Abstract
本发明公开一种板材切割压平压印一体装置,包括一履带式传动的板材切割送料装置以及设置在板材切割送料装置上方的液压装置;所述的液压装置的液压杆竖直朝下设置,且在液压杆的端部安装有一套筒支架;而所述的套筒支架的内部则固定安装有一双头电机;且该双头电机的两端的螺杆上还均安装有一切割电锯;两侧的切割电锯的大小及高度相同,且两个切割电锯之间的间距大于板材切割送料装置中传动履带的宽度。本装置中压印轮和压平轮的整体压紧的力是通过液压装置下压后弧形拉簧产生的,并且相应的设置在切割电锯的两侧,结构非常的巧妙合理,配合连续传动的板材切割送料装置可实现板材的压平、切割、压印三向工作。
Description
技术领域
本发明涉及一种板材的加工设备、加工切割染色领域,具体说是一种板材切割压平压印一体装置。
背景技术
现有的板材工件的加工过程中,有些板材需要先经过切割后,在进行压印的工作,例如一些纸板需要压印出便于折叠的折叠压印;一些木板或者是塑料板等需要压印出一些图案;现有的装置多是切割和压印分开的,需要切割后在转移到压印装置上进行压印,可以说非常的麻烦;并且有的板材在切割后会出现板面不平的现象,因此也需要进行板面的压平,而现有设备中压平工作同样也是可切割工作分开设置;不能连续工作,使用非常的不方便;而且即使现有的装置可连续切割压印,也只是适合单板块的切割压印工作,不能配合连续传送的板材送料装置使用,工作效率比较低。
发明内容
本发明的目的是针对现有技术存在的不足,提供一种板材切割压平压印一体装置,其技术方案如下:
一种板材切割压平压印一体装置,包括一履带式传动的板材切割送料装置以及设置在板材切割送料装置上方的液压装置;所述的液压装置的液压杆竖直朝下设置,且在液压杆的端部安装有一套筒支架;而所述的套筒支架的内部则固定安装有一双头电机;且该双头电机的两端的螺杆上还均安装有一切割电锯;两侧的切割电锯的大小及高度相同,且两个切割电锯之间的间距大于板材切割送料装置中传动履带的宽度;且所述的套筒支架上前后端左右两侧还均铰接安装有两个铰接杆;且左右相应侧的两个铰接杆上还安装有轮轴安装架,并且两侧的轮轴安装架中一侧安装有压印轮,另一侧则安装有压平轮;而前后相应侧的两个铰接杆之间则安装有弧形拉簧;所述的弧形拉簧的弧形轮廓设置与套筒支架的外壁轮廓相对应;且该弧形拉簧与套筒支架之间的间距设置为切割电锯半径的三分之一;并且在弧形拉簧的原始状态下,两侧的压印轮和压平轮是位于切割电锯的下方位置的,使得液压装置下压时,压印轮和压平轮先接触到板材切割送料装置上的板材,液压装置继续下压后,使压印轮和压平轮向两侧翻转压紧板材后,切割电锯才接触板材后完成切割。
作为优选,所述的板材切割送料装置的传动履带的宽度比两侧的切割电锯之间的间距小2-5mm;两切割电锯之间的间距设置板材的符合要求尺寸。
作为优选,所述的压平轮和压印轮的大小相同,而所述的切割电锯的直径设置为压印轮和压平轮直径的两倍。
作为优选,所述的液压杆的安装点位于套筒支架的正上方,而两侧铰接杆的安装点与液压杆的安装点为均匀分布间隔均匀设置。
作为优选,所述的压印轮和压平轮的长度不小于两个切割电锯之间的间距。
作为优选,所述的压印轮设置为纸板的折叠线压印轮轴。
有益效果:本发明具有以下有益效果:
(1)本装置中设置履带式的板材切割送料装置,而该板材切割送料装置的上方设置通过液压装置安装的双头电机,双头电机的两侧螺杆均安装有切割电锯,两侧切割电锯之间的间距与履带的宽度是相适应,将切割电锯与履带的位置进行相应设置,板材切割送料装置上放置板材向前传送的时候,通过液压装置下放切割电锯,将板材两侧切割掉,切割成符合宽度尺寸的板材,并且随着履带的传动可完成连续切割;
(2)本装置中还在切割电锯两侧设置通过铰接杆铰接安装的压印轮和压平轮,根据需要压平轮设置在切割电锯的前方,压印轮设置在切割电锯的后方,压平轮和压印轮之间的铰接杆通过安装弧形拉簧相应连接成一体,并相应设置压平轮、压印轮和切割电锯的高度位置等;当使用的时候,液压装置下压时,压印轮和压平轮会先接触到板材切割送料装置上的板材,液压装置继续下压后,使压印轮和压平轮向两侧翻转,此时铰接杆之间的弧形拉簧会拉紧两个铰接杆,从而使压平轮和压紧轮都压紧在板材后,液压装置继续下压后切割电锯接触板材,进行切割,切割之前,前方的压平轮将板材压平压紧固定位置,切割电锯进行切割;而切割完成后,后方的压印轮同样紧压在板材上,压印轮完成压印工作,本装置中压印轮和压平轮的整体压紧的力是通过液压装置下压后弧形拉簧产生的,并且相应的设置在切割电锯的两侧,结构非常的巧妙合理,配合连续传动的板材切割送料装置可实现板材的压平、切割、压印三向工作。

下面结合附图和具体实施例,进一步阐明本发明,本实施例在以本发明技术方案为前提下进行实施,应理解这些实施例仅用于说明本发明而不用于限制本发明的范围。
如图1、图2和图3所示,一种板材切割压平压印一体装置,包括一履带式传动的板材切割送料装置1以及设置在板材切割送料装置1上方的液压装置2;所述的液压装置2的液压杆3竖直朝下设置,且在液压杆3的端部安装有一套筒支架4;而所述的套筒支架4的内部则固定安装有一双头电机5;且该双头电机5的两端的螺杆6上还均安装有一切割电锯7;两侧的切割电锯7的大小及高度相同,且两个切割电锯7之间的间距大于板材切割送料装置1中传动履带的宽度;且所述的套筒支架4上前后端左右两侧还均铰接安装有两个铰接杆8;且左右相应侧的两个铰接杆8上还安装有轮轴安装架9,并且两侧的轮轴安装架9中一侧安装有压印轮10,另一侧则安装有压平轮11;而前后相应侧的两个铰接杆8之间则安装有弧形拉簧12;所述的弧形拉簧12的弧形轮廓设置与套筒支架4的外壁轮廓相对应;且该弧形拉簧12与套筒支架4之间的间距设置为切割电锯7半径的三分之一;并且在弧形拉簧12的原始状态下,两侧的压印轮10和压平轮11是位于切割电锯7的下方位置的,使得液压装置2下压时,压印轮10和压平轮11先接触到板材切割送料装置1上的板材,液压装置2继续下压后,使压印轮10和压平轮11向两侧翻转压紧板材后,切割电锯7才接触板材后完成切割。
所述的板材切割送料装置1的传动履带的宽度比两侧的切割电锯7之间的间距小2-5mm;两切割电锯7之间的间距设置板材的符合要求尺寸。
所述的压平轮11和压印轮10的大小相同,而所述的切割电锯7的直径设置为压印轮10和压平轮11直径的两倍。
所述的液压杆3的安装点位于套筒支架4的正上方,而两侧铰接杆8的安装点与液压杆3的安装点为均匀分布间隔均匀设置。
所述的压印轮10和压平轮11的长度不小于两个切割电锯7之间的间距。
所述的压印轮10设置为纸板的折叠线压印轮轴。
本装置中设置履带式的板材切割送料装置,而该板材切割送料装置的上方设置通过液压装置安装的双头电机,双头电机的两侧螺杆均安装有切割电锯,两侧切割电锯之间的间距与履带的宽度是相适应,将切割电锯与履带的位置进行相应设置,板材切割送料装置上放置板材向前传送的时候,通过液压装置下放切割电锯,将板材两侧切割掉,切割成符合宽度尺寸的板材,并且随着履带的传动可完成连续切割。
本装置中还在切割电锯两侧设置通过铰接杆铰接安装的压印轮和压平轮,根据需要压平轮设置在切割电锯的前方,压印轮设置在切割电锯的后方,压平轮和压印轮之间的铰接杆通过安装弧形拉簧相应连接成一体,并相应设置压平轮、压印轮和切割电锯的高度位置等;当使用的时候,液压装置下压时,压印轮和压平轮会先接触到板材切割送料装置上的板材,液压装置继续下压后,使压印轮和压平轮向两侧翻转,此时铰接杆之间的弧形拉簧会拉紧两个铰接杆,从而使压平轮和压紧轮都压紧在板材后,液压装置继续下压后切割电锯接触板材,进行切割,切割之前,前方的压平轮将板材压平压紧固定位置,切割电锯进行切割;而切割完成后,后方的压印轮同样紧压在板材上,压印轮完成压印工作,本装置中压印轮和压平轮的整体压紧的力是通过液压装置下压后弧形拉簧产生的,并且相应的设置在切割电锯的两侧,结构非常的巧妙合理,配合连续传动的板材切割送料装置可实现板材的压平、切割、压印三向工作。

1.一种板材切割压平压印一体装置,其特征在于:包括一履带式传动的板材切割送料装置(1)以及设置在板材切割送料装置(1)上方的液压装置(2);所述的液压装置(2)的液压杆(3)竖直朝下设置,且在液压杆(3)的端部安装有一套筒支架(4);而所述的套筒支架(4)的内部则固定安装有一双头电机(5);且该双头电机(5)的两端的螺杆(6)上还均安装有一切割电锯(7);两侧的切割电锯(7)的大小及高度相同,且两个切割电锯(7)之间的间距大于板材切割送料装置(1)中传动履带的宽度;且所述的套筒支架(4)上前后端左右两侧还均铰接安装有两个铰接杆(8);且左右相应侧的两个铰接杆(8)上还安装有轮轴安装架(9),并且两侧的轮轴安装架(9)中一侧安装有压印轮(10),另一侧则安装有压平轮(11);而前后相应侧的两个铰接杆(8)之间则安装有弧形拉簧(12);所述的弧形拉簧(12)的弧形轮廓设置与套筒支架(4)的外壁轮廓相对应;且该弧形拉簧(12)与套筒支架(4)之间的间距设置为切割电锯(7)半径的三分之一;并且在弧形拉簧(12)的原始状态下,两侧的压印轮(10)和压平轮(11)是位于切割电锯(7)的下方位置的,使得液压装置(2)下压时,压印轮(10)和压平轮(11)先接触到板材切割送料装置(1)上的板材,液压装置(2)继续下压后,使压印轮(10)和压平轮(11)向两侧翻转压紧板材后,切割电锯(7)才接触板材后完成切割。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种板材切割压平压印一体装置,其特征在于:所述的板材切割送料装置(1)的传动履带的宽度比两侧的切割电锯(7)之间的间距小2-5mm;两切割电锯(7)之间的间距设置板材的符合要求尺寸。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种板材切割压平压印一体装置,其特征在于:所述的压平轮(11)和压印轮(10)的大小相同,而所述的切割电锯(7)的直径设置为压印轮(10)和压平轮(11)直径的两倍。
4.根据权利要求1所述的一种板材切割压平压印一体装置,其特征在于:所述的液压杆(3)的安装点位于套筒支架(4)的正上方,而两侧铰接杆(8)的安装点与液压杆(3)的安装点为均匀分布间隔均匀设置。
