背景技术
传统的玻璃工艺品的制造方法是将玻璃加热熔化,倒入模具,冷 却成型。这种制造方法的操作工序复杂,成本高,产品的逼真度不够, 模具适用范围小。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种玻璃的透明质感好、易操作成型,可 塑性强,自然、不易破碎的冰花玻璃工艺品。
本发明的另一个目的在于提供一种制造工艺简单的玻璃工艺品 的制作方法。
为达到上述目的,本发明是由下列重量配比的原料组成:
玻璃碎片42%-68%,不饱和树脂30%-55%,异辛酸钴1% -1.5%,过氧化甲己酮1%-1.5%。
优选为:玻璃碎片60%,不饱和树脂37.8%,异辛酸钴1.1%, 过氧化甲己酮1.1%。
本发明的制作方法如下:将玻璃碎片、不饱和树脂、异辛酸钴按 比例加在一起放入容器中搅拌;然后加入过氧化甲己酮迅速搅拌均 匀;倒入工艺模具中,在室温下自然固化10分钟成型;脱模后打磨、 整理坯体清洗;喷彩上一层色料;涂上聚氨脂清涂料或金油。
本发明将天然玻璃碎片或微小颗粒加上透明固化剂不饱和树脂 固化成型制成工艺品,故,具有天然玻璃的质感且不易破碎。本发明 还对脱模后的制品进行打磨、整理坯体清洗、上颜料、喷涂聚氨脂清 涂料或金油等工序,因而使本发明的工艺制品具有易操作成型,造型 逼真、色彩多样的优点。
下面结合具体实施例对本发明作进一步的说明。
具体实施方式
实施例1(优选实施例):本发明的冰花玻璃工艺品是由下列重 量配比的原料组成:玻璃碎片60%,不饱和树脂37.8%,异辛酸钴 1.1%,过氧化甲己酮1.1%。
本发明的制作方法:
将玻璃碎片、不饱和树脂、异辛酸钴按上述比例加在一起放入容 器中搅拌;然后加入过氧化甲己酮迅速搅拌均匀;导入工艺模具(可 使用任何工艺品模具)中,在室温下自然固化10分钟成型;脱模后 打磨、整理坯体清洗;彩上一层色料;喷涂上聚氨脂清涂料或金油。
实施例2:本发明的冰花玻璃工艺品是由下列重量配比的原料组 成:玻璃碎片42%,不饱和树脂55%,异辛酸钴1.5%,过氧化甲 己酮1.5%。制作方法与第一个实施例相同。
实施例3:本发明的冰花玻璃工艺品是由下列重量配比的原料组 成:玻璃碎片68%,不饱和树脂30%,异辛酸钴1%,过氧化甲己 酮1%。制作方法与第一个实施例相同。

1.一种冰花玻璃工艺及其制作方法,其特征在于:它是由下列重量配比的原料组成:玻璃碎片42%-68%,不饱和树脂30%-55%,异辛酸钴1%-1.5%,过氧化甲已酮1%-1.5%。
