(6)将干燥后的颗粒经2号药典筛除去大颗粒,再经4号筛除去细小颗粒,,留下中间颗粒较为均匀的部分;
(7)加入硬脂酸镁粉末(120-200目)混合均匀;
(8)调节压片机填充量至片重0.5-0.6g,控制压力使压片硬度在50N左右进行压片;
(9)所得压片糖果筛去细粉后分装,经辐照灭菌后即得终产品。

(1)将干燥的辣木叶粉经超微粉碎机粉碎处理;
(2)将辣木叶粉、食用玉米粉、麦芽糊精、甘露糖醇、微晶纤维素、异麦芽糖醇、酒石酸、三氯蔗糖等原辅料分别过6-7号药典筛;
(3)分别称量后混合均匀;
(4)边搅拌边喷洒60%-80%的乙醇溶液至混合物料,使混合材料能手捏成团、轻压即散的潮湿程度;
(5)将上述软材经摇摆式制粒机制粒,潮湿颗粒置60℃烘箱中干燥20-30min;
(6)将干燥后的颗粒经2号药典筛除去大颗粒,再经4号筛除去细小颗粒,留下较为均匀的中间颗粒部分加入硬脂酸镁粉末(120-200目)混合均匀;
(8)调节压片机填充量至片重0.5-0.6g,控制压力使压片硬度在50N左右进行压片;
(9)所得压片糖果筛去细粉后分装,经辐照灭菌后即得终产品。
