技术领域
本发明涉及特殊医学用途配方食品领域,具体涉及一种前列腺炎专用型临床营养配方及其制备方法。
背景技术
前列腺炎是一系列表现为刺激性或梗阻性尿路症状和会阴部疼痛的疾病。有些是前列腺的细菌感染所致,有些是机制不清的某些非感染炎症因素,或是由于泌尿生殖器隔膜痉挛,或是共同作用的结果。本病常与尿道炎、精囊炎、附睾炎等同时存在,任何原因能导致前列腺慢性充血的情况可诱发慢性前列腺炎。
前列腺炎包括细菌性前列腺炎和更常见的非细菌性前列腺炎,同属前列腺炎综合征。但鉴别细菌性或者非细菌性前列腺炎比较困难,特别是慢性前列腺炎患者。
细菌性前列腺炎可为急性或慢性,通常由典型的尿道病原体以及衣原体引起,以逆行感染为主,病原体主要为葡萄球菌属,常有反复的尿路感染发作病史或前列腺按摩液中持续有致病菌存在。但这些病原体如何进入并感染前列腺目前仍不明确。慢性感染还可能是未被抗生素根除的一些隐蔽细菌的感染。
非细菌性前列腺可为炎性或非炎性。机制不明,可能由于多种复杂的原因和诱因引起的炎症、免疫、神经内分泌参与的错综的病理变化。可能与尿道括约肌不完全舒张和排尿协同失调有关。其造成的尿路压力增加,导致尿液反流入前列腺(触发炎症发应)或骨盆自主活动增加引起非炎症性慢性疼痛,而且常合并精神心理症状的疾病,临床表现多样。
不同类型的前列腺炎症状不一,但典型的症状都包括不同程度的尿路刺激症状或梗阻及疼痛。尿路刺激症状表现为尿频和尿急;梗阻症状表现为膀胱排空不完全感,排尿后短期又需排尿或夜尿症。典型的表现为会阴部疼痛,阴茎顶端、下背部或睾丸部也可能疼痛。有些患者主诉射精疼痛。
急性细菌性前列腺炎常引起全身表现,如发热、寒战、不适、肌痛。前列腺有触痛,局部或弥漫性肿胀、变软和(或)变硬。可出现全身脓毒血症的表现,伴心动过速、呼吸急促和有时有低血压。慢性细菌性前列腺炎是反复的前列腺感染,伴或不伴每次感染的完全缓解,慢性细菌性前列腺炎的症状和体征轻于急性前列腺炎。慢性前列腺炎/慢性盆腔疼痛综合征以疼痛为主述,常包括射精痛。不适感常非常明显而影响生活质量。也可出现尿路刺激或梗阻的症状。指检发现前列腺可有触痛但通常无变软或肿胀。临床上炎症和非炎症性慢性前列腺炎/慢性盆腔疼痛综合征很相似。无症状炎症性前列腺炎无症状,是由于检查其他前列腺疾病时无意发现,尿中可出现白细胞。
前列腺炎是男性的常见病,多发生于20-50岁之间,发病率非常高,接近50%的男子在其一生中的某个时刻将会遭遇到前列腺炎症状的影响。患者的患病时间也普遍较长,且对男性性功能和生育功能有一定影响,属于当前医学临床棘手病症。
前列腺炎的营养代谢特征,因为各种营养物质消耗增加,而没有及时补充或补充不合理,导致营养状况下降,不利于疾病的恢复。因此除了药物治疗外,还需对患者进行营养治疗。慢性前列腺炎的治疗:应采用综合性治疗的措施,除药物、理疗、心理治疗外,久坐后适当活动,合理营养对治疗具有重要的作用。但目前用于前列腺炎患者的营养配方产品市场上较为罕见。

为了克服现有技术中的缺陷,本发明针对前列腺炎患者饮食结构不合理、营养不均匀等不良现状,主要是通过膳食调控,补充多种维生素、矿物质、搭配药食同源和天然活性成分,来改善前列腺炎患者营养结构,辅助改善机体健康状况。
为实现上述目的,本发明采用如下技术方案:
本发明的第一个目的是提供一种前列腺炎专用型临床营养配方,其包括如下组分及其重量份数:蛋白质5-20份、脂肪4-8份、碳水化合物50-70份、膳食纤维4-10份、维生素A0.0003-0.0008份、维生素E 0.005-0.01份、维生素B10.0008-0.002份、维生素B2 0.0008-0.002份、维生素B6 0.0008-0.002份、维生素B12 0.000001-0.000004份、维生素C 0.07-0.3份、葡萄糖酸镁3.2~3.8份、钙0.3-0.7份、锌0.005-0.01份、富硒酵母0.00001-0.0001份、膳食精华0.3-4份、药食同源成分0.4-4份、天然生物活性成分1-2.5份、大豆磷脂0.02-0.06份、益生菌0.01-0.03份。
为了进一步优化上述临床营养配方,本发明所采取的技术措施还包括:
进一步地,所述蛋白质选自水解乳清蛋白粉、浓缩乳清蛋白粉、大豆分离蛋白、全蛋粉、牛初乳粉、全脂奶粉、脱脂乳粉、白蛋白肽、大豆肽、海洋鱼低聚肽、小麦低聚肽、玉米低聚肽粉、α-乳清蛋白粉、乳铁蛋白中的至少一种;更优选为脱脂乳粉。前列腺炎患者每日供给蛋白质1.2-1.5g/kg体重为宜。应选用蛋、奶、鱼、虾、瘦肉类、黄豆及豆制品等优质蛋白质的食物。蛋白质是构成性腺激素的原料。如鱼类精子细胞核内组织蛋白主要成分是富含精氨酸的鱼精蛋白。故饮食中应多进食富含精氨酸的鱼虾类等食物,对性功能康复有利。补充适量高生物价优质蛋白质,全面均衡地补充人体所需的8种必须氨基酸。
进一步地,所述脂肪选自橄榄油微囊粉、紫苏油微囊粉、二十二碳六烯酸油脂、花生四烯酸油脂、鱼油微囊粉、亚麻籽油微囊粉、中链甘油酯粉、大豆油微囊粉、玉米胚芽油微囊粉、菜籽油微囊粉、核桃油微囊粉、茶油微囊粉、葵花籽油微囊粉中的至少一种;更优选为鱼油微囊粉;更进一步地,所述营养配方中脂肪摄入量占总能量的25%-30%,必需脂肪酸占总能量的3%-5%。其还涉及有植物油和麦胚油、葵花籽油、豆油等。可提供人体的必需脂肪酸和维生素E,是对维持人体健康必不可少的营养物质。本营养配方还应增加多不饱和脂肪酸,改善脂代谢,不饱和脂肪酸的比例优选为n-6:n-3=4~6:1。
进一步地,所述膳食纤维来源于菊粉、聚葡萄糖、低聚半乳糖、低聚果糖、低聚木糖、低聚异麦芽糖、抗性糊精、大豆纤维中的至少一种;更优选为抗性糊精和菊粉。蔬菜和水果含膳食纤维较多,前列腺炎患者应多食用。膳食纤维有刺激肠蠕动,促进排便,减轻前列腺充血等功效。
进一步地,所述膳食精华来源于海带粉、南瓜子粉、大豆粉和大蒜粉。海带中含藻胶酸、昆布素,半乳聚糖等多糖类,海带氨酸、谷氨酸、天门冬氨酸,脯氨酸等氨基酸,维生素B1、B2、C、P及胡萝卜素,碘、钾、钙等无机盐,其有助于提高机体免疫力。南瓜子含南瓜子氨酸(cucurbitine)、脂肪油、蛋白质、维生素B1、C,由于前列腺分泌激素功能靠脂肪酸,而南瓜子就富含脂肪酸,可使前列腺保持良好功能,用于辅助治疗前列腺炎。大豆蛋白质的氨基酸组成和动物蛋白质近似,其中氨基酸比较接近人体需要的比值,所以容易被消化吸收,且大豆脂肪也具有很高的营养价值,其含有很多不饱和脂肪酸,容易被人体消化吸收,并可以阻止胆固醇的吸收。大蒜中所含的大蒜素天然抗氧化剂,本营养配方也可包哈类似含有天然抗氧化剂的食物,例如:甘草中的甘草酸,绿茶中的抗坏血酸,大豆中的皂苷,大蒜中的大蒜素,金银花中的黄酮类,其为保健有效的防治前列腺炎的成分。
进一步地,所述药食同源成分选自当归、黄芪、帝黄、甘草、益母草、金银花、香附、红花、乌鸡中的至少一种;更优选为:甘草、金银花和益母草。中医学认为“精浊”、“劳淋”、“白淫”、“精热”属于慢性前列腺炎范畴。常以湿、热、瘀、虚为其病因病机,是由“下焦湿热、气化失调”引起,同时配伍多种药食同源成分可有效改善相关前列腺炎症状。益母草与香附能够通过药理机制达到活血化瘀、利湿消肿、补血活血的治疗目的,同时,该药物还能改善患者身体微循环功能。调节体内激素水平。红花是治疗前列腺炎的针对性药物。中药性温,能够活血通经、散瘀止痛,并能够达到扩张血管、改善血液循环的治疗目的,使患者前列腺炎得到有效改善,加快疾病康复速度。
进一步地,所述天然生物活性成分来源于牡蛎粉、玛咖粉、人参粉、番茄红素。牡蛎富含蛋白质、锌、n-3脂肪酸及酪氨酸,胆固醇含量低,其中锌含量极高,锌是前列腺中的抗菌因子,也是前列腺分泌功能指标之一。玛咖含有蛋白质、氨基酸、矿物元素、维生素等多种营养成分;其中膳食纤维含量较高,矿物中钙和钾的含量较高,脂肪含量很低;蛋白质、钙、铁、VC等对人体十分有益的成分较高,不饱和脂肪酸占脂肪酸的比例较高;此外,玛咖在新陈代谢中还形成特有的具有生物活性的功效成分,如生物碱、玛咖酰胺和玛咖烯系列物、异硫氰酸酯、芥子油苷、黄烷醇、甾醇等;玛咖具有增强人体免疫力、缓解体力疲劳、改善记忆、治疗前列腺炎、提高男性性功能、抗氧化等作用。人参含有丰富的不饱和脂肪酸和磷脂、谷固醇、维生素A、E、C、B等,另外还含有丰富的锌元素,其为一种植物甾醇类物质,是有利于前列腺问题的重要成分,对前列腺炎和前列腺增生有很好地预防和治疗作用。番茄红素抗癌机制包括:(1)抗氧化和清除自由基作用;(2)诱导细胞间隙连接通讯;(3)调控癌细胞增殖;(4)有活化免疫细胞增强免疫功能的作用;(5)能抑制癌细胞转移增殖因子α-TGF的遗传表达;(6)胆固醇降解。研究发现,番茄红素可以促进前列腺癌症患者肿瘤组织细胞凋亡,降低Bax蛋白表达。对前列腺手术患者于术前给予番茄红素,结果前列腺癌的多种标志物出现了很多好变。番茄红素可调节细胞周期,调控分子和诱导人体前列腺癌前病变和癌灶的消退。
进一步地,所述益生菌包括双歧杆菌属、乳杆菌属、链球菌属、嗜酸乳杆菌NCFM、动物双歧杆菌Bb-12、乳双歧杆菌HN019、乳双歧杆菌Bi-07、鼠李糖乳杆菌LGG、鼠李糖乳杆菌HN001、发酵乳杆菌CECT5716、短双歧杆菌M-16V中的至少一种;更优选为嗜酸乳杆菌。肠道菌群结构的变化对前列腺炎的发生发展也起着重要作用,因为益生菌可定植于肠道形成生物保护屏障,抵御致病微生物的侵入。目前益生菌已广泛用于临床预防和治疗多种疾病。
进一步地,所述前列腺炎专用型临床营养配方具体包括:异麦芽酮糖、麦芽糊精、脱脂乳粉、抗性糊精、葡萄糖酸镁、菊粉、鱼油微囊粉、钙、锌、维生素B1、维生素B2、维生素B6、维生素B12、维生素C、维生素A、β-胡萝卜素、维生素E、海带粉、甘草、金银花、益母草、南瓜子粉、大豆粉、大蒜粉、牡蛎粉、玛咖粉、人参粉(人工种植)、大豆磷脂、嗜酸乳杆菌、番茄红素、富硒酵母。
本发明的第二个目的是提供一种上述前列腺炎专用型临床营养配方的制备方法方法,其包括如下步骤:称取预定量的各原料,其中药食同源成分用预水解SBE技术提取后,经喷雾干燥而制备的50~200μm的粉状物,将药食同源成分粉状物、维生素、复合矿物质、膳食纤维、膳食精华、天然生物活性成分混合,获得第一预混物,其粒径为50~200μm;将蛋白质、脂肪、大豆磷脂混合,获得第二预混物,其粒径为50~200μm;将第二预混料和碳水化合物先混合5~15分钟,然后将第一预混物加入混合10~30分钟,最后将益生菌加入混合1~3分钟,出料,分装。
进一步地,上述各原料均为粒径为50~200μm的粉末形式的原料,配置前及配置完成后均经过杀菌处理。
进一步地,所述营养配方的剂型包括营养粉、营养乳剂、胶囊剂、片剂、丸剂、口服液等。
在上述营养配方中,糖类主要生理功能是提供能量,增加糖原储存,参与构成重要生命物质。粗粮富含维生素B1及膳食纤维。能促进肠蠕动,帮助排便,缓解前列腺慢性充血,有利于本病康复。维生素B1、维生素B2以扩张血管,改善局部的血液循环,促进局部炎症的痊愈,营养神经,改善神经传导,缓解局部不适症状。维生素B1来源于盐酸硫胺素、硝酸硫胺素中的一种或多种组合。维生素B2来源于核黄素、核黄素-5'-磷酸钠中的一种或多种组合。维生素B6来源于盐酸吡哆醇、5'-磷酸吡哆醛中的一种或多种组合。维生素B12来源于氰钴胺、盐酸氰钴胺、羟钴胺中的一种或多种组合。
前列腺炎患者应多食新鲜蔬菜和水果:它们富含维生素C、膳食纤维,维生素C有促进新陈代谢和解毒的作用,增强免疫功能,清除自由基,参与肾上皮质激素的合成与释放,调节生殖等功能。维生素C来源于L-抗坏血酸、L-抗坏血酸钙、L-抗坏血酸钠、L-抗坏血酸钾、维生素C磷酸酯镁、L-抗坏血酸-6-棕榈酸盐中的一种或多种组合。
前期研究发现前列腺液中有一种低分子的抗菌活性物质,将之称为强力抗菌因子,后来证实这种强力抗菌因子是一种含锌化合物,具有直接杀菌和活化提高组织抗菌能力的作用,局部免疫防御机制的重要因子。因此普遍认为锌在慢性前列腺炎的发生发展中起重要作用。许多文献已证实慢性前列腺患者的前列腺液锌含量明显降低,慢性前列腺炎患者锌含量120±24.8u/mil与正常人锌352±48.8kg比较有显著性差异。且有研究发现慢性前列腺炎并非由于体内缺锌造成的,而是由于前列腺组织细胞摄取和排泌锌的功能受损造成的。锌是维持性器官和性功能正常发育的重要元素。缺锌时,性功能低下,影响生殖能力。慢性前列腺炎病人精液内锌含量降低。锌来源于硫酸锌、葡萄糖酸锌、氧化锌、乳酸锌、柠檬酸锌中的一种或多种组合。慢性前列腺炎病人应多进食富锌食物,如牡蛎、鲜鱼、虾等海产品。以及肉类、动物肝脏、蛋等食物。
前列腺炎患者多进食维生素E丰富的食物,如麦胚、硬果类及豆类富含维生素E,维生素E能维持生殖器官的正常功能,对慢性前列腺炎的病人有利。维生素E来源d-α-生育酚、dl-α-生育酚、d-α-醋酸生育酚、dl-α-醋酸生育酚、混合生育酚浓缩物、维生素E琥珀酸钙、d-α-琥珀酸生育酚、dl-α-琥珀酸生育酚中的一种或多种组合。
氧自由基清除剂在慢性前列腺炎治疗过程中,是通过体内抗氧化酶与内源性抗氧化剂组成的各自抗氧化作用与协同作用等多种机制有效清除氧自由基。近年来研究发现在慢性前列腺炎患者前列腺液中铜锌超氧化物歧化酶含量明显减少,提示氧自由基在慢性前列腺炎中的重要作用。氧自由基清除物主要有β-胡萝卜素、维生素A、维生素C、维生素E、还原型谷胱甘肽、酚类化合物等。酶类清除剂主要有超氧化物歧化酶、过氧化氢酶和谷胱甘肽过氧化物酶等。
与现有技术相比,本发明具有以下有益效果:
本发明通过膳食调控,补充多种维生素、矿物质、搭配药食同源和天然活性成分并合理搭配其供给能量配比,补充充足的、平衡的饮食,以补偿其消耗,改善全身的营养状态,改善前列腺炎患者营养结构,辅助改善机体健康状况,从而促进前列腺炎患者的康复。

制备方法:称取预定量的各原料,其中药食同源成分用预水解SBE技术提取后,经喷雾干燥而制备的100μm的粉状物,将药食同源成分粉状物、维生素、复合矿物质、膳食纤维、膳食精华、天然生物活性成分混合,获得第一预混物,其粒径为100μm;将蛋白质、脂肪、大豆磷脂混合,获得第二预混物,其粒径为100μm;将第二预混料和碳水化合物先混合10分钟,然后将第一预混物加入混合20分钟,最后将益生菌加入混合2分钟,出料,分装,根据本领域常用的辅料,制备成相应的剂型。

制备方法:称取预定量的各原料,其中药食同源成分用预水解SBE技术提取后,经喷雾干燥而制备的150μm的粉状物,将药食同源成分粉状物、维生素、复合矿物质、膳食纤维、膳食精华、天然生物活性成分混合,获得第一预混物,其粒径为150μm;将蛋白质、脂肪、大豆磷脂混合,获得第二预混物,其粒径为150μm;将第二预混料和碳水化合物先混合15分钟,然后将第一预混物加入混合10分钟,最后将益生菌加入混合3分钟,出料,分装,根据本领域常用的辅料,制备成相应的剂型。
实施例3
本发明所述的前列腺炎专用型临床营养配方包括以下组分:
异麦芽酮糖43g、麦芽糊精20g、脱脂乳粉20g、抗性糊精4g、葡萄糖酸镁3.5g、菊粉2g、鱼油微囊粉1g、钙0.5g、锌0.01g、维生素B1 0.001g、维生素B2 0.001g、维生素B60.001g、维生素B12 0.000001g、维生素C 0.2g、维生素A0.0006g、β-胡萝卜素0.00005g、维生素E 0.008g、海带粉0.1g、甘草0.1g、金银花0.1g、益母草0.1g、南瓜子粉0.1g、大豆粉0.1g、大蒜粉0.1g、牡蛎粉0.1g、玛咖粉0.1g、人参粉(人工种植)0.05g、大豆磷脂0.05g、嗜酸乳杆菌0.02g、番茄红素0.0001g、富硒酵母0.00001g。
制备方法:称取预定量的各原料,其中药食同源成分用预水解SBE技术提取后,经喷雾干燥而制备的200μm的粉状物,将药食同源成分粉状物、维生素、复合矿物质、膳食纤维、膳食精华、天然生物活性成分混合,获得第一预混物,其粒径为200μm;将蛋白质、脂肪、大豆磷脂混合,获得第二预混物,其粒径为200μm;将第二预混料和碳水化合物先混合5分钟,然后将第一预混物加入混合30分钟,最后将益生菌加入混合1分钟,出料,分装,根据本领域常用的辅料,根据本领域常用的辅料,制备成相应的剂型。
应用实施例
本实施例采用实施例1~3制备的营养粉进行治疗前列腺炎临床试验研究,其选取:诊断为前列腺炎的患者共250例,年龄在30~60岁,病程在1~2年。将患者随机分为实施例1组、实施例2组、实施例3组、实施例1+男康片组、对照组(男康片候马霸王药业有限公司生产),每组50人。服用方法:实施例1组、实施例2组、实施例3组,每天两次,每次200mg,温水冲服,连续服用1个月;对照组按药品说明书服用男康片1个月;实施例1+男康片组同时服用营养粉和男康片。
疗效判定标准:显效:症状消失,前列腺液检查正常;有效:症状改善,前列腺液检查好转;无效:症状及前列腺检查无改善。
实验结果如下表所示:

由上可知,与对照组相比,本发明所述的营养配方对于前列腺炎的治疗效果与对照组相当,且其与男康片组合后治疗效果更佳,证明本发明所述的营养配方能够有效预防和辅助前列腺炎的治疗,其可作为前列腺炎患者的日常营养均衡制剂辅助治疗前列腺炎。

1.一种前列腺炎专用型临床营养配方,其特征在于,包括如下组分及其重量份数:
蛋白质5-20份、脂肪4-8份、碳水化合物50-70份、膳食纤维4-10份、维生素A 0.0003-0.0008份、维生素E 0.005-0.01份、维生素B1 0.0008-0.002份、维生素B2 0.0008-0.002份、维生素B6 0.0008-0.002份、维生素B12 0.000001-0.000004份、维生素C 0.07-0.3份、葡萄糖酸镁3.2~3.8份、钙0.3-0.7份、锌0.005-0.01份、富硒酵母0.00001-0.0001份、膳食精华0.3-4份、药食同源成分0.4-4份、天然生物活性成分1-2.5份、大豆磷脂0.02-0.06份、益生菌0.01-0.03份。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种前列腺炎专用型临床营养配方,其特征在于,所述蛋白质为脱脂乳粉。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种前列腺炎专用型临床营养配方,其特征在于,所述脂肪为鱼油微囊粉。
4.根据权利要求1所述的一种前列腺炎专用型临床营养配方,其特征在于,所述碳水化合物为异麦芽酮糖和麦芽糊精。
5.根据权利要求1所述的一种前列腺炎专用型临床营养配方,其特征在于,所述膳食纤维为抗性糊精和菊粉。
6.根据权利要求1所述的一种前列腺炎专用型临床营养配方,其特征在于,所述膳食精华为海带粉、南瓜子粉、大豆粉和大蒜粉。
7.根据权利要求1所述的一种前列腺炎专用型临床营养配方,其特征在于,所述药食同源成分为甘草、金银花和益母草。
8.根据权利要求1所述的一种前列腺炎专用型临床营养配方,其特征在于,所述天然生物活性成分为牡蛎粉、玛咖粉、人参粉、番茄红素。
9.根据权利要求1所述的一种前列腺炎专用型临床营养配方,其特征在于,所述益生菌为嗜酸乳杆菌。
10.一种如权利要求1~9中任一项所述的前列腺炎专用型临床营养配方的制备方法,其特征在于,包括如下步骤:称取预定量的各原料,其中药食同源成分用预水解SBE技术提取后,经喷雾干燥而制备的50~200μm的粉状物,将药食同源成分粉状物、维生素、复合矿物质、膳食纤维、膳食精华、天然生物活性成分混合,获得第一预混物,其粒径为50~200μm;将蛋白质、脂肪、大豆磷脂混合,获得第二预混物,其粒径为50~200μm;将第二预混料和碳水化合物先混合5~15分钟,然后将第一预混物加入混合10~30分钟,最后将益生菌加入混合1~3分钟,出料,分装。
