现有网版的网布大多是用同种材质的经线、纬线编织而成,单种材质的网布局限了网版的机械性能。且现有网版的可印刷区域会形成网结,网结会影响印刷质量。

本发明的目的在于提供一种网版制备工艺,其网布由至少两种经线和至少一种纬线组成,可提高网版的机械性能;且制备过程中去除可印刷区域中的特定经线和/或特定纬线,以消除可印刷区域中的网结,可提高印刷质量。
为实现上述目的,本发明的技术方案是设计一种网版制备工艺,包括如下步骤:
1)制备网布;所述网布包括多条经线以及多条纬线;所述多条经线由至少两种经线组成;所述多条纬线由至少一种纬线组成;
2)网布裁切,将网布裁切至预定形状;
3)张网;
4)使用脱脂剂去除网版油脂并洗净网版;
5)对洗净后的网版进行乳剂涂布;
6)对乳剂涂布后的网版进行晒版和显影,在网版上形成可印刷区域;
7)去除可印刷区域中的特定经线和/或特定纬线;
8)再次使用脱脂剂去除网版油脂并洗净网版;
9)再次对洗净后的网版进行乳剂涂布;
10)再次对乳剂涂布后的网版进行晒版和显影。
优选的,步骤3)中,张网时使用CCD进行对位,让网张直。
优选的,步骤5)和步骤9)中,乳剂涂布的方式为贴膜或手工涂布。
优选的,步骤6)和步骤10)中,晒版时,使用放大镜进行对位。
优选的,步骤7)中,通过激光、蚀刻或电解来去除可印刷区域中的特定经线和/或特定纬线。
优选的,步骤7)中,使用蚀刻液去除可印刷区域中的特定经线和/或特定纬线。
优选的,步骤1)中,所述多条经线由两种经线组成:第一材质经线和第二材质经线;所述多条纬线由两种纬线组成:第一材质纬线和第二材质纬线;其中,第二材质经线与第二材质纬线的材质相同。
优选的,步骤7)中,使用蚀刻液去除可印刷区域中的第一材质纬线、第二材质经线和第二材质纬线。
优选的,按重量份计,所述第一材质经线由以下组分组成:
6.4份聚砜树脂,
7.2份尿醛三聚氰胺树脂,
9.8份异丁醇醚化脲醛树脂,
2.8份巯丙基甲基二甲氧基硅烷,
1.4份纳米碳化硅,
2.5份2-磷酸基-1,2,4-三羧酸丁烷,
0.9份薯莨渣提取物,
2.3份氟钛酸铵,
1.4份磺基琥珀酸二异辛脂钠,
3.4份N-甲基吡咯烷酮,
1.2份NSJF-11B胶粉,
4.7份丁酸二甲基苄基原酯,
2.7份2,2,4-三甲基-1,3-戊二醇单异丁酸酯,
1.1份N-乙烯基咔唑;
按重量份计,所述第一材质纬线由以下组分组成:
7.6份聚乙烯醇缩丁醛树脂,
8.7份双季戊四醇,
4.3份过氧化二异丙苯,
3.8份聚乙烯醇,
2.4份兰精粘胶,
1.9份三羟甲基丙烷,
2.7份丙烯酸-2-乙基己酯,
1.3份乙酰丙酮钛,
2.5份己基癸醇,
1.9份瓜尔豆胶;
按重量份计,所述第二材质经线由以下组分组成:
8.5份聚醋酸乙烯脂,
4.1份过氧化苯甲酰,
5.7份癸二酸二丁酯,
0.9份绢云母粉,
1.1份提纯凹凸棒石粘土,
3.2份甘油三脂肪酸酯,
2.8份氢化聚异丁烯,
1.2份硫酸氧钛,
2.3份聚丙烯酸钠,
0.6份瓷化钙粉。
优选的,按重量份计,所述蚀刻液由以下组分组成:
6.8份氨基磺酸,
1.7份4-(2-壬酰氧基乙氧基羰基氧基)苯磺酸钠,
2.5份肌醇六磷酸酯,
1.9份琥珀酸酯,
2.2份二壬葵基磺酸钡,
3.6份油酸三乙醇胺皂,
1.7份2-氨乙基十七烯基咪唑啉,
2.1份N-苯基-2-萘胺,
4.5份乙二胺四乙酸盐,
2.2份乙二胺二邻羟苯基大乙酸钠,
4.3份六偏磷酸钠,
9.8份聚丙二醇,
4.1份聚乙烯吡咯烷酮,
3.1份顺丁烯二酸二异辛酯磺酸盐,
2.4份氨基三甲叉膦酸,
3.7份蛋氨酸,
4.5份冰醋酸,
1.2份纤维素复合酶。
1.7份氩溴酸钠。
本发明的优点和有益效果在于:提供一种网版制备工艺,其网布由至少两种经线和至少一种纬线组成,可提高网版的机械性能;且制备过程中去除可印刷区域中的特定经线和/或特定纬线,以消除可印刷区域中的网结,可提高印刷质量。
第一材质经线由特定的组分配比制成,第一材质经线具有耐腐蚀、耐摩擦、抗氧化、抗静电、抗菌等性能,且第一材质经线不会被蚀刻液腐蚀消除。
第一材质纬线由特定的组分配比制成,第一材质纬线具有耐腐蚀、耐摩擦、抗氧化、抗静电、抗菌等性能,且第一材质纬线易于被蚀刻液消除。
第二材质经线和第二材质纬线由特定的组分配比制成,第二材质经线和第二材质纬线具有耐腐蚀、耐摩擦、抗氧化、抗静电、抗菌等性能,且第二材质经线和第二材质纬线易于被蚀刻液消除。
蚀刻液由特定的组分配比制成,蚀刻液易于将第一材质纬、第二材质经线和第二材质纬线腐蚀消除。
具体实施方式
下面结合实施例,对本发明的具体实施方式作进一步描述。以下实施例仅用于更加清楚地说明本发明的技术方案,而不能以此来限制本发明的保护范围。
本发明具体实施的技术方案是:
实施例1
一种网版制备工艺,包括如下步骤:
1)制备网布;所述网布包括多条经线以及多条纬线;所述多条经线由至少两种经线组成;所述多条纬线由至少一种纬线组成;
2)网布裁切,将网布裁切至预定形状;
3)张网,张网时使用CCD进行对位,让网张直;
4)使用脱脂剂去除网版油脂并洗净网版;
5)对洗净后的网版进行乳剂涂布;乳剂涂布的方式为贴膜或手工涂布;
6)对乳剂涂布后的网版进行晒版和显影,在网版上形成可印刷区域;晒版时,使用放大镜进行对位;
7)通过激光、蚀刻或电解来去除可印刷区域中的特定经线和/或特定纬线;
8)再次使用脱脂剂去除网版油脂并洗净网版;
9)再次对洗净后的网版进行乳剂涂布;乳剂涂布的方式为贴膜或手工涂布;
10)再次对乳剂涂布后的网版进行晒版和显影;晒版时,使用放大镜进行对位。
实施例2
一种网版制备工艺,包括如下步骤:
1)制备网布;所述网布包括多条经线以及多条纬线;所述多条经线由两种经线组成:第一材质经线和第二材质经线;所述多条纬线由两种纬线组成:第一材质纬线和第二材质纬线;其中,第二材质经线与第二材质纬线的材质相同;
2)网布裁切,将网布裁切至预定形状;
3)张网,张网时使用CCD进行对位,让网张直;
4)使用脱脂剂去除网版油脂并洗净网版;
5)对洗净后的网版进行乳剂涂布;乳剂涂布的方式为贴膜或手工涂布;
6)对乳剂涂布后的网版进行晒版和显影,在网版上形成可印刷区域;晒版时,使用放大镜进行对位;
7)使用蚀刻液去除可印刷区域中的第一材质纬线、第二材质经线和第二材质纬线;
8)再次使用脱脂剂去除网版油脂并洗净网版;
9)再次对洗净后的网版进行乳剂涂布;乳剂涂布的方式为贴膜或手工涂布;
10)再次对乳剂涂布后的网版进行晒版和显影;晒版时,使用放大镜进行对位;

9.8份异丁醇醚化脲醛树脂,

Claims (1)
1.网版制备工艺,其特征在于,包括如下步骤:
1)制备网布;所述网布包括多条经线以及多条纬线;
所述多条经线由两种经线组成:第一材质经线和第二材质经线;
所述多条纬线由两种纬线组成:第一材质纬线和第二材质纬线;其中,第二材质经线与第二材质纬线的材质相同;
2)网布裁切,将网布裁切至预定形状;
3)张网:张网时使用CCD进行对位,让网张直;
4)使用脱脂剂去除网版油脂并洗净网版;
5)对洗净后的网版进行乳剂涂布,乳剂涂布的方式为贴膜或手工涂布;
6)对乳剂涂布后的网版进行晒版和显影,在网版上形成可印刷区域;晒版时,使用放大镜进行对位;
7)使用蚀刻液去除可印刷区域中的第一材质纬线、第二材质经线和第二材质纬线;
8)再次使用脱脂剂去除网版油脂并洗净网版;
9)再次对洗净后的网版进行乳剂涂布,乳剂涂布的方式为贴膜或手工涂布;
10)再次对乳剂涂布后的网版进行晒版和显影;晒版时,使用放大镜进行对位;
