背景技术
苏打水也叫弱碱性水,是一种带有弱碱性的饮料;在现有技术中,苏打水的制作工艺有两类,一类是在纯净水中添加甜味剂和香精、香料、色素、防腐剂调配而成,另一类是在经过纯化的饮用水中压入二氧化碳,并添加甜味剂和香料的人工合成碳酸饮料。柠檬汁是新鲜柠檬经榨挤后得到的汁液,酸味极浓,伴有淡淡的苦涩和清香味道。柠檬汁含有糖类、维生素C、维生素B1、B2,烟酸、钙、磷、铁等营养成分,具有止咳、化痰、生津健脾等功效,能增强免疫力、延缓衰老。
现有技术中,对于果味苏打水的研究与制作,都是加入食用香精调配而成,不是天然饮料,难以满足消费者对天然苏打水的取向,也不能满足消费者对苏打水健康口感的追求。
发明内容
本发明的目的就在于为了解决上述问题而提供一种柠檬苏打水及其制备方法,具有养物质丰富、特别是维生素C的含量较为丰富,能够提高人体免疫力,泽肤健美、开胃消食的功效等特征。
本发明的目的可以通过以下技术方案实现:
一种柠檬苏打水,每100份纯净水中添加以下重量份的原料:柠檬汁10-20份、碳酸氢钠0.05-0.08份、百花蛇舌草提取物0.05-0.08份、微量营养素0.01-0.03份;
所述柠檬苏打水的PH值为5.5-7.5;
所述柠檬苏打水由如下步骤制备而成:
(1)柠檬汁的制备:取新鲜柠檬洗净,去籽后置于榨汁机中榨汁,将初榨柠檬汁置于离心分离机中,在低温环境下,采用3000-5000r/min离心过滤处理,获得柠檬汁,待用;
(2)百花蛇舌草提取物的制备:将百花蛇舌草进行低温干燥,干燥后粉碎至10-20目,用乙醇进行微射流提取,采用陶瓷分离膜进行纯化过滤提取液,再通过紫外线杀菌器、臭氧发生器产生的高氧水进行杀菌,待用;
(3)混配:先将碳酸氢钠、柠檬汁与纯净水在调配罐中混合均匀后,再将百花蛇舌草提取物、氯化钙、硫酸锌、亚硒酸钠、碘酸钾加入到混合液中,高速搅拌12-16min后,将其放于80-100℃的条件下灭菌处理1-2min,制得柠檬苏打水。
所述微量营养素包括钙、锌、硒、碘等人体需要的微量元素,所述微量营养素由氯化钙、硫酸锌、亚硒酸钠、碘酸钾等化合物供给。

(1)柠檬汁的制备:取新鲜柠檬洗净,去籽后置于榨汁机中榨汁,将初榨柠檬汁置于离心分离机中,在低温环境下,采用3000-5000r/min离心过滤处理,获得柠檬汁,待用;

(3)混配:先将碳酸氢钠、柠檬汁与纯净水在调配罐中混合均匀后,再将百花蛇舌草提取物、氯化钙、硫酸锌、亚硒酸钠、碘酸钾加入到混合液中,高速搅拌12-16min后,将其放于80-100℃的条件下灭菌处理1-2min,制得柠檬苏打水。
所述步骤(2)中低温干燥的方法为将百花蛇舌草于-20℃至-35℃冷冻0.5-1h后,在-0.05至-0.09MPa和35-45℃条件下干燥。
所述步骤(2)中百花蛇舌草粉末与乙醇的质量之比为1:15-25。
所述步骤(2)中采用孔径为400-600nm的陶瓷分离膜进行纯化过滤提取液。
本发明的有益效果:
(1)本发明的柠檬苏打水以纯净水和新鲜柠檬汁为主要原料,在整个制备过程中没有添加任何的食品添加剂、香精以及防腐剂等原料,最大程度上保证了苏打水的食用安全性与口感;
(2)本发明的柠檬苏打水里还添加了微量营养素,能够补充人体所需的矿物质微量元素,具有提高人体的免疫力、抗氧化、抗肿瘤等效果;
(3)本发明的柠檬苏打水里还添加了微量百花蛇舌草提取物,具有清热解毒利尿的功能,有益人体健康。
具体实施方式
下面将结合实施例对本发明的技术方案进行清楚、完整地描述,显然,所描述的实施例仅仅是本发明一部分实施例,而不是全部的实施例。基于本发明中的实施例,本领域普通技术人员在没有作出创造性劳动前提下所获得的所有其它实施例,都属于本发明保护的范围。
一种柠檬苏打水,每100份纯净水中添加以下重量份的原料:柠檬汁10-20份、碳酸氢钠0.05-0.08份、百花蛇舌草提取物0.05-0.08份、微量营养素0.01-0.03份,所述柠檬苏打水的PH值为5.5-7.5;
所述微量营养素包括钙、锌、硒、碘等人体需要的微量元素,微量营养素由氯化钙、硫酸锌、亚硒酸钠、碘酸钾等化合物供给;
所述柠檬苏打水的制备方法包括如下步骤:
(1)柠檬汁的制备:取新鲜柠檬洗净,去籽后置于榨汁机中榨汁,将初榨柠檬汁置于离心分离机中,在低温环境下,采用3000-5000r/min离心过滤处理,获得柠檬汁,待用;
(2)百花蛇舌草提取物的制备:将百花蛇舌草进行低温干燥,干燥后粉碎至10-20目,用乙醇进行微射流提取,采用孔径为400-600nm的陶瓷分离膜进行纯化过滤提取液,再通过紫外线杀菌器、臭氧发生器产生的高氧水进行杀菌,待用;
低温干燥的方法为将百花蛇舌草于-20℃至-35℃冷冻0.5-1h后,在-0.05至-0.09MPa和35-45℃条件下干燥;

所述微量营养素包括钙、锌、硒、碘等人体需要的微量元素,微量营养素由氯化钙、硫酸锌、亚硒酸钠、碘酸钾等化合物供给;
所述柠檬苏打水的制备方法包括如下步骤:
(1)柠檬汁的制备:取新鲜柠檬洗净,去籽后置于榨汁机中榨汁,将初榨柠檬汁置于离心分离机中,在低温环境下,采用4000r/min离心过滤处理,获得柠檬汁,待用;
(2)百花蛇舌草提取物的制备:将百花蛇舌草进行低温干燥,干燥后粉碎至15目,用乙醇进行微射流提取,采用孔径为500nm的陶瓷分离膜进行纯化过滤提取液,再通过紫外线杀菌器、臭氧发生器产生的高氧水进行杀菌,待用;
低温干燥的方法为将百花蛇舌草于-25℃冷冻0.8h后,在-0.07MPa和40℃条件下干燥;
其中,百花蛇舌草粉末与乙醇的质量之比为1:20;
(3)混配:先将碳酸氢钠、柠檬汁与纯净水在调配罐中混合均匀后,再将百花蛇舌草提取物、氯化钙、硫酸锌、亚硒酸钠、碘酸钾加入到混合液中,高速搅拌14min后,将其放于90℃的条件下灭菌处理1.5min,制得柠檬苏打水。
实施例3
一种柠檬苏打水,每100份纯净水中添加以下重量份的原料:柠檬汁20份、碳酸氢钠0.08份、百花蛇舌草提取物0.08份、微量营养素0.03份,所述柠檬苏打水的PH值为7.5;
所述微量营养素包括钙、锌、硒、碘等人体需要的微量元素,微量营养素由氯化钙、硫酸锌、亚硒酸钠、碘酸钾等化合物供给;
所述柠檬苏打水的制备方法包括如下步骤:
(1)柠檬汁的制备:取新鲜柠檬洗净,去籽后置于榨汁机中榨汁,将初榨柠檬汁置于离心分离机中,在低温环境下,采用5000r/min离心过滤处理,获得柠檬汁,待用;
(2)百花蛇舌草提取物的制备:将百花蛇舌草进行低温干燥,干燥后粉碎至20目,用乙醇进行微射流提取,采用孔径为600nm的陶瓷分离膜进行纯化过滤提取液,再通过紫外线杀菌器、臭氧发生器产生的高氧水进行杀菌,待用;
低温干燥的方法为将百花蛇舌草于-35℃冷冻1h后,在-0.09MPa和45℃条件下干燥;
其中,百花蛇舌草粉末与乙醇的质量之比为1:25;
(3)混配:先将碳酸氢钠、柠檬汁与纯净水在调配罐中混合均匀后,再将百花蛇舌草提取物、氯化钙、硫酸锌、亚硒酸钠、碘酸钾加入到混合液中,高速搅拌16min后,将其放于100℃的条件下灭菌处理2min,制得柠檬苏打水。

Claims (6)
1.一种柠檬苏打水,其特征在于,每100份纯净水中添加以下重量份的原料:柠檬汁10-20份、碳酸氢钠0.05-0.08份、百花蛇舌草提取物0.05-0.08份、微量营养素0.01-0.03份;
所述柠檬苏打水的PH值为5.5-7.5;
所述柠檬苏打水由如下步骤制备而成:
(1)柠檬汁的制备:取新鲜柠檬洗净,去籽后置于榨汁机中榨汁,将初榨柠檬汁置于离心分离机中,在低温环境下,采用3000-5000r/min离心过滤处理,获得柠檬汁,待用;
(2)百花蛇舌草提取物的制备:将百花蛇舌草进行低温干燥,干燥后粉碎至10-20目,用乙醇进行微射流提取,采用陶瓷分离膜进行纯化过滤提取液,再通过紫外线杀菌器、臭氧发生器产生的高氧水进行杀菌,待用;
(3)混配:先将碳酸氢钠、柠檬汁与纯净水在调配罐中混合均匀后,再将百花蛇舌草提取物、氯化钙、硫酸锌、亚硒酸钠、碘酸钾加入到混合液中,高速搅拌12-16min后,将其放于80-100℃的条件下灭菌处理1-2min,制得柠檬苏打水。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种柠檬苏打水,其特征在于,所述微量营养素包括钙、锌、硒、碘等人体需要的微量元素,所述微量营养素由氯化钙、硫酸锌、亚硒酸钠、碘酸钾等化合物供给。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种柠檬苏打水的制备方法,其特征在于,包括如下步骤:
(1)柠檬汁的制备:取新鲜柠檬洗净,去籽后置于榨汁机中榨汁,将初榨柠檬汁置于离心分离机中,在低温环境下,采用3000-5000r/min离心过滤处理,获得柠檬汁,待用;
(2)百花蛇舌草提取物的制备:将百花蛇舌草进行低温干燥,干燥后粉碎至10-20目,用乙醇进行微射流提取,进行膜纯化过滤提取液,再通过紫外线杀菌器、臭氧发生器产生的高氧水进行杀菌,待用;
(3)混配:先将碳酸氢钠、柠檬汁与纯净水在调配罐中混合均匀后,再将百花蛇舌草提取物、氯化钙、硫酸锌、亚硒酸钠、碘酸钾加入到混合液中,高速搅拌12-16min后,将其放于80-100℃的条件下灭菌处理1-2min,制得柠檬苏打水。
4.根据权利要求3所述的一种柠檬苏打水的制备方法,其特征在于,所述步骤(2)中低温干燥的方法为将百花蛇舌草于-20℃至-35℃冷冻0.5-1h后,在-0.05至-0.09MPa和35-45℃条件下干燥。
5.根据权利要求3所述的一种柠檬苏打水的制备方法,其特征在于,所述步骤(2)中百花蛇舌草粉末与乙醇的质量之比为1:15-25。
6.根据权利要求3所述的一种柠檬苏打水的制备方法,其特征在于,所述步骤(2)中采用孔径为400-600nm的陶瓷分离膜进行纯化过滤提取液。
