背景技术
前列腺癌是常见的男性恶性肿瘤,在西方国家的男性肿瘤死亡因素中居于第二位。近年来,随着生活条件的改善及诊断方式的提高,前列腺癌的发病率在我国男性人群中呈逐年攀高趋势。
病因尚未完全查明,可能与种族、遗传、性激素、食物、环境有关。根据来自北欧瑞典、丹麦和芬兰等国的研究,很大程度上(40%)源于遗传基因变异,最近的分子生物学研究也揭示多种染色体畸变。这些因素和环境致癌因子(占60%)之间复杂而相互依赖的关系,目前还不很清楚。
化疗作为前列腺癌病人一个重要的治疗手段,具有不可避免的副作用,比如引起病人恶心、呕吐、腹泻、味觉改变、食欲减退、厌食甚至影响营养物质的摄入,导致病人营养不良。营养不良又会导致前列腺癌病人对进一步化疗治疗的耐受力下降。在病人化疗期间,营养不良不仅会影响病人自身的生理和心理状态,而且还会影响后期治疗效果以及病人的生活质量,甚至缩短生存期。早期发现并针对营养不良情况给予适当的治疗十分必要。改善化疗病人的营养状况,不仅有助于机体的恢复,提高免疫功能,而且还能提高对化疗的耐受性、改善治疗效果和生存质量,延长生存期。因此,如何给予营养支持,提高病人自身抵抗力,成为特殊医学用途食品配方设计工作的一个重要课题。
在美国、欧盟、日本等发达国家,特殊医学用途食品都有相应的规定和开发应用;而我国的特殊医学用途配方食品尚处于起步阶段,亟待开发研究。而此类食品市场潜力巨大,经济效益高,因此开发此类食品,具有重大的经济效益和社会意义。
特殊医学用途配方食品以肠内营养形式供给前列腺癌病人营养支持的首选途径,本发明的前列腺癌全营养食品是依据18岁-64岁前列腺癌病人发病机制,针对性设计饮食配方,利用各元素的综合协同作用、发挥对前列腺癌病人化疗期间的营养补充和调节,避免病人的恶化或复发。其中该配方在保证热量前提下,高蛋白、低脂肪、高含量活性功能物质,能从氧化应激和免疫能力方面控制病人的发病机理,能调节病人情绪、心态。在保证效果的前提下,通过元素形式选择、搭配和销售方式的简化,降低产品价格。该食品既可以作为单一营养来源满足患者的营养需求,也可以与其他日常饮食搭配食用,丰富饮食类型和食用方式,激发患者饮食兴趣。

其中:灭菌功率为400-500W,灭菌时间为100-120s。

目标人群为无严重黏膜炎、能耐受肠内营养的18岁-64岁之间前列腺癌化疗病人;
用量:0.4包/(kg·d);每日使用剂量≤25包。

(1)用100mL-350mL开水降温至40℃-60℃溶解功能袋和能量袋、搅拌、摇匀后,直接饮用或经管饲摄入;

本发明配方中添加了特定的物质,如褪黑素、叶黄素、染料木素、番茄红素,并限定了维生素和矿物元素的型式、含量和比例,比如限定维生素A和维生素E的添加形式为非胡萝卜素和生育三烯酚型式,以及维生素B6、维生素D、硒、钙、在饮食中比例。
