Description

Extract containing algae essence, preparation method thereof and prepared moisturizing emulsion
Technical Field
The invention relates to the technical field of cosmetics, and particularly relates to an extract containing algae essences, a preparation method of the extract and a prepared moisturizing emulsion.
Background
The moisture retention is the most basic and important requirement of cosmetics, as long as the skin care products are skin care products, the moisture retention cannot be avoided, other functions such as whitening, wrinkle resistance, oxidation resistance and the like are further summed and developed on the basis, and even oil control cosmetics cannot be kept moisture due to the fact that a large amount of moisture is consumed by skin oil metabolism.
The skin has the functions of barrier protection, hydration, moisture retention, sensory stimulation, body temperature regulation, secretion and excretion, absorption and metabolism and the like, and the skin which is most closely involved in the cosmetic is the epidermis, particularly the horny layer, and the horny cells are sandwiched by lipid to form a unique sandwich-like structure through the observation of a submicron structure. The stratum corneum acts like a "brick wall", the keratinocytes are "bricks", and the intercellular lipids are "mud" that acts as an adhesive, tightly linking the keratinocytes, normalizing the skin barrier, and really maintaining the skin. Intercellular lipids generally contain 40% ceramide, 25% cholesterol, 25% free fatty acids, and others. The stratum corneum contains some metabolites which form natural moisturizing factors, namely 40% of amino acid, 12% of lactate, 12% of pyrrolidone carboxylic acid, 7% of urea and the like; sebum is secreted by sebaceous glands, and can form milky sebaceous membrane after being mixed with sweat on the surface of skin, so that the sebum can maintain the healthy and micro-ecology of the skin and inhibit the growth and reproduction of bacteria and fungi besides softening the skin, and the sebum comprises the following components: triglyceride 57.5%, wax 26%, squalene 12% and others.
Traditional moisturizing method generally comprises adding ceramide, cholesterol, free fatty acid, other oil and fat, glycerol, butanediol, amino acid, lactic acid, urea, etc. from the aspects of intercellular lipid, natural moisturizing factor, etc. Intercellular lipid is oil-soluble, and is difficult to be added into some water-based transparent products such as moisturizing water, moisturizing essence and the like. Amino acid, lactic acid, urea and the like belong to micromolecule humectants which are easy to lose and cannot achieve long-acting moisture preservation. Glycerin, sorbitol, butanediol and the like are locked and retain moisture through hydroxyl groups with high molecular formulas, and can be influenced by the environmental humidity and have positive influence in a humid environment; in a very dry environment, the effect is relatively negative.
Codiumfragile (sur.) Hariot, commonly known as cochineal and rat tail, belongs to the genus Pinus of Pinaceae of Capsosiphon of Chlorophyceae of Chlorophyta of Rhodophyta, and is a worldwide warm temperate seaweed. With the discovery of remarkable biological activity of the codium algae polysaccharide, the structural research is also deepened, and the codium algae aqueous extract is rich in alpha (1 → 4) -D-glucan, beta (1 → 4) -D-mannan, highly sulfated and pyruvylated beta (1 → 3) -D-galactan and sulfated beta (1 → 3) -L-araban. Bryopsis hypnoides is a polynuclear unicellular green alga and also contains abundant algal polysaccharides.
In recent years, complex carbohydrates have gained increased attention because they are less dependent on air humidity. Algae contains abundant saccharides, is natural and efficient, is easy to be absorbed by skin, is more and more accepted by consumers, has the validity of marine plant components on human skin accepted by world authorities, and is widely applied to the field of cosmetics. Currently, the most widely used non-algal genus morus is among the marine plant components. The algae grows in seawater medium with high salt, high pressure, low temperature, low nutrition, no illumination and extremely complex chemical components, the ecological environment, metabolites and metabolic characteristics of the algae are greatly different from those of land plants, and the algae are concentrated in that the algae contain biological active substances and metabolites with special structures in organisms. The algae contains abundant carbohydrates, proteins, lipids, trace elements, minerals, vitamins and the like, and the active matters can be applied to novel functional cosmetics and have wide market prospects.
Patent CN105777933A discloses a preparation method of algal polysaccharide and an application of algal polysaccharide in cosmetics, the algal polysaccharide is extracted and applied to the cosmetics to achieve the effects of moistening, reducing wrinkles and delaying senescence, however, the skin-moistening cream containing algal polysaccharide prepared by the patent can cause certain skin sensitivity through tests, and is not suitable for wide application.

Compared with the example 6, the comparative examples 9 and 10 have the advantages that the extract containing the algae essence is prepared without adding saccharomyces cerevisiae or candida utilis, the water replenishing and moisturizing effects are reduced to a certain degree, and the composite saccharomycetes fermentation is more beneficial to producing various beneficial factors and has a good moisturizing effect.
The seaweed skin care product which is not subjected to fermentation treatment has better moisturizing performance compared with moisturizing emulsion prepared from the seaweed essence extract which is subjected to fermentation treatment, the polysaccharide extracted from the codium spiniferum and the bryophyte is further fermented in a composite yeast fermentation mode to obtain polysaccharide rich in nutrition, such as alpha glucan, beta mannan, beta galactan, beta arabinan and the like, a compound of oligosaccharide and monosaccharide obtained by fermentation, and micromolecule compounds obtained by saccharide fermentation, the extract obtained by mixing the substances has excellent moisturizing effect, water can be introduced into a crystalline structure of the skin by combining water in the air to play a role in moisturizing, and meanwhile, a layer of a protecting film layer can be formed on the surface of the skin by the polysaccharide substance, the moisture of the skin is kept from being dissipated, and the effect of locking water is achieved.
The above description is only for the purpose of illustrating the preferred embodiments of the present invention and is not to be construed as limiting the invention, and any modifications, equivalents, improvements and the like that fall within the spirit and principle of the present invention are intended to be included therein.
