目前,动静液复合转向是履带车辆转向系统所采用的主要方案之一,动静液复合转向系统是实现履带车辆转向迅速性、平稳性、可靠性的保障,特别是对于大吨位的坦克装甲车辆。它的工作原理是履带车辆转向阻力增加时,液压泵马达压力增加到某一值时,偶合器介入工作,泵马达和偶合器复合提供转向扭矩,偶合器控制阀组联通泵马达的压力信号油管采用高压接头密封。传统的密封方法是采用知名品牌的标准高压铰接接头,其工作安全压力为40MPa,在泵马达的反复高压冲击之下,会出现麻点等现象,造成漏油隐患,。因此,需要研究一种新型的高压铰接密封方法。本专利的发明解决了这一问题。
发明内容
为了解决现有技术中所存在的上述不足,本发明提供一种多重防漏油的高压铰接密封机构。
本发明提供的技术方案是:一种多重防漏油的高压铰接密封机构,所述铰接为轴向垂直铰接,所述密封机构包括:壳体和设于所述壳体内的紧固件,
所述壳体的轴向上下两端分别设有与所述紧固件配合连接的防漏件和密封垫;
所述密封件和所述壳体间设有密封组件。
优选的,所述密封组件包括:密封件和在所述密封件上方设置的支撑所述密封件的支撑件。
优选的,所述壳体为由设有轴向通孔和径向通孔相互连通组成的T字形的空腔壳体。
优选的,所述轴向通孔的内壁设有放置所述密封组件的径向凹槽。
优选的,所述紧固件为一端设于所述壳体上端与所述防漏件连接,另一端设于所述壳体轴向通孔内的空心紧固件。
优选的,所述防漏件包括由重量份数计的下述组分制成:丁腈橡胶80份;60%PTFE聚四氟乙烯乳液:28份;氧化锌:5份;硬脂酸:3份;防老剂RD:3份;马来酸酐甲基丙烯酸盐3份;炭黑分散剂HQ:1.5份;补强剂:45份;DCP过氧化二异丙苯:4份;TAIC三烯丙基异氰脲酸酯3份。
优选的,所述密封垫包括由重量份数计的下述组分制成:氟橡胶65、聚四氟乙烯25、活性氧化镁5、超细氢氧化钙4、氢化聚丁二烯4、十溴联苯醚2、古马隆树脂11、防老剂RD1-2、促进剂DM1-2、促进剂M1-2、甘油三醋酸酯9、3-氨丙基三甲氧基硅烷2、炭黑N22020-25、N351炭黑32、改性凹凸棒土11;
所述改性凹凸棒土由下列重量份的原料制成:凹凸棒土22、粘土11、1,6-己二异氰酸酯5、二缩三丙二醇二丙烯酸酯2、纳米二氧化钛3、纳米二氧化硅2、氧化锌1、促进剂TMTD1-2、阳起石粉9、花椒籽油2。
优选的,所述密封件包括由重量份数计的下述组分制成:氯丁橡胶CR244290、轻质炭黑AB770 25、防老剂MB 3.5、过氧化二异丙苯1、苯基三乙氧基硅烷3.8、抗氧剂1035 2、改性铁矿尾砂5、癸二酸丙二醇聚酯1.2和平平加O 2.5。
优选的,所述支撑件包括由重量份数计的下述组分制成:丁苯橡胶90、高耐磨白炭黑29、2-硫醇基苯骈咪唑2.3、促进剂DTDM0.8、氨丙基三乙氧基硅烷6.0、间苯二酚2.3、改性粘土3.3、环氧大豆油0.5和木质素磺酸钠1。
优选的,所述壳体包括由重量份数计的下述组分制成:CR126:100份、氧化镁:5份、硬脂酸:2份、N-(1,3-二甲基丁基)-N′-苯基对苯二胺:2份、N-异丙基-N-苯基对苯二胺:3份、微晶蜡:2份、FS-12:2份、N-774炭黑:40份、N-330炭黑:70份、增塑剂TP-95:15份、古马隆树脂:10份、二硫化四甲基秋兰姆:2份、1,2-亚乙基硫脲:1份。
与最接近的现有技术相比,本发明提供的技术方案具有以下有益效果:
(1)本发明提供的技术方案,采用的防漏件、密封垫和密封组件,可以多重密封转向高压油,使其工作安全可靠,完美解决高压铰接漏油的隐患。
(2)本发明提供的技术方案,经过实物研制和台架试验验证,达到了预期的研究目的,使得综合传动装置泵马达高压信号油密封安全可靠,杜绝该处“跑冒滴漏”的风险。
(3)本发明提供的技术方案,采用的防漏件能提高材料的使用温度;PTFE的自润滑性,降低产品在使用中的摩擦力;使用寿命长,不会出现脆化和硬化的现象。
(4)本发明提供的技术方案,采用的支撑件以丁苯橡胶为主料,价格低廉,具有很好的耐热、耐老化性能,而且在原料中添加了改性粘土,可以增强橡胶密封圈的内部结合力,有效提高橡胶密封圈的抗拉伸、耐高温、金属粘结性和力学性能等。
(5)本发明提供的技术方案,采用的壳体,成本低,具有良好的硬度、弹性、拉伸强度等力学性能,同时其耐腐蚀性与耐磨性好,具有良好的耐臭氧性、耐高低温性和耐油脂性,使用寿命长。
(6)本发明提供的技术方案,采用的密封件以氯丁橡胶CR2442为主料,价格低廉,具有很好的耐油、耐热、耐臭氧性能,而且在原料中添加了改性铁矿尾砂,可以增强橡胶密封圈的内部结合力,有效提高橡胶密封圈的抗拉伸、耐油、耐热、金属粘结性和力学性能等。
(7)本发明提供的技术方案,采用的密封垫具有较低的压缩性变,保证长时间的密封性,强度高,耐磨性能好;其添加改性凹凸棒土,改善了胶料的工艺性能,使用环保型配合剂,减少其毒副作用和对环境的污染。

为了更好地理解本发明,下面结合附图对本发明的技术方案做进一步详细说明。
如图1所示,本发明提供的高压铰接密封机构,所述铰接为轴向垂直铰接,所述密封机构包括:壳体1和设于所述壳体内的紧固件2,所述壳体1的轴向上、下两端分别设有与所述紧固件2配合连接的防漏件3和密封垫6;紧固件2可采用空心螺栓,防漏件3可采用环形端面密封垫,密封垫6可采用组合密封垫;
所述紧固件和所述壳体间设有密封组件;
所述密封组件包括:密封件5和在所述密封件5上方设置的支撑所述密封件5的支撑件4;密封件5可采用O型密封圈,支撑件4可采用支撑与保护O型密封圈的挡圈;
所述壳体为由设有轴向通孔和径向通孔相互连通组成的T字形的空腔壳体;
所述轴向通孔的内壁设有放置所述密封组件的径向凹槽;
所述紧固件为一端设于所述壳体上端与所述防漏件连接,另一端设于所述壳体轴向通孔内的空心紧固件;
所述防漏件包括由重量份数计的下述组分制成:丁腈橡胶80份;60%PTFE聚四氟乙烯乳液:28份;氧化锌:5份;硬脂酸:3份;防老剂RD:3份;马来酸酐甲基丙烯酸盐3份;炭黑分散剂HQ:1.5份;补强剂:45份;DCP过氧化二异丙苯:4份;TAIC三烯丙基异氰脲酸酯3份;采用的防漏件能提高材料的使用温度;PTFE的自润滑性,降低产品在使用中的摩擦力;使用寿命长,不会出现脆化和硬化的现象;

1.一种多重防漏油的高压铰接密封机构,所述铰接为轴向垂直铰接,所述密封机构包括:壳体和设于所述壳体内的紧固件,其特征在于,
所述壳体的轴向上下两端分别设有与所述紧固件配合连接的防漏件和密封垫;
所述紧固件和所述壳体间设有密封组件。
2.如权利要求1所述的一种多重防漏油的高压铰接密封机构,其特征在于,
所述密封组件包括:密封件和在所述密封件上方设置的支撑所述密封件的支撑件。
3.如权利要求1所述的一种多重防漏油的高压铰接密封机构,其特征在于,
所述壳体为由设有轴向通孔和径向通孔相互连通组成的T字形的空腔壳体。
4.如权利要求2所述的一种多重防漏油的高压铰接密封机构,其特征在于,
所述轴向通孔的内壁设有放置所述密封组件的径向凹槽。
5.如权利要求1所述的一种多重防漏油的高压铰接密封机构,其特征在于,
所述紧固件为一端设于所述壳体上端与所述防漏件连接,另一端设于所述壳体轴向通孔内的空心紧固件。
6.如权利要求1所述的一种多重防漏油的高压铰接密封机构,其特征在于,
所述防漏件包括由重量份数计的下述组分制成:丁腈橡胶80份;60%PTFE聚四氟乙烯乳液:28份;氧化锌:5份;硬脂酸:3份;防老剂RD:3份;马来酸酐甲基丙烯酸盐3份;炭黑分散剂HQ:1.5份;补强剂:45份;DCP过氧化二异丙苯:4份;TAIC三烯丙基异氰脲酸酯3份。
7.如权利要求1所述的一种多重防漏油的高压铰接密封机构,其特征在于,

所述支撑件包括由重量份数计的下述组分制成:丁苯橡胶90、高耐磨白炭黑29、2-硫醇基苯骈咪唑2.3、促进剂DTDM0.8、氨丙基三乙氧基硅烷6.0、间苯二酚2.3、改性粘土3.3、环氧大豆油0.5和木质素磺酸钠1。
