一水肌酸与β-丙氨酸、L-精氨酸的协同作用,大大增加肌肉力量和运动能力,抑制肌肉疲劳因素的产生,减轻疲劳与紧张,恢复体能,可加速人体蛋白质合成,使肌肉更结实,增强肌肉弹性;苹果多酚和葡萄籽提取物明显提高机体产生一氧化氮的能力,一氧化氮可以扩张周边血管,对于提高运动能力,恢复疲劳有明显的作用,都是纯天然的抗氧化物质,其中葡萄籽提取物是迄今发现的植物来源最高效的抗氧化剂之一,试验表明,其抗氧化效果是维生素C和维生素E的30~50倍,因此它超强抗氧化作用,可以清除自由基,延缓衰老,增强血管壁的胶原纤维,使血管坚韧,富有弹性,改善不良静脉血液循环,减少血小板凝集,预防血栓形成,降低动脉粥样硬化;减少心脑血管疾病发生等等。1,6-二磷酸果糖FDP可作为高能底物和代谢调节物代偿ATP生成;增强组织细胞抗氧化能力,增加红细胞数量,及调节代谢紊乱;提高无氧、有氧运动能力,有利于疲劳的恢复。与此同时,FDP的这种细胞强壮剂的功效也应用于人体运动,其改善缺氧环境下运动机能、提高抗疲劳能力的功能越来越受到重视。
但是要补充以上提到的相关有益成份,就需要食用含有相关成份的食物,这样不但非常不方便,而且并不利于营养成份的吸收,造成营养流失。因此本领域技术人员提供了一种葡萄味复合肌酸,以解决上述背景技术中提出的问题。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种葡萄味复合肌酸,以解决上述背景技术中提出的问题。
为实现上述目的,本发明提供如下技术方案:
一种葡萄味复合肌酸,由以下原料及组份组成:一水肌酸32-36份、β-丙氨酸12-18份、L-精氨酸13-18份、1,6-二磷酸果糖2-5份,牛磺酸5-8份、烟酸0.2-0.5份、泛酸0.1-0.3份、生物素0.0006-0.0009份、咖啡因7-11份、苹果多酚1-4份、葡萄籽提取物2-4份和调和剂。
作为本发明进一步的方案:所述调和剂包括香精、甜味剂和酸味剂作为调和剂。
作为本发明再进一步的方案:所述咖啡因选用20%瓜拉纳提取物。
作为本发明再进一步的方案:所述苹果多酚的质量分数为90%
作为本发明再进一步的方案:所述葡萄籽提取物为质量分数为95%的花青素。
作为本发明再进一步的方案:本发明提供了葡萄味复合肌酸的制备方法,包括以下步骤:(1)称量备料:原辅料按生产指令的配方比例进行称量备料,备料时要注意原辅料是否有结块以及杂质等,若有则要先粉碎然后再过40目筛再称量。
(2)混合:先将香精、甜味剂和酸味剂一起装入PE袋手工混2~3分钟,再和其他原料一起投入三维混合机混合10分钟,再与其他物料一起投入二维混合机混合30分钟。
(3)分装:按照产品包装规格进行分装,分装好的中间产品装PE袋或容器中。
作为本发明再进一步的方案:步骤(1)中,备料时要注意原辅料是否有结块以及杂质等,若有结块及杂质则要先粉碎然后再过40目筛再称量。
作为本发明再进一步的方案:步骤(3)中,分装时每半小时抽取10罐检查装量差异、外观、密封性,是否存在漏粉、漏气现象,并且要随时抽检产品外观,表面是否光洁,是否有褶皱现象。
作为本发明再进一步的方案:步骤(3)中,PE袋或容器外必须贴好中间产品标签,标明名称、编码、批号、数量、操作人、日期等内容。
与现有技术相比,本发明的有益效果是:
1、选用优质的一水肌酸,可抑制肌肉疲劳,减轻疲劳与紧张,帮助恢复体能,加速人体蛋白质合成,令肌肉更结实,增强肌肉弹性,提高速度和爆发力。
2、加入β-丙氨酸,可以提高肌肽含量,减轻疲劳和疲劳感,促进恢复,还能增加瘦体重,增加肌肉力量和运动能力
3、加入L-精氨酸,其是鸟氨酸循环中的一个组成成分具有极其重要的生理功能.多吃精氨酸,可以增加肝脏中精氨酸的活性,有助于将血液中的氨转变为尿素而排泄出去,精氨酸是鸟氨酸 及脯氨酸 的前趋物,脯氨酸是构成胶原蛋白的重要元素,补充精氨酸对于严重外伤、烧伤等需要大量组织修护的康护,具有明显的帮助,同时具有降低感染及发炎的效果。
4、加入葡萄籽提取物,拥有超强抗氧化作用,可以清除自由基,延缓衰老,增强血管壁的胶原纤维,使血管坚韧,富有弹性,促进血液循环,防止血管硬化,减少心脑血管疾病发生。此外还可以改善不良静脉血液循环,减少血小板凝集,预防血栓形成,降低动脉粥样硬化等作用。
5、加入牛磺酸,可以提高心肌耐缺氧能力作用,增强心脏收缩力,对运动过程中心脏的剧烈跳动起到一个很好的保护作用。
6、加入1,6-二磷酸果糖,这种细胞强壮剂的功效也应用于人体运动,其改善缺氧环境下运动机能、提高抗疲劳能力。
7、本发明将多种有益成份融合到一起,方便人们食用,相较于直接食用相关食物,该葡萄味复合肌酸更有利于吸收。

下面结合具体实施方式对本发明的技术方案作进一步详细地说明。
实施例1
一种葡萄味复合肌酸,由以下原料及组份组成:一水肌酸32-36份、β-丙氨酸12-18份、L-精氨酸13-18份、1,6-二磷酸果糖2-5份,牛磺酸5-8份、烟酸0.2-0.5份、泛酸0.1-0.3份、生物素0.0006-0.0009份、咖啡因7-11份、苹果多酚1-4份、葡萄籽提取物2-4份和调和剂。
所述调和剂包括香精、甜味剂和酸味剂作为调和剂。
所述咖啡因选用20%瓜拉纳提取物。
所述苹果多酚的质量分数为90%
所述葡萄籽提取物为质量分数为95%的花青素。
本发明提供了葡萄味复合肌酸的制备方法,包括以下步骤:

1.一种葡萄味复合肌酸,其特征在于,由以下原料及组份组成:一水肌酸32-36份、β-丙氨酸12-18份、L-精氨酸13-18份、1,6-二磷酸果糖2-5份,牛磺酸5-8份、烟酸0.2-0.5份、泛酸0.1-0.3份、生物素0.0006-0.0009份、咖啡因7-11份、苹果多酚1-4份、葡萄籽提取物2-4份和调和剂。
2.根据权利要求1所述的葡萄味复合肌酸,其特征在于,所述调和剂包括香精、甜味剂和酸味剂作为调和剂。
3.根据权利要求1所述的葡萄味复合肌酸,其特征在于,所述咖啡因选用20%瓜拉纳提取物。
4.根据权利要求1所述的葡萄味复合肌酸,其特征在于,所述苹果多酚的质量分数为90%。
5.根据权利要求1所述的葡萄味复合肌酸,其特征在于,所述葡萄籽提取物为质量分数为95%的花青素。
6.根据权利要求1-5任一所述的葡萄味复合肌酸的制备方法,其特征在于,包括以下步骤:
(1)称量备料:原辅料按生产指令的配方比例进行称量备料,备料时要注意原辅料是否有结块以及杂质等,若有则要先粉碎然后再过40目筛再称量。
