背景技术
宫颈癌是人体最常见的癌之一,不但在女性生殖器官癌中占首位,而且是女性各种恶性肿瘤中最多见的癌。我国宫颈癌死亡率占总癌症死亡率的第四位,占女性癌的第二位。我国宫颈癌患者的平均发病年龄以40-50岁为最多,60-70岁又有一高峰出现,20岁以前少见。
化疗作为宫颈癌病人一个重要的治疗手段,具有不可避免的副作用,比如引起病人恶心、呕吐、腹泻、味觉改变、食欲减退、厌食甚至影响营养物质的摄入,导致病人营养不良。营养不良又会导致宫颈癌病人对进一步化疗治疗的耐受力下降。在病人化疗期间,营养不良不仅会影响病人自身的生理和心理状态,而且还会影响后期治疗效果以及病人的生活质量,甚至缩短生存期。早期发现并针对营养不良情况给予适当的治疗十分必要。改善化疗病人的营养状况,不仅有助于机体的恢复,提高免疫功能,而且还能提高对化疗的耐受性、改善治疗效果和生存质量,延长生存期。因此,如何给予营养支持,提高病人自身抵抗力,成为特殊医学用途食品配方设计工作的一个重要课题。
在美国、欧盟、日本等发达国家,特殊医学用途食品都有相应的规定和开发应用;而我国的特殊医学用途配方食品尚处于起步阶段,亟待开发研究。而此类食品市场潜力巨大,经济效益高,因此开发此类食品,具有重大的经济效益和社会意义。
特殊医学用途配方食品以肠内营养形式供给宫颈癌病人营养支持的首选途径。本发明的宫颈癌全营养配方食品是依据18岁-64岁宫颈癌病人发病机制,针对性设计饮食配方,利用各元素的综合协同作用、发挥对宫颈癌病人化疗期间的营养补充和调节,避免病人的恶化或复发。其中该配方在保证热量前提下,高蛋白、高碳水化合物、低脂肪、高含量活性功能物质,能从氧化应激、免疫能力和化疗副作用方面控制病人的发病机理,能调节病人情绪、心态。在保证效果的前提下,通过元素形式选择、搭配和销售方式的简化,降低产品价格。该食品既可以作为单一营养来源满足患者的营养需求,也可以与其他日常饮食搭配食用,丰富饮食类型和食用方式,激发患者饮食兴趣。

本发明豌豆蛋白肽制备方法如下:挤压含水量为25wt.%的豌豆蛋白得到挤出物,后经冷却、干燥、粉碎,用中性蛋白酶进行酶解反应;
其中:挤压时的温度为60℃,螺杆转速为165r/min,模孔孔径为12mm;
酶解温度为38℃、酶解反应的pH值为7,酶解反应中豌豆蛋白的浓度为8.1g/mL,中性蛋白酶的用量为豌豆蛋白用量的12%。酶解反应后,豌豆肽的DPPH清除率、.OH清除率、O2 .- 清除率分别为95%、88%、45%。
本发明所述的宫颈癌全营养配方食品的制备方法及其应用包括以下制备步骤:以宫颈癌营养食品质量100克计,将维生素、脂肪、矿物元素、豌豆蛋白、乳清蛋白、膳食纤维、抗性淀粉、赤藓糖醇、低聚木糖、大豆异黄酮、叶黄素、番茄红素、枸杞多糖、苹果香精营养成分的原料灭菌后,平均分成5份,形成功能袋;
功能袋装填后剩余的物质经灭菌后,平均分成5份,形成能量袋。
其中:灭菌功率为400-500W、灭菌时间为100-120s;

适用于的目标人群为无严重黏膜炎、能耐受肠内营养的18岁-64岁之间宫颈癌化疗病人。食用形式为肠内营养。肠内营养可以防止肠壁的萎缩,从而避免病人出现其他并发症。
用量为:碳水化合物用量≤80g/d。每日使用剂量≤25包;
按照以下两种方法之一食用:
(1)可用100mL-350mL温开水(40℃-60℃)溶解功能袋和能量袋、搅拌、摇匀后,直接饮用或经管饲摄入;
(2)也可将功能袋添加到定量的日常饮食中食用,其中推荐定量日常饮食用量为:碳水化合物用量≤80g/d。每日使用剂量≤25包。

维生素A添加形式为醋酸视黄酯、棕榈酸视黄酯中的一种或多种混合;

维生素E的添加形式为D-α-生育酚、D-α-醋酸生育酚、D-α-琥珀酸生育酚、dl -α-醋酸生育酚、dl -α-生育酚、维生素E琥珀酸钙、γ-生育酚中的一种或多种混合;

维生素B6添加形式为盐酸吡哆醇;
维生素B12添加形式为氰钴胺;
烟酸的添加形式为烟酸、烟酰胺中的一种或多种混合;
叶酸的添加形式为叶酸;
泛酸的添加形式为D-泛酸钙;
维生素C的添加形式为L-抗坏血酸、L-抗坏血酸钠、L-抗坏血酸钙、抗坏血酸棕榈酸酯中的一种或多种混合;
生物素的添加形式为D-生物素。
4.如权利要求1所述的宫颈癌全营养配方食品,其特征在于:
钠的添加形式为氯化钠;
钾的添加形式为磷酸氢二钾、磷酸二氢钾、氯化钾、柠檬酸钾中的一种或多种混合;
铜的添加形式为硫酸铜、葡萄糖酸铜中的一种或多种混合;
镁的添加形式为碳酸镁、硫酸镁、氧化镁、氯化镁、L-苏糖酸镁中的一种或多种混合;
铁的添加形式为葡萄糖酸亚铁、富马酸亚铁、硫酸亚铁、乳酸亚铁、琥珀酸亚铁中的一种或多种混合;
锌的添加形式为硫酸锌、柠檬酸锌、柠檬酸锌(三水)、葡萄糖酸锌、氧化锌、乳酸锌中的一种或多种混合;
锰的添加形式为硫酸锰、葡萄糖酸锰中的一种或多种混合;
钙的添加形式为碳酸钙、醋酸钙、氯化钙、柠檬酸钙、葡萄糖酸钙、乳酸钙、磷酸氢钙、磷酸二氢钙、磷酸三钙(磷酸钙)、硫酸钙、L-乳酸钙、甘油磷酸钙中的一种或多种,其中以有机钙为主;
磷的添加形式为磷酸二氢钾;
所述的碘的添加形式为碘酸钾;
硒的添加形式为亚硒酸钠、富硒酵母、L-硒-甲基硒代半胱氨酸中的一种或多种混合;
所述的大豆异黄酮、叶黄素、番茄红素、枸杞多糖、苹果香精为中华人民共和食品药品检验检疫局批准的产品的一种或几种的组合。
5.如权利要求2所述的宫颈癌全营养配方食品,其特征在于:豌豆蛋白肽制备方法为:挤压含水量为25wt.%的豌豆蛋白得到挤出物,后经冷却、干燥、粉碎,用中性蛋白酶进行酶解反应。
6.如权利要求5所述的宫颈癌全营养配方食品,其特征在于:酶解温度为38℃、酶解反应的pH值为7,酶解反应中豌豆蛋白的浓度为8.1g/mL,中性蛋白酶的用量为豌豆蛋白用量的12%;酶解反应后,豌豆肽的DPPH清除率、.OH清除率、O2 .- 清除率分别为95%、88%、45%。
7.如权利要求1所述的宫颈癌全营养配方食品的制备方法,其特征在于:以宫颈癌营养食品质量100克计,将维生素、脂肪、矿物元素、豌豆蛋白、乳清蛋白、膳食纤维、抗性淀粉、赤藓糖醇、低聚木糖、大豆异黄酮、叶黄素、番茄红素、枸杞多糖、苹果香精营养成分的原料灭菌后,平均分成5份,形成功能袋;
功能袋装填后剩余的物质经灭菌后,平均分成5份,形成能量袋。
8.一种权利要求7所述的宫颈癌全营养食品的制备方法,其特征在于:灭菌功率为400-500W、灭菌时间为100-120s。
9.一种权利要求1所述的宫颈癌全营养食品的食用方法,其特征在于:
适用于的目标人群为无严重黏膜炎、能耐受肠内营养的18岁-64岁之间宫颈癌化疗病人;食用形式为肠内营养;肠内营养可以防止肠壁的萎缩,从而避免病人出现其他并发症;
用量为:碳水化合物用量≤80g/d;每日使用剂量≤25包;
按照以下两种方法之一食用:
(1)可用100mL-350mL的开水降温至40℃-60℃,溶解功能袋和能量袋、搅拌、摇匀后,直接饮用或经管饲摄入;
(2)也可将功能袋添加到定量的日常饮食中食用,其中推荐定量日常饮食用量为:碳水化合物用量≤80g/d;
每日使用剂量≤25包。
10.一种权利要求1所述的宫颈癌全营养食品的销售方式,其特征在于:采用直销的方式,直接销售给消费者,不通过医院或药店等场所或途径。
