本发明公开了一种耐高温橡胶管,涉及汽车配件技术领域,它由下列重量份数的原料制成:氟橡胶80~100份,芳纶纤维10~15份,热裂解炭黑30~40份,石墨粉5~8份,纳米活性碳酸钙5~8份,液体古马隆3~5份,氧化锌1~2份,硬脂酸0.5~1份,防老剂0.3~0.8份,胺类硫化剂2~4份,促进剂1~1.5份。本发明解决了现有汽车中冷器连接管存在耐高温性能差的问题。

技术领域
本发明涉及汽车配件技术领域,尤其是一种用于汽车中冷器的耐高温橡胶管。
背景技术
汽车中冷器是增压系统的重要组成部件,它通过连接管与发动机、涡轮增压器连通,用于提高发动机的换气效率。现有的中冷器连接管大多采用橡胶管,橡胶管在180℃的环境下长期使用,都能表现出较佳的使用性能,但是,随着发动机朝大功率和涡轮增压器高压缩比方向的发展,发动机系统及部分零配件工作使环境温度不断升高,对连接管的工作温度也提出了更高的要求,现有的中冷器连接管在这种温度超过250℃的环境下工作,容易出现过早老化,胶管表面出现开裂发粘等问题,导致使用寿命缩短。
发明内容
本发明的目的是提供一种耐高温橡胶管,这种密封条可以解决现有汽车中冷器连接管存在耐高温性能差的问题。
为了解决上述问题,本发明采用的技术方案是:这种耐高温橡胶管由下列重量份数的原料制成:氟橡胶80~100份,芳纶纤维10~15份,热裂解炭黑30~40份,石墨粉5~8份,纳米活性碳酸钙5~8份,液体古马隆3~5份,氧化锌1~2份,硬脂酸0.5~1份,防老剂0.3~0.8份,胺类硫化剂2~4份,促进剂1~1.5份。
上述耐高温橡胶管的技术方案中,更具体的技术方案还可以是:氟橡胶100份,芳纶纤维12份,热裂解炭黑38份,石墨粉6份,纳米活性碳酸钙6份,液体古马隆5份,氧化锌1份,硬脂酸0.8份,防老剂0.5份,胺类硫化剂3份,促进剂1.2份。
进一步的,氟橡胶为全氟醚橡胶或氟橡胶246。
进一步的,所述防老剂为2-硫醇基苯并咪唑。
进一步的,所述芳纶纤维的长度为1~3mm。
由于采用了上述技术方案,本发明与现有技术相比具有如下有益效果:能在250℃以上的条件下长久工作,使中冷器连接管能够满足高温工作环境的要求;氟橡胶的耐热温度高,加入芳纶纤维能增加其与橡胶的粘附强度,有效提高补强效果;纤维长度的限定有利于纤维均匀分散。

下面结合实施例对本发明作进一步详述:
实施例1
本实施例中的耐高温橡胶管由下列重量份数的原料制成:氟橡胶80份,芳纶纤维10份,热裂解炭黑40份,石墨粉8份,纳米活性碳酸钙5份,液体古马隆3份,氧化锌1.5份,硬脂酸0.5份,防老剂0.3份,胺类硫化剂2份,促进剂1份;其中,氟橡胶为氟橡胶246,防老剂为2-硫醇基苯并咪唑。
制备时,按上述重量份数称量原料,将氟橡胶加入密炼机进行塑炼,塑炼完成后,加入芳纶纤维、热裂解炭黑、石墨粉、纳米活性碳酸钙、液体古马隆、氧化锌、硬脂酸、防老剂的混合物混炼,排到开炼机上散热,薄通后,胶料下片;将混胶片放入模具中硫化,开模后得到所需制品。
该实施例制得的耐高温橡胶管的热空气老化(300℃,70h)测试性能如下:硬度变化8,拉伸强度变化12%,断裂伸长率12%。
实施例2
本实施例中的耐高温橡胶管由下列重量份数的原料制成:氟橡胶100份,芳纶纤维12份,热裂解炭黑38份,石墨粉6份,纳米活性碳酸钙6份,液体古马隆5份,氧化锌1份,硬脂酸0.8份,防老剂0.5份,胺类硫化剂3份,促进剂1.2份;其中,氟橡胶为全氟醚橡胶,防老剂为2-硫醇基苯并咪唑。
该实施例制得的耐高温橡胶管的热空气老化(300℃,70h)测试性能如下:硬度变化5,拉伸强度变化9%,断裂伸长率8%。
实施例3
本实施例中的耐高温橡胶管由下列重量份数的原料制成:氟橡胶90份,芳纶纤维15份,热裂解炭黑30份,石墨粉5份,纳米活性碳酸钙8份,液体古马隆4份,氧化锌2份,硬脂酸1份,防老剂0.8份,胺类硫化剂4份,促进剂1.5份;其中,氟橡胶为氟橡胶246,防老剂为2-硫醇基苯并咪唑。
该实施例制得的耐高温橡胶管的热空气老化(300℃,70h)测试性能如下:硬度变化3,拉伸强度变化11%,断裂伸长率10%。

1.一种耐高温橡胶管,其特征在于由下列重量份数的原料制成:氟橡胶80~100份,芳纶纤维10~15份,热裂解炭黑30~40份,石墨粉5~8份,纳米活性碳酸钙5~8份,液体古马隆3~5份,氧化锌1~2份,硬脂酸0.5~1份,防老剂0.3~0.8份,胺类硫化剂2~4份,促进剂1~1.5份。
2.根据权利要求1所述的耐高温橡胶管,其特征在于:氟橡胶100份,芳纶纤维12份,热裂解炭黑38份,石墨粉6份,纳米活性碳酸钙6份,液体古马隆5份,氧化锌1份,硬脂酸0.8份,防老剂0.5份,胺类硫化剂3份,促进剂1.2份。
3.根据权利要求1或2所述的耐高温橡胶管,其特征在于:氟橡胶为全氟醚橡胶或氟橡胶246。
4.根据权利要求1或2所述的耐高温橡胶管,其特征在于:所述防老剂为2-硫醇基苯并咪唑。
