发明背景
贴身吸湿制品,包括卫生巾或月经垫、尿布、失禁衣着、锻炼用短裤、绷带与类似制品,用来吸收和存纳包括血、月经、尿与粪便等的人体排出物。贴身吸湿制品一般包括:贴身衬里,它适于贴近穿用者的皮肤安置;背面层或阻挡层,它通常是不透液的,用来阻挡排出的体液;以及吸湿芯料,它用来存纳排出的体液。一贴身吸湿制品是否能很好的发挥作用,取决于它的各个元件之间的相互作用。这类制品的最重要的参数中的两个是流体吸入时间与流体的再润湿性。贴身吸湿制品要起作用,它就必须能尽快地吸收所排出的体液。体液一旦被吸入,就要求它不会回流和再湿润贴身吸湿制品的与人体接触的表面。通过提高吸湿制品的流体吸入速率,同时通过减少此流体对与人体接触表面的再润湿量,该制品一般将会有着较为清洁与干燥的表面,因此将更为舒适宜人并有效地为使用者所接受。
女性用卫生制品,包括月经垫或卫生巾,由于人体排出液的性质,从提供快速的渗透率和低的再湿润特性考虑是很差的。与尿相比,月经是极其粘稠的物质。结果,任何使卫生巾具有低吸入率和高再润湿性的趋势都会由于液体本身的性质而加剧。
带孔膜料和纤维质非织造纤维网是用来制造贴身吸湿制品特别是卫生巾的贴身衬里的两种材料。这两种材料已被单独地或相结合地用于这类制品与人体接触的面或层。带孔膜料本身除非在厚度上经过处理,本质上是二维的,它虽然能提供不沾污的表面,但通常不能很好地防止再湿润现象。有膨松的非织造纤维网作外罩层可使流体快速渗透并有助于与流体分离,但是这种材料会在其靠近顶部表面的结构中保留一些上述流体,导致湿润感并有明显沾污的问题,而这是多数使用者不希望出现的。非织造纤维网外罩层材料的另一个问题是如何使耐磨性与柔软性相折衷。多数膨松材料能提供较柔软的感觉和较高的流体吸入率,但同时也受到耐磨性能差的影响。相反,较为致密的因而是较为耐磨的材料在使用中虽能较好地保持其完整性,但它的流体吸入率却难令人满意。曾尝试过将膜料与纤维质非织造纤维网相结合,但由于材料本身和性质都存在有极大的差异性,加上它们的相互作用,使得最终形成的制品不尽如人意。于是需要有一种改进的材料,它能与其它材料一起,用作贴身吸湿制品的贴身衬里或外罩层材料。
发明概述
本发明涉及一种带孔膜料与膨松的非织造纤维网分隔料的复合物,它特别适合用作包括卫生巾(但不限于此)在内的贴身吸湿制品的外罩层材料。贴身吸湿制品,包括卫生巾、尿布、锻炼用短裤、失禁衣着、绷带等等,通常具有适合与穿用者皮肤贴近的贴身衬里或外罩层以及一般设计成用来阻挡各种渗出体液的背面衬里。在贴身衬里和背面衬里之间则有一层吸湿芯料。在某些结构中,贴身衬里是包覆于包括背面衬里在内的整个制品上;而在另一些结构中,贴身衬里则围绕整个制品的周边密封到背面衬里上,形成一个容纳吸湿芯料的腔室。本发明的材料包括一带孔的薄膜层和一分隔层,而它们组合起来可用作这种贴身吸湿制品的贴身衬里。上述膜层中形成有很多孔,这些孔总计的开孔面积百分率约为10%至30%。分隔层包括一种纤维质非织造纤维网,它的膨松度约为0.76至3.8mm,基重约为17至85g/m2,而平均孔隙大小约为100至400μm。本发明的一个重要参数是上述纤维质非织造纤维网分隔层应具有自然的膨松性,以使组合的带孔膜和分隔层对于所吸收的体液有着良好的渗透速率和低的再湿润性,从而体液一旦被吸收后便不会回流到制品的表面。为此目的,最好采用双组分纤维来形成这种纤维质非织造纤维网分隔层。这种双组分纤维有着多种形式的构型,包括(但不限于此)并列型的以及皮芯型的纤维结构。适用制作这种双组分纤维的聚合物包括(但不限于此)聚酯,以及例如聚乙烯与聚丙烯之类的聚烯烃。合适的纤维纤度约在1.5至6旦之间。

本发明的详细说明
参看图1与2,其中示明了贴身吸湿制品10,它包括本发明的贴身衬里或外罩层12。如附图所示,这种贴身吸湿制品取卫生巾形式。但是,不得将此理解为对这种贴身吸湿制品的限制或以此作为能应用本发明的膜料与非织造复合物的特定最终用途。
此卫生巾10包括一贴身衬里或外罩层12、一背面衬里或阻挡件14、以及一设在此贴身衬里12与背面衬里14之间的吸湿芯料16。贴身衬里12与背面衬里14环绕它们的周边17相互连接,形成一个容纳吸湿芯料16的封套。在对卫生巾10作了进一步改进的实施例中,吸湿芯料16可以包括一个与贴身衬里12相邻的顶层18和一个与背面衬里14相邻的底层20。
为了防止出现有害的漏泄,背面衬里或阻挡件14通常是由一种不透液材料,例如塑料膜或是膜料/非织造布的复合物或层压件构成。必要时可用一种透气的膜料来构成阻挡件14,以便这种卫生巾能透过水汽。
本发明的贴身衬里12是由膜料与膨松的非织造材料的复合物形成,包括带孔的膜层22和纤维质非织造分隔层26。从图1与2可以看到,有许多穿透膜层22的孔24,以使流体能流过此膜层。在本发明中,“多孔”的以及“带孔的”所涉及的孔可以包括从一个表面到另一个表面穿过上述膜层构成通道的洞和/或缝。这些孔可以设于局部,或是如图1所示分布到膜层22的整个表面上。当这些孔分布在局部上时,通常是在中央纵向分布或取条带形式(未示出),从而将外罩不带孔的部分(未示出)分隔在两侧。在这种构型中,整个层可由一层膜来形成,或上述中央部由一种带孔膜形成而上述两个侧部由另一种材料例如纤维质非织造纤维网形成。
构成膜层22的合适的聚合物可以采用能形成膜的任何材料,其中有(但不限于此)聚烯烃和聚丙烯酸酯以及它们的共聚物与混合物。具体的一些聚合物包括(但不限于此)聚乙烯(PE)、低密度聚乙烯(LDPE)、线型低密度聚乙烯(LLDPE)以及乙烯醋酸乙烯酯(EVA)。
有许多用来形成这种膜的公知的方法,其中包括(但不限于此)铸膜法与吹塑法。这种膜层的厚度一般从约0.025至约1.0mm,而因开有孔使相对于膜层22表面积的开孔面积百分比在约10%至约30%之间。此开孔面积百分比是按下述方式计算的:指定一个单元区域,计算此指定的单元区域内所有开孔的面积,用此指定的单元区域的总表面积去除上述总的开孔面积,然后将除得的商乘以100得到开孔面积百分比。这些孔的尺寸与数目可以根据要输运通过膜层22的体液的粘度与其它性质而变化。膜层可以是亲水性或疏水性的或是被处理成具有这样的性质。许多薄膜挤塑混合料要在其中添加一种例如脂肪族酯之类的滑移剂,这就使原本是疏水性的膜成为较亲水性的膜。
适用的带孔膜包括AET聚乙烯CKX215膜,特拉华州Middleton市Applied Extrusion Technology公司生产;SULTEX PF-10 EVA/(LDPE/PP)/EVA膜,意大利Agliana市Sultex SRL公司生产;三井低密度聚乙烯膜,日本东京三井株式会社生产。AET聚乙烯CKX215膜的开孔面积百分比约为28%。SULTEZ PF-10膜是一种三层式层压膜,开孔面积百分比为18~22%,其中两外层是由乙烯醋酸乙烯酯(EVA)组成,内层是17%的聚丙烯与73%的低密度聚乙烯两者的混合物。三井的低密度聚乙烯膜的开孔面积百分比则为22~29%。这些孔是从膜层底面伸延出的锥形毛细孔。
为了能充分地保证防止漏泄,膜层22与阻挡层14是环绕它们的周边17相互粘接的。这两层材料可以用能提供适当密封的任何方式相互连接。要是构成膜层22与阻挡层14的材料在热性能上是匹配的,则对周边17可以用加热使之相互密封住。此外,可以用粘合剂,包括水基的、溶剂基的和热熔的粘合剂,将上述两层相互连接。密封的周边17是防止漏泄增强保护的一个重要措施。
在带孔膜层22之下设有一层与其直接接触的纤维质非织造分隔层26。这种分隔层26由于它的独特设计以及同膜层22的相互作用,能迅速地将液体从卫生巾表层吸出并传送到吸湿芯料16。为了能最大限度地吸入流体和使流体的再湿润性减到最小,分隔层26应由膨松的纤维质非织造纤维网制成。从下面的例子中可以看到,这种膨松的非织造纤维网的性质对于膜料与非织造材料的复合物的性能,以及对于本发明的成品的性能都起到关键作用。通常,支撑层12的厚度约从0.76至3.8mm,基重约在0.5至2.5盎司/码2(17至85g/m2)之间,而平均的孔尺寸约从100至400μm。
可以采用由任何方法形成的纤维质非织造纤维网,只要制得的纤维网具有这里所描述的性质即可。两种特别合适的成形方法包括纺粘法与热风穿透粘结梳理纤维网成形法,这两种方法都属周知的,不必在此细述。把熔融的热塑性材料从纺丝头的许多细的、通常为圆形的毛细孔中挤出得到长丝,挤出长丝经过例如非喷射或喷射流体拉伸或其它已知的纺粘机理直径迅速减小成为纤维,纺粘非织造纤维网就是由这些纤维制造的。纺粘法非织造纤维网的生产方法已公开在一些专利中,例如Appel等人的美国专利4340563号,Dorschner等人的美国专利3692618号,Kinney的美国专利3338992号与3341394号,Levy的美国专利3276944号,Peterson的美国专利3502538号,Hartman的美国专利3502763号,Dobo等人的美国专利3542615号,以及Harmon的加拿大专利803714号。
分隔层26的一种特别适用的纺粘非织造纤维网是由并列型的聚乙烯/聚丙烯纺粘双组分纤维制成。用来形成这种纤维与纤维网的方法包括采用一对挤压机分别将聚乙烯与聚丙烯供给到一个双组分喷丝头。用来生产双组分纤维的喷丝头在技术上已属周知,这里不作详细说明。一般,这种喷丝头包括一个装有纺丝组件的壳体,纺丝组件包括许多盘片,盘片的开口按一定图样排列,产生引导高熔点和低熔点聚合物的流道,使它们流向喷丝头中的每一个纤维成形开口。喷丝头中的孔排成一行或多行,当聚合物由喷丝头挤出时,这些孔使之形成为向下延伸的纤维帘。当纤维帘从喷丝头中出来后便与一股骤冷气体接触,这股骤冷气体至少能部分地骤冷这些纤维,并使拉伸的纤维形成潜在的螺旋卷曲。通常骤冷气体的方向基本上是垂直于纤维的长度方向,其速度在约45至约90°F温度下为约100至约400英尺/分。
在骤冷气体下方有一台接收骤冷后纤维的纤维拉伸装置或吸丝器。用于聚合物熔融纺中的纤维拉伸装置或吸丝器在技术上是周知的。适用于这种方法的纤维拉伸装置包括:授予Matsuki等人的美国专利3802817号所示类型的线性纤维吸丝器,以及授予Dorshner等人的美国专利3692618号和授予Davies等人的美国专利3423266号所示类型的喷射枪。纤维拉伸装置一般具有一长通道,使纤维通过时受到吸丝气体的拉伸。这种吸丝气体可以是任何气体,例如空气,只要它不会与纤维的聚合物起有害反应即可。吸丝气体可以是热的以使吸丝气体在拉伸已骤冷的纤维时使纤维被加热到激活起其中潜在的螺旋形卷曲所需要的温度,这一温度的范围是从约110°F至最大要小于低熔点组分聚合物(在此为聚乙烯)的熔点。一般,空气温度越高,生成的卷曲数也越多。
拉伸和卷曲后的纤维通常借助于设在连续成形面下的真空装置被随机的铺放在成形面上。采用真空的目的在于消除这些纤维呈不利的散布形式,把它们导引到成形面上形成双组分纤维的均匀的未经粘合的纤维网。当需要时,可对此纤维网在粘合加工前用压辊轻压。
为了粘结这种双组分纺粘的纤维网,采用了一种热风穿透式粘结机。这种热风穿透式粘结机在技术上已是周知的,因而不需说明。在热风穿透式粘结机中,热的空气流通过纤维网而把它加热到温度高于双组分纤维中低熔点组分的熔点但低于其中高熔点组分的熔点。加热时,纤维网中的低熔点聚合物部分被熔化,而此已熔化的纤维部分便在各交叉点上粘结到相邻的纤维上,同时纤维中的高熔点聚合物部分会保持住纤维网的外形与尺寸的整体性。
一般是用成包购钩入的短纤维来制造粘结的梳理纤维网。将纤维包放入清棉机使纤维分开。然后将纤维输送到精梳或梳理装置,使这些短纤维进一步分开并沿机器方向排列,从而形成沿机器方向定向的纤维质非织造纤维网。这样形成的纤维网再由许多粘结方法中的一种或几种进行粘结。一种粘结方法是粉末粘结法,将粉末状的粘合剂分布到整个纤维网上,然后通常是用热风来加热此纤维网与粘合剂使起到粘结作用。另一种粘结方法是所谓花纹粘结法,采用加热的压延辊或是超声粘合设备来将纤维粘合到一起,虽然如果需要可在纤维网的整个表面进行粘结,但通常采用的是花纹形的局部粘结。在使用双组分短纤维时,在各种双组分纺粘法纤维网成形方法中最好的方法是用上述的热风穿透式粘结机。
在形成分隔层26时的一个重要因素是要保持它的膨松性质。为此需要避免采用使纤维质非织造纤维网过分密实的粘结方法。热风穿透式粘结与粘合剂粘结是粘结方法中不会给最终形成的纤维网的膨松性带来不利影响的例子。这种粘结方法也是周知的,这里不必对此详述。
用来形成这种纤维质非织造纤维网的合适纤维通常包括热塑纤维,例如由聚烯烃和聚酯以及例如聚乙烯/聚丙烯共聚物之类的聚烯烃共聚物制成的热塑纤维。这类纤维一般适合于加热与粉末粘结,有良好的弹性和范围很广的纤度。合适的纤维纤度一般从约1.5至6旦。双组分纤维特别适用于本发明。双组分纤维可以是长度较短的纤维或是较长的更为连续的纤维,例如在上述纺粘方法中所生产出的纤维。双组分纤维通常具有低熔点聚合物组分和高熔点聚合物组分,而一旦有足够热量加到这种双组分纤维的结构上时低熔点部分就起把这些纤维粘结到一起的作用。这样的双组分纤维例如可以有并列型、皮芯型与海岛型的横截面。所有以上这些横截面结构中,双组分纤维外表面的至少一部分包含有低熔点聚合物组分,以使在纤维之间能进行粘结。
下面例子中描述了两种特别适用的膨松的非织造分隔层,一种是聚乙烯/聚丙烯并列型双组分纤维纺粘非织造纤维网,采用纤度为3旦的纤维,具有1.2盎司/码2(41g/m2)的基重,膨松度为55~65密耳,孔尺寸范围在约100至120μm之间。第二种材料是一种热风穿透粘结的梳理双组分短纤维纤维网,基重为0.8盎司/码2(27g/m2),膨松度为55密耳,而孔尺寸范围在约100至150μm之间。此种纤维网是以基于纤维网总重量的重量混合百分比为50/50的、纤维长度为38mm的聚乙烯皮层/聚酯芯短纤维制成。但一般地,此种分隔层将具有约0.76~3.8mm的膨松度,约17~85g/m2的基重,以及约100~400μm之间的平均孔尺寸。

在此,重要的是要使带孔膜层22与分隔层26至少在膜层的有孔区域上相互密切接触。由于有孔膜层22与分隔层26之间的相互作用,只要这两个层之间仍然密切接触,就不必要用粘合剂或其它结合方法来相互结合它们。但当所述纤维与膜料的热性能相互匹配时,如果需要便可通过粘合剂或热粘合将这两层相互粘合。
为了促进流体从贴身衬里12向下流至吸湿芯料16,一般希望在吸湿芯料16内形成的孔尺寸成梯度,使邻近贴身衬里的孔尺寸要比邻近吸湿芯料底部的孔尺寸大些。这种成梯度的孔尺寸加大了流体的毛细抽吸作用,促进流体更快地吸入到卫生巾10中并保持于其中。因此,要求膜层中每个孔的大小要大于分隔层中的孔尺寸,而又使此分隔层中的孔尺寸大于吸湿芯料16的孔尺寸。为了进一步促进这种毛细抽吸现象,可以构造具有两个或多个区或层的吸湿芯料。如图2所示,这样的吸湿芯料16可以包括一个顶层18和一个底层20。顶层18与底层20都是由纤维化的木浆或绒毛制成,且顶层或与人体接触的层18的密度比底层或面向衣着层20的密度低。例如顶层的密度可从约0.03至约0.10g/cc,而底层20的密度可以从约0.05至约0.15g/cc。
为了证明本发明的带孔膜与分隔层两者的复合物具有优异的功能以及能将它们用于贴身吸湿制品,制备了一系列试样并进行了测试。测试过程、试样与测试结果列述于下面。测试过程
为了测量带孔膜与非织造层的叠层能多快地吸收一种液体,采用了一种合成的月经液体“Z-Date”来进行渗透率测试,按重量百分比计它包含82.5%的水,15.8%的聚乙烯吡咯烷酮与1.7%的盐、着色剂以及表面活性剂。此合成月经的粘度为17厘泊,表面张力为53.5dyne/cm。用上述试验材料的一个3英寸×7英寸的试样,在其膜面一侧加上从一个具有2英寸×0.5英寸缝的储液器中漏出的10cc合成月经。然后以秒测量吸收8cc这种合成月经的时间。以秒测出的较少的吸收时间即表明对这种特定物质有着较快的吸入率。
在贴身吸湿制品的应用中,希望一旦有月经一类液体通过了贴身衬里后,这种液体将不再湿润此制品的表面,或至少再润湿尽可能小的表面。为了测试再湿润量,从一个具有2英寸×0.5英寸缝的储液器中将10cc的上述合成月经漏至一个尺寸与前述相同的新试样上。随后将一吸湿纸置于此试样的顶部并施加1磅/英寸2的压力3分钟。经3分钟时间后,除下此吸湿纸并进行称重,以克(g)测量出这一吸湿纸所吸收的合成月经量。较高的数值即表明对试验的特定物质有较大程度的再湿润性。
为了测量关系材料厚度的Starrett膨松度或材料的膨松度,将前述材料的5英寸×5英寸(127mm×127mm)的试样在0.05磅/英寸2的负荷下加压,并测量试样在压力下的材料厚度。较高的数值表明这是一种较厚较膨松的材料。
纤维之间的孔大小是根据孔半径应用毛细张力的Laplace方程计算的:

这样,孔尺寸乃是上述半径的两倍或计算出的孔直径。为了求得孔的平均尺寸,取5个独立的孔尺寸读数,以这5个读数的和除以5即可求得平均值。例子
对一系列带孔膜/非织造分隔层复合物进行了试验。为了表明这些复合物的性质,把它们用于两种卫生巾的贴身衬里或外罩层。第一种卫生巾是当前美国市售的Kimberly-Clark KOTEXMaxi Pad。第二种卫生巾也是Kimberly-CIark产品,是欧洲型的KOTEXMaxi Pad。为了提供进一步的参考标准,还试验了俄亥俄州辛辛那提市Procter andGamble公司生产的ALWAYS卫生巾。
美国型的KOTEXMaxi Pad卫生巾包括贴身衬里、输送层、吸湿芯料与塑料膜阻挡件。吸湿芯料为多组分结构。吸湿芯料最接近贴身衬里的部分包括六层皱纹衬料,每层衬料重19g/m2。这部分吸湿芯料之下是单层的19g/m2的绢,它包围着密度为0.07g/cm3的绒毛层。输送层位于贴身衬里与吸湿芯料之间,是一种60g/m2的聚丙烯熔喷纤维网,用重量百分比大约0.90的AerosolOT表示活性剂处理过,这种表面活性剂是新泽西州Wayne市的American Cyanamid公司生产的一种阴离子表面活性剂。此输送层是点粘合的,粘合面积为15%。贴身衬里由带孔的0.70盎司/码2(23.8g/m2)的聚丙烯纺粘纤维网制成,贴身衬里的整个结构被包绕起来。这种纺粘纤维网是点粘合的,粘合面积为15%,并用TritonX-102非离子型表面活性剂处理,这种表面活性剂是弗吉尼亚州Sisterville市的Union Carbide公司生产的,基于外罩材料重量以约0.26%的重量百分比添加。
欧洲型的KOTEXMaxi Pad卫生巾除输送层外与美国型的基本一致。在此欧洲型的卫生巾中,输送层是由相同的熔喷材料制成,只是基重为45g/m2,而不是原先的60g/m2。
另一种供对照的卫生巾则购自俄亥俄州辛辛那提市Procter andGamble公司。它具有与带孔膜贴身衬里的周边密封的结构,没有输送层。
本发明选用了三种市售的膜料。它们包括前述的购自意大利Pistoria的Gruppo Fintex and Partners Italia公司的Sultex膜,购自特拉华州Middleton市Applied Extrusion Technologies公司的AET膜,购自日本东京三井株式会社的三井膜。
结合上述膜料,制备并试验了一系列纤维质非织造纤维网分隔层。由双组分纺粘非织造纤维网制备了一组分隔层,再由用聚乙烯为皮/聚丙烯为芯的双组分短纤维经热风穿透粘结梳理制得的纤维网制成第二组分隔层。此外还制备了若干标准的纤维质非织造纤维网,包括纺粘的与熔喷的纤维网,以示明本发明的材料与传统的两层外罩层材料的差别。
双组分纺粘非织造纤维网(Bico SB)是用纤度为3旦的聚乙烯/聚丙烯纺粘纤维制成。此种纤维网的基重为1.2盎司/码2(41g/m2),膨松度为0.052英寸(1.2mm),平均孔尺寸为140μm。热风穿透式粘结的梳理纤维网(TABCW)的基重为0.8盎司/码2(27g/m2),是由51mm长的1.8与3.0旦的聚乙烯为皮/聚酯为芯的双组分短纤维,基于纤维网的总重按50/50的重量百分比混合制成。对比用的纺粘非织造纤维网则是由纤度为5.0旦的聚丙烯纤维制成。它是采用具有15%总粘合面积的花纹点粘合进行粘合的。这种纺粘纤维网的基重为0.95盎司/码2(32.3g/m2),膨松度为0.011英寸(2.8mm),平均孔尺寸为85μm。对比用的熔喷纤维网是由纤度小于1旦的聚丙烯纤维制成。制得的纤维网基重为1.3盎司/码2(44.5g/m2),膨松度为0.03英寸(0.76mm)。它是由具有15%总粘合面积的点粘合进行粘合的。所有上述纤维网中的纤维均用表面活性剂处理过。
正如下面各例中指出的,制备上述材料的各种复合物,并把它们放到上述标准卫生巾的基料的顶部上,随后进行测试。这些复合物与测试结果列述于下面。例1
在例1中,依据前面列出的试验步骤采用合成月经对三种卫生巾进行了渗透时间与再润湿性的测试。试样1a是Sultex膜,置放在KOTEXMaxi Pad(美国型)的基料上面但未与其粘合。除去KOTEXMaxi Pad上原来的非织造外罩层,而将Sultex膜放置到位。试样1b采用了相同的KOTEXMaxi Pad基料以及一种复合物,此复合物是由Sultex膜和1.2盎司/码2(41g/m2)的热风穿透粘结的双组分纺粘纤维网分隔层组成,该纺粘纤维网是由纤度为3旦的聚乙烯/聚丙烯并列型纤维制得。Sultex膜与双组分纺粘纤维网分隔层被相继地置于KOTEXMaxi Pad基料的上面,使双组分纺粘纤维网与吸湿芯料相邻。在此膜料与非织造层之间或是在非织造层与吸湿芯料之间都未进行粘合。式样1c是Procter and Gamble的AlWaysDri-Weave卫生巾。有关渗透时间与再湿润性的测试结果列示于表I。

从表1中可以看到,ALWAYS卫生巾具有8秒的最佳渗透率。KOTEXMaxi Pad与Sultex膜(试样1a)的渗透率几乎是样品1c的两倍,但当Sultex膜通过添加双组分纺粘非织造纤维网分隔层(试样1b)改进后,渗透率下降了整5秒。此外,试样1b的再湿润量减小了9/10且为试样1c的1/2。由结果可知,增设双组分纺粘纤维质非织造纤维网分隔层和卫生巾合用,可以显著地改善只有膜层的外罩层材料的渗透率和再湿润性。例2
例2中制备了11个试样(试样2a-2k)。这些试样包括由前述的Sultex膜、三井膜与AET膜单独制造的外罩层以及结合本发明的前述1.2盎司/码2(41g/m2)的双组分纺粘(Bico SB)分隔层和0.8盎司/码2(27g/m2)的热风穿透粘结的梳理纤维网(TABCW)分隔层的外罩层。所有的外罩层材料都放于KOTEXMaxi Pad(美国型)基料的顶部,此基料上原先的外罩层已经除去。此外,这种膜和膜/非织造层未粘合到吸湿芯上,同时这种膜与非织造层之间也未粘合。用合成月经对这些试样作了渗透率与再湿润性测试,结果列在下面的表II中。同时还对根据本发明只包括双组分纺粘分隔层(试样2j)与热风穿透粘结的梳理纤维网分隔层(试样2k)的外罩层材料测定了渗透率与再湿润性。

从表II可以看到,在所有情形下,当与双组分纺粘(Bico SB)分隔层(试样2b、2e与2d)相结合,或是与双组分热风穿透粘结的梳理纤维网(TABCW)分隔层(试样2c、2f与2c)相结合,都能减少带孔膜的渗透时间。再湿润量在所有情形下也同样减少了。比较试样2a与2b再润湿量减少了31/32;而试样2a与2c相比,再润湿量减少了23/24。试样2g相对于试样2h与2i再润湿量分别减少了17/18与15/16。例3
在前两个例子中已经表明了,与传统的只采用非织造外罩层和只采用膜料外罩层的情形相比,本发明改善了渗透率与再润湿性,在例3中相对于两种常规的输送层材料测试了本发明的材料。在过去,已把纺粘(SB)材料与熔喷(MB)材料的片件用在贴身吸湿制品上来分开非织造的外罩层与吸湿芯料。准备了两种这样的材料并把它们置于Sultex膜下,接着将此复合物置于KotexMaxi Pad(欧洲型)的顶部并测试渗透时间与再润湿性。然后将这些试样同例2中所述的覆盖有本发明的Sultex膜/非织造材料复合物的KotexMaxi Pad基料相比较。结果列出于表III中。

从上面表III中的数据可以看出,带有通常的非织造层的试样(试样3d与3e),它们的渗透率基本上是采用本发明的材料的女性用卫生巾(试样3b与3c)的两倍,而且也大于只用Sultex膜(试样3a)的渗透时间。试样3d中的纺粘非织造层采用了纤度为5旦的聚丙烯纤维,它具有0.95盎司/码2(32.3g/m2)的基重,用具有15%粘合面积的点粘合进行粘合。此非织造层并不具有包括膨松性在内的为提供本发明的特性所需的性质。试样3e中的熔喷非织造层的基重为1.3盎司/码2(44.5g/m2),平均孔尺寸为30μm,而纤维的纤度小于1旦,所有这些组合到一起形成的材料未能提供用本发明的材料可以达到的快速的渗透率和低的再湿润量。
上面已对本发明作了详细说明,但应认识到,在不脱离后附权利要求书的实质与范围的前提下,可以对本发明作出种种修改与变动。
Claims (17)
1.一种用于贴身吸湿制品的贴身衬里,它包括:一带孔膜层和一分隔层,所述膜层上有许多孔,孔的面积约占10%至30%,所述分隔层包括一种纤维质非织造纤维网,它的膨松度在约0.76至3.8mm之间,基重在约17至85g/m2,而孔的平均尺寸在约100至400μm之间。
2.如权利要求1所述贴身衬里,其特征在于:所述纤维质非织造纤维网包含很多双组分纤维。
3.如权利要求2所述贴身衬里,其特征在于:所述双组分纤维是并列型的含有聚乙烯与聚丙烯的纤维。
4.如权利要求3所述贴身衬里,其特征在于:所述纤维具有的纤度数在约1.5至6旦之间。
5.如权利要求2所述贴身衬里,其特征在于:所述双组分纤维是并列型的含有聚乙烯与聚酯的纤维。
6.如权利要求5所述贴身衬里,其特征在于:所述纤维具有的纤度数在约1.5至6旦之间。
7.一种贴身吸湿制品,它包括:一贴身衬里和一背面衬里以及在这两片衬里之间的吸湿芯料,所述贴身衬里包括一带孔膜层与一分隔层,此分隔层位于上述膜层与吸湿芯料之间,膜层上有许多孔,膜层的开孔面积百分比在约10%至30%之间,上述分隔层包括一纤维质非织造纤维网,它的膨松度在约0.76至3.8mm之间,基重在约17至85g/m2之间,而平均孔尺寸在约100至400μm之间。
8.如权利要求7所述贴身吸湿制品,其特征在于:所述吸湿芯料包括面向所述贴身衬里的第一层和面向所述背面衬里的第二层。
9.如权利要求8所述贴身吸湿制品,其特征在于:所述吸湿芯料包括纤维化的木浆粕,所述第一层的密度从约0.03至约0.10g/cm3,而所述第二层的密度从约0.05至约0.15g/cm3。
10.如权利要求7所述的贴身吸湿制品,其特征在于:所述纤维质非织造纤维网包含有许多双组分纤维。
11.如权利要求10所述贴身吸湿制品,其特征在于:所述双组分纤维具有并列型构型。
12.如权利要求11所述贴身吸湿制品,其特征在于:所述双组分纤维是由聚丙烯与聚乙烯制成。
13.如权利要求10所述贴身吸湿制品,其特征在于:所述双组分纤维具有皮/芯构型。
14.如权利要求13所述贴身吸湿制品,其特征在于:所述双组分纤维是由聚乙烯与聚酯构成。
15.如权利要求7所述贴身吸湿制品,其特征在于:所述贴身衬里有一贴身衬里周边,而所述背面衬里有一背面衬里周边,这两个周边相互结合到一起。
16.如权利要求7所述贴身吸湿制品,其特征在于:所述贴身衬里包括被一纵向中央部所分开的两个侧部,此纵向中央部包括上述的带孔膜,而这两个侧部包括纤维质的非织造纤维网。
17.如权利要求7所述的贴身吸湿制品,其特征在于:所述贴身吸湿制品是一种卫生巾。
