Abstract

背景技术
RJ45是网络通信的优选标准。因此,需要RJ45插座及相关通信系统。
带有闸门的插座亦是所需要的,因为闸门能够保护插座内部部件免受诸如灰尘和其他碎屑之类的外部污染物的影响。然而,现有的RJ45带闸门插座,例如Panduit的MINI-带闸门插座模块,在插入RJ45插头时要求两个动作-一个打开闸门的动作,一个插入插头的动作。因此,需要RJ45带闸门插座及相关通信系统,更具体地说,需要在插入RJ45插头时只需一个动作的RJ45带闸门插座及相关通信系统。
另外,国际电工委员会(“IEC”)已经为RJ45连接器制定了某些标准。例如,IEC60603-7要求RJ45连接器包括自由接触插头止动件。此外,IEC 60603-7 AP2.2要求RJ45连接器在44.5N/s(10lbf/s)的最大负载速率下承受50N(11lbf)达到60s±5s的时间。因此,需要符合这些标准的RJ45带闸门插座及相关通信系统。
发明内容
本发明的一些实施例提供了一种RJ45插座,其具有自闭式闸门,并且允许RJ45插头通过一个线性动作插入,但其在闸门上结合有自由接触插头止动件并且具有门抓部件,当插头在被锁定于插座中的情况下受到拉出力时,该门抓部件有助于将闸门保持在壳体中。

具体实施方式
参考图1,通信系统18包括安装在插线面板26的插件25中的UTP RJ45带闸门插座20。一个UTP RJ45带闸门插座20处于其配合状态,与在插座开口24中的插线23的插头22相互配合(图3)。其他UTP RJ45带闸门插座20处于静止状态。
参照图2和图3,UTP RJ45带闸门插座20包括闸门28,弹簧32,带闸门插座壳体30,后滑板组件36和导线盖38。在组装过程中,弹簧32的对角线交叉腿部33被插入在带闸门插座壳体30上的开槽凸台48的水平凹槽50(图4)中。对角线交叉腿部33随后被转动并锁定到开槽凸台48的对角线凹槽部件49中。在弹簧32已经组装到带闸门插座壳体30之后,闸门28的旋转接头凹口46(图5)锁定到带闸门插座壳体30的开槽凸台48和实心凸台51上。为了便于组装,位于弹簧脚42端部的环41被位于闸门28上的凸台部件34捕获,其帮助将弹簧32定位进入闸门28上的凹处40。闸门28上的凹槽平面44有助于简化组装,其允许带闸门插座壳体30上的开槽凸台48以及实心凸台51滑动进入闸门28的旋转接头凹口46。
请参照图4-6和图8,通过接触带闸门插座壳体30内的前部内边缘56,闸门28上的门挡板52防止闸门28摆动超过带闸门插座壳体30上的垂直平面31。当被安装后,闸门28将在与插头22接触时绕轴线54向内旋转90度。当闸门28的旋转接头凹口46被组装到带闸门插座壳体30的开槽凸台48和实心凸台51上时,释放凹槽58允许侧壁60的偏转。
请参考图7,闸门28上的插头锁止件66与插头22上的锁扣68啮合,插头22上的锁扣68在组装期间将插头22固定到UTP RJ45带闸门插座20。当插头22被完全插入到UTP RJ45带闸门插座20中时,闸门28上的自由接触插头止动件35(图5)限制插头22在带闸门插座壳体30内的超行程,符合IEC 60603-7的要求。当插头22被插入时,闸门28上的保持凸耳37捕获带闸门插座壳体30的保持块57。如果插头22在锁定到UTP RJ45带闸门插座20时受到沿拔出方向的力,则闸门28上的保持凸耳37将与带闸门插座壳体30的保持块57接合,从而提供额外的保持力并移除一些呈现在带闸门插座壳体30的开槽凸台48和实心凸台51上的力。通过将该拉力的大部分传递到保持块57而不施加于开槽凸台48和实心凸台51,UTP RJ45带闸门插座20在拉力载荷下更有效地保持插线23,并且符合IEC 60603-7 AP2.2的要求。
请参考图8和图9,当闸门28安装在带闸门插座壳体30中时,弹簧32的对角线交叉腿部33啮合于开槽凸台48的对角线凹槽部件49。
参照图10和图11,以静止状态示出的STP RJ45带闸门插座61类似于UTP RJ45带闸门插座20(图2),除了STP RJ45带闸门插座61包括屏蔽式带闸门插座壳体62,屏蔽式闸门63和插座屏蔽部件65。屏蔽式带闸门插座壳体62类似于带闸门插座壳体30(图4),除了屏蔽式带闸门插座壳体62容纳插座屏蔽部件65。屏蔽式闸门63类似于闸门28(图5),除了屏蔽式闸门63包括侧面切口64,侧面切口64为插座屏蔽部件65上的插头屏蔽片67留有间隙。
本发明的某些实施例提供了一种RJ45插座,其具有自闭式闸门,并且允许RJ45插头通过一个线性动作插入,但其包含了位于闸门上的自由接触插头止动件,以及门抓部件,当插头在被锁定于插座中的情况下受到拉出力时,该门抓部件有助于将闸门保持在壳体中。

Claims (6)
1.一种RJ45通信插座20,其特征在于,包括:
壳体30,具有旋转接头部件48,51和保持块57;
可旋转的闸门28,具有一体式插头锁止件66,旋转接头部件46和保持凸耳37;
其中,当所述闸门28围绕所述旋转接头部件46,48,51旋转时,所述保持凸耳37啮合所述保持块57,使得当负载施加到所述插头锁止件66时,所述负载经由所述保持块57而不是所述旋转接头结构48,51传递到所述壳体30。
2.如权利要求1所述的RJ45通信插座,其特征在于,所述壳体30还包括释放凹槽58。
3.如权利要求2所述的RJ45通信插座,其特征在于,所述可旋转的闸门28还包括凹陷平面44。
4.一种RJ45通信插座20,其特征在于,包括:
壳体30,具有旋转接头部件48;
弹簧32,啮合所述旋转接头部件48;
其中,所述旋转接头部件48包含用于容纳所述弹簧32的主凹槽50;以及
其中,所述旋转接头部件48包含用于锁定在所述弹簧32中的第二凹槽49。
5.如权利要求4所述的RJ45通信插座,其特征在于,所述弹簧32还包括对角线交叉腿部33。
6.如权利要求5所述的RJ45通信插座,其特征在于,所述弹簧32还包括环41,所述环41构造成被可旋转的闸门28上的凸台部件34捕获。
