Abstract
本发明公开了一种自修复彩色聚氨酯涂料及制备方法。制备方法如下:先由聚合物多元醇和多异氰酸酯在催化剂作用下反应生成线性聚氨酯预聚体,依次与树枝状聚酯多元醇和染料反应生成彩色树枝状聚氨酯预聚体,最后通过与固化剂反应生成自修复彩色聚氨酯涂料。本发明的自修复彩色聚氨酯涂料具有优异的自修复性能,在室温下就可以实现自身多次自修复。在一定条件下,自修复效果随着接触时间的延长而提高。同时具有良好的粘附性,力学性能,耐磨性、耐高低温,耐油性好,耐腐蚀等性能。色彩更加鲜艳和亮丽,色牢度高,持久性好,安全卫生。

技术领域
本发明属于高分子材料领域,涉及到涂料,尤其涉及到一种自修复彩色聚氨酯涂料及制备方法。
背景介绍
涂料作为一种聚合物基的材料,以其优良的综合性能在工业、农业以及军事等领域到广泛应用。涂料在使用过程中由于外界因素的作用,容易出现一些破损缺陷,大多数的涂料损伤后无法进行修复,加剧材料的破坏,极大地缩短了材料的使用寿命,从而造成了严重的安全隐患。自修复涂料是一种自我感应材料的破坏,自发的进行修复的新型涂料,具有重大的价值和良好的前景,将成为未来涂料的发展方向。
聚氨酯具有优异的综合性能,加工性能好,是目前应用最广泛的高分子材料之一,延长其使用寿命、保持聚氨酯的性能具有很强的应用价值。聚氨酯基染料是通过化学键合的方式将小分子染料引入到聚氨酯链形成聚氨酯基染料,赋予了染料和聚氨酯各自优势。不但解决了有机小分子染料稳定性差、染料利用率低和基材相溶性不好等缺点,而且具备了聚氨酯易成膜、易加工和卫生性好等优点。
发明内容
本发明克服传统涂料和小分子染料使用过程中的缺陷,而提供的一种高耐磨、环保、有良好的力学以及粘附性能一种彩色聚氨酯涂料。它不仅不易脱落,还可以通过室温下多次修复从而延长材料的使用寿命,节约成本。采用上述技术方案,本发明具有以下优点:(1) 良好的粘附性,力学性能,耐磨性、耐高低温,耐油性好,耐腐蚀等性能;(2)涂料具有优异的自修复性能;(3)涂料的色彩更加鲜艳和亮丽,持久性好,色牢度高,安全。
本发明是通过以下技术方案来实现的。
1.一种自修复彩色聚氨酯涂料及制备方法其特征在于,包括以下步骤,自修复彩色聚氨酯制备涂料过程如图1:
1)在氮气保护下,将聚合物多元醇和树枝状聚酯多元醇在100-110 ℃分别真空脱水处理1-3h;
2)在氮气保护下,依次将聚合物多元醇、多异氰酸酯和催化剂加入反应器,60-90℃下反应1-3h;
3)加入树枝状聚酯多元醇和溶剂,60-90℃下反应3-8h;
3)然后加入小分子染料和溶剂,30-80℃下反应3-8h;
4)降温20-50℃,再加入固化剂,反应20-60min;
5)最后脱溶剂即得。
2.根据权利1所述的一种自修复彩色聚氨酯涂料及制备方法,其特征在于所述的聚合物多元醇为聚醚多元醇和聚酯多元醇中一种或几种混合,以质量百分比wt.%计量为46-77%。
3.根据权利1所述的一种自修复彩色聚氨酯涂料及制备方法,其特征在于所述的多异氰酸酯为芳香族多异氰酸酯和脂肪族异氰酸酯一种或几种混合,以质量百分比wt.%计量为11-21%。
4.根据权利1所述的一种自修复彩色聚氨酯涂料及制备方法,其特征在于所述的树枝状聚酯多元醇为H20P、H30P、H40P(威海晨源分子新材料有限公司)一种或几种混合,以质量百分比wt.%计量为5-9 %。
5、根据权利1所述的一种自修复彩色聚氨酯涂料及制备方法,其特征在于,所述催化剂为有机锡类催化剂和胺类的一种或几种混合,以质量百分比wt.%计量为0.1-0.3%。
6.根据权利1所述的一种自修复彩色聚氨酯涂料及制备方法,其特征在于所述的染料选自分散重氮黑[C14H16N4O,CAS:6232-57-1]、分散蓝60[C20H17N3O5,CAS:12217-80-0]、溶剂黄5[C16H13N3, CAS:85-84-7]、分散蓝359[C17H13N3O3CAS:62570-50-7]、分散红11[C15H12N2O3,CAS:2872-48-2]、分散蓝14[C16H14N2O2, CAS:2475-44-7]、溶剂橙3[C12H12N4,CAS:495-54-5]、苏丹橙 G[C18H16N2O,CAS:2051-85-6]一种或几种混合,以质量百分比wt.%计量为3-17%。
7.根据权利1所述的一种自修复彩色聚氨酯涂料及制备方法,其特征在于所述的固化剂选自3,3'-二氯-4,4'-二氨基二苯基甲烷、二甲硫基甲苯二胺、四甲基二亚丙基三胺、二乙基甲苯二胺、1,4-双仲丁氨基苯一种或两种混合,以质量百分比wt.%计量为4-7%。
8.根据权利1所述的一种自修复彩色聚氨酯涂料及制备方法,其特征在于所述的溶剂为丙酮、丙酮、丁酮、二氧六环、N,N-二甲基酰胺、N-甲基吡咯烷酮、乙酸乙酯、乙酸-2-乙氧基乙酯、二甲基亚砜一种或两种混合,以质量百分比wt.%计量为10-20%。

具体实施方式
实施例1
在氮气保护下,将PTMG-1000和H3OP在100-110℃分别真空脱水处理2h。在氮气保护下,加入46g PTMG-1000、21g IPDI、01g辛酸亚锡依次加入反应器,90℃下反应3h。紧接着加入9g H3OP 和10ml N-甲基吡咯烷酮,80℃下反应6h。接下来加入17g分散重氮黑和10mlN-甲基吡咯烷酮,60℃下反应6h,降温30℃,再加入7g 3,3'-二氯-4,4'-二氨基二苯基甲烷,反应20min,最后脱溶剂即得自修复黑色聚氨酯涂料。所得产物:邵氏硬度25HA,抗拉强度 72MPa,断裂强度25MPa,断裂伸长率340%。
实施例2
在氮气保护下,将PPG-1000和H3OP在100-110℃分别真空脱水处理2h。在氮气保护下,加入46g PPG-1000、23.5g MDI、0.1g二月桂酸二丁基锡依次加入反应器,85℃下反应3h。紧接着加入18 H4OP和12ml丙酮,80℃下反应6h。接下来加入25.6g分散蓝 60和15ml丙酮,60℃下反应6h,降温30℃,再加入8.7g二甲硫基甲苯二胺7%,反应20min,最后脱溶剂即自修复蓝色聚氨酯涂料。所得产物:邵氏硬度13HA,抗拉强度37MPa,断裂强度20MPa, 断裂伸长率440%。
实施例3
在氮气保护下,将PTMG-1000和H2OP在100-110℃分别真空脱水处理2h。在氮气保护下,加入65g PTMG-1000、15g IPDI、0.1g辛酸亚锡依次加入反应器,90℃下反应3h。紧接着加入3.5g H2OP 和10ml丁酮,80℃下反应6h。接下来加入7.7g溶剂黄5和10 ml丁酮,60℃下反应6h,降温30℃,再加入5g 3,3'-二氯-4,4'- 二氨基二苯基甲烷,反应20min,最后脱溶剂即得自修复黄色聚氨酯涂料。所得产物:邵氏硬度32HA,抗拉强度75MPa,断裂强度38MPa, 断裂伸长率310%。

Claims (8)
1.一种自修复彩色聚氨酯涂料及制备方法其特征在于,包括以下步骤,自修复彩色聚氨酯制备涂料过程如图1:
1)在氮气保护下,将聚合物多元醇和树枝状聚酯多元醇在100-110℃分别真空脱水处理1-3h;
2)在氮气保护下,依次将聚合物多元醇、多异氰酸酯和催化剂加入反应器,60-90℃下反应1-3h;
3)加入树枝状聚酯多元醇和溶剂,60-90℃下反应3-8h;
3)然后加入小分子染料和溶剂,30-80℃下反应3-8h;
4)降温20-50℃,再加入固化剂,反应20-60min;
5)最后脱溶剂即得。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种自修复彩色聚氨酯涂料及制备方法,其特征在于所述的聚合物多元醇为聚醚多元醇和聚酯多元醇中一种或几种混合,以质量百分比wt.%计量为46-77%。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种自修复彩色聚氨酯涂料及制备方法,其特征在于所述的多异氰酸酯为芳香族多异氰酸酯和脂肪族异氰酸酯一种或几种混合,以质量百分比wt.%计量为11-21%。
4.根据权利要求1所述的一种自修复彩色聚氨酯涂料及制备方法,其特征在于所述的树枝状聚酯多元醇为H20P、H30P、H40P(威海晨源分子新材料有限公司)一种或几种混合,以质量百分比wt.%计量为5-9%。
5.根据权利要求1所述的一种自修复彩色聚氨酯涂料及制备方法,其特征在于,所述催化剂为有机锡类催化剂和胺类的一种或几种混合,以质量百分比wt.%计量为0.1-0.3%。
6.根据权利要求1所述的一种自修复彩色聚氨酯涂料及制备方法,其特征在于所述的染料选自分散重氮黑[C14H16N4O,CAS:6232-57-1]、分散蓝60[C20H17N3O5,CAS:12217-80-0]、溶剂黄5[C16H13N3,CAS:85-84-7]、分散蓝359[C17H13N3O3CAS:62570-50-7]、分散红11[C15H12N2O3,CAS:2872-48-2]、分散蓝14[C16H14N2O2,CAS:2475-44-7]、溶剂橙3[C12H12N4,CAS:495-54-5]、苏丹橙G[C18H16N2O,CAS:2051-85-6]一种或几种混合,以质量百分比wt.%计量为3-17%。
7.根据权利要求1所述的一种自修复彩色聚氨酯涂料及制备方法,其特征在于所述的固化剂选自3,3'-二氯-4,4'-二氨基二苯基甲烷、二甲硫基甲苯二胺、四甲基二亚丙基三胺、二乙基甲苯二胺、1,4-双仲丁氨基苯一种或两种混合,以质量百分比wt.%计量为4-7%。
8.根据权利要求1所述的一种自修复彩色聚氨酯涂料及制备方法,其特征在于所述的溶剂为丙酮、丙酮、丁酮、二氧六环、N,N-二甲基酰胺、N-甲基吡咯烷酮、乙酸乙酯、乙酸-2-乙氧基乙酯、二甲基亚砜一种或两种混合,以质量百分比wt.%计量为10-20%。
