1.一种增强记忆力肽与桔橙果汁复配的肽果汁的技术特征为:
(1)取金针菇肽粉20%,花菜肽粉5%,栗蘑肽粉10%、糙米肽粉10%,猕猴桃肽粉10%,蚕豆肽粉5%、羊肚菌肽粉5%、人参肽粉5%、蘑菇肽粉5%,鲍鱼菇肽粉10%,黄金菇肽粉5%,核桃肽粉5%。
(2)经称重、混合机混合10分钟,混合均匀。
(3)用烘干机干燥。
(4)取从本发明中所用食材,在提取小分子肽中,分离提存的多糖,微量元素,维生素,精油。
(5)取肽粉,配多糖,微量元素,维生素,精油(按食品添加剂国标规定添加配比),用混合机混合均匀,即混合肽粉。
(6)取混合肽粉、桔橙汁,按1∶50比例在配液灌中混合、杀菌。
(7)将混合液在定量灌装机中进行分装,即成营养肽果汁。
2.本发明的小分子复配纯桔橙制成的营养肽果汁,含有丰富的营养,并及时充足的输送给人体八大系统的器官组织细胞中,具有提高免疫力,强身健体的功效。
