技术范围
本公开涉及一种用于车辆的液压储油器组件。
背景技术
诸如拖拉机之类的多用途车辆包括主液压储油器和至少一个副储油器。在当前生产的拖拉机上,副储油器具有后连通回到主储油器上端的空气通风管。通过这样一种布置,当被牵引的工具(诸如具有卸料油缸的货车)被连接到拖拉机液压系统时,油将从主储油器中抽出。在这种情况下,主储油器油位将一直低于副储油器油位,并且当未使用的油留在副储油器中时,主储油器可以被排空。如果主储油器油位变得太低,则不再有油可以被供给卸料油缸,并且额外的未使用的油将留在副储油器中。
以前,EH阀和额外的泵已经被用于确保来自副储油器的最大量的油被使用。然而,这种组件是昂贵的并需要控制软件和线束整合,并且将在拖拉机上施加额外的液压负荷。
发明内容
根据本公开的一个方面,车辆液压储油器组件包括主储油器和一对副储油器。主储油器具有下部和上部。第一副储油器具有下部和上部。第一副储油器具有形成在其上部中的第一排气孔。第一副储油器的下部与主储油器的下部连通。另一副储油器具有下部和上部。另一副储油器具有形成在其上部中的另一排气孔。另一副储油器的下部也与主储油器的下部连通。第一通气口与大气连通。第一通气管将第一个通气孔与通气口连通。另一通气口也与大气连通,并且另通气管将另一通气孔与另一通气口连通。通气口使副储油器在主储油器之前排空,以便可以利用所有可获得的油。

具体实施方式
参照图1和图2,车辆差速箱10围住主液压储油器12。左和右副储油器14和16被安装在车辆差速箱10的外侧和相对应的左和右内轴套18和20的下方。
如图1和3所示,主通气孔17被形成在主储油器12的上部中。主通气管道19具有连通主排气孔17的第一端21,并且主通气管道19从第一端21延伸到第二端23。第二端23可以被连接到另一车辆构件,诸如变速箱壳体(未示出),该另一车辆构件具有其自身的通气孔(未示出)。主通气管道19对于从中流过的空气具有第一阻力。
如图3所示,左副储油器14的下部通过管26和通道28连接到主储油器12的下部24,其中通道28延伸穿过差速箱10的壳体30的左下侧。左副储油器16的下部通过管道32和延伸穿过差速箱10的外壳30的右下侧的通道(未示出)与主储油器12的下部24连通。
参照图1和图2,孔口或通气孔34形成于左副储油器14的上部中。左通气管36将通气孔34连通到与大气连通的通气口38。
如图4和图6所示,右副储油器16围住了一个腔,该腔具有通过下腔19与第二上腔17连通的第一上腔15。通气孔40形成于腔15的上部中。通气孔42和44形成于腔17的上部中。通气管46将通气孔40连接到通气孔42。右通气管48将通气孔44连通到与大气连通的通气口50。
现在参照图5,通气口38和50具有帽52,帽52具有将通气管36和48的内部与大气连通的通气孔54。在主储油器10被排空之前,通气口38和50允许主储油器10将所有的油从副储油器14和16中吸出。这使得更多量的油可以被取出,诸如转移到远程油缸,而不改变主储油器和副储油器的尺寸或形状。使用额外的通气孔仅增加了最低的成本和复杂性,同时使副储油器的全部油量变得可利用。
通气管道19比通气管36或通气管48长,并且因此具有比通气管36或通气管48的气流阻力更大的气流阻力。因此,副储油器14和16将比主储油器12更快地释放流体。通过将通气管道19制作得比通气管36或通气管48更长,或通过将通气管道19制作成具有比通气管36或通气管48的直径更小的直径,通气管道19的气流阻力可以被变得比通气管36或通气管48的气流阻力更大。

Claims (9)

主通气管道,该主通气管道具有与主通气孔连通的第一端,所述主通气管道延伸远离第一端,所述主通气管道对于从中流过的气流具有第一阻力,所述主通气管道全部位于所述差速箱的外部;
副储油器,该副储油器被安装在差速箱的外侧且与所述差速箱隔开且与轴套相邻,所述副储油器具有下部和上部,所述副储油器的下部与主储油器的下部连通;
副通气孔,其形成在所述副储油器的上表面中;
通气口,该通气口与大气连通并且与围住所述副储油器的壳体隔开;和
通气管,所述通气管将副通气孔与通气口连通,所述通气管对于从中流过的气流具有第二阻力,所述第一阻力大于第二阻力,使得副储油器将比主储油器更快地释放流体,所述通气管全部位于所述差速箱的外部。
2.根据权利要求1所述的储油器组件,其中:
一通道将副储油器的下部连接到主储油器的下部。
3.根据权利要求1所述的储油器组件,其中:
副储油器围绕一个腔,该腔具有通过下腔与第二上腔连通的第一上腔;
第一通气孔与第一上腔的上部连通;
第二通气孔与第二上腔的上部连通;并且
通气管将第一通气孔与第二通气孔连通。
4.根据权利要求1所述的储油器组件,其中:
所述主储油器被差速器壳体围住。
5.一种车辆液压储油器组件,包括:
主储油器,该主储油器由车辆差速箱围住且具有下部和上部;
主通气孔,其形成在差速箱的上表面中;

通气口,所述通气口与大气连通并且与围住所述副储油器的壳体隔开;和
通气管,所述通气管将副通气孔与通气口连通,所述主通气管道比通气管长,使得流过主通气管道的气流的阻力大于流过通气管的气流的阻力,并且使得副储油器将比主储油器更快地释放油,所述通气管全部位于所述差速箱的外部。
6.根据权利要求5所述的液压储油器组件,其中:
所述主储油器被差速器壳体围住。
7.根据权利要求5所述的液压储油器组件,还包括:
另一副储油器,该另一副储油器具有下部和上部,该另一副储油器具有形成在其上部中的另一通气孔,该另一副储油器的下部与主储油器的下部连通;
另一通气口,所述另一通气口与大气连通;和
另一通气管,所述另一通气管将所述另一通气孔与另一通气口连通。
8.一种车辆液压储油器组件,包括:
差速器壳体,所述差速器壳体围住主储油器,
主通气孔,其形成在差速器壳体的上表面中;
主通气管道,所述主通气管道具有与主通气孔连通的第一端,所述主通气管道延伸远离第一端,所述主通气管道对从中流过的气流具有第一阻力,所述主通气管道全部位于所述差速器壳体的外部;
副储油器,所述副储油器被安装在差速器壳体的外侧且与所述差速器壳体隔开且与轴套相邻;
副通气孔,其形成在所述副储油器的上表面中,
通道,所述通道将副储油器与主储油器连通;
通气口,所述通气口与大气连通并且与围住所述副储油器的壳体隔开;和
通气管,所述通气管将副通气孔与通气口连通,所述主通气管道比所述通气管长,使得流过所述主通气管道的气流的阻力大于流过所述通气管的气流的阻力,并且使得副储油器将比主储油器更快地释放油,所述通气管全部位于所述差速器壳体的外部。
9.一种车辆液压储油器组件,包括:

第一通气口,所述第一通气口与大气连通并且与围住所述第一副储油器的壳体隔开;
第一通气管,所述第一通气管将第一通气孔与第一通气口连通,所述第一通气管全部位于所述差速器壳体的外部;
另一通气口,所述另一通气口与大气连通并且与围住所述另一副储油器的壳体隔开;和
