针织服装由于其舒适保暖性能得到大家的广泛青睐,但是在天气较干燥的情况下针织服装容易起静电,同时在潮湿的环境的中放置一段时间后针织衫由于霉菌的滋生会有霉味,需要重新清洗,为消费者带来了很大的困扰,申请号为CN201610143544.2的发明专利公布了一种防静电针织面料及其制备方法,通过三层合适的织物纤维进行复合,再进行纱织而成,增强了面料内外层的导电性,降低摩擦而产生的静电现象的发生;此外在制备过程中对各种原料纤维以及纱线采用整理溶液浸泡后进行整理后进行制备,进一步增强了面料的质感舒适度和抗静电性能,但是该采用的纤维素纤维、锦纶纤维、羊毛混纺纤维三层纤维在摩擦时仍会起一定的静电,并且直接通过将原料纤维在整理溶液中浸泡,虽然会起到一定的抗静电作用的,但是随着时间的推移和清洗次数的增大,原料表面的整理溶液会慢慢变少,进而造成抗静电性能的减弱甚至消失。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种抗菌防静电针织服装制造方法,在制备过程中中通过吸附银离子的导电抗菌复合纤维与化纤进行混纺得到的轻纱具有一定的抗菌导静电性能,同时在轻纱的表面通过上浆包裹一层功能性上浆液,上浆液中自身具有较强的导电抗菌性能,粘附包裹在经纱的表面能够有效的对经纱中吸附的银离子有一定的制约作用,能够进一步限制银离子的解吸,使得整条经纱都具有较强的导电性能和抗菌性能,不会受服装摩擦和洗涤的影响。

(2)在搅拌罐中加入乙醚溶液,向其中加入一定量的2-溴代异戊酸充分溶解后,升温至60℃,将步骤1中处理得到的合成纤维在搅拌罐中恒温浸泡5-7h后取出,然后取出合成纤维在乙醇溶液中浸泡12h后晾干得到复合纤维;1kg合成纤维中加入2-溴代异戊酸的量为120-130g;
(3)将硫脲和水按照一定比例加入搅拌罐中,充分溶解后加入甲醛溶液,搅拌均匀后迅速放入步骤2中得到的复合纤维,然后缓慢升温至60-70℃后保持温度不变浸泡10h,捞出复合纤维后用乙醇冲洗并在40℃下烘干,得到吸附纤维,此时吸附纤维上含有大量的氨基和巯基;1kg复合纤维中加入甲醛38-47g,加入硫脲103-112g;
(4)将吸附纤维在硝酸银溶液中浸泡5h后取出晾干得到导电抗菌复合纤维,复合纤维上的氨基和巯基通过阳离子交换反应将银离子直接吸附在复合纤维上,使得制备的导电抗菌复合纤维表面含有丰富的银离子,并且银离子与复合纤维之间的作用力较强,后期在衣物清洗过程中不会出现银离子的解吸导致服装导电和抗菌性能的减弱;
第二步,将制备的导电抗菌复合纤维与普通的化纤进行混纺,制成经纱;
第三步,将第二步中得到的经纱通过功能性上浆液进行上浆处理,不仅能够增强经纱的强度,并且对经纱中阴离子进一步固定,同时该功能性上浆液同样具有导电抗菌的性能,使得上浆后的经纱由内到外均具有导电抗菌性能,不会由于后期衣物磨损清洗造成导电抗菌性能的减弱;其中功能性上浆液的具体制备过程为:配置浓度为0.2mol/L的盐酸溶液,向其中加入羧甲基纤维素钠,升温至50℃后搅拌反应2h,继续升温至60℃后保持温度不变,然后同时向其中加入一定量的聚乙二醇和壳聚糖的混合物,恒温搅拌反应5-7h,得到功能性上浆液;其中羧甲基纤维素钠、聚乙二醇和壳聚糖的质量比为12-14:1:1,该功能性上浆液中复合有聚乙二醇,由于聚乙二醇含有醚基和羟基,具有一定的亲水性能,在上浆液粘合在经纱上后,亲水基都朝向空气一侧排列,形成一个单分子导电层,在服装经过摩擦和洗涤后会总成材料表面抗静电剂分子层的缺损,抗静电性能也随之下降,但经过一段时间之后,材料内部的抗静电剂分子又会不断向表面迁移,使缺损部位得以恢复,重新显示出抗静电效果,并且上浆液中的壳聚糖通过酯化反应复合在羧甲基纤维素钠上,可以均匀的在经纱的表面形成一层致密的抗菌薄膜,并能起到永久的抗菌作用,不会由于摩擦和洗涤造成抗菌性能的消失;并且上浆液粘附包裹在经纱的表面能够有效的对经纱中吸附的银离子有一定的制约作用,能够进一步限制银离子的解吸,使得整条经纱都具有较强的导电性能和抗菌性能,不会受湿度和温度的限制;
第四步,将上浆后的经纱进行纺织得到抗菌防静电针织服装。
本发明的有益效果:
本发明制备的复合纤维上具有大量的氨基和巯基,氨基和巯基通过阳离子交换反应将银离子直接吸附在复合纤维上,使得制备的导电抗菌复合纤维表面含有丰富的银离子,并且银离子与复合纤维之间的作用力较强,后期在衣物清洗过程中不会出现银离子的解吸导致服装导电和抗菌性能的减弱。
本发明在经纱表面上浆时使用功能性上浆液,该上浆液自身很强的导电和抗菌性能,在上浆液过程中粘附包裹在经纱的表面能够有效的对经纱中吸附的银离子有一定的制约作用,能够进一步限制银离子的解吸,使得整条经纱都具有较强的导电性能和抗菌性能,不会受服装摩擦和洗涤的影响。
本发明的上浆液中复合有聚乙二醇,由于聚乙二醇含有醚基和羟基,具有一定的亲水性能,在上浆液粘合在经纱上后,亲水基都朝向空气一侧排列,形成一个单分子导电层,在服装经过摩擦和洗涤后会总成材料表面抗静电剂分子层的缺损,抗静电性能也随之下降,但经过一段时间之后,材料内部的抗静电剂分子又会不断向表面迁移,使缺损部位得以恢复,重新显示出抗静电效果。
本发明上浆液中的壳聚糖通过酯化反应复合在羧甲基纤维素钠上,可以均匀的在经纱的表面形成一层致密的抗菌薄膜,并能起到永久的抗菌作用,不会由于摩擦和洗涤造成抗菌性能的消失。

具体实施方式
实施例1:
一种抗菌防静电针织服装制造方法,具体制备过程如下:
第一步,制备导电抗菌复合纤维,具体制备过程如下:
(1)将1.2kg合成纤维浸泡于4L质量分数为20%的氢氧化钠溶液中,常温搅拌反应4-5h,除去合成纤维表面的酯基;
(2)在搅拌罐中加入1.5L乙醚溶液,向其中加入144g的2-溴代异戊酸充分溶解后,升温至60℃,将步骤1中处理得到的合成纤维在搅拌罐中恒温浸泡5-7h后取出,然后取出合成纤维在乙醇溶液中浸泡12h后晾干得到复合纤维;
(3)将148g硫脲和4.44kg水加入搅拌罐中,充分溶解后加入57.6g甲醛溶液,搅拌均匀后迅速放入步骤2中得到的复合纤维,然后缓慢升温至60-70℃后保持温度不变浸泡10h,捞出复合纤维后用乙醇冲洗并在40℃下烘干,得到吸附纤维,此时吸附纤维上含有大量的氨基和巯基;
(4)将吸附纤维在银离子浓度为100mg/L的硝酸银溶液中浸泡5h后取出晾干得到导电抗菌复合纤维,该导电抗菌复合纤维的反应结构式如图1所示;
第二步,将制备的导电抗菌复合纤维与普通的化纤进行混纺,制成经纱;
第三步,将第二步中得到的经纱通过功能性上浆液进行上浆处理,其中功能性上浆液的具体制备过程为:配置浓度为0.2mol/L的盐酸溶液1L,向其中加入240g羧甲基纤维素钠,升温至50℃后搅拌反应2h,继续升温至60℃后保持温度不变,然后同时向其中加入20g聚乙二醇和20g壳聚糖的混合物,恒温搅拌反应5-7h,得到功能性上浆液;
第四步,将上浆后的经纱进行纺织得到抗菌防静电针织服装。
实施例2:
一种抗菌防静电针织服装制造方法,具体制备过程如下:
第一步,制备导电抗菌复合纤维,具体制备过程如下:
(1)将1.2kg合成纤维浸泡于4L质量分数为20%的氢氧化钠溶液中,常温搅拌反应4-5h,除去合成纤维表面的酯基;
(2)在搅拌罐中加入1.4L乙醚溶液,向其中加入156g 2-溴代异戊酸充分溶解后,升温至60℃,将步骤1中处理得到的合成纤维在搅拌罐中恒温浸泡5-7h后取出,然后取出合成纤维在乙醇溶液中浸泡12h后晾干得到复合纤维;
(3)将134.4g硫脲和4.02kg水加入搅拌罐中,充分溶解后加入56.4g甲醛溶液,搅拌均匀后迅速放入步骤2中得到的复合纤维,然后缓慢升温至60-70℃后保持温度不变浸泡10h,捞出复合纤维后用乙醇冲洗并在40℃下烘干,得到吸附纤维,此时吸附纤维上含有大量的氨基和巯基;
(4)将吸附纤维在银离子浓度为100mg/L的硝酸银溶液中浸泡5h后取出晾干得到导电抗菌复合纤维;
第二步,将制备的导电抗菌复合纤维与普通的化纤进行混纺,制成经纱;
第三步,将第二步中得到的经纱通过功能性上浆液进行上浆处理;其中功能性上浆液的具体制备过程为:配置1L浓度为0.2mol/L的盐酸溶液,向其中加入羧甲基纤维素钠,升温至50℃后搅拌反应2h,继续升温至60℃后保持温度不变,然后同时向其中加入20g聚乙二醇和20g壳聚糖的混合物,恒温搅拌反应5-7h,得到功能性上浆液;
第四步,将上浆后的经纱进行纺织得到抗菌防静电针织服装。
对比例1:
一种抗菌防静电针织服装制造方法,具体制备过程如下:
第一步,制备导电抗菌复合纤维,具体制备过程与实施例1相同;
第二步,将制备的导电抗菌复合纤维与普通的化纤进行混纺,制成经纱;
第三步,将第二步中得到的经纱通过羧甲基纤维素钠上浆液进行上浆处理;
第四步,将上浆后的经纱进行纺织得到抗菌防静电针织服装。
对比例2:
一种抗菌防静电针织服装制造方法,具体制备过程如下:
第一步,将普通的化纤直接在银离子浓度为100mg/L的硝酸银溶液中浸泡5h后取出晾干得到改性化纤;
第二步,将制备的改性化纤与普通的化纤进行混纺,制成经纱;
第三步,将第二步中得到的经纱通过功能性上浆液进行上浆处理,功能性上浆液的制备方法同实施例1;
第四步,将上浆后的经纱进行纺织得到抗菌防静电针织服装。
对比例3:
第一步,将普通的化纤纺织成经纱;
第二步,将第一步中得到的经纱通过功能性上浆液进行上浆处理,功能性上浆液的制备方法同实施例1;
第三步,将上浆后的经纱进行纺织得到抗菌防静电针织服装。
对比例4:
第一步,将普通的化纤纺织成经纱;
第二步,将第一步中得到的经纱通过羧甲基纤维素钠上浆液进行上浆处理;
第三步,将上浆后的经纱进行纺织得到抗菌防静电针织服装。
性能测试:
将实施例1-2和对比例1-4中制备的抗菌防静电针织服装的一块面料直接进行导电性测试;然后将实施例1-2和对比例1-4中制备的抗菌防静电针织服装的一块面料分别清洗9次后进行导电性能测试;将实施例1-2和对比例1-4中制备的抗菌防静电针织服装的一块面料的两表面分别在粗糙的桌面摩擦30天后进行导电性能测试,测试结构如表1所示:

由表1可知,经过氨基和巯基功能化后的合成纤维,在吸附银离子后制备的服装的电阻达到2.135,并且电阻率为0.316,大大增加了导电能力,同时与不经过改性直接吸附银离子的合成纤维、没有经过改性的上浆液相比,在经过10次洗涤或者经过30天的粗糙摩擦后该服装仍然具有较高的导电能力。

Claims (6)
1.一种抗菌防静电针织服装制造方法,其特征在于,具体方法如下:
第一步,制备导电抗菌复合纤维,具体制备过程为:
(1)将合成纤维浸泡于质量分数为20%的氢氧化钠溶液中,常温搅拌反应4-5h,除去合成纤维表面的酯基;
(2)在搅拌罐中加入乙醚溶液,向其中加入一定量的2-溴代异戊酸充分溶解后,升温至60℃,将步骤1中处理得到的合成纤维在搅拌罐中恒温浸泡5-7h后取出,然后取出合成纤维在乙醇溶液中浸泡12h后晾干得到复合纤维;
(3)将硫脲和水按照一定比例加入搅拌罐中,充分溶解后加入甲醛溶液,搅拌均匀后迅速放入步骤2中得到的复合纤维,然后缓慢升温至60-70℃后保持温度不变浸泡10h,捞出复合纤维后用乙醇冲洗并在40℃下烘干,得到吸附纤维,此时吸附纤维上含有大量的氨基和巯基;
(4)将吸附纤维在硝酸银溶液中浸泡5h后取出晾干得到导电抗菌复合纤维;
第二步,将制备的导电抗菌复合纤维与普通的化纤进行混纺,制成经纱;
第三步,将第二步中得到的经纱通过功能性上浆液进行上浆处理;
第四步,将上浆后的经纱进行纺织得到抗菌防静电针织服装。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种抗菌防静电针织服装制造方法,其特征在于,所述第一步步骤1中1L氢氧化钠溶液中加入300g合成纤维。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种抗菌防静电针织服装制造方法,其特征在于,所述第一步步骤2中1kg合成纤维中加入2-溴代异戊酸的量为120-130g。
4.根据权利要求1所述的一种抗菌防静电针织服装制造方法,其特征在于,所述第一步步骤3中1kg复合纤维中加入甲醛38-47g,加入硫脲103-112g。
5.根据权利要求1所述的一种抗菌防静电针织服装制造方法,其特征在于,所述第三步中功能性上浆液的具体制备过程为:配置浓度为0.2mol/L的盐酸溶液,向其中加入羧甲基纤维素钠,升温至50℃后搅拌反应2h,继续升温至60℃后保持温度不变,然后同时向其中加入一定量的聚乙二醇和壳聚糖的混合物,恒温搅拌反应5-7h,得到功能性上浆液。
6.根据权利要求5所述的一种抗菌防静电针织服装制造方法,其特征在于,羧甲基纤维素钠、聚乙二醇和壳聚糖的质量比为12-14:1:1。
