Abstract

本发明的光纤适配器的防护盖包括：中空的罩体，该罩体用以套接在光纤适配器上，该罩体的外部设置有一对连接座，每个该连接座上形成有孔洞；转轴；遮盖，该遮盖与所述转轴连接，所述转轴穿入所述一对连接座的孔洞；以及弹簧，该弹簧施加弹力使所述遮盖关闭所述罩体的开口；其中所述转轴上形成有第一突起，一个所述孔洞的内壁上形成有第二突起，当所述转轴转动至预定角度使所述第一突起与所述第二突起接触时，所述遮盖停止在预定的开启角度。

光纤适配器的防护盖
技术领域
本发明涉及一种防护盖，更特别地涉及一种光纤适配器的防护盖。
背景技术
由于光纤具有高频宽、低损耗的优点，近年来已广泛作为讯号的传输媒介。然而光纤在恶劣的环境下容易受到损伤，特别是在有连接光纤连接器的一端。此外，灰尘等也可能会对光纤的传输质量有不良的影响。而且，光纤内的雷射光也可能会从连接器射出而造成使用者眼睛的损伤。
因此，需要提出一种方案，以解决上述问题。
发明内容
本发明提供一种光纤适配器的防护盖，该防护盖的遮盖能够停止在预定的开启角度。
为达上述目的，本发明的光纤适配器的防护盖包括：中空的罩体，该罩体用以套接在光纤适配器上，该罩体的外部设置有一对连接座，每个该连接座上形成有孔洞；转轴；遮盖，该遮盖与所述转轴连接，所述转轴穿入所述一对连接座的孔洞；以及弹簧，该弹簧施加弹力使所述遮盖关闭所述罩体的开口；其中所述转轴上形成有第一突起，一个所述孔洞的内壁上形成有第二突起，当所述转轴转动至预定角度使所述第一突起与所述第二突起接触时，所述遮盖停止在预定的开启角度。
根据本发明的防护盖，其中，所述第二突起旁的所述孔洞的内壁上形成有凹部，该凹部用以容纳所述第一突起。
为了让本发明的上述和其它目的、特征、和优点能更明显，下文特列举本发明的实施方式，并配合附图，作详细说明如下。

图4b为图3的局部放大图，显示转轴上的突起是位于孔洞内壁上的凹部内。
图5显示本发明的光纤适配器的防护盖装设在图1的光纤适配器上。
具体实施方式
参考图1，公知的光纤适配器100包括一个以塑料模塑形成且大致上呈矩形的本体110。本体110具有顶侧壁111、底侧壁112、右侧壁113及左侧壁114，该顶侧壁111、底侧壁112、右侧壁113及左侧壁114共同限定出轴向容纳室115。此外，在轴向容纳室115内，设置有内壳体160。在顶侧壁111上形成有缺口118，而在左侧壁114和右侧壁113的外部上，分别形成有凹部116。
参考图2及图3，本发明的光纤适配器的防护盖200包括罩体220、遮盖240以及扭力弹簧260。罩体220为中空结构，可套接于光纤适配器100上。罩体220的外部设置有一对连接座224，每个连接座224上形成有一个贯通的孔洞226，两个孔洞226相对应。遮盖240上设置有一对固持部244，固持部244上连接有转轴246。转轴246穿过扭力弹簧260，并穿过罩体220上的孔洞226，因此遮盖240可通过转轴246相对于罩体220转动。由于受到扭力弹簧260的作用，遮盖240可紧闭罩体220的开口221。
参考图4a及图4b，孔洞226大致上呈圆形，在孔洞226的内壁221上形成有突起223，而在该突起223旁，则形成有凹部225。转轴246大致上呈圆柱形，在该转轴246的侧表面241上形成有突起245，该突起245与孔洞内壁221上的凹部225相对应。
参考图5，根据本发明的防护盖200，由于受到扭力弹簧260的作用，遮盖240会紧闭罩体220的开口。当施加力将遮盖240掀起时，转轴246以及转轴246上的突起245会随之转动。当遮盖240持续掀起时，转轴246上的突起245会在孔洞内壁221的突起223上滑动，并越过突起223到达凹部225的位置(参见图4b)。当施加的力消失后，转轴246上的突起245会抵到孔洞内壁221上的突起223从而让遮盖240卡在该位置不会掉下来。若要让遮盖240再次关闭罩体220，则施加力转动遮盖240让转轴246上的突起245从凹部225位置越过突起223，扭力弹簧260的弹力会接着将罩体220关闭。
在使用本发明的防护盖200时，将该防护盖200套在光纤适配器100上。由于受到扭力弹簧260的作用，遮盖240会将罩体220的开口221关闭，因此可防止灰尘等污染物进入光纤适配器100内，并且可遮断由光纤适配器100内所射出的激光束。要将光纤连接器插入光纤适配器100内时，不须要将罩体220从光纤适配器100上卸下，仅需要将遮盖240掀起让光纤连接器从罩体220的开口221插入光纤适配器100即可。
虽然本发明已以前述实施例揭示，然而其并非用以限定本发明，任何本发明所属技术领域的技术人员，在不脱离本发明的精神和范围内，当可作各种的更动与修改。因此本发明的保护范围应当以后附的权利要求书所界定的范围为准。

Claims (2)

1.一种光纤适配器的防护盖，该防护盖包括：
中空的罩体，该罩体用以套接在光纤适配器上，该罩体的外部设置有一对连接座，每个该连接座上形成有孔洞；
转轴；
遮盖，该遮盖与所述转轴连接，所述转轴穿入所述一对连接座的孔洞；以及
弹簧，该弹簧施加弹力使所述遮盖关闭所述罩体的开口；
其中所述转轴上形成有第一突起，一个所述孔洞的内壁上形成有第二突起，当所述转轴转动至预定角度使所述第一突起与所述第二突起接触时，所述遮盖停止在预定的开启角度。
2.根据权利要求1所述的防护盖，其中，所述第二突起旁的所述孔洞的内壁上形成有凹部，该凹部用以容纳所述第一突起。
