技术领域
本发明涉及一种化妆品及其制造方法,更详细而言,涉及一种具有粉末化妆料的化妆品。
背景技术
粉底、眼影、腮红、粉饼等粉末化妆料具有如下各种形态:将含有粉体及应需要含有油分的干粉或者将它们和溶剂混匀而得到的浆料填充于容器中,经冲压成型、干燥而成为产品的化妆品或不经冲压成型而填充于容器并以散粉状作为产品等。
为了提高良好的外观等视觉上的价值,对于这种粉末化妆料,有时对化妆料的容器形状或化妆料本身下功夫。作为对化妆料本身的研究,例如考虑利用将无纺织布等基底材料成型为立体形状的保持体来保持粉末化妆料。作为使粉末化妆料保持于保持体的方法,提出有将保持体浸渍于制成浆状的粉末化妆料中并进行干燥的方法、向保持体喷射粉末化妆料浆料并进行干燥的方法(例如,下述专利文献1)。

然而,以往的粉末化妆料容易从保持体剥落,对保持体的附着性不够充分。而为了提高附着性而大量含有油分的粉末化妆料往往容易在保持体上产生颜色不均而影响外观和使用性或降低获取性和使用感。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种具有对保持体的附着性充分、颜色不均的产生得到充分抑制并且易获取性及使用感优异的粉末化妆料的化妆品及其制造方法。
为了解决上述课题,本发明提供如下化妆品,其具备:保持体;及设置于该保持体上的粉末化妆料层,粉末化妆料层含有(A)在25℃下为液体或膏状的水溶性成分、(B)粉体及(C)水溶性增稠剂。
本发明所涉及的化妆品能够具有充分附着于保持体、颜色不均的产生得到充分抑制且易获取性及使用感优异的化妆料层。作为可获得这种效果的理由,可举出作为粉末化妆料层中所含的成分,组合使用上述特定的(A)成分、(B)成分及(C)成分,由此可获得获取性和使用感优异的粉末化妆料层,并且在将保持体浸渍于将这种层做成浆状而成的粉末化妆料来形成时,能够制备出粉末成分不易沉淀且低粘度的浆料,所形成的粉末化妆料层能够均匀且充分地附着于保持体。
本发明还提供一种化妆品的制造方法,该化妆品的制造方法具备如下工序:使浆料附着于保持体的工序,所述浆料含有(A)在25℃下为液体或膏状的水溶性成分、(B)粉体、(C)水溶性增稠剂及水;及,从附着于保持体的浆料中除去一部分或所有水,从而形成粉末化妆料层的工序,所述粉末化妆料层含有水溶性成分、水溶性增稠剂及粉体。
根据本发明所涉及的化妆品的制造方法,即使含有上述特定的(A)成分、(B)成分、(C)成分以及水的浆料为低粘度,粉末成分也不易沉淀且稳定性优异,因此能够在保持体上均匀且以充分的附着性设置粉末化妆料层,所形成的粉末化妆料层的颜色不均得到充分抑制,因此可成为获取性和使用感优异的化妆品。
根据本发明,能够提供一种具有对保持体的附着性充分、颜色不均的产生得到充分抑制并且易获取性及使用感优异的粉末化妆料的化妆品及其制造方法。
具体实施方式
本实施方式所涉及的化妆品具备保持体及设置于保持体上的粉末化妆料层。
应予说明,在本发明中,粉末化妆料层并不限定于与保持体之间具有明确的界限的粉末化妆料层,还包括以浸渗于保持体的状态设置的粉末化妆料层。并且,对于粉末化妆料层的形状没有特别限定,能够进行各种变更。
保持体优选由亲水性的材料形成。并且,保持体优选含有具有极性基团的有机化合物。具体而言,例如可举出纤维素、蛋白质、聚酯、聚酰胺、丙烯酸、聚氨酯等材料。
保持体能够由上述材料制的薄膜、纺织品、发泡体、无纺织布等形成。
从粉末化妆料的易获取性的观点考虑,保持体优选由薄膜、纺织品、发泡体形成。这些保持体也因不易在使用中产生纤维的起毛和纤维的剥落这一点而优选。
从与粉末化妆料层的粘附性的观点考虑,优选保持体相对于水的接触角为90°以下,更优选为10°以下。应予说明,相对于水的接触角是指通过以下方法测定的值。并且,水渗入保持体时,视为0°。
(接触角的测定方法)
首先,向保持体表面滴下水滴,用照相机从正侧方对其进行拍摄而获取图像。根据该图像分析液滴的轮廓形状,计算出接触角。
也可以对保持体的表面实施有火焰处理、电晕放电处理、等离子体处理、二氧化硅处理、静电植绒加工等亲水加工。
保持体的形状能够根据化妆品的用途适当设定。例如可以设为半球、圆锥、圆锥台、角锥、角锥台等立体形状;花瓣、果实、叶子等植物或其一部分;贝壳、宝石、星形、心形等形状;眼皮、眼部、嘴唇、脸颊等保持化妆品的部分的形状。这些形状例如能够通过对片状的基底材料进行立体成型来制成。立体成型的方法取决于基底材料的材质,例如可举出热压、真空成型、折叠加工等。
粉末化妆料层含有(A)在25℃下为液体或膏状的水溶性成分(以下有时称为(A)成分)、(B)粉体(以下有时称为(B)成分)及(C)水溶性增稠剂(以下有时称为(C)成分)。
<(A)成分>
作为在25℃下为液体或膏状的水溶性成分,可举出多元醇、高HLB表面活性剂及水溶性油剂。它们能够单独使用1种或组合2种以上来使用。
作为多元醇,可举出1,3-丁二醇、甘油、丙二醇、二丙二醇、聚乙二醇、戊二醇(pentanediol)、己二醇、戊二醇(pentylene glycol)、辛乙二醇、乙基己基甘油等。
作为高HLB表面活性剂,可举出聚甘油脂肪酸酯、脂肪酸聚乙二醇、聚氧乙烯甘油醚脂肪酸酯、聚氧乙烯氢化蓖麻油、聚醚改性硅。
从抑制粉末化妆料层的颜色不均、提高化妆持久度及使用感的观点考虑,高HLB表面活性剂优选为HLB为10~19的表面活性剂。作为这种表面活性剂,例如可举出PEG-30甘油异硬脂酸酯(HLB15)、PEG-10甘油异硬脂酸酯(HLB10)、聚甘油-10二油酸酯(HLB11)、PEG-60氢化蓖麻油三异硬脂酸酯(HLB10)、PEG-11甲醚聚二甲基硅氧烷(HLB14.5)、PEG-9聚二甲基硅氧烷(HLB10)等。
作为水溶性油剂,能够使用具有羟基和/或醚键的水溶性的油剂。当水溶性油剂具有羟基时,优选作为甘油骨架而含有羟基。当水溶性油剂具有醚键时,优选作为聚乙二醇骨架而含有醚键。
作为水溶性油剂,例如可举出聚丁二醇-3PEG/PPG-8/5甘油、聚甘油-10(二十碳二酸酯/十四碳二酸酯)、聚氧丁烯聚氧乙烯聚氧丙烯甲基葡萄糖苷、双-二乙氧基二甘醇环己烷-1,4-二羧酸酯、甲基葡糖醇聚醚等。
水溶性成分在25℃下的粘度优选为40mPa·s~4000000mPa·s,更优选为40mPa·s~50000mPa·s,进一步优选为40mPa·s~3000mPa·s。在此,粘度是指用B型旋转粘度计测定的值。
粉末化妆料层中的(A)成分的含量以粉末化妆料层总量为基准,优选为1~30质量%,更优选为1~20质量%。若(A)成分的含量为1质量%以上,则容易提高粉末化妆料层的附着性、对颜色不均的抑制、化妆持久度,若为30质量%以下,则容易提高粉末化妆料层的易获取性及使用感。
<(B)成分>
作为粉体,通常只要是用于化妆料的粉体,则能够不受特别限制地使用。粉体的形状也没有特别限定,可以为球状、板状、针状等形状,也可以具有不规则形状、烟雾状、微粒、颜料级的粒径、多孔、无孔等粒子结构。粉体能够单独使用1种或组合2种以上来使用。
作为粉体,例如可举出氧化钛、亚铁氰化铁、群青类、氧化铁红、氧化铁黄、氧化铁黑、氧化锌、氧化铝、二氧化硅、氧化镁、氧化锆、碳酸镁、碳酸钙、氧化铬、氢氧化铝镁、云母、合成云母、绢云母、滑石、高岭土、碳化硅、硫酸钡、氮化硅、氯化氧铋、氧化钛涂覆云母、氧化铁涂覆云母、氧化铁涂覆云母钛、有机颜料涂覆云母钛、氧化钛涂覆合成云母、氧化铁涂覆合成云母、氧化钛涂覆玻璃粉末、氧化钛氧化铁涂覆玻璃粉末、铝粉等闪光粉体类、尼龙粉、聚甲基丙烯酸甲酯粉、交联型聚甲基丙烯酸甲酯粉、丙烯腈-甲基丙烯酸共聚物粉、偏二氯乙烯-甲基丙烯酸共聚物粉、聚乙烯粉、聚苯乙烯粉、有机聚硅氧烷弹性体粉、聚甲基硅倍半氧烷粉、聚氨酯粉、羊毛粉、蚕丝粉、结晶纤维素粉、N-酰基赖氨酸粉等有机粉体类、有机焦油系颜料、有机色素的色淀颜料等色素粉体类、微粒氧化钛涂覆云母钛、硫酸钡涂覆云母钛、含氧化钛的二氧化硅、含氧化锌的二氧化硅等复合粉体、硬脂酸镁、十四烷酸锌、硬脂酸铝、硬脂酸钙等金属皂。
在本实施方式中,从获取性、使用感的观点考虑,粉末化妆料层优选含有球状粉体。作为球状粉体,可举出二氧化硅粉体、尼龙粉、聚氨酯粉、聚甲基丙烯酸甲酯粉等。
粉末化妆料层中的球状粉体的含量以粉末化妆料层总量为基准,优选为1~30质量%,更优选为1~25质量%。若球状粉体的含量为1质量%以上,则容易提高粉末化妆料层的易获取性及使用感,若为30质量%以下,则容易提高粉末化妆料层的附着性。
粉末化妆料层中的(B)成分的总含量以粉末化妆料层总量为基准,优选为55~98.9质量%,更优选为70~98.9质量%。
<(C)成分>
作为水溶性增稠剂,可举出粘土矿物、多糖类、丙烯酸系增稠剂。它们能够单独使用1种或组合2种以上来使用。
作为粘土矿物,可举出硅酸(Al/Mg)、膨润土、蒙皂石(smectite)、蒙脱石(montmorillonite)、水辉石、硅酸(Na/Mg)、改性膨润土、合成水辉石等。
作为多糖类,可举出黄原胶、纤维素胶、刺槐豆胶、瓜尔胶、卡拉胶、结冷胶、淀粉、糊精、海藻酸等。
作为丙烯酸系增稠剂,可举出卡波姆、(丙烯酸羟乙酯/丙烯酰基二甲基牛磺酸钠)共聚物、聚丙烯酸、聚丙烯酸钠、交联型聚丙烯酸、交联型聚丙烯酸钠、丙烯酸/甲基丙烯酸烷基共聚物、聚丙烯酰胺等。
从容易提高粉末化妆料层的易获取性及使用感的观点考虑,(C)成分优选为粘土矿物、丙烯酸系增稠剂或黄原胶。
粉末化妆料层中的(C)成分的含量以粉末化妆料层总量为基准,优选为0.1~10质量%,更优选为0.1~5质量%。若(C)成分的含量为0.1质量%以上,则容易提高粉末化妆料层的附着性、对颜色不均的抑制及化妆持久度,若为10质量%以下,则容易提高粉末化妆料层的易获取性及使用感。
在粉末化妆料层中也可以含有上述(A)成分、(B)成分及(C)成分以外的添加成分。
作为添加成分,在不损害本发明效果的范围内可任意添加例如油剂、硅酮类、表面活性剂、乳化剂、高级醇、天然高分子、合成高分子、保湿剂、凉感剂、止汗剂、紫外线吸收剂、紫外线散射剂、抗氧剂、防腐剂、杀菌剂、pH调节剂、维生素类、血液循环促进剂、美白剂、焕肤剂、药用成分、动植物提取物、色素、香料等。但并不限定于所例示的这些成分。
接着,对本实施方式的化妆品的制造方法进行说明。
本实施方式的化妆品的制造方法具备如下工序:制备浆料的工序,所述浆料含有化妆料基底材料和含有水的分散介质,上述化妆料基底材料含有上述(A)成分、(B)成分、(C)成分及根据需要含有其他添加成分;使浆料附着于保持体的工序;以及,从附着于保持体的浆料中去除一部分或所有的分散介质的工序。
浆料能够通过例如在分散介质中溶解(A)成分,添加(B)成分并使其均匀地分散开之后,边搅拌边慢慢添加(C)成分,并在添加之后进一步搅拌而制备。
能够将化妆料基底材料中的(A)成分、(B)成分、(C)成分的含量设定为达到上述粉末化妆料层中的优选含量。通过设在上述范围内,容易抑制粉体成分沉淀,且能够提高浆料的稳定性。
能够将含有(A)成分、(B)成分及(C)成分的化妆料基底材料与分散介质的配合比例设为,以质量比计,化妆料基底材料:分散介质=5:1~1:5,从对保持体的附着的均匀性及浆料的稳定性的观点考虑,优选为2:1~1:3。
能够将分散介质中的水的含量设为50~100质量%,从浆料的稳定性的观点考虑,优选为70~100质量%。
作为除水以外的分散介质,能够使用乙醇、异丙醇、丙醇、丁醇、丙酮等水性溶剂。从浆料的稳定性的观点考虑,优选只为水。
化妆料基底材料与分散介质的混合方法,例如可举出使用分散混合器、均质混合器、捏合机等进行混合的方法。并且,优选一边在15~90℃下加热一边进行混合。
作为使浆料附着于保持体的方法,能够采用将保持体浸渍于浆料的方法、向保持体喷吹浆料的方法、利用毛刷或笔、辊等涂布工具进行涂布的方法、使浆料从保持体的上方流下而附着的方法等。
从浆料中除去分散介质时的条件例如能够设为,温度:15~100℃、时间:10分钟~48小时。
经过上述工序,能够获得在具有规定形状的保持体上设置有对保持体的附着性充分、颜色不均的产生得到充分抑制并且易获取性及使用感优异的粉末化妆料层的化妆品。
本实施方式所涉及的化妆品适用于腮红、粉饼、粉底、眼影、口红、遮瑕膏、眉笔、一次性染发剂等。
[实施例]
以下,通过实施例对本发明进一步详细说明,但本发明的技术范围并不因这些实施例而受到限定。
先于实施例,对在各实施例中采用的评价方法进行说明。
(1)“获取性”、“化妆持久度”、“使用感”
让20名化妆品评价专业评估人员使用实施例及比较例的化妆品,各自就“获取性”、“化妆持久度”、“使用感”按照以下评价基准,分5个级别对每个样品进行评价及评分,进而按照以下基准对所有评估人员的评分的平均分进行了判定。

(2)“对保持体的附着性”
对未设置有粉末化妆料层的部分(仿真花的花茎部分)轻轻敲打10次,肉眼观察粉末化妆料层的剥落情况,并通过以下评价基准进行了判定。

(3)“颜色不均的有无(颜色的均匀性)”
肉眼观察粉末化妆料层的外观,并通过以下评价基准进行了判定。

(4)“浆料的稳定性”
将经过搅拌的浆料静置30分钟,观察其状态,并通过以下评价基准进行了判定。

(5)“保持体的起毛、毛的剥落”
肉眼观察利用粉刷使用50次化妆品时的保持体的状态,并通过以下评价基准进行了判定。

(实施例1~11及比较例1~3)
制备表1~3所示的组成的浆料,在浆料中浸渍表1~3所示的材质的仿真花,取出之后,在室温下干燥12小时以上,获得在仿真花的表面形成有作为腮红的粉末化妆料层的化妆品。
另外,以如下方式制备浆料:使(A)成分或山嵛醇聚醚-30溶解在80℃的分散介质中,添加(B)成分并使其均匀分散后,一边搅拌一边慢慢添加(C)成分,并在添加之后进一步进行搅拌。
关于作为保持体的仿真花,准备了由聚酯纺织品形成的仿真花、由尼龙制薄膜形成的仿真花。另外,通过以下方法测定了保持体表面相对于水的接触角。
<接触角>
在保持体表面滴下水滴,用相机从正侧方对其进行了拍摄。根据所获取的图像分析液滴的轮廓形状,计算出接触角。

1.一种化妆品,其具备:
保持体;及
粉末化妆料层,所述粉末化妆料层设置于该保持体上,
所述粉末化妆料层含有(A)在25℃下为液体或膏状的水溶性成分、(B)粉体、(C)水溶性增稠剂,
所述水溶性成分含有HLB为10~19的高HLB表面活性剂,
所述高HLB表面活性剂为选自由聚甘油脂肪酸酯、脂肪酸聚乙二醇酯、聚氧乙烯甘油醚脂肪酸酯、聚氧乙烯氢化蓖麻油、以及聚醚改性硅组成的群组中的1种以上,
所述水溶性成分的含量以所述粉末化妆料层总量为基准,为1~30质量%,
所述粉体的含量以所述粉末化妆料层总量为基准,为55~98.9质量%,
所述水溶性增稠剂的含量以所述粉末化妆料层总量为基准,为0.1~10质量%。

7.一种化妆品的制造方法,其具备如下工序:
使浆料附着于保持体的工序,所述浆料含有(A)在25℃下为液体或膏状的水溶性成分、(B)粉体、(C)水溶性增稠剂及水;及
从附着于所述保持体的所述浆料中除去一部分或所有的所述水,由此形成粉末化妆料层的工序,所述粉末化妆料层含有所述水溶性成分、所述水溶性增稠剂及所述粉体,
所述水溶性成分含有HLB为10~19的高HLB表面活性剂,

8.如权利要求7所述的化妆品的制造方法,其中,
所述水溶性成分含有选自由多元醇、及水溶性油剂组成的群组中的1种以上。
9.如权利要求7或8所述的化妆品的制造方法,其中,
所述水溶性成分在25℃下的粘度为40mPa·s~4000000mPa·s。
10.如权利要求7或8所述的化妆品的制造方法,其中,
所述粉体含有球状粉体,
所述球状粉体的含量以所述粉末化妆料层总量为基准,为1~30质量%。
11.如权利要求7或8所述的化妆品的制造方法,其中,
所述水溶性增稠剂含有选自由粘土矿物、多糖类及丙烯酸系增稠剂组成的群组中的1种以上。
12.如权利要求7或8所述的化妆品的制造方法,其中,
所述保持体由薄膜、纺织品或发泡体形成。
