本发明涉及液压设备技术领域,更具体的是涉及一种抗磨液压油及其制备方法。
背景技术
液压油就是利用液体压力能的液压系统使用的液压介质,在液压系统中起着能量传递、抗磨、系统润滑、防腐、防锈、冷却等作用。对于液压油来说,首先应满足液压装置在工作温度下与启动温度下对液体粘度的要求,由于润滑油的粘度变化直接与液压动作、传递效率和传递精度有关,还要求油的粘温性能和剪切安定性应满足不同用途所提出的各种需求。
如今,液压机械设备已经向重负荷、中高压的方向发展,常规的液压油无法满足使用需求,即便是现有的抗磨液压油HM与高粘度指数抗磨液压油HV、HS,仍然难以满足苛刻条件和节能的市场要求,并存在以下缺点:常规抗磨液压油,为了满足其润滑性的要求,通常需选择较高粘度的抗磨液压油,这样就会造成较高的能耗。同时在液压系统高温工作环境下,常规抗磨液压油粘度较低,不能形成连续油膜,容易造成液压系统磨损,同时常规粘度指数抗磨液压油,其抗磨性亦不能满足高压液压系统的要求。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于:为了解决现有抗磨液压油粘度低、抗磨性能不佳的问题,本发明提供一种抗磨液压油及其制备方法。
本发明为了实现上述目的具体采用以下技术方案:
一种抗磨液压油,其特征在于:包括如下按重量百分比计的组分:
基础油95-99%,极压抗磨剂0.2-0.6%,增粘剂1-3%,抗氧化剂0.3-0.7%,防腐蚀剂0.01-0.03%,金属钝化剂0.015-0.035%,防锈剂0.03-0.06%。
进一步地,所述的基础油由加氢异构基础油与酯类基础油按比例1.5-4.5:1的比例混合而成,其中加氢异构基础油采用HVI150和HVI500其中一种或两种混合,酯类基础油采用三羟甲基丙烷三庚酸酯和乙二酸乙二酯其中一种或两种混合。
进一步地,所述的极压抗磨剂采用二烷基二硫代磷酸锌或者烷基硫代磷酸衍生物。
进一步地,所述的抗氧化剂采用二异辛基二苯胺或者2,6-二叔丁基对甲酚其中一种或两种混合。

上述抗磨液压油的制备方法,其特征在于:(1)先将基础油与增粘剂按比例混合加热至55摄氏度,保持温度的同时搅拌1-2小时;(2)将极压抗磨剂、抗氧化剂、防腐蚀剂、金属钝化剂、防锈剂等添加剂按比例混合后加热至65摄氏度,保持温度的同时搅拌1-1.5小时;(3)将基础油、增粘剂与其他添加剂混合,保持温度75摄氏度,均匀搅拌3-4小时,最后经过过滤得到抗磨液压油。
本发明的有益效果如下:
1.本发明提供的液压油基础油与增粘剂、极压抗磨剂、抗氧化剂、防腐蚀剂、金属钝化剂、防锈剂混合制成,具有良好的抗磨性、防锈性、抗氧化性、抗腐蚀性,同时具有很高的粘度,液压油油品质优良,能够很好的运用于高温、高压、重负荷的液压工作环境中。
2.本发明提供的液压油中均采用最恰当的添加剂,加之最优的加工制备方法,使总的添加剂加剂量少,在保证抗磨性能的前提,降低了生产成本,实现产品利润的最大化。

其中,基础油由加氢异构基础油与酯类基础油按比例1.5:1的比例混合而成,加氢异构基础油采用HVI150,酯类基础油采用三羟甲基丙烷三庚酸酯,极压抗磨剂采用二烷基二硫代磷酸锌,抗氧化剂采用二异辛基二苯胺,防腐蚀剂采用聚正丁基乙烯基醚,金属钝化剂采用苯三唑类衍生物,防锈剂采用二壬基萘磺酸钡。

其中,基础油由加氢异构基础油与酯类基础油按比例3:1的比例混合而成,加氢异构基础油采用HVI500,酯类基础油采用乙二酸乙二酯,极压抗磨剂采用烷基硫代磷酸衍生物,抗氧化剂采用2,6-二叔丁基对甲酚,防腐蚀剂采用聚异丁烯,金属钝化剂采用噻二唑类衍生物,防锈剂采用二壬基萘磺酸钡。
上述抗磨液压油的制备方法,其特征在于:(1)先将基础油与增粘剂按比例混合加热至55摄氏度,保持温度的同时搅拌1.5小时;(2)将极压抗磨剂、抗氧化剂、防腐蚀剂、金属钝化剂、防锈剂等添加剂按比例混合后加热至65摄氏度,保持温度的同时搅拌1.2小时;(3)将基础油、增粘剂与其他添加剂混合,保持温度75摄氏度,均匀搅拌3.5小时,最后经过过滤得到抗磨液压油。

8.根据权利要求1-7中任一权利要求所述的抗磨液压油的制备方法,其特征在于:(1)先将基础油与增粘剂按比例混合加热至55摄氏度,保持温度的同时搅拌1-2小时;(2)将极压抗磨剂、抗氧化剂、防腐蚀剂、金属钝化剂、防锈剂等添加剂按比例混合后加热至65摄氏度,保持温度的同时搅拌1-1.5小时;(3)将基础油、增粘剂与其他添加剂混合,保持温度75摄氏度,均匀搅拌3-4小时,最后经过过滤得到抗磨液压油。
