本发明属于家具制造技术领域,尤其是涉及一种水性多彩漆在家具表面的涂装工艺。
背景技术
水性多彩漆具有环保、无毒、无味性能等优点,因此常被用于家具当中,该多彩漆在提高家具美观度的同时还延长了家具使用过程中的耐磨、耐老化性,从而受到广大消费群体的支持;但是现有的水性多彩漆在上漆过程中,因上漆工艺的原因,面漆与底漆之间粘接牢固度差,面漆在使用过程中易发生掉漆的情况,降低了家具的美观性。
发明内容
本发明为了克服现有技术的不足,提供一种面漆与底漆粘接效果好的水性多彩漆在家具表面的涂装工艺。
为了实现上述目的,本发明采用以下技术方案:一种水性多彩漆在家具表面的涂装工艺,其特征在于,包括以下步骤:
1)板材预处理:采用24#砂纸粗打磨至板材平整,然后采用湿布擦拭板材;采用180#砂纸细沿着板材木纹方向打磨,除去毛刺,然后除尘;
2)板材上漆:采用油漆辊涂设备对板材喷涂底漆,底漆厚度为 0.5-0.7mm;
3)喷漆:喷涂水性木器漆面漆7-10秒,均匀喷涂;
4)干燥:将步骤3)中完成喷涂的板材置于初始温度100-160℃的烘箱内初步烘干,烘干时长6-10分钟;停止烘箱热源,迅速抽出烘箱内空气,抽出时长8-12分钟;抽出空气后烘箱内温度维持至 38-45℃,在38-45℃下干燥2-5小时,最后取出自然冷却至室温。
本发明通过对板材进行粗、细两道打磨,使得板材表面平整,从而便于后期加工,提高了板材的美观性;而将底漆喷涂至0.5-0.7mm 厚度,该厚度下的底漆一方面完全可填补板材上细小的凹坑,从而面漆在涂抹上去的时候,能够保持完全平整,另一方面,面漆与底漆之间的粘接效果强,不易出现脱落,而且底漆该厚度的底漆能够完全遮盖板材的原色,避免面漆上去之后出现透色的情况,其提高家具整体的美观性;在干燥过程中初始温度为100-160℃能够快速的提高面漆的温度,快速蒸发掉面漆当中大部分的水,该过程中面漆因快速的变成半干燥状态,因此面漆在前期还未成膜,水分减少的过程中各分子之间相互连接紧密,而在后其抽出热空气过程中,使得面面漆的表面迅速的凝结出一层膜,减缓了面漆干燥的速率,所形成的膜为一整体,不出现分裂的情况,该干燥过程中面漆与底漆粘接的效果好,底部的面漆会完全粘接到底漆上,两者之间的连接稳定,不易脱开分层;而后续38-45℃干燥过程中则使得面漆内的水分缓慢的蒸发,使得面漆完全凝结,该过程中温度相对较低,存在一定的水,面漆不会干裂;整个干燥过程使得面漆凝结在一起,无裂缝断开,因此面漆在使用过程中不易发生脱落,面漆的稳定性高,耐用性好,提高了光泽度,因此家具更加美观。
进一步的,所述水性木器漆包括以下重量组分:水性丙烯酸25-26份、苯丙乳液10-12份、乙二酸7-9份、乙二醇丁醚18-28 份、成膜助剂2-5份、消泡剂0.03-0.05份、分散剂0.2-0.5份、滑石粉0.5-0.8份、超细重钙20-30份、色浆调色1-3份、防腐剂1.5-2.0 份,余量为去离子水。
进一步的,所述底漆包括以下重量组分:水性环氧丙烯酸树脂 20-35份、水溶性氨基树脂15-22份、异丙醇5-8份、二甲苯3-5份、、乙基纤维素3-5份、环己酮2.5-4.5,余量为水。
进一步的,所述辊涂设备包括支架、辊涂部件及用于驱动所述辊涂部件转动的驱动件;所述辊涂部件包括辊体、与所述辊体可拆卸连接的涂抹件及送料件,所述辊体上设有一容置腔,所述送料件至少部分设于所述容置腔内;通过设置辊涂部件其可对板材自动上漆,期间无需人工操作,降低人工陈本,避免底漆上的挥发性物质对人员造成伤害;设置辊体、涂抹件及送料件,其实现了送料件不间断的向涂抹件送料,保障涂抹件上的物料能够快速有效的对板材进行上漆,该过程中因为辊体会旋转,因此底漆在板材上被均匀涂抹。
进一步的,所述送料件上连通有多个支管,所述辊体上设有供所述支管部分穿出的通孔,该通孔内壁上粘接有与所述支管外壁相配合的密封件;通过设置支管可将送料件上的底漆通过支管输送至涂抹件上,因为支管细小,在输送的过程中输送量较小,因此从支管上送出的底漆一方面能够保障涂抹件被润湿,涂抹件各部位间均匀的蘸有底漆,另一方面能够减少底漆的浪费,避免底漆凝聚成液体状,造成底漆浪费。
进一步的,所述密封件包括与所述通可供内壁相连的第一密封部和伞形结构的第二密封部,所述第一密封部与所述第二密封部一体成型;将第二密封部设为伞状,因此底漆在从支管进入到涂抹件上时,底漆只会沿着第二密封部的斜面滑落在两边,避免底漆从而通孔内壁与支管外壁之间的间隙进入到容置腔内;而第一密封部则可便于将密封件插入至通孔内,从而对密封件实现初步的固定,保持密封件结构稳定。
进一步的,所述涂抹件包括涂抹本体和与所述涂抹本体相连的第一粘接部;所述辊体端部设有与所述第一粘接部相连的第二粘接部;通过第一粘接部和第二粘接部,实现涂抹本体与辊体可粘接在一起,从而对涂抹本体拆装方便,从而对涂抹本体易于进行更换。
综上所述,本发明提高了面漆的干燥速度,从而提高生产效率,而且面漆凝结在一起,无裂缝不会断开,不易发生脱落,面漆的稳定性高,耐用性好,提高了光泽度,因此家具更加美观;而且面漆与底漆粘接的效果好,底部的面漆完全粘接到底漆上,两者间连接稳定,不易脱开分层。

实施例一
一种水性多彩漆在家具表面的涂装工艺,其特征在于,包括以下步骤:
1)板材预处理:采用24#砂纸粗打磨至板材平整,然后采用湿布擦拭板材;采用180#砂纸细沿着板材木纹方向打磨,除去毛刺,然后除尘;
2)板材上漆:采用油漆辊涂设备对板材喷涂底漆,底漆厚度为 0.5-0.7mm;
3)喷漆:喷涂水性木器漆面漆8秒,均匀喷涂;
4)干燥:将步骤3)中完成喷涂的板材置于初始温度135℃的烘箱内初步烘干,烘干时长8分钟;停止烘箱热源,迅速抽出烘箱内空气,抽出时长10分钟;抽出空气后烘箱内温度维持至42℃,在 42℃下干燥3小时,最后取出自然冷却至室温。
进一步的,所述水性木器漆包括以下重量组分:水性丙烯酸25.4 份、苯丙乳液11.7份、乙二酸8份、乙二醇丁醚22份、成膜助剂2-5份、消泡剂0.042份、分散剂0.32份、滑石粉0.7份、超细重钙 27份、色浆调色1.8份、防腐剂1.7份,余量为去离子水。
进一步的,所述底漆包括以下重量组分:水性环氧丙烯酸树脂 28份、水溶性氨基树脂19份、异丙醇7份、二甲苯4.5份、、乙基纤维素3-5份、环己酮3.2份,余量为水。

进一步的,所述底漆包括以下重量组分:水性环氧丙烯酸树脂 35份、水溶性氨基树脂22份、异丙醇8份、二甲苯5份、、乙基纤维素5份、环己酮4.5,余量为水。
本发明还公开了一种油漆辊涂设备,该辊涂设备包括支架1、辊涂部件2及驱动件3;所述的支架1为金属架体,所述驱动件3为电机,该电机用于驱动辊涂部件2旋转;而且为了能够快速的对板材上漆,所述辊涂部件2为两个,两个辊涂部件2间具有间距,该间距供板材通过;具体的,所述的辊涂部件2包括辊体21、涂抹件22及送料件23,所述辊体21为金属筒,该辊体21一端连接有一转动轮25,所述驱动件3通过皮带31驱动辊体21转动;所述辊体21的内部形成有一容置腔210,所述的送料件23部分位于容置腔210内,所述的涂抹件22包括涂抹本体221和第一粘接部222,所述涂抹本体221 为棉布,所述第一粘接部222为带有毛面的魔术贴,该第一粘接部 222为两个,两个第一粘接部222分别通过丝线缝于涂抹本体221 的两端;所述辊体21两端设有第二粘接部212,该第二粘接部212 为带有钩面的魔术贴,因此涂抹本体211可与所述辊体21粘接在一起。
进一步的,所述送料件23包括第一管道231和第二管道232,所述第一管道231和第二管道232均为金属管道,底漆通过泵体泵送至第一管道231当中,然后进入第二管道232;所述第一管道231 和第二管道232通过一连接结构5实现连接,该连接结构5包括连接套管51和连接环52,所述的连接套管51为由两个半圆形的金属片粘接或螺接在一起金属管道,该连接套管51的一端与所述第一管道231端部焊接或粘接,所述连接环52设在连接套管51的另一端,该连接环52为金属环,连接环52与所述连接套管51粘接在一起,而且所述连接环52为两个,在所述的第二管道232的端部设有两个定位凹部233,所述连接环52卡在所述定位凹部233内,在连接环 52内壁上设有一层耐磨层521,该耐磨层521为耐磨塑料,所述的耐磨层521与所述定位凹部233的底部相接触,而且耐磨层521的侧壁与定位凹部233的侧壁相接触,从而实现良好的密封性。
进一步的,所述第二管道232大部分位于容置腔210内,在该第二管道232上螺接有多个支管24,所述支管24为直径远小于第二管道232直径的金属管道,所述的支管24其一端与第二管道232相连,另一端穿出所述辊体21,进入至第二管道232内的底漆通过支管24进入至涂抹本体221中。
具体的,所述辊体21上有多个通孔211,所述支管24从该通孔 211中穿入,然后其端部与第二管道232螺接,在所述的支管24端部与所述通孔211内壁之间设有密封件25,该密封件25为橡胶制成,所述密封件25包括第一密封部251和第二密封部252,所述第一密封部251为一橡胶套,该第一密封部251套在所述支管24上,外壁与所述通孔211的内壁粘接在一起;所述第二密封部252为一伞状的橡胶,第二密封部252同样套在支管24上,而且所述第一密封部 251和第二密封部252为一体成型;为了便于转动支管24,在所述支管24的内壁上设有六个止转平面241,从而工具可转动支管24,实现支管24与第二管道232连接。
为了能够更好的对第二管道232固定,在所述容置腔210的内壁上设有一固定结构,该固定结构包括与所述容置腔210内壁活动连接的多个固定片61、弹性件62及卡接凸部63,所述的固定片 61为S形的金属片,该固定片61与容置腔210内壁铰接;所述弹性件62为弹簧,该弹性件62的一端与所述固定片61相连,另一端与所述容置腔210内壁相连;在所述的第二管道232的端部处设有凹陷部234,所述第二管道232插入至容置腔210的时候,所述固定片61会卡入至凹陷部234内,从而对第二管道232实现固定。
进一步的,在所述固定片61的下端面设有固定凸部611,所述凹陷部234的底部向下凹陷,形成多个固定凹部235,该固定凹部 235的左侧壁为由上至下倾斜设置,右侧壁与左侧壁对称设置,当所述固定片61卡入至凹陷部234当中的时候,所述固定凸部611会卡入至固定凹部235当中;在拆卸的时候,先将各个支管24拆除,然后转动第二管道232,固定凸部611沿着固定凹部235的侧壁滑出,从而可将第二管道232拔出。
具体的,所述的卡接凸部63为焊接于所述容置腔210内壁上的一金属凸柱,该卡接凸部63位于各个固定片61中间,即固定片61 以卡接凸部63为中心环形设置,所述第二管道232上设有卡接凹部 236,因此在第二管道232插入至容置腔210内的时候,所述卡接凸部63插入至卡接凹部236内。
显然,所描述的实施例仅仅是本发明的一部分实施例,而不是全部的实施例。基于本发明中的实施例,本领域普通技术人员在没有做出创造性劳动前提下所获得的所有其他实施例,都应当属于本发明保护的范围。
Claims (1)
1.一种水性多彩漆在家具表面的涂装工艺,其特征在于,包括以下步骤:
1)板材预处理:采用24#砂纸粗打磨至板材平整,然后采用湿布擦拭板材;采用180#砂纸沿着板材木纹方向细打磨,除去毛刺,然后除尘;
2)板材上漆:采用油漆辊涂设备对板材涂覆底漆,底漆厚度为0.5-0.7mm;
3)喷漆:喷涂水性木器漆面漆7-10秒,均匀喷涂;
4)干燥:将步骤3)中完成喷涂的板材置于初始温度100-160℃的烘箱内初步烘干,烘干时长6-10分钟;停止烘箱热源,迅速抽出烘箱内空气,抽出时长8-12分钟;抽出空气后烘箱内温度维持至38-45℃,在38-45℃下干燥2-5小时,最后取出自然冷却至室温;
所述水 性木器漆包括以下重量组分:水性丙烯酸25-26份、苯丙乳液10-12份、乙二酸7-9份、乙二醇 丁醚18-28份、成膜助剂2-5份、消泡剂0.03-0.05份、分散剂0.2-0.5份、滑石粉0.5-0.8份、 超细重钙20-30份、调色色浆1-3份、防腐剂1.5-2.0份,余量为去离子水;
所述底 漆包括以下重量组分:水性环氧丙烯酸树脂20-35份、水溶性氨基树脂15-22份、异丙醇5-8 份、二甲苯3-5份、乙基纤维素3-5份、环己酮2.5-4.5,余量为水;
所述辊 涂设备包括支架(1)、辊涂部件(2)及用于驱动所述辊涂部件(2)转动的驱动件(3);所述辊 涂部件(2)包括辊体(21)、与所述辊体(21)可拆卸连接的涂抹件(22)及送料件(23),所述辊 体(21)上设有一容置腔(210),所述送料件(23)至少部分设于所述容置腔(210)内;
所述送 料件(23)上连通有多个支管(24),所述辊体(21)上设有供所述支管(24)部分穿出的通孔 (211),该通孔(211)内壁上粘接有与所述支管(24)外壁相配合的密封件(25);
所述密 封件(25)包括与所述通孔(211)内壁相连的第一密封部(251)和伞形结构的第二密封部 (252),所述第一密封部(251)与所述第二密封部(252)一体成型;
所述涂 抹件(22)包括涂抹本体(221)和与所述涂抹本体(221)相连的第一粘接部(222);所述辊体 (21)端部设有与所述第一粘接部(222)相连的第二粘接部(212);
所述送料件(23)包括第一管道(231)和第二管道(232),所述第一管道(231)和第 二管道(232)均为金属管道,所述第一管道(231) 和第二管道(232)通过一连接结构(5)实现连接,该连接结构(5)包括连接套管 (51)和连接环(52),所述的连接套管(51)为由两个半圆形的金属片粘接或螺接在一起的金属管道, 该连接套管(51)的一端与所述第一管道(231)端部焊接或粘接,所述连接环(52)设在连接套管(51) 的另一端,该连接环(52)为金属环,连接环(52)与所述连接套管(51)粘接在一起,而且所述连接环 (52)为两个,在所述的第二管道(232)的端部设有两个定位凹部(233),所述连接环(52)卡在所述定 位凹部(233)内,在连接环 (52)内壁上设有一层耐磨层(521),该耐磨层(521)为耐磨塑料,所述的耐 磨层(521)与所述定位凹部(233)的底部相接触,而且耐磨层(521)的侧壁与定位凹部(233)的侧壁相 接触;
所述第二管道(232)大部分位于容置腔(210)内,在该第二管道(232)上螺接有 多个支管(24),所述支管(24)为直径远小于第二管道(232)直径的金属管道,所述的支管(24)其一端 与第二管道(232)相连,另一端穿出所述辊体(21),进入至第二管道(232)内的底漆通过支管(24)进 入至涂抹本体(221)中;
所述容置腔(210)的内壁上设有一固定结构,该固定结构包括与所述容置腔(210)内壁活动连接的多个固定片(61)、弹性件(62)及卡接凸部 (63),所述的固定片 (61)为S形的金属片,该固定片(61)与容置腔(210)内壁铰接;所述弹性件(62)为 弹簧,该弹性件(62)的一端与所述固定片(61)相连,另一端与所述容置腔(210)内壁相连;在所述 的第二管道(232)的端部处设有凹陷部(234),所述第二管道(232)插入至容置腔(210)的时候,所述 固定片(61)会卡入至凹陷部(234)内,从而对第二管道(232)实现固定;
所述固定片(61)的下端面设有固定凸部(611),所述凹陷部(234)的底部向 下凹陷,形成多个固定凹部(235),该固定凹部 (235)的左侧壁为由上至下倾斜设置,右侧壁与 左侧壁对称设置,当所述固定片(61)卡入至凹陷部(234)当中的时候,所述固定凸部(611)会卡入 至固定凹部(235)当中;
所述的卡接凸部(63)为焊接于所述容置腔(210)内壁上的一金属凸柱,该卡接 凸部(63)位于各个固定片(61)中间,即固定片(61) 以卡接凸部(63)为中心环形设置,所述第二管道 (232)上设有卡接凹部 (236),因此在第二管道(232)插入至容置腔(210)内的时候,所述卡接凸部(63) 插入至卡接凹部(236)内。
