and the oxygen produced by the process cannot be stabilized in water for a long time and is easy to volatilize.
On the other hand, oxygen has poor diffusion ability and solubility, and oxygen entering the scalp skin through air is present only on the surface of the scalp and hardly diffuses to the vicinity of hair follicles in the bottom layer of the scalp. While the utilization of oxygen by cells is often achieved through the blood circulation: oxygen in the blood is reversibly bound to hemoglobin to form oxygenated hemoglobin, and upon reaching the vicinity of the cells, oxygen is separated from the hemoglobin, penetrates the capillary wall through a concentration gradient into the extracellular environment, and is subsequently captured and utilized by the cells. The upper skin layer is at a reduced supply of molecular oxygen with increasing depth, while capillaries are present only in the dermal papilla layer and below, and numerous cells in the epidermis are at or below the critical oxygen partial pressure because they are dormant due to insufficient oxygen and energy availability.
Scalp plays an important role in hair health as a root of hair, and thus scalp care is increasingly receiving attention. Researches on scalp care solution similar products sold in the market find that most of similar products sold in the market take traditional Chinese medicine components as effective components and are used as products for growing hair, growing hair and the like. Related researches or reports on scalp care by an oxygenation mode are not found in the prior art.
