本发明的目的是提供一种热水管表面涂漆装置,包括涂漆箱,所述涂漆箱内底部为漆槽,漆槽内设置有升降板,升降板顶部设置有注漆电机,注漆电机顶部设置有涂漆刷;升降板左右两侧顶部连接有升降杆,两个升降杆顶部共同连接有连接板,连接板顶部连接有升降电机;所述涂漆箱前侧设置有旋转电机,旋转电机后侧连接有夹持块,夹持块位于涂漆箱内前侧用于夹持热水管。首先夹持块夹持住热水管在涂漆箱内,之后升降电机上升带动注漆电机上升,注漆电机带动涂漆刷上升与热水管接触,之后旋转电机启动旋转,涂漆刷便对热水管表面进行涂漆,这样可以高效快速的涂漆,不影响工作环境,大大提高了生产效率,适用于生产中。

本发明涉及热水管生产制造领域,尤其涉及一种热水管表面涂漆装置。
背景技术
热能设备包括有锅炉、供热设备等。热能设备在生产制造的过程中需要使用到钢管,对于热水炉钢管来说,需要对其表面进行涂漆,目前生产中对于热水炉钢管的涂漆装置效率低下,无法满足生产的需要。因此解决这一问题就显得十分重要了。
发明内容
为解决上述问题,本发明提供一种热水管表面涂漆装置,首先夹持块夹持住热水管在涂漆箱内,之后升降电机上升带动注漆电机上升,注漆电机带动涂漆刷上升与热水管接触,之后旋转电机启动旋转,涂漆刷便对热水管表面进行涂漆,这样可以高效快速的涂漆,不影响工作环境,大大提高了生产效率,解决了背景技术中出现的问题。
本发明的目的是提供一种热水管表面涂漆装置,包括涂漆箱,所述涂漆箱内底部为漆槽,漆槽内设置有升降板,升降板顶部设置有注漆电机,注漆电机顶部设置有涂漆刷;升降板左右两侧顶部连接有升降杆,两个升降杆顶部共同连接有连接板,连接板顶部连接有升降电机;所述涂漆箱前侧设置有旋转电机,旋转电机后侧连接有夹持块,夹持块位于涂漆箱内前侧用于夹持热水管。
进一步改进在于:所述涂漆箱后侧顶部设置有加漆口;涂漆箱后侧下部设置有出漆开口板。
进一步改进在于:所述漆槽内顶部设置有液位感应器。
进一步改进在于:所述夹持块位于漆槽上方。
本发明的有益效果:本发明首先夹持块夹持住热水管在涂漆箱内,之后升降电机上升带动注漆电机上升,注漆电机带动涂漆刷上升与热水管接触,之后旋转电机启动旋转,涂漆刷便对热水管表面进行涂漆,这样可以高效快速的涂漆,不影响工作环境,大大提高了生产效率,适用于生产中。

如图1和2所示,本实施例提供一种热水管表面涂漆装置,包括涂漆箱1,所述涂漆箱1内底部为漆槽2,漆槽2内设置有升降板3,升降板3顶部设置有注漆电机4,注漆电机4顶部设置有涂漆刷5;升降板3左右两侧顶部连接有升降杆6,两个升降杆6顶部共同连接有连接板7,连接板7顶部连接有升降电机8;所述涂漆箱1前侧设置有旋转电机9,旋转电机9后侧连接有夹持块10,夹持块10位于涂漆箱1内前侧用于夹持热水管。所述涂漆箱1后侧顶部设置有加漆口11;涂漆箱1后侧下部设置有出漆开口板12。所述漆槽2内顶部设置有液位感应器13。所述夹持块10位于漆槽2上方。
首先夹持块10夹持住热水管在涂漆箱1内,之后升降电机8上升带动注漆电机4上升,注漆电机4带动涂漆刷5上升与热水管接触,之后旋转电机9启动旋转,涂漆刷5便对热水管表面进行涂漆,这样可以高效快速的涂漆,不影响工作环境,大大提高了生产效率,适用于生产中。

1.一种热水管表面涂漆装置,包括涂漆箱(1),其特征在于:所述涂漆箱(1)内底部为漆槽(2),漆槽(2)内设置有升降板(3),升降板(3)顶部设置有注漆电机(4),注漆电机(4)顶部设置有涂漆刷(5);升降板(3)左右两侧顶部连接有升降杆(6),两个升降杆(6)顶部共同连接有连接板(7),连接板(7)顶部连接有升降电机(8);所述涂漆箱(1)前侧设置有旋转电机(9),旋转电机(9)后侧连接有夹持块(10),夹持块(10)位于涂漆箱(1)内前侧用于夹持热水管。
2.如权利要求1所述热水管表面涂漆装置,其特征在于:所述涂漆箱(1)后侧顶部设置有加漆口(11);涂漆箱(1)后侧下部设置有出漆开口板(12)。
