Abstract
本发明公开了一种铜卟啉功能化金属有机框架/二氧化钛复合异质结材料的制备方法,是将二氧化钛纳米粒子超声分散于DMF中,再依次向溶液中加入ZrCl4,对苯二甲酸,CuTCPP和苯甲酸,室温下搅拌使其充分混合;然后将混合溶液于130℃左右水热反应10~12h;离心,收集产物,并用DMF和丙酮洗涤,干燥,即得目标产物CTU/TiO2。测试结果显示,CTU/TiO2不仅保持较好的光催化循环稳定性,而且还表现出优异的光催化活性。相比于纯的TiO2或CTU,CTU/TiO2显示出明显增强的还原CO2的光催化活性。此外,CTU/TiO2复合材料在光催化还原CO2时具有高度稳定的可回收性。

背景技术
由于温室气体二氧化碳过度排放引起的环境问题成为近年来研究者们关注的焦点。为了解决这个严峻的问题,目前已经进行了多方面的研究。光催化还原二氧化碳产生碳氢化合物是解决环境问题和能源短缺的最有吸引力的技术之一。金属有机骨架(MOFs)是一类结晶杂化多孔材料,由金属离子和有机配体配位的簇组成,表现出超大的比表面积和可控的孔径。由于二氧化碳的捕获和有效利用是光催化还原所需的重要因素,因此在过去的几十年中,MOF应用于光催化二氧化碳还原引起了广泛的关注。 MOFs直接做光催化剂产氢,作为助催化剂用于有机污染物降解和用于二氧化碳还原等多种光催化应用中得到迅速发展。
UiO-66是一种锆基MOF,由于其很好化学和热稳定性而越来越受到研究者的关注,被认为是光催化应用中最有前途的MOFs材料之一。尽管如此,考虑到UiO-66中Zr6 SBU的氧化还原势能水平较高,Zr6 SBUs(Zr6O4(OH)4)不能接受来自对苯二甲酸(BDC)连接体产生的电子。将多功能基团引入到MOF中可以在带隙结构中引入新的能级,并因此实现MOFs更加广泛的应用范围。当前过渡金属络合物(如Ru,Re和Ir基化合物)或卟啉基化合物引入MOFs已经多次应用于光催化二氧化碳还原。
Cu(II)四(4-羧基苯基)卟啉(CuTCPP)包含一个大分子结合的大环,在光催化过程中起着光敏化的作用,可以提供较强的光吸收能力和更高的电荷分离效率。当将混合配体CuTCPP成功地结合到UiO-66中时,形成功能化的CuTCPP/UiO-66(CTU),UiO-66的晶体结构,形貌和超高化学稳定性可以完美保持。此外,相比于UiO-66光吸收能力和电荷分离效率也将显着提高。
二氧化钛半导体由于其成本低,易得到,无毒性和化学稳定性而在二氧化碳光还原方面进行了深入的研究。然而,TiO2的光辅助应用仍然效率低,选择性差,吸附CO2分子活化能力弱。但是,MOFs可以与无机半导体结合形成纳米复合材料,不仅能够增强CO2吸附,而且有助于通过形成半导体MOFs促进光生电荷载体的分离。
发明内容
本发明的是提供一种铜卟啉功能化金属有机框架/二氧化钛复合材料(CTU/TiO2)的制备方法。
一、CTU/TiO2复合材料的制备
将二氧化钛纳米粒子超声分散于 DMF中,再依次向溶液中加入ZrCl4,对苯二甲酸,CuTCPP和苯甲酸,室温下搅拌使其充分混合;然后将混合溶液于120℃~140℃下水热反应10~12h;离心,收集产物,并用DMF和丙酮洗涤,干燥,即得CTU/TiO2复合材料;
二氧化钛纳米粒子与ZrCl4的质量比为1:0.3~1:1.5;
ZrCl4与对苯二甲酸的质量比为1:0.5~1:1;
ZrCl4与CuTCPP的质量比为1:2~1:3;
ZrCl4与苯甲酸的质量比为1:1~1:0.6;
干燥是在60~80℃的烘箱中干燥12~15小时。
二、CTU/TiO2复合材料的表征
1、SEM和TEM
通过JSM-6701E扫描电子显微镜(b(CTU))。其中,、b(CTU)、c、d(CTU/0.6TiO2)。图1a为纯TiO2的SEM。可以看出,单一的TiO2表现出较为均匀的纳米粒子形貌,直径大约为10~30nm。图1b 为纯CTU的SEM,显示纯CTU清晰的八面体微晶形貌且光滑表面。图1c、1d所示的CTU/0.6TiO2的SEM图。图1c-d显示,在金属有机骨架CTU和TiO2颗粒复合前后CTU的形貌没有明显的变化,表明负载TiO2不影响CTU的形貌,二氧化钛纳米粒子在八面体微晶CTU表面均匀分布生长。同时存在小部分TiO2不规则团状自聚体,但其大部分均匀地散布在金属有机框架上,这表明TiO2纳米粒子的聚集可以大大减少,因此将有助于进一步的催化应用。

在Rigaku D/Max-2400/PC上记录X射线衍射(XRD)数据。图2为 CTU、TiO2和CTU/TiO2的XRD衍射图。图2(a)为UiO-66和金属卟啉功能化CTU的XRD衍射图。可以观察到原始的UiO-66与文献报道一致,表明Cu(II)四(4-羧基苯基)卟啉(CuTCPP)成功地整合到UiO-66中,并且UiO-66的晶体结构在将CuTCPP引入到金属有机物框架(MOFs)。图2(b)分别显示了纯TiO2,CTU和具有不同质量比的TiO2的CTU/TiO2纳米复合材料的XRD图谱。表明纯TiO2与文献报道锐钛矿(100)平面保持一致。在CTU/TiO2的光谱中可以看到对应于CTU的角度值7.17和8.35处的低强度衍射峰。当CTU在复合材料中的质量比减小时,这个峰强度相应地减弱,进一步证明CTU和TiO2的成功复合。
3、FT-IR分析
傅立叶变换红外(FT-IR)光谱在Nicolet NEXUS 670光谱仪上进行。图3为显示催化剂的傅立叶变换红外(FT-IR)光谱。其中,图(a)为UiO-66、TCPP/UiO-66和CuTCPP/UiO-66(CTU)的FT-IR谱图,图(b)为CTU、TiO2和CTU/0.6TiO2的FT-IR谱图。所示位于3430 cm-1的宽峰可归属于O-H振动,这可能是样品中存在结合水和游离水。与UiO-66相比,CTU复合材料的光谱与之非常相似,表明UiO-66的骨架不受TCPP或CuTCPP掺入的混合配体的影响。如图3a所示,在1660 cm-1和1590 cm-1处的峰可归因于羧基不对称振动,而在1506 cm-1和1410 cm-1处的峰可以被认为是对称的羧基。Δν(Δν=νas(COO-νs(COO))的值分别为154 cm-1和186cm-1,这是CTU桥联配位的特征;同时当金属Cu2 +在TCPP大分子环中,这个铜配位的氮环会引起振动变形,从而在1000 cm-1附近产生Cu-N伸缩振动特征。图3b中,在CTU和CTU/0.6TiO2中都是1660 cm-1和1590 cm-1,它可归因于BDC或卟啉中存在的羧酸中OCO的伸缩振动。
4、PL分析
为了阐明CTU和TiO2事实对光生电荷载体分离的相互作用,分别进行了TiO2,CTU和CTU/0.6TiO2的光致发光(PL)测量。其中,光致发光(PL)光谱检测在Fluoro Sens 9003荧光分光光度计上进行。图4 a 为TiO2、CTU、CTU/TiO2的光致发光荧光光谱。图4a清楚地表明,CTU能够有效地抑制光生电子和空穴的复合。图4 b 为TiO2、CTU、CTU/TiO2的光电流特征。图4b显示,通过将TiO2添加到纯CTU中,光电流强度显着增强。上述结果表明,协同效应可以有效地抑制电子和空穴的复合。PL结果也证实了这种抑制作用,进一步证明了CTU可以有效抑制电子和空穴复合的功能。
三、CTU/TiO2复合材料光催化CO2还原性能测试
在装有300W氙灯(北京light光有限公司CEL-HXF300/CEL-HXUV300)的循环冷水浴系统中,在50mL密闭气不锈钢反应器中进行光催化CO2还原。在每次运行期间,先后将2ml蒸馏水和0.1g催化剂装载到玻璃反应器(40×25mm)中,分别加入到不锈钢反应器中。反应装置用纯CO2气体(0.1MPa),然后真空处理两次,以空气完全除去。 最终产物通过火焰离子化检测器(FID)的GC-2080气相色谱法测量。
图5为在300W Xe灯照射下所测试的CTU/TiO2复合材料的还原性能。如图5a所示,CTU/TiO2中不同质量比的TiO2产生CO2还原产量性能对比实验,反映TiO2含量对整体光催化活性产生显着影响。单独使用二氧化钛时,CO的生成速率仅为4.4μmolg-1 h-1,可能是由于其电子-空穴对的快速复合。相比之下,所有的CTU/TiO2样品都表现出比纯TiO2更高的光催化活性来还原CO2。当TiO2的含量增加时,CO释放量会相应增加。在这些复合材料中,CTU/0.6TiO2(10wt%)的最大值为31.32μmolg-1 h-1 CO释放量和0.148μmolg-1 h-1 CH4。对于CO产品的产量,它比纯TiO2产生的产率高7倍左右(图5a)。这可能是由于合成异质结复合材料后提高了光生电荷的分离效率和CTU提高了CO2气体的捕获能力。换句话说,混合配体CuTCPP可以大大提高光吸收,而集成的UiO-66能够扩大表面积并改善光生电荷的激发和分离。
催化剂寿命对于证明光催化剂的性能也非常重要。如图5b所示,多功能团CTU/0.6TiO2异质结用于检测光催化二氧化碳还原8小时内的稳定性。在8小时的连续照射下,CO和CH4产量均增加,CO为81.02μmolg-1 h-1,CH4为0.302μmolg-1 h-1,因此表明在该试验期间CTU/0.6TiO2未失活。
此外,还测定了CTU/0.6TiO2用于还原CO2的长期稳定性。如图5c所示,经过四次循环后,未观察到CTU/0.6TiO2光催化还原二氧化碳的能力明显下降,表明光催化CO2还原过程具有良好的稳定性和耐久性。
为了更系统地测定光催化剂的稳定性,还用XRD,FT-IR测量了CTU/ 0.6TiO2样品经过1小时,8小时光照和4个连续循环后的结构变化。图6a为 CTU/0.6TiO2样品经过1h(Used-1),8h (Used-2)光照和4个连续循环(Used-3)的FT-IR。FT-IR光谱进一步证实了CTU/TiO2的结构稳定性。图6b为 CTU/0.6TiO2样品经过1h(Used-1),8h (Used-2)光照和4个连续循环(Used-3)的XRD。可见,在反应前后CTU/TiO2晶体结构中没有发现XRD衍射峰的明显变化。基于上述结果,本发明制备的CTU/TiO2复合材料在光催化还原CO2过程中具有很高的稳定性,为其回收利用提供了重要的特性。
综上所述,本发明通过原位水热生长的方法将功能化结构CTU与TiO2纳米颗粒结合,形成CTU/TiO2异质结。CTU/TiO2不仅保持较好的光催化循环稳定性而且CTU/TiO2复合材料还表现出优异的光催化活性。相比于纯的TiO2或CTU,CTU/TiO2显示出明显增强的还原CO2的光催化活性。据推测,组合后增强的光催化能力主要归因于光生电荷的增强分离和CO2捕获能力,以及光能利用率。此外,CTU/TiO2复合材料在光催化还原CO2时具有高度稳定的可回收性。

具体实施方式
下面通过具体实施例对本发明CTU/TiO2复合材料的制备及光催化还原CO2的性能作进一步说明。
实施例1
(1)纳米TiO2的制备:在10ml乙醇溶液中加入5mL钛酸四正丁酯,在冰浴中搅拌1小时。之后,将6mL的水-乙醇混合溶液(水:乙醇=1:4v/v)加入到反应体系中并继续搅拌1小时。然后,将反应混合物转移至50mL聚四氟乙烯衬里的钢制高压釜中,并在180℃加热12小时,自然冷却;离心收集产物,并连续用去离子水和无水乙醇洗涤五次以上;产物在80℃干燥得到白色固体粉末即为纳米TiO2;
(2)CTU/TiO2复合材料的制备:取0.2 gTiO2纳米粒子溶解在2mL DMF溶液中并保持搅拌30 min,超声10 min;再按顺序依次向溶液中加入30mg ZrCl4,30mg 对苯二甲酸,10mgCuTCPP和0.5g苯甲酸,并在室温下搅拌30分钟;然后将所得混合溶液装入50毫升聚四氟乙烯衬里的钢制高压釜中,并在130℃下加热12小时;离心,收集终产物,并进一步用DMF和丙酮洗涤,在80℃的烘箱中干燥12小时;得到CTU/TiO2样品,标记为CTU/0.2TiO2。该样品中,CTU的负载量为30 wt%;
(3)CTU/TiO2光催化还原CO2的性能测试:CO产率为12.34 μmolg-1 h-1,CH4为0.123 μmolg-1 h-1。
实施例2
(1)纳米TiO2的制备:同实施例1;
(2)CTU/TiO2复合材料的制备:TiO2纳米粒子的用量为0.4g,其他与实施例1同.所得样品中,CTU的负载量为15 wt%;
(3)CTU/TiO2光催化还原CO2的性能测试:CO产率为21.89 μmolg-1 h-1,CH4为0.148 μmolg-1 h-1。
实施例3
(1)纳米TiO2的制备:同实施例1;
(2)CTU/TiO2复合材料的制备:TiO2纳米粒子的用量为0.6g,其他与实施例1同;该样品中,CTU的负载量为10 wt%;
(3)CTU/TiO2光催化还原CO2的性能测试:CO产率为31.32μmolg-1 h-1,CH4为0.148μmolg-1 h-1。
实施例4
(1)纳米TiO2的制备:同实施例1;
(2)CTU/TiO2复合材料的制备:TiO2纳米粒子的用量为0.8g,其他与实施例1同。该样品中,CTU的负载量为7.5 wt%;
(3)CTU/TiO2光催化还原CO2的性能测试:CO产率为21.93 μmolg-1 h-1,CH4为0.167 μmolg-1 h-1。
Claims (7)
1.铜卟啉功能化金属有机框架/二氧化钛复合异质结材料的制备方法,是将二氧化钛纳米粒子超声分散于 DMF中,再依次向溶液中加入ZrCl4,对苯二甲酸,Cu(II)四(4-羧基苯基)和苯甲酸,室温下搅拌使其充分混合;然后将混合溶液于120℃~140℃下水热反应10~12h;离心,收集产物,并用DMF和丙酮洗涤,干燥,即得目标产物CTU/TiO2。
2.如权利要求1所述铜卟啉功能化金属有机框架/二氧化钛复合异质结材料的制备方法,其特征在于:二氧化钛纳米粒子与ZrCl4的质量比为1:0.3~1:1.5。
3.如权利要求1所述铜卟啉功能化金属有机框架/二氧化钛复合异质结材料的制备方法,其特征在于:ZrCl4与对苯二甲酸的质量比为1:0.5~1:1。
4.如权利要求1所述铜卟啉功能化金属有机框架/二氧化钛复合异质结材料的制备方法,其特征在于:ZrCl4与CuTCPP的质量比为1:2~1:3。
5.如权利要求1所述铜卟啉功能化金属有机框架/二氧化钛复合异质结材料的制备方法,其特征在于:ZrCl4与苯甲酸的质量比为1:1~1:0.6。
6.如权利要求1所述铜卟啉功能化金属有机框架/二氧化钛复合异质结材料的制备方法,其特征在于:干燥是在60~80℃的烘箱中干燥12~15小时。
7.如权利要求1所述方法制备的铜卟啉功能化金属有机框架/二氧化钛复合异质结材料作为光催化剂用于还原二氧化碳产生碳氢化合物的反应中。
