Description
Technical Field
The invention belongs to the technical field of daily chemical industry, and particularly relates to a cosmetic composition and a cosmetic composition containing algae.
Background
The moisture retention is the most basic and important requirement of cosmetics, as long as the skin care products are skin care products, the moisture retention cannot be avoided, other functions such as whitening, wrinkle resistance, oxidation resistance and the like are further summed and developed on the basis, and even oil control cosmetics cannot be kept moisture due to the fact that a large amount of moisture is consumed by skin oil metabolism.
The skin has the functions of barrier protection, hydration, moisture retention, sensory stimulation, body temperature regulation, secretion and excretion, absorption and metabolism and the like, and the skin which is most closely involved in the cosmetic is the epidermis, particularly the horny layer, and the horny cells are sandwiched by lipid to form a unique sandwich-like structure through the observation of a submicron structure. The stratum corneum acts like a "brick wall", the keratinocytes are "bricks", and the intercellular lipids are "mud" that acts as an adhesive, tightly linking the keratinocytes, normalizing the skin barrier, and really maintaining the skin. Intercellular lipids generally contain 40% ceramide, 25% cholesterol, 25% free fatty acids, and others. The stratum corneum contains some metabolites which form natural moisturizing factors, namely 40% of amino acid, 12% of lactate, 12% of pyrrolidone carboxylic acid, 7% of urea and the like; sebum is secreted by sebaceous glands, and can form milky sebaceous membrane after being mixed with sweat on the surface of skin, so that the sebum can maintain the healthy and micro-ecology of the skin and inhibit the growth and reproduction of bacteria and fungi besides softening the skin, and the sebum comprises the following components: 57.5% of triglyceride, 26% of wax, 12% of squalene and the like.
Traditional moisturizing method generally comprises adding ceramide, cholesterol, free fatty acid, other oil and fat, glycerol, butanediol, amino acid, lactic acid, urea, etc. from the aspects of intercellular lipid, natural moisturizing factor, etc. Intercellular lipid is oil-soluble, and is difficult to be added into some water-based transparent products such as moisturizing water, moisturizing essence and the like. Amino acid, lactic acid, urea and the like belong to micromolecule humectants which are easy to lose and cannot achieve long-acting moisture preservation. Glycerin, sorbitol, butanediol and the like lock and retain water through high-amount hydroxyl groups in molecular formulas, and can be influenced by the environmental humidity and play a positive role in a humid environment; in a very dry environment, the effect is relatively negative.
In recent years, complex carbohydrates have gained increased attention because they are less dependent on air humidity. Algae contains abundant saccharides, is natural and efficient, is easy to be absorbed by skin, is more and more accepted by consumers, has the validity of marine plant components on human skin accepted by world authorities, and is widely applied to the field of cosmetics. Currently, the most widely used non-algal genus is the genus morus in marine plant compositions. The algae grows in seawater medium with high salt, high pressure, low temperature, low nutrition, no illumination and extremely complex chemical components, the ecological environment, metabolites and metabolic characteristics of the algae are greatly different from those of land plants, and the algae are concentrated in that the algae contain biological active substances and metabolites with special structures in organisms. The algae contains abundant carbohydrates, proteins, lipids, trace elements, minerals, vitamins and the like, and the active matters can be applied to novel functional cosmetics and have wide market prospects.

The porphyridium extract is derived from porphyridium. The porphyridium is fresh water algae of porphyridium. The single cells are gathered together irregularly, and are coated with a layer of thin film to form red or light brown slices on wet soil and walls; when dry, it is in the form of a peel. Most cells are spherical, bloodred or dark purplish red, with 1 axicon-star or irregularly shaped chromosome and 1 unsheathed protein nucleus. Asexual reproduction with cell division. Cell diameters of 5-24 μm are widely distributed around the world. Porphyridium, a relatively primitive unicellular alga of the rhodophyta phylum, is capable of producing many bioactive substances, such as phycobiliproteins, polyunsaturated fatty acids and exopolysaccharide substances. The protein of the porphyridium accounts for about 50 percent of the biomass, wherein 84 percent of the protein is phycobiliprotein, and particularly, the B-phycobiliprotein has stable property. The porphyridium cell can accumulate 20% -50% biomass polysaccharide, the polysaccharide is a polymer formed by monosaccharides such as xylose, glucose and galactose, and the polysaccharide has unique colloid performance and high viscosity, and has a structure similar to algin and brown algae starch. Also contains polyunsaturated fatty acid, which accounts for about 9.5% of biomass, wherein more than 50% of the fatty acid is unsaturated fatty acid. Porphyridium, although it also contains EPA and phycoerythrin, most notably its polysaccharides. The porphyridium polysaccharide has the advantages of high intracellular and extracellular contents, high molecular weight, sulfonation and the like, and has the characteristics of mechanical support, biological recognition, ion exchange performance, cell protection function (drying resistance, stability to temperature, pH and salinity, environmental stress resistance, free radical oxidation resistance) and the like for the porphyridium polysaccharide. The porphyridium extract used in the invention contains abundant polysaccharide, the porphyridium polysaccharide can form a very uniform coating when being coated on the surface of the skin, is superior to polysaccharide such as hyaluronic acid and the like, slows down evaporation through moisture absorption capacity so as to keep moisture in the skin, and rebuilds an epidermal barrier.
