Abstract
本发明公开了一种塑料膜挤出成型机。一种塑料膜挤出成型机,包括热熔料斗和输送管,所述的输送管的两端分别设置有挤出机头和驱动电机,所述的驱动电机连接有位于输送管内、用于推挤塑料溶液的挤出螺杆,所述的挤出螺杆的螺纹与输送管的内壁相适配,所述的热熔料斗在输送管靠近驱动电机的一端与输送管连通。本发明的一种塑料膜挤出成型机具有设备成本低、可提高塑料膜质量的特点。
Description
技术领域
本发明涉及一种塑料编织袋生产设备,更具体地说,尤其涉及一种塑料膜挤出成型机。
背景技术
塑料编织袋的生产过程中,需要在塑料膜挤出机内将颗粒状的原料融化,并压制成塑料膜。传统的塑料膜挤出机的工作过程为:通过料斗和螺杆将固体塑料颗粒输送进输送管内,再在输送管内对固体塑料颗粒加热使其融化成塑料液体,最后将塑料液体从输送管一端挤出成型得到初制成的塑料膜。传统的塑料膜挤出机存在的缺点有:1.固体塑料颗粒直接在输送管内加热熔融,混杂在固体塑料颗粒中的空气在固体塑料颗粒熔融成塑料液体后,随塑料液体一同被挤出,此时生产的塑料膜会因气泡产生点状的瑕疵,该塑料膜在进一步的拉伸或切丝过程中极易发生断裂;2.固体塑料颗粒在输送管内加热熔融需要的输送管较长,螺杆对固体塑料颗粒或塑料液体挤压所需要的旋转驱动力较大,造成设备成本升高;3.在输送管内对固体塑料颗粒加热,加热不集中导致热量大量浪费,并且不能保证固体塑料颗粒完全熔融成塑料液体后再从输送管一侧挤出,生产出具有竹节丝或疵点丝的不合格的塑料膜。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种塑料膜挤出成型机,具有设备成本低、可提高塑料膜质量的特点。
本发明的技术方案如下:
一种塑料膜挤出成型机,包括热熔料斗和输送管,所述的输送管的两端分别设置有挤出机头和驱动电机,所述的驱动电机连接有位于输送管内、用于推挤塑料溶液的挤出螺杆,所述的挤出螺杆的螺纹与输送管的内壁相适配,所述的热熔料斗在输送管靠近驱动电机的一端与输送管连通。
进一步的,所述的热熔料斗与输送管之间设有在线脱泡机,所述的热熔料斗、在线脱泡机和输送管依次连通。
进一步的,所述的挤出机头的下部连接有纵长型的塑料膜挤出组件,所述的塑料膜挤出组件设有纵长型的挤出口,所述的挤出机头内为向下逐渐变宽的压力平衡腔,所述的压力平衡腔与塑料膜挤出组件相互连通。
进一步的,所述的塑料膜挤出组件在挤出口纵长方向的两侧均设有加热腔,所述的加热腔内设有电阻丝。
进一步的,所述的挤出机头的上部设有用于排气、设备维护的通孔和用于关闭通孔的通孔盖,所述的通孔与压力平衡腔相互连通。
进一步的,所述的塑料膜挤出组件的下方放置有冷却槽,所述的挤出口向下延伸与冷却槽内的冷却液面接触。
进一步的,所述的输送管的外壁包覆有保温层。
本发明具有的有益效果为:
1.本发明的一种塑料膜挤出成型机,能够在输送管外利用热熔料斗将塑料颗粒熔融成塑料液体,再将熔融得到的塑料液体输送进输送管内,在挤出螺杆旋转的作用下推动挤出制成塑料膜,固体塑料颗粒在热熔料斗中熔融成塑料液体再进入输送管,塑料液体中混杂的空气在热熔料斗时已经向大气中排出,因而输送管内的塑料液体不混杂有空气,同时,由于固体塑料颗粒不在输送管内加热熔融,可缩短输送管和挤出螺杆的长度,从而可以使用功率较小的驱动电机,降低设备成本,因此,本发明的一种塑料膜挤出成型机具有可提高塑料膜质量、设备成本低的特点;
2.在热熔料斗与输送管之间设置在线脱泡机,热熔料斗中熔融得到的塑料液体在进入在线脱泡机脱泡后再进入输送管,进一步消除塑料液体中混有的空气,从而可生产出高质量的塑料膜;
3.采用的挤出机头内设有向下逐渐变宽的压力平衡腔,塑料液体先充满在压力平衡腔内再从塑料膜挤出组件的挤出口中挤出,通过压力平衡腔可使挤出口挤出的塑料膜厚度均匀,使本发明的一种塑料膜挤出成型机具有可提高塑料膜质量的特点;
4.塑料膜挤出组件在挤出口纵长方向的两侧均设有加热腔,并且加热腔内设有电阻丝,该塑料膜挤出成型机停机后再次开机使用时,可通过加热腔内的电阻丝加热使挤出口上凝固的塑料融化,从而使该塑料膜挤出成型机快速投入使用,提高塑料膜生产效率;
5.在挤出机头的上部设有用于排气、设备维护的通孔和用于关闭通孔的通孔盖,该通孔具有现有设备中的检修孔和排气孔的功能,在开始生产塑料膜时,通孔设置在挤出机头的上部可以很好的排出该塑料膜挤出成型机内的气体,具有结构简单、操作方便的特点;
6.塑料膜挤出组件的下方放置有冷却槽,挤出口向下延伸到达冷却槽内的冷却液面,塑料膜从挤出口挤出后,冷却槽内的冷却液可使塑料膜快速冷却定型,从而提高塑料膜生产效率;
7.输送管的外壁包覆有保温层,防止塑料液体在输送管内冷却凝固,保证本发明的一种塑料膜挤出成型机运行可靠。

下面结合具体实施方式,对本发明的技术方案作进一步的详细说明,但不构成对本发明的任何限制。
实施例
参阅图1~3所示,一种塑料膜挤出成型机,包括热熔料斗1和输送管2,输送管2的两端分别设置有挤出机头3和驱动电机4,驱动电机4连接有位于输送管2内、用于推挤塑料溶液的挤出螺杆5,驱动电机4驱动挤出螺杆5轴线固定旋转,挤出螺杆5的螺纹与输送管2的内壁相适配,热熔料斗1在输送管2靠近驱动电机4的一端与输送管2连通。
本发明的一种塑料膜挤出成型机,能够在输送管2外利用热熔料斗1将塑料颗粒熔融成塑料液体,再将熔融得到的塑料液体输送进输送管2内,在挤出螺杆5旋转的作用下推动挤出制成塑料膜。固体塑料颗粒在热熔料斗1中熔融成塑料液体再进入输送管2,塑料液体中混杂的空气在热熔料斗1时已经向大气中排出,因而输送管2内的塑料液体不混杂有空气。同时,由于固体塑料颗粒不在输送管2内加热熔融,可缩短输送管2和挤出螺杆5的长度,从而可以使用功率较小的驱动电机4,降低设备成本。因此,本发明的一种塑料膜挤出成型机具有可提高塑料膜质量、设备成本低的特点。
热熔料斗1与输送管2之间设有在线脱泡机9,热熔料斗1、在线脱泡机9和输送管2依次连通。本发明中采用的热熔料斗1和在线脱泡机9为现有设备,此处不作描述。热熔料斗1中熔融得到的塑料液体在进入在线脱泡机9脱泡后再进入输送管2,进一步消除塑料液体中混有的空气,从而可生产出高质量的塑料膜。热熔料斗1的输出端和在线脱泡机9的输出端均设有电控阀,热熔料斗1的输出端还设有用于过滤不能融化的杂质的过滤装置。
挤出机头3的下部连接有纵长型的塑料膜挤出组件6,塑料膜挤出组件6设有纵长型的挤出口61,挤出机头3内为向下逐渐变宽的压力平衡腔30,压力平衡腔30与塑料膜挤出组件6相互连通。采用的挤出机头3内设有向下逐渐变宽的压力平衡腔30,塑料液体先充满在压力平衡腔30内再从塑料膜挤出组件6的挤出口61中挤出,通过压力平衡腔30可使挤出口61挤出的塑料膜厚度均匀,使本发明的一种塑料膜挤出成型机具有可提高塑料膜质量的特点。
塑料膜挤出组件6在挤出口61纵长方向的两侧均设有加热腔60,加热腔60内设有电阻丝7。该塑料膜挤出成型机停机后再次开机使用时,可通过加热腔60内的电阻丝7加热使挤出口61上凝固的塑料融化,从而使该塑料膜挤出成型机快速投入使用,提高塑料膜生产效率。
挤出机头3的上部设有用于排气、设备维护的通孔62和用于关闭通孔62的通孔盖63,通孔62与压力平衡腔30相互连通。该通孔62具有现有设备中的检修孔和排气孔的功能,在开始生产塑料膜时,通孔62设置在挤出机头的上部可以很好的排出该塑料膜挤出成型机内的气体,具有结构简单、操作方便的特点。
塑料膜挤出组件6的下方放置有冷却槽8,挤出口61向下延伸与冷却槽8内的冷却液面接触,即挤出口61向下延伸到达冷却槽8内的冷却液面。塑料膜从挤出口61挤出后,冷却槽8内的冷却液可使塑料膜快速冷却定型,从而提高塑料膜生产效率。
输送管2的外壁包覆有保温层20,防止塑料液体在输送管2内冷却凝固,保证本发明的一种塑料膜挤出成型机运行可靠。
本发明的一种塑料膜挤出成型机均通过机架(附图中未标示)固定。
以上所述的仅是本发明的优选实施方式,应当指出对于本领域的技术人员来说,在不脱离本发明结构的前提下,还可以对此塑料膜挤出成型机做出若干变形和改进,这些都不会影响本发明实施的效果和专利的实用性。

1.一种塑料膜挤出成型机,其特征在于,包括热熔料斗(1)和输送管(2),所述的输送管(2)的两端分别设置有挤出机头(3)和驱动电机(4),所述的驱动电机(4)连接有位于输送管(2)内、用于推挤塑料溶液的挤出螺杆(5),所述的挤出螺杆(5)的螺纹与输送管(2)的内壁相适配,所述的热熔料斗(1)在输送管(2)靠近驱动电机(4)的一端与输送管(2)连通。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种塑料膜挤出成型机,其特征在于,所述的热熔料斗(1)与输送管(2)之间设有在线脱泡机(9),所述的热熔料斗(1)、在线脱泡机(9)和输送管(2)依次连通。
3.根据权利要求1或2所述的一种塑料膜挤出成型机,其特征在于,所述的挤出机头(3)的下部连接有纵长型的塑料膜挤出组件(6),所述的塑料膜挤出组件(6)设有纵长型的挤出口(61),所述的挤出机头(3)内为向下逐渐变宽的压力平衡腔(30),所述的压力平衡腔(30)与塑料膜挤出组件(6)相互连通。
4.根据权利要求3所述的一种塑料膜挤出成型机,其特征在于,所述的塑料膜挤出组件(6)在挤出口(61)纵长方向的两侧均设有加热腔(60),所述的加热腔(60)内设有电阻丝(7)。
5.根据权利要求3所述的一种塑料膜挤出成型机,其特征在于,所述的挤出机头(3)的上部设有用于排气、设备维护的通孔(62)和用于关闭通孔(62)的通孔盖(63),所述的通孔(62)与压力平衡腔(30)相互连通。
6.根据权利要求3所述的一种塑料膜挤出成型机,其特征在于,所述的塑料膜挤出组件(6)的下方放置有冷却槽(8),所述的挤出口(61)向下延伸与冷却槽(8)内的冷却液面接触。
