Abstract

Description
技术领域
本发明涉及一种燃料箱,该燃料箱包括经由进口止回阀进入燃料箱的填充管开口,并且包括用于从燃料箱中排出燃料蒸汽的排气装置,并且还涉及相应的止回阀。
背景技术
用于车辆的燃料箱通常具有可使用的通气和排气,以便例如,在填充期间或在温度变化的情况下实现箱内部与周围环境的压力平衡。已知的系统为了这个目的采用一个或更多的阀门,即所谓翻转阀(Rollover Valve,ROV),其被布置成贯穿上部箱壁的不同位置。此外,ROV还具有在车辆翻覆的事故中封闭的特性,使得燃料不能经由阀门泄漏。使用ROV被认为是不利的,它们代表了显著的成本要素,并且它们贯穿了箱壁,也就是说,它们需要燃料箱的开口被密封。
发明内容
从此开始,本发明的目的是提供一种开始所述类型的燃料箱,其包括简单且划算地设计的排气装置。
提出的在权利要求1和权利要求4中所指出的特征的组合实现了这个目的。可以从从属权利要求得到本发明的优选实施例和改进。
根据本发明的排气装置拥有至少一个排气管线,该至少一个排气管线延伸至燃料箱的内部并且通过开口端通向位于燃料箱的上壁部的区域中的气体体积,其中,至少一个排气管线被引导成使得其在下壁部的区域中形成虹吸管,并且进口止回阀具有旁路连接,至少一个排气管线连接至该旁路连接。
在一个优选实施例中,设置有两个或更多的排气管线,这些排气管线的开口端被布置在上壁部的区域中使得在燃料箱的任何倾斜位置和任何填充液位中,至少一个排气管线通向气体体积。
通过阀门,尤其是球阀,被布置在至少一个排气管线的开口端,该阀门在燃料箱的正常位置时打开,并且在颠倒位置时关闭,可以实现排气装置在颠倒位置时气密性提升。
根据本发明的进口止回阀具有绕过进口止回阀的止回阀部件的旁路管线,并且布置在燃料箱中的至少一个排气管线可连接至该旁路管线,因此,该旁路管线流体连接至填充管。

具体实施方式
图1所示的燃料箱10具有已知的排气装置。它包括两个翻转阀(ROV)12,14,这两个翻转阀被布置在燃料箱10的上壁部中,并且通过管线16、18、20与填充管22连通,来自填充管22的燃料蒸汽通过管线24被供应至活性炭过滤器26并且从活性炭过滤器26到发动机。通过不是排气装置的一部分的常规的进口止回阀28,填充管通向燃料箱10。阀门12、14被布置成彼此远离,并且从而在箱的倾斜位置时,这些阀门中的至少一个阀门没有被流体覆盖(与图4,图7中所示情形相类似)。阀门12、14相对较远地伸入燃料箱10的内部。因为阀门12、14不能同时地被流体燃料覆盖,填充程序被截止阀30所中止。因此,燃料箱的容积不能被最优地利用。
图2示出了本发明的第一示例性实施例,相比图1所示的系统,其可以显著更具成本效益地实施。没有设置翻转阀,因此不需要在箱壁上开设相应的开口。替代地,设置了延伸进入箱内部的排气管线32,其开口端被布置为直接靠近上壳壁,并且其另一端在进口止回阀34处被连接至旁路管线。因此排气口也在此与填充管22连通。它大致被布置在燃料箱10的中间,使得稍微倾斜的位置不会干扰通气功能。由于排气管线32,其向上远远延伸至箱壁,燃料箱也可被填充至更高的液位,并且因此相对于图1所示的情形提升了箱容积的使用。以弧线36引导排气管线32,从而在燃料箱10的下壁部附近形成虹吸管。
图3对应于图2,其中设置了两条排气管线38、40,然而,这两条排气管线的开口端被布置成与图1中的翻转阀12,14大体相似。这确保了在倾斜位置,如图4所示,至少一个通气线路通向气体体积。像排气管线32一样,也在下壳壁区域以弧线引导排气管线38、40。
在图5中,图3和图4所示的燃料箱处于颠倒位置。排气管线38、40的弧线42、44伸出超过流体液位并且防止由于封闭在其中的燃料蒸汽导致流体燃料经由排气管线排出。不能阻止非常少量的流体燃料经由管线38、0进入填充管22;然而,由于管线24的连接处远离填充管22的末端,即,在管线24的连接处与填充管22的末端之间提供一定的容积,确保没有流体燃料可以经由管线24进入活性炭过滤器,这在任何情况下都应避免。因此,位于填充管22的末端区域中的上述容积具有流体分离器的功能。图6对应于图5,然而,在图6中球阀46、48被布置在排气管线38、40的自由端,球阀46、48在上下颠倒位置时关闭并且因此确保改进的压力保持功能。
图7和图8示出了另一个示例性实施例,其包括两条排气管线50、52,这两条排气管线50、52被引导使得既在燃料箱10的下壁部的区域也在燃料箱10的上壁部的区域形成弧线54、56、58、60。上弧线58、60位于各自的其他排气管线50、52的开口端附近,因此它们在倾斜的位置时处于流体液位上方并且阻止流体经由之后被浸没的开口端流出。
图9示出了进口止回阀34,其具有用于连接至填充管22的连接部分64,以及在填充期间朝向箱内部打开的弹簧止回阀部件或阀瓣66。此外,该阀门拥有绕过止回阀瓣的旁路管线68,旁路管线68具有用于至少一个排气管线的连接接头,旁路管线经由连接接头与入口管流体连通。
Claims (4)
1.一种燃料箱(10),包括经由进口止回阀(34)通向所述燃料箱(10)的填充管(22),并且包括用于从所述燃料箱(10)中排出燃料蒸汽的排气装置,其特征在于所述排气装置具有至少一条排气管线(32;38,40;50,52),所述至少一条排气管线(32;38,40;50,52)延伸至所述燃料箱(10)的内部并且通过开口端通向位于所述燃料箱(10)的上壁部的区域中的气体体积,其中所述至少一条排气管线(32;38,40;50,52)被引导成使得其在下壁部的区域中形成虹吸管,并且所述进口止回阀(34)具有旁路连接(68),所述至少一条所述排气管线(32;38,40;50,52)被连接至所述旁路连接(68)。
2.根据权利要求1中所述燃料箱(10),其特征在于,设置了至少两条排气管线(32;38,40;50,52),所述至少两条排气管线(32;38,40;50,52)的开口端被布置在所述上壁部的区域中使得在所述燃料箱(10)的任何倾斜位置和任何填充液位中,所述至少两条排气管线中的至少一条排气管线(32;38,40;50,52)通向气体体积。
3.根据权利要求1或2中所述的燃料箱(10),其特征在于,阀门,尤其是球阀(46,48),被布置在所述至少一个排气管线(32;38,40;50,52)的开口端,所述阀门在所述燃料箱(10)的正常位置时打开,并且在颠倒位置时关闭。
