Abstract
本发明公开了一种醋五味子炮制方法,取五味子,用浓度为1‑3%的食盐溶液清洗干净,再用去离子水冲洗后,干燥;将干燥后的五味子加入放有米醋的真空反应釜中,抽真空至相对真空度为‑50KPa至‑60KPa,维持相对真空度不变,保持10‑20分钟;再抽真空至相对真空度达到‑70KPa至‑80KPa,维持真空度不变加入适量去离子水,保持10‑15分钟,恢复常压,闷润,蒸制,取出,干燥后,即得。本方法将药材用食盐溶液清洗,能够更好的除杂,采用米醋在真空中闷润,二次加真空闷润能够使得闷润更彻底,所得醋五味子其滋补强壮之力更强,药用价值更高。

技术领域
本发明涉及中药炮制领域,确切地说是一种醋五味子炮制方法。
背景技术
五味子为木兰科植物,秋季果实成熟时采摘,晒干或蒸后晒干,除去果梗及杂质。唐等《新修本草》载“五味皮肉甘酸,核中辛苦,都有咸味”,故有五味子之名。五味子分为南、北二种。古医书称它荎蕏、玄及、会及,最早列于神农本草经上品中药,能滋补强壮之力,药用价值极高,有强身健体之效,与琼珍灵芝合用治疗失眠。
五味子的炮制方法没有一个合理的工艺指标,蒸制时间,蒸制的条件和温度等等均没有控制,工艺相对繁琐,同时药效单一,因此,制备一种药效更丰富的醋五味子成为了亟待解决的问题。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种醋五味子炮制方法。
上述目的通过以下方案实现:
一种醋五味子炮制方法,其特征在于,包括以下步骤:
(1)取五味子,用浓度为1-3%的食盐溶液清洗干净,再用去离子水冲洗后,干燥;
(2)将干燥后的五味子加入放有米醋的真空反应釜中,抽真空至相对真空度为-50KPa至-60KPa,维持相对真空度不变,保持10-20分钟;
(3)再抽真空至相对真空度达到-70KPa至-80KPa,维持真空度不变加入适量去离子水,保持10-15分钟,恢复常压,闷润20-30min;
(4)将闷润后的五味子取出,蒸制,取出,干燥后,即得。
所述的一种醋五味子的炮制方法,其特征在于,步骤(2)中加入的米醋重量为五味子干品药材重量的1-2倍。

本发明的有益效果为:
本方法简单,易于操作,将药材用食盐溶液清洗,能够更好的除杂,采用米醋在真空中闷润,二次加真空闷润能够使得闷润更彻底,所制得的醋五味子颜色均匀,水分、灰分含量等指标均在药典规定的范围之内,所得醋五味子其滋补强壮之力更强,药用价值更高。
具体实施方式
一种醋五味子炮制方法,其特征在于,包括以下步骤:
(1)取五味子,用浓度为3%的食盐溶液清洗干净,再用去离子水冲洗后,干燥;
(2)将干燥后的五味子加入放有相当于五味子干品药材重量的2倍的米醋的真空反应釜中,抽真空至相对真空度为-50KPa,维持相对真空度不变,保持20分钟;
(3)再抽真空至相对真空度达到-80KPa,维持真空度不变加入适量去离子水,保持10分钟,恢复常压,闷润30min;
(4)将闷润后的五味子取出,蒸制30分钟,取出,55℃下干燥至药材含水率8%,即得。

1.一种醋五味子炮制方法,其特征在于,包括以下步骤:
(1)取五味子,用浓度为1-3%的食盐溶液清洗干净,再用去离子水冲洗后,干燥;
(2)将干燥后的五味子加入放有米醋的真空反应釜中,抽真空至相对真空度为-50KPa至-60KPa,维持相对真空度不变,保持10-20分钟;
(3)再抽真空至相对真空度达到-70KPa至-80KPa,维持真空度不变加入适量去离子水,保持10-15分钟,恢复常压,闷润20-30min;
(4)将闷润后的五味子取出,蒸制,取出,干燥后,即得。
