背景技术
润滑油、润滑脂统而言之,为「润滑剂」之一种。而所谓润滑剂,简单地说,就是介于两个相对运动的物体之间,具有减少两个物体因接触而产生摩擦的功能者。润滑油是一种技术密集型产品,是复杂的碳氢化合物的混合物,而其真正使用性能又是复杂的物理或化学变化过程的综合效应。润滑油的基本性能包括一般理化性能、特殊理化性能和模拟台架试验。每一类润滑油脂都有其共同的一般理化性能,以表明该产品的内在质量。(作润滑剂用的油(如石油的蒸馏物或脂肪质),涂在机器轴承或者人体某个部位等运动部分表面的油状液体。有减少摩擦、避免发热、防止机器磨损以及医学用途等作用。一般是分馏石油的产物,也有从动植物油中提炼的。包含“润滑脂”。一般为不易挥发的油状润滑剂。目前所使用的润滑油的一般情况下都以液体形式储存,在运输以及储存中带来很多不便之处,且在电梯使用过程中,润滑油的作用尤其重要,粘度过大会影响电梯的升降使用。

根据本发明的一种电梯用润滑剂,包括如下组分,水合三氯乙醛、六亚甲基二异氰酸酯、羟基硅烷、吡啶、甲基硅醇钾、分散剂、润湿剂、填充剂、乳液和去离子水,将水合三氯乙醛、六亚甲基二异氰酸酯和羟基硅烷充分混合,搅拌,于80~100℃的情况下反应2小时,得到初级产物;向初级产物中加入吡啶和甲基硅醇钾,继续搅拌,并降温至60℃下,反应1小时,得到中级产物;向中级产物中加入分散剂、润湿剂、填充剂、乳液和去离子水,在室温情况下,反应1~2小时,得到水乳润滑剂。
优选的,包括如下重量份的组分,水合三氯乙醛20~40份、六亚甲基二异氰酸酯10~20份、羟基硅烷8~12份、吡啶6~12份、甲基硅醇钾4~8份、分散剂2~4份、润湿剂4~6份、填充剂2~4份和去离子水100~200份。

实施例1
一种电梯用润滑剂,包括如下组分,水合三氯乙醛、六亚甲基二异氰酸酯、羟基硅烷、吡啶、甲基硅醇钾、分散剂、润湿剂、填充剂、乳液和去离子水,其重量份组分如下,水合三氯乙醛20份、六亚甲基二异氰酸酯10份、羟基硅烷8份、吡啶6份、甲基硅醇钾4份、分散剂2份、润湿剂4份、填充剂2份和去离子水100份。
水乳润滑剂的制备方法如下:将水合三氯乙醛、六亚甲基二异氰酸酯和羟基硅烷充分混合,搅拌,于80℃的情况下反应2小时,得到初级产物;向初级产物中加入吡啶和甲基硅醇钾,继续搅拌,并降温至60℃下,反应1小时,得到中级产物;向中级产物中加入分散剂、润湿剂、填充剂、乳液和去离子水,在室温情况下,反应1小时,得到水乳润滑剂。
分散剂为聚醚型聚氨酯丙烯酸酯、聚酯型聚氨酯丙烯酸酯或端羟基聚丁二烯型聚氨酯丙烯酸酯中的一种。
润湿剂为羟乙基纤维素、三聚氰胺和甲基丙烯酸的组合物。

羟乙基纤维素、三聚氰胺和甲基丙烯酸的组合物的重量份比为1:2:1。
填充剂为碳酸钙粉、滑石粉、高岭土、硫酸钡和云母粉中的至少一种。
乳液为纯丙乳液或苯丙乳液。
还包括氢化苯乙烯-丁二烯星形共聚物,其中该星形共聚物是由苯乙烯和丁二烯单体按照约5-20%苯乙烯对约95-80%丁二烯的重量比所形成的。
实施例4
一种电梯用润滑剂,包括如下组分,水合三氯乙醛、六亚甲基二异氰酸酯、羟基硅烷、吡啶、甲基硅醇钾、分散剂、润湿剂、填充剂、乳液和去离子水,其重量份组分如下,水合三氯乙醛40份、六亚甲基二异氰酸酯20份、羟基硅烷12份、吡啶12份、甲基硅醇钾8份、分散剂4份、润湿剂6份、填充剂4份和去离子水200份。
水乳润滑剂的制备方法如下:将水合三氯乙醛、六亚甲基二异氰酸酯和羟基硅烷充分混合,搅拌,于100℃的情况下反应2小时,得到初级产物;向初级产物中加入吡啶和甲基硅醇钾,继续搅拌,并降温至60℃下,反应1 小时,得到中级产物;向中级产物中加入分散剂、润湿剂、填充剂、乳液和去离子水,在室温情况下,反应2小时,得到水乳润滑剂。
分散剂为聚醚型聚氨酯丙烯酸酯、聚酯型聚氨酯丙烯酸酯或端羟基聚丁二烯型聚氨酯丙烯酸酯中的一种。
润湿剂为羟乙基纤维素、三聚氰胺和甲基丙烯酸的组合物。
羟乙基纤维素、三聚氰胺和甲基丙烯酸的组合物的重量份比为1:2:1。
填充剂为碳酸钙粉、滑石粉、高岭土、硫酸钡和云母粉中的至少一种。
乳液为纯丙乳液或苯丙乳液。
实验数据比对
目前电梯使用的润滑油粘附系数一般为0.12~0.15,摩擦系数为0.2~0.3,密度为2.40g/cm3
实施例一,粘附系统0.08,摩擦系统为0.35,
实施例二,粘附系统0.10,摩擦系统为0.40,
实施例三,粘附系统0.075,摩擦系统为0.38,
实施例四,粘附系统0.11,摩擦系统为0.32。
由此可知,实施例1、实施例2和实施例3与一般润滑油相比,本申请中的润滑油粘附系数下降50~65%,摩擦系数增高50~100%。因此,使用效果更好。
实施例3与实施例4相比,实施例4的粘附系统和摩擦系数,明显没有提升,因此,氢化苯乙烯-丁二烯星形共聚物的使用至关重要。
以上所述仅是本发明的优选方式,应当指出,对于本领域普通技术人员来说,在不脱离本发明创造构思的前提下,还可以做出若干相似的变形和改进,这些也应视为本发明的保护范围之内。

Claims (2)

1.一种电梯用润滑剂,其特征在于,包括如下组分,水合三氯乙醛、六亚甲基二异氰酸酯、羟基硅烷、吡啶、甲基硅醇钾、分散剂、润湿剂、填充剂、乳液和去离子水,将水合三氯乙醛、六亚甲基二异氰酸酯和羟基硅烷充分混合,搅拌,于80~100℃的情况下反应2小时,得到初级产物;向初级产物中加入吡啶和甲基硅醇钾,继续搅拌,并降温至60℃下,反应1小时,得到中级产物;向中级产物中加入分散剂、润湿剂、填充剂、乳液和去离子水,在室温情况下,反应1~2小时,得到水乳润滑剂。
2.根据权利要求2的一种电梯用润滑剂的制备方法,其特征在于,包括如下重量份的组分,水合三氯乙醛20~40份、六亚甲基二异氰酸酯10~20份、羟基硅烷8~12份、吡啶6~12份、甲基硅醇钾4~8份、分散剂2~4份、润湿剂4~6份、填充剂2~4份和去离子水100~200份。
