本发明涉及具有凉感功能的面料及其制备方法,属于功能性面料技术领域。具有凉感功能的面料,包括第一面料层和第二面料层,第一面料层由吸湿纱线材料交织而成,第二面料层由导热纱线材料交织而成,第一面料层和第二面料层通过第一面料层的吸湿纱线材料与第二面料层的导热纱线材料交织形成接结点而连接。本发明采用分层结构织法,吸湿纱线材料和导热纱线材料之间相互作用,持续产生凉感效果。在染整加工过程中无需增加额外的工序,与普通面料染整流程相同,即能赋予制得的面料具有凉感功能。本发明所采用的纱线多为粘胶、锦纶等常规的纤维材料,无需额外加工,因此制造出的面料性能稳定,不容易由于多次的水洗造成凉感下降。此外可供选用的纱线材料相对价格低廉,因此所制备出来的具有凉感的面料成本低。

技术领域
本发明属于功能性面料技术领域,特别是指具有凉感功能的面料及其制备方法。
背景技术
在炎热的夏天,快节奏的生活和工作中,凉感功能面料的服装能够使人感觉凉爽和舒适,让人产生愉悦的心情,凉感功能面料广泛应用于内衣、家居、日常、户外、运动等服装场景。凉感面料的主要特征是:导湿性好和导热性好,面料具有迅速扩散体热,加速排汗和降温作用,可持久保持人体凉感与舒适感。
目前技术上已经公开的凉感面料生产工艺主要有:1、使用凉感功能的纱线。如以涤纶,锦纶等纤维为主体,添加云母、玉石粉、珍珠粉、木糖醇及相变材料等,制成凉感功能纱线,进而制成凉感功能的面料(如CN112626674A、CN109402763A等);2、对面料进行后整理加工。使用凉感助剂整理,将凉感微胶囊或是木糖醇凉感整理剂通过浸渍、浸轧或涂层等方式附加到面料上,使面料具有凉感功能(如CN215856913U、CN110295500A等)。以上第1种方法,存在生产纤维纱线成本高、生产流程长的缺点,第2种方法存在凉感功能效果不明显、不持久的缺点。
发明内容
为了克服上述现有技术存在的问题,本发明的目的在于提供一种具有凉感功能的面料及其制备方法,使面料具有凉感功能,不仅面料成本低、工艺流程简单,而且能够得到较好的凉感功能效果和持久效果。
为解决上述技术问题,本发明一方面提供一种具有凉感功能的面料,包括第一面料层和第二面料层,第一面料层由吸湿纱线材料交织而成,第二面料层由导热纱线材料交织而成,第一面料层和第二面料层通过第一面料层的吸湿纱线材料与第二面料层的导热纱线材料交织形成接结点而连接。
对于评估吸湿纱线材料,通过对纱线材料的公定回潮率数值大小进行确定;对于评估导热纱线材料,则通过对纱线材料的导热系数数值大小进行确定。二者的定义如下:
公定回潮率:在接近标准状态(湿度65%±3%,温度20摄氏度)时,纤维所含水分质量与干燥纤维质量的百分比。吸湿性好的材料含水率就高,湿度越大,凉感就越强,因此,粘胶含水率较高,适合用于开发凉感面料。
导热系数:指材料在一定的温度梯度场条件下,热能通过物质本身扩散的速度。导热系数越大,物质的导热性越好,所造成的冰凉感越强。
本发明优选地技术方案在于,第一面料层和第二面料层通过第一面料层的吸湿纱线材料与第二面料层的导热纱线材料按添纱组织结构交织形成,吸湿纱线材料按添纱组织交织而成天纱,导热纱线材料按添纱组织交织而成地纱。
本发明优选地技术方案在于,吸湿纱线材料的公定回潮率为11%-13%。
本发明优选地技术方案在于,吸湿纱线材料的公定回潮率比导热纱线的公定回潮率高8.5%。
本发明优选地技术方案在于,导热纱线材料的导热系数为0.244%-0.337W/(m·K)。
本发明优选地技术方案在于,吸湿纱线材料为粘胶或再生纤维素纱线,纺纱方式为紧密赛络纺。
本发明优选地技术方案在于,导热纱线材料为普通锦纶长丝,纺纱方式为全拉伸丝。
本发明还提供一种具有凉感功能的面料的制备方法,其包括以下工艺步骤:
(1)织胚:采用纬编大圆机将吸湿纱线材料和导热纱线材料编织,制成胚布;
(2)胚布检验:将织出来的胚布进行检验,检验项目包括起横、破洞、折皱、异纤、漏针、勾丝;
(3)染色:加入染色剂对检验后的胚布进行染色,染色温度60-100℃;
(4)脱水:染色后的胚布进行脱水开幅烘干;
(5)成品定型:对完成脱水的胚布进行成品定型,定型温度103-160℃。
本发明优选地技术方案在于,成品定型过程中添加亲水性硅油。

本发明采用分层结构织法,其中添纱组织织法是比较普通的织造方法,无需特殊的织造设备即可实施,远离皮肤的外层(第一面料层)采用吸湿性好的吸湿纱线材料,且选用毛羽较少的紧密赛络纺纱方式,有利于增加接触面积,贴近皮肤的内层(第二面料层)采用导热性能好的导热纱线材料,且选用更加光滑的全拉伸丝,有利于增加皮肤接触面积。在染整加工过程中只需要在定型时采用加入的亲水性软油,其他无需增加额外的工序,与普通面料染整流程相同,即能赋予制得的面料具有凉感功能。接触皮肤的织物内层面是导热纱线材料,导热性能好,能快速传导热量,皮肤触感凉爽,内层导热纱线材料通过亲水整理后吸湿性能较好,但吸湿性跟外层的吸湿纱线材料的吸湿性具有差异性,内层皮肤的水分能够快速吸收并传递到织物外层吸湿纱线材料,织物的外层面是吸湿纱线材料,吸湿性能好,吸湿过程能够带走热量,且水的导热性能好,能增加热量传导,皮肤凉感增加。吸湿纱线材料和导热纱线材料之间相互作用,持续产生凉感效果。而且,本发明所采用的纱线多为粘胶纤维、锦纶等常规的纤维材料,无需额外加工,因此制造出的面料性能稳定,不容易由于多次的水洗造成凉感下降。此外可供选用的纱线材料相对价格低廉,因此所制备出来的具有凉感的面料成本低。

具体实施方式
为了对本发明的技术特征、目的和有益效果有更加清楚地理解,现对本发明的技术方案进行以下详细说明,但不能理解为对本发明的可实施范围的限定。
实施例及对比例中的纱线的导热系数和公定回潮率如下表所示:

实施例1
本实施例提供了一种具有凉感功能的面料,其编制工艺如下所示:
如图1所示为添纱组织:
包括如下材料:纱支:天纱2:40S/1粘胶(紧密赛络纺),地纱1:70D/24F锦纶(全拉伸丝);
天纱2始终显露在织物的正面,地纱1始终显露在织物的反面。添纱组织的成圈过程与基本组织相同,但在编织添纱组织时,必须采用导纱器以便同时喂入地纱和天纱。编织条件是在垫纱和成圈过程中,必须保证使天纱2显露在织物正面,地纱1在织物反面,两者不能错位。
生产工艺流程如下:
(1)织胚:采用纬编大圆机编织纱支,制成胚布;
(2)胚布检验:将织出来的胚布进行检验,检验项目包括起横、破洞、折皱、异纤、漏针、勾丝;
(3)染色:加入染色剂对检验后的胚布进行染色,先用活性染料染天纱,染色温度60度,再用酸性染料染地纱,染色温度98℃;
(4)脱水:染色后的胚布进行脱水开幅烘干;
(5)成品定型:对完成脱水的胚布进行成品定型,定型温度150℃,成品定型过程中添加亲水性硅油。
成品面料规格:克重180g/m2,幅宽155cm,粘胶含量70%(重量份),锦纶含量30%(重量份)。
实施例2
本实施例提供了一种具有凉感功能的面料,其编制工艺如下所示:
非添纱组织;普通平纹结构;
排纱方法:1根纱线1+1根纱线2;
纱支:纱线1:40S/1粘胶(紧密赛络纺),纱线2:70D/24F锦纶(全拉伸丝);
生产工艺流程如下:
(1)织胚:采用纬编大圆机编织纱支,制成胚布;
(2)胚布检验:将织出来的胚布进行检验,检验项目包括起横、破洞、折皱、异纤、漏针、勾丝;
(3)染色:加入染色剂对检验后的胚布进行染色;
(4)脱水:染色后的胚布进行脱水开幅烘干;
(5)成品定型:对完成脱水的胚布进行成品定型,定型温度150℃,成品定型过程中添加亲水性硅油;
成品面料规格:克重150g/m2,幅宽155cm,粘胶含量70%(重量份),锦纶含量30%(重量份)。
实施例3
本实施例提供了一种具有凉感功能的面料,其编制工艺如下所示:
添纱组织,和实施例1的结构相同;
纱支:天纱2:40S/1粘胶(紧密赛络纺),地纱1:100D/24F锦纶(全拉伸丝);
生产工艺流程和实施例1的工艺流程相同;
成品面料规格:克重200g/m2,幅宽160cm,粘胶含量60%(重量份),锦纶含量40%(重量份)。
实施例4
本实施例提供了一种具有凉感功能的面料,其编制工艺如下所示:
添纱组织,和实施例1的结构相同;
纱支:天纱2:40S/1棉(环锭纺),地纱1:70D/36F涤纶(DTY低弹丝);
生产工艺流程和实施例1的工艺流程相同;
成品面料规格:克重180g/m2,幅宽155cm,棉含量70%(重量份),涤纶含量30%(重量份)。
实施例5
本实施例提供了一种具有凉感功能的面料,其编制工艺如下所示:
添纱组织,和实施例1的结构相同;
纱支:天纱2:40S/1粘胶(紧密赛络纺),地纱1:70D/24F锦纶(全拉伸丝);
生产工艺流程和实施例1的工艺流程区别在于没有在成品定型过程中添加亲水性硅油;
成品面料规格:克重180g/m2,幅宽155cm,粘胶含量70%(重量份),锦纶含量30%(重量份)。
对比例1
本对比例面料编织工艺及生产流程与实施例1相同,面料成品规格也相同,但是采用的纱线全部为40S/1粘胶(紧密赛络纺)。
对比例2
本对比例面料编织工艺及生产流程与实施例1相同,面料成品规格也相同,但是采用的纱线全部为70D/24F锦纶(全拉伸丝)。
对比例3
本对比例面料编织工艺及生产流程与实施例1相同,面料成品规格也相同,但是采用的纱线全部为涤纶,其公定回潮率为0.4%,导热系数0.084W/(m·K)。
对比例4
本对比例面料编织工艺及生产流程与实施例1相同,面料成品规格也相同,但是采用的吸湿纱线为羊毛,其公定回潮率为16%,导热系数0.052-0.055W/(m·K)。
对比例5
本对比例面料编织工艺及生产流程与实施例1相同,面料成品规格也相同,但是采用的导热纱线为腈纶,其公定回潮率为2%,导热系数为0.051W/(m·K)。
对比例6
本对比例面料编织工艺及生产流程与实施例1相同,面料成品规格也相同,但是区别在于采用的纱线为以锦纶纤维为主体并且添加云母制成的凉感功能纱线。
对比例7
本对比例面料编织工艺及生产流程与实施例1相同,面料成品规格也相同,但是区别在于采用的纱线均为锦纶纤维,并且使用木糖醇凉感整理剂通过浸渍最后的面料加工。
对上述实施例和对比例制得的面料进行测试,具体说明和方法如下:
凉感测试:Qmax测试方法,按照2018年7月1日实施的国家标准GB/T35263-2017《纺织品接触瞬间凉感性能的检测和评价》,标准中规定了纺织品与皮肤接触瞬间凉感性能的检测与评价方法,适用于各类织物及其制品。测试原理是在规定的试验环境条件下,将温度高于试样的热检测板与试样接触,测定热检测板温度随时间的变化,并计算其接触凉感系数(Qmax),由此可表征试样的接触瞬间凉感性能。而接触凉感系数Qmax是指将温度高于试样规定温差的热检测板以一定压力与试样接触,热检测板与试样接触后热量传递过程中热流密度的大值,单位以织物瞬间凉感热流量(W/cm2)来表示,Qmax数值越大表示皮肤感受到凉感程度越强,数值越小表示皮肤感受到凉感程度越弱。(ΔT=15℃)
整体凉感测试:通过5个测试人员试穿该面料制成的衣服根据整体凉感给出评分,取其平均分。
测试结果如下表所示,

备注:整体凉感是以1-5级依次凉感效果递增,具体:1级为无凉感,2级为稍有凉感,3级为良好的凉感,4级为舒适的凉感,5级为十分舒适的凉感
2017年最新出具的国家标准GBT35263-2017《纺织品接触瞬间凉感性能的检测和评价》中规定,在温差15℃情况下,Qmax在0.15以上,视为具有凉感效果。
从数据中可以看出,采用本方法生产的凉感功能面料,具有优良的凉感功能,具体表现为实施例中的面料在洗前和10次洗后的Qmax均为0.15以上,整体提高了面料的凉感舒适度。而且实施例相较于其他凉感面料的制备方法(对比例6-7)降低了生产的成本和缩短了生产流程,节约了资源,符合环保节能的趋势。
实施例和对比例的具体分析如下:
实施例1中,粘胶具有高的公定回潮率13%,锦纶具有高的导热系数0.244-0.337W/(m·K)。根据国际杂志《人造纤维》研究结果表明:人体皮肤表层水分在12%-15%时,皮肤舒适度最好,要保证人体皮肤12%-15%的水分,这就相应要求与人体皮肤接触的纺织纤维必须具备12%-15%的吸湿率。而且锦纶的公定回潮率为4.5%,和粘较相差8.5%,经试验证明,该差值下所制备的面料凉感效果极佳,整体凉感为5级。粘胶采用的是紧密赛络纺,紧密赛络纺得到的纱线毛羽比普通环锭纺的毛羽少、条干好,纱线光洁光滑,更加利于凉感的提升。锦纶用拉伸丝,锦纶是长丝,纤维纱线本身就比较光滑平整,又选用全拉伸丝经过拉伸后变直的牵伸丝,没有弯曲,就减少了让空气停留的空间,增大接触面积,增加了热传导能力,能够提升凉感。而且在成品定型过程中加入的柔软剂能够提高锦纶纱线材料的亲水性和吸湿性,更利于锦纶将吸收的水分传导给吸湿性好的粘胶纱线,水分传导的同时带走热量,增加了凉感效果,加入的柔软剂也能增加面料柔软光滑的手感,增加凉感效果。
实施例2中采用的是普通平纹结构,因此相对于添纱组织,实施例2的面料和皮肤的接触面积不及实施例1的面料,因此凉感效果不及实施例1,整体凉感为4级。
实施例3中的导热纱线的纱支比实施例1的稍粗,导热效果跟实施例1相比稍好,虽然整体凉感同为5级,但是Qmax的参数比实施例1的要稍高。
实施例4中,因为棉的吸湿性较粘胶低,导热纱线涤纶的导热性能较锦纶低,故整体凉感效果相较实施例1有所下降,整体凉感为3级。
实施例5中,没有加亲水硅油,锦纶的吸湿性没有进一步提升,虽然导热性能好,但是水分传递性能差,热量的传导效果不及实施例1,故凉感效果比实施例1稍差,整体凉感为4级。
对比例1中,单纯的吸湿材料粘胶的导热性能中等,面料传递热量的能力下降,对凉感产生较大的影响,故凉感效果明显下降,整体凉感为2级。
对比例2中,单纯的导热材料锦纶的吸湿性能一般,故凉感效果不及实施例1,整体凉感为2级。
对比例3中,涤纶的导热性能不及锦纶,且吸湿性能差,故凉感效果较差,整体凉感为2级。
对比例4中,羊毛纱线虽然吸湿性高,但是导热性太低,整体面料的凉感效果就不佳,洗前的整体凉感为3级,但是羊毛经过多次水洗后,凉感有所下降,整体凉感下降到2级。
对比例5中,腈纶纱线的导热性能差,吸湿性能也差,整体面料的凉感效果就不佳,其整体凉感等级为2。
对比例6中,导热纱线是以锦纶纤维为主体并且添加云母制成的凉感功能纱线,凉感功能跟实施例1相当,洗前的整体凉感为5级。但是生产成本较高。而且经过多次水洗后,凉感功能纱线的表面粘附不稳定的云母试剂也会有所脱落造成凉感的下降,整体凉感下降到4级。
对比例7,后整理时使用木糖醇凉感整理剂达到凉感功能,凉感功能效果较好,洗前的整体凉感为5级,但是经过洗水后或洗水次数增加,表面的木糖醇凉感整理剂被冲洗后,凉感功能减弱,整体凉感下降到3级。

Claims (9)

1.一种具有凉感功能的面料,其特征在于,包括第一面料层和第二面料层;
所述第一面料层由吸湿纱线材料交织而成;
所述第二面料层由导热纱线材料交织而成;
所述第一面料层和第二面料层通过第一面料层的吸湿纱线材料与第二面料层的导热纱线材料交织形成接结点而连接。
2.根据权利要求1所述的具有凉感功能的面料,其特征在于,
所述第一面料层和第二面料层通过第一面料层的吸湿纱线材料与第二面料层的导热纱线材料按添纱组织结构交织形成;
所述吸湿纱线材料按添纱组织交织而成天纱,所述导热纱线材料按添纱组织交织而成地纱。
3.根据权利要求1所述的具有凉感功能的面料,其特征在于,
所述吸湿纱线材料的公定回潮率为11%-13%。
4.根据权利要求1所述的具有凉感功能的面料,其特征在于,
所述导热纱线材料公定回潮率是4.5%,吸湿纱线材料的公定回潮率比导热纱线的公定回潮率高8.5%。
5.根据权利要求1所述的具有凉感功能的面料,其特征在于,
所述导热纱线材料的导热系数为0.244-0.33W/(m·K)。
6.根据权利要求1所述的具有凉感功能的面料,其特征在于,
所述吸湿纱线材料为人棉或再生纤维素纱线,纺纱方式为紧密赛络纺。
7.根据权利要求1所述的具有凉感功能的面料,其特征在于,
所述导热纱线材料为普通锦纶长丝,纺纱方式为全拉伸丝。
8.一种如权利要求1-7任一项所述的具有凉感功能的面料的制备方法,其特征在于,
包括如下工艺步骤:
(1)织胚:采用纬编大圆机将所述吸湿纱线材料和所述导热纱线材料编织,制成胚布;
(2)胚布检验:将织出来的胚布进行检验,检验项目包括起横、破洞、折皱、异纤、漏针、勾丝;
(3)染色:加入染色剂对检验后的胚布进行染色,染色温度60-100℃;
(4)脱水:染色后的胚布进行脱水开幅烘干;
(5)成品定型:对完成脱水的胚布进行成品定型,定型温度103-160℃。
9.根据权利要求8所述的制备方法,其特征在于,
所述成品定型过程中添加亲水性硅油。
