一种防治便秘的膳食纤维代餐粉加工方法,将麦麸进行挤压膨化后,粉碎至80目,得到膨化麦麸粉;将车前子壳、麦麸、低聚糖木糖醇和麦芽糊精进行磨粉,得到细度为200目的麦麸‑车前子壳粉;将膨化麦麸粉、麦麸‑车前子壳粉、玉米粉、黑米粉、荞麦粉、山药粉、燕麦粉、红豆粉、紫苏籽、胡萝卜粉、魔芋粉、脱脂豆粉、黑丝菇粉和VC混合均匀,得到膳食纤维代餐粉。优点是:以麦麸为主要原料,加工方法简单,容易操作,生产的代餐粉口味口感好,容易被受消费者者接受,麦麸成分含量较高,能够帮助肠胃蠕动,具有防治便秘的作用。

本发明涉及一种防治便秘的膳食纤维代餐粉加工方法。
背景技术
科学合理的饮食,应该副食与主食搭配、荤素搭配、粗粮细粮搭配。粗粮和细粮和合理搭配十分重要,细粮不能少,粗粮更要搭配好。粗粮含有丰富的膳食纤维,膳食纤维是不被人体消化的多糖类糖水化合物和木质素的总称,具有吸水、粘附等特性,因此,有利于保持大便畅通,防治便秘。
麦麸中含有丰富的膳食纤维、维生素以及微量元素。但麦麸作用保健食品开发,由于其口味及口感差,难以被消费者认可;并且,麦麸的营养成分不易被人体吸收。
发明内容
本发明要解决的技术问题是提供一种防治便秘的膳食纤维代餐粉加工方法,以麦麸为主要原料,加工方法简单,容易操作,生产的代餐粉口感好,受消费者欢迎,并且具有防治便秘的作用。

一种防治便秘的膳食纤维代餐粉加工方法,其具体步骤是:
(1)膨化麦麸制作
将麦麸进行挤压膨化后,粉碎至80目,得到膨化麦麸粉;
(2)麦麸、车前子壳粉的制作
按照重量份数计,将10份车前子壳、1份麦麸、2份低聚糖、2份木糖醇和1份麦芽糊精、进行磨粉,得到细度为200目的麦麸-车前子壳粉;
(3)膳食纤维代餐粉的制作
按照重量份数计,将20份-25份膨化麦麸粉、20份-25份麦麸-车前子壳粉、3份-5份玉米粉、3份-5份黑米粉、3份-5份荞麦粉、3份-5份山药粉、3份-5份燕麦粉、3份-5份红豆粉、1份-2份紫苏籽、3份-5份胡萝卜粉、5份-10份魔芋粉、3份-5份脱脂豆粉和1份- 2份黑丝菇粉、5份-8份VC混合均匀,得到膳食纤维代餐粉。
本发明的有益效果:
以麦麸为主要原料,加工方法简单,容易操作,生产的代餐粉口味口感好,容易被受消费者者接受,麦麸成分含量较高,能够帮助肠胃蠕动,具有防治便秘的作用。

实施例1
(1)膨化麦麸制作
将麦麸进行挤压膨化后,粉碎至80目,得到膨化麦麸粉;
(2)麦麸、车前子壳粉的制作
将10kg车前子壳、1kg麦麸、2kg低聚糖、2kg木糖醇和1kg麦芽糊精、进行磨粉,得到细度为200目的麦麸-车前子壳粉;
(3)膳食纤维代餐粉的制作
将20kg膨化麦麸粉、25kg麦麸-车前子壳粉、3kg玉米粉、5kg黑米粉、3kg荞麦粉、5kg山药粉、3kg燕麦粉、5kg红豆粉、1kg紫苏籽、5kg胡萝卜粉、5kg魔芋粉、5kg脱脂豆粉和1黑丝菇粉、8kg VC混合均匀,得到膳食纤维代餐粉。
实施例2
(1)膨化麦麸制作
将麦麸进行挤压膨化后,粉碎至80目,得到膨化麦麸粉;
(2)麦麸、车前子壳粉的制作

将22kg膨化麦麸粉、22kg麦麸-车前子壳粉、4kg玉米粉、4kg黑米粉、4kg荞麦粉、4kg山药粉、4kg燕麦粉、4kg红豆粉、1.5kg紫苏籽、4kg胡萝卜粉、8kg魔芋粉、4kg脱脂豆粉和1.5kg黑丝菇粉、6kgVC混合均匀,得到膳食纤维代餐粉。
食用方法,去本品膳食纤维代餐粉50g,加入3-5倍开水(用水煮至微沸更佳),冷却至60-70℃时,加入10g蜂蜜饮用;对于不喜欢蜂蜜口味的,可以不加蜂蜜。

(3)膳食纤维代餐粉的制作
按照重量份数计,将20份-25份膨化麦麸粉、20份-25份麦麸-车前子壳粉、3份-5份玉米粉、3份-5份黑米粉、3份-5份荞麦粉、3份-5份山药粉、3份-5份燕麦粉、3份-5份红豆粉、1份-2份紫苏籽、3份-5份胡萝卜粉、5份-10份魔芋粉、3份-5份脱脂豆粉、1份- 2份黑丝菇粉和5份-8份VC混合均匀,得到膳食纤维代餐粉。
