Abstract

一种用于汽车电池组的固定装置,包括盖板、散热口、连接板、卡扣、蓄电池箱和卡口,所述盖板的两端均匀的设置有散热口,所述盖板的两端安装有连接板,所述盖板的下方设置有蓄电池箱,所述卡扣安装在蓄电池箱的两侧边上端,所述蓄电池箱的上端设置有卡口;所述卡扣包括连接板、提手、固定轴销和固定扣,其中,所述连接板和提手安装有固定轴销,所述固定扣的一端安装有提手。本发明通过设置在盖板和连接板的散热口可以有效的改善了蓄电池箱的散热不良的问题;本发明通过卡扣能够快速的实现打开和关闭,从而使蓄电池箱可以快速拆卸和安装,同时在车运动的过程中可以牢固的固定在车身上。

一种用于汽车电池组的固定装置
技术领域
本发明属于汽车配件技术领域,具体涉及一种用于汽车电池组的固定装置。
背景技术
汽车作为一种在近年发展迅速,也得到广大消费者的认可和支持,汽车通常会用到蓄电池为汽车的系统提供电源,但是目前用在汽车上的蓄电池往往靠塑料外壳对其进行保护,而传统的蓄电池安装是通过螺栓连接的方式或者通过焊机的方式将蓄电池固定在汽车尾部的。
现有技术存在以下问题:现在的蓄电池的外壳通常用塑料外壳对其进行保护的;现在的安装固定是通过螺栓连接或者焊接固定的,螺栓松动后摩擦会对外壳或内部器件造成损坏,焊接固定方式使电池组整体拆卸不方便,无法快速的更换安装电池组,不方便使用。
发明内容
为解决上述背景技术中提出的问题。本发明提供了一种用于汽车电池组的固定装置,具有良好的散热和拆卸方便的特点。
为实现上述目的,本发明提供如下技术方案:一种用于汽车电池组的固定装置,包括盖板、散热口、连接板、卡扣、蓄电池箱和卡口,所述盖板的两端均匀的设置有散热口,所述盖板的两端安装有连接板,所述盖板的下方设置有蓄电池箱,所述卡扣安装在蓄电池箱的两侧边上端,所述蓄电池箱的上端设置有卡口;
所述卡扣包括连接板、提手、固定轴销和固定扣,其中,所述连接板和提手安装有固定轴销,所述固定扣的一端安装有提手。
优选的,所述盖板和蓄电池箱的表面均匀的设置有散热口。
优选的,所述蓄电池箱的底部设置有防滑垫。
优选的,所述盖板和蓄电池箱通过连接板和卡扣配合连接固定。
优选的,所述盖板的上端设置有内嵌式提手。
优选的,所述卡口与盖板下端的尺寸相匹配。
与现有技术相比,本发明的有益效果是:
1、本发明通过设置在盖板和连接板的散热口可以有效的改善了蓄电池箱的散热不良的问题。
2、本发明通过卡扣能够快速的实现打开和关闭,从而使蓄电池箱可以快速拆卸和安装,同时在车运动的过程中可以牢固的固定在车身上,而且连接板的内壁上有绝缘材料,避免在汽车电池放电的过程中发生漏电现象,提高电池的安全性。

请参阅图1-3,本发明提供以下技术方案:一种用于汽车电池组的固定装置,包括盖板1、散热口2、连接板3、卡扣4、蓄电池箱5和卡口6,盖板1的两端均匀的设置有散热口2,盖板1的两端安装有连接板3,盖板1的下方设置有蓄电池箱5,盖板1和蓄电池箱5的表面均匀的设置有散热口2,卡扣4安装在蓄电池箱5的两侧边上端,蓄电池箱5的上端设置有卡口6,蓄电池箱5的底部设置有防滑垫,盖板1和蓄电池箱5通过连接板3和卡扣4配合连接固定,卡扣4包括连接板3、提手42、固定轴销43和固定扣44,连接板3和提手42安装有固定轴销43,固定扣44的一端安装有提手,盖板1的上端设置有内嵌式提手,卡口6与盖板1下端的尺寸相匹配。
本发明的工作原理及使用流程:本发明使用时,首先把把蓄电池箱5用螺栓固定在汽车的底座上,然后把蓄电池组放入到已经安装固定好的蓄电池箱5内,然后把盖板1安装在已经固定好的蓄电池箱5上,使盖板1和蓄电池箱5完全闭合,然后拉动提手42使固定扣44放入到连接口3的内部,然后扳动提手42拉动连接扣3,使盖板1和卡口6相互贴合,从而使蓄电池箱5密闭。
尽管已经示出和描述了本发明的实施例,对于本领域的普通技术人员而言,可以理解在不脱离本发明的原理和精神的情况下可以对这些实施例进行多种变化、修改、替换和变型,本发明的范围由所附权利要求及其等同物限定。

1.一种用于汽车电池组的固定装置,包括盖板(1)、散热口(2)、连接板(3)、卡扣(4)、蓄电池箱(5)和卡口(6),其特征在于:所述盖板(1)的两端均匀的设置有散热口(2),所述盖板(1)的两端安装有连接板(3),所述盖板(1)的下方设置有蓄电池箱(5),所述卡扣(4)安装在蓄电池箱(5)的两侧边上端,所述蓄电池箱(5)的上端设置有卡口(6);
所述卡扣(4)包括连接板(41)、提手(42)、固定轴销(43)和固定扣(44),其中,所述连接板(41)和提手(42)安装有固定轴销(43),所述固定扣(44)的一端安装有提手(42)。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种用于汽车电池组的固定装置,其特征在于:所述盖板(1)和蓄电池箱(5)的表面均匀的设置有散热口(2)。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种用于汽车电池组的固定装置,其特征在于:所述蓄电池箱(5)的底部设置有防滑垫。
4.根据权利要求1所述的一种用于汽车电池组的固定装置,其特征在于:所述盖板(1)和蓄电池箱(5)通过连接板(3)和卡扣(4)配合连接固定。
5.根据权利要求1所述的一种用于汽车电池组的固定装置,其特征在于:所述盖板(1)的上端设置有内嵌式提手。
6.根据权利要求1所述的一种用于汽车电池组的固定装置,其特征在于:所述卡口(6)与盖板(1)下端的尺寸相匹配。
