Abstract
【解決手段】 本発明の化粧品は、保持体と、該保持体上に設けられた粉末化粧料層とを備え、粉末化粧料層が、(A)25℃で液体若しくはペースト状の水溶性成分と、(B)粉体と、(C)水溶性増粘剤とを含有する。

Description
(接触角の測定方法)まず、保持体表面に水滴を滴下、これを真横からカメラで撮影して、画像を取得する。この画像から、液滴の輪郭形状を解析して、接触角を算出する。
25℃で液体若しくはペースト状の水溶性成分としては、多価アルコール、高HLB界面活性剤及び水溶性油剤が挙げられる。これらは、1種を単独で又は2種以上を組み合わせて用いることができる。
粉体としては、通常、化粧料に用いられる粉体であれば、特に制限なく用いることができる。粉体の形状についても特に限定されず、球状、板状、針状等の形状、不定形、煙霧状、微粒子、顔料級の粒子径、多孔質、無孔質等の粒子構造を有していてもよい。粉体は、1種を単独で又は2種以上を組み合わせて用いることができる。
水溶性増粘剤としては、粘土鉱物、多糖類、アクリル系増粘剤が挙げられる。これらは、1種を単独で又は2種以上を組み合わせて用いることができる。
化粧品評価専門パネル20名に、実施例及び比較例の化粧品を使用してもらい、「取れ」、「化粧持ち」、「使用感」について、各自が以下の評価基準に従って5段階評価を行いサンプル毎に評点を付し、更に全パネルの評点の平均点を以下の基準に従って判定した。

粉末化粧料層が設けられていない部分(造花の茎の部分)を10回軽くたたき、粉末化粧料層の剥がれ具合を目視にて観察し、以下の評価基準により判定した。
[評価基準]
◎:殆ど剥がれが無い
○:少しの剥がれが見られるが、目立たない程度
△:剥がれが見られ、少し目立つ
×:大量の剥がれが見られる
粉末化粧料層の外観を目視にて観察し、以下の評価基準により判定した。
[評価基準]
◎:色ムラは見られない
○:若干のムラが見られるが気にならない程度
△:色ムラがみられ、若干気になる程度
×:明らかな色ムラが見られる
撹拌したスラリーを30分静置し、様子を観察し、以下の評価基準により判定した。
[評価基準]
◎:変化なし
○:表面にうっすら上澄みが見られる
△:上部に分離が見られる
×:明らかな顔料の沈降がみられる
化粧品をブラシにて50回使用した際の保持体の様子を目視にて観察し、以下の評価基準により判定した。
[評価基準]
◎:変化なし
○:若干の毛羽立ちはあるが気にならない程度
△:毛羽立ちが少し目立つ
×:毛羽立ち、毛の剥がれがある
表1〜3に示す組成のスラリーを調製し、スラリー中に表1〜3に示す材質の造花を浸し、取り出した後、室温で12時間以上乾燥させ、造花の表面にチークとしての粉末化粧料層が形成された化粧品を得た。
保持体表面に水滴を滴下、これを真横からカメラで撮影した。取得した画像から、液滴の輪郭形状を解析して、接触角を算出した。
グリセリン:化粧品用濃グリセリン(花王株式会社製、商品名)
イソステアリン酸PEG−30グリセリル:エマレックス GWIS−130(日本エマルジョン株式会社製、商品名)
イソステアリン酸PEG−10グリセリル:エマレックス GWIS−110(日本エマルジョン株式会社製、商品名)
トリイソステアリン酸PEG−20グリセリル:エマレックス GWIS−320(日本エマルジョン株式会社製、商品名)
ベへネス−30:NIKKOL BB−30(日光ケミカルズ株式会社製、商品名)
シリカ:SUNSIL−130L(Sunjin Chemical Co.,Ltd.製、商品名)
マイカ:マイカ粉 Y−2300((株)ヤマグチマイカ製、商品名)
ベンガラ被覆雲母:Colorona Sienna(メルク(株)製、商品名)
雲母チタン:Timiron Starluster MP−115(メルク(株)製、商品名)
ケイ酸(Al/Mg):VEEGUM K(R.T. VANDERBILT CO.,INC.製、商品名)
キサンタンガム:エコーガム(DSP五協フード&ケミカル(株)製、商品名)

分散媒:イオン交換水 上記成分1〜9の合計100質量部に対して100質量部
成分1:ウィルブライドS−753(日油(株)製、商品名)
成分4:KS−66(信越化学工業(株)製、商品名)
成分6:TIMICA SPARKLE(BASFジャパン(株)製、商品名)
成分7:PDM−10S(トピー工業(株)製、商品名)
成分8:SUNPMMA−S(Sunjin Chemical Co.,Ltd.製、商品名)
成分9:クニピアG(クニミネ工業株式会社製、商品名)
成分1〜3を分散媒中に溶解させ、成分4〜8を添加し均一分散させた。その後、撹拌しながら成分9を徐々に添加し、添加後、さらに撹拌してスラリーを調整した。次に、スラリー中に紙製の造花(接触角0°)を浸し、取り出した後、室温で12時間以上乾燥させ、化粧品を得た。
得られたフェイスパウダーの化粧品について、上記同様の評価を行ったところ、取れ、保持体への付着性、色ムラの無さ、スラリーの安定性、保持体の毛羽立ち、毛の剥がれ、化粧持ちについて、すべて◎の評価であることが確認された。

成分1〜4を分散媒中に溶解させ、成分5〜12を添加し均一分散させた。その後、撹拌しながら成分13を徐々に添加し、添加後、さらに撹拌してスラリーを調整した。次に、スラリー中にポリウレタン製のスポンジ(接触角0°)を浸し、取り出した後、室温で12時間以上乾燥させ、化粧品を得た。
得られたファンデーションの化粧品について、上記同様の評価を行ったところ、取れ、保持体への付着性、色ムラの無さ、スラリーの安定性、保持体の毛羽立ち、毛の剥がれ、化粧持ちについて、すべて◎の評価であることが確認された。

成分1〜4を分散媒中に溶解させ、成分5〜12を添加し均一分散させた。その後、撹拌しながら成分13を徐々に添加し、添加後、さらに撹拌してスラリーを調整した。次に、スラリー中にガラス製の造花(接触角4°)を浸し、取り出した後、室温で12時間以上乾燥させ、化粧品を得た。
得られたアイシャドウの化粧品について、上記同様の評価を行ったところ、取れ、保持体への付着性、色ムラの無さ、スラリーの安定性、保持体の毛羽立ち、毛の剥がれ、化粧持ちについて、すべて◎の評価であることが確認された。
Claims (2)
- 保持体と、該保持体上に設けられた粉末化粧料層と、を備え、
前記粉末化粧料層が、(A)25℃で液体若しくはペースト状の水溶性成分と、(B)粉体と、(C)水溶性増粘剤と、を含有する、化粧品。 - 保持体に、(A)25℃で液体若しくはペースト状の水溶性成分、(B)粉体、(C)水溶性増粘剤、及び水が含まれるスラリーを付着させる工程と、
前記保持体に付着した前記スラリーから前記水の一部若しくは全部を除去することにより、前記水溶性成分、前記水溶性増粘剤及び前記粉体を含有する粉末化粧料層を形成する工程と、
を備える、化粧品の製造方法。
