从德国专利文件DE 10 2012 219 303 A1已知一种具有塑料基体的摩擦和/或滑动衬片,其含有作为填料的石墨。从德国专利文件DE 10 2010 021 722 A1已知一种用于制造用于机动车辆中的摩擦离合器的摩擦衬片的方法,其中,由水和固体构成的分散体被吸到筛状表面上并且固体沉积在筛状表面上,其中,筛状表面被设计为三维结构的形式,其中,在制造摩擦衬片时添加摩擦材料组分的固体含量包括三十五至八十重量百分比的棉纤维,一至十重量百分比的芳族聚酰胺纤维,一至四十重量百分比的二氧化硅,五至三十重量百分比的酚醛树脂和造纸常用的加工助剂。
发明内容
本发明所要解决的技术问题是,简化或改善具有含有至少一种填料的塑料基体的湿式工作-摩擦衬片的制造和/或性能。
该技术问题被一种具有含有至少一种填料的塑料基体的湿式工作-摩擦衬片这样解决,即使得湿式工作-摩擦衬片含有作为填料的膨润土。湿式工作-摩擦衬片由摩擦衬片材料构成,摩擦衬片材料优选包含多个层。摩擦衬片材料优选地包括至少一个底层(也被称为下层)和至少一个表层(也被称为上层)。湿式工作-摩擦衬片优选设计为纸基衬片。传统的摩擦衬片配方例如包含作为填料的硅藻土。硅藻土的形态,粒度分布,处理以及分解能够通过湿式工作-摩擦衬片运行期间的转速差在运行过程中影响摩擦特性,特别是摩擦系数。在本发明范围中进行的试验和研究中已经发现,通过使用膨润土,能够在出现关于转速差的正摩擦系数梯度的情况下,实现摩擦系数水平和静态摩擦系数的显着增加。在这种情况下,填料膨润土能够完全地或部分地替代传统填料。填料膨润土能够在单层或多层摩擦纸中有利地用于不同的层。膨润土是作为具有片状结构的层状硅酸盐的粘土矿物。具有作为填料的膨润土的湿式工作-摩擦衬片例如非常适合用于双离合变速器。但是,具有填料膨润土的摩擦衬片材料也非常适合用于以下应用:变矩器,自动变速箱,锁止装置,双离合器,同步器和其他湿式工作的摩擦应用。湿式工作是指,湿式工作-摩擦衬片在工作期间与液体润滑和/或冷却介质(例如油)接触。

4.根据上述权利要求中任一项所述的湿式工作-摩擦衬片,其特征在于,所述湿式工作-摩擦衬片(6,7)包括多个层,其中至少一层含有作为填料的膨润土。
5.根据上述权利要求中任一项所述的湿式工作-摩擦衬片,其特征在于,所述膨润土含有作为主要成分的蒙脱石。
